There is such a lovely young lady who works mornings there. I think her name is Elaina (spelling ?). She is so friendly, courteous and works non stop. DD is so lucky to have such a wonderful person working for them.

Soo I stopped coming here awhilee ago because no one knew had to make an iced coffee with 1 milk/little milk… (you’d think that’s pretty simple right?) I just recently came by here a few times in the AM during the week & it’s new employees since I last have been here. There is usually a blonde girl there that definitely is a hustler. She’s always on top of her game & I haven’t had a problem with my ice coffee. She’s always trying to get peoples orders out asap (as this location is pretty busy, there is usually a line in the AM) . She deserves a raise & some better helping employees! Hard to find hardworking people like her.

The store has gotten better. But the staff I interacted with were amazing and extremely pleasant. Great staff makes a good business.

I stopped by on my way to work and the server was very friendly and welcoming. Something nice at 545 in the morning.

Love iced mocha latte all cream, no milk, they never mess up.

Fast service, good variety of donuts and other food.

Godd service and clean store. I've been alot happier since they got the refreshers re stocked, but donuts are fresh and the reshers are refreshing. Head down there today and Go see for yourself! You won't be disappointed!

Dunkin donuts is dunkin donuts....just another chain! Donuts are not fresh like they use to be anymore! I love the pumpkin iced coffee! Looking for awsome FRESH donuts?!?............. Then check out "House of donuts " in Hicksville NY, they been there since 1948! Best donuts in long island NY !🍩🍩🍩🍩

Never really have a problem when I go here, they're pretty nice and friendly. A few times I asked for my English muffin to be well toasted and it wasn't but people make mistakes. Other than that I have no issues.

the employees are so nasty and rude to the kids coming from middle school they yell at everyone for no reason and they have even cursed at a student. once when i was waking to the bathroom and i got yelled at by a worker telling me it was broken but a lady had just walked out and it was working perfectly

I don’t think it’s ever taken me less than 30 minuntes to get one cup of coffee at this location. The most useless employees/owner Of the 3 times I’ve been here I’ve waited more than 30 minutes. This time I walked out. What a shame

Just straight out bad service rap music in the store it was a mobile order wasn’t ready they had plenty of time walked in and asked for it he said all went and got a ticket started making it do not go if you’re in a rush

Hot coffee always has grounds. Tried this place again and my large latte was all foam.

Got banned for no reason by a very rude and mean employee never giving business to dunkin again!

830 pm Friday night and this place is close already !! Unbelievable Service at this location horrible Dirty Latte machine for some reason is always on clean mode lol they need better adult management is sad only dunking place in our aérea and is horrible

omg ew. not only is it so freaking gross in there (which should have been the first red flag to not spend a dime here), the worker working on 6/16 was so rude and handed me a drink that wasn’t even mine. there was no one else in the store and she didn’t announce any name so i’m really confused as to why she thought it was cool to catch an attitude with me because she had to go and remake that drink for someone else. not my fault i was literally the only person in the store and was handed the wrong drink. the male cashier didn’t give us our change back so when we asked the same lady to help us with that, she copped an attitude again. like do we need to do your job for you too?

This is the worst Dunkin on the island by far. If you’re ordering through Uber eats it’s fine. If you go in and order plan on waiting a minimum of at least 20 minutes for drink that’s wrong. There is no sense of urgency at this location. Employees walking into each other, looking around helplessly and overall not clean. Look at the windows from the inside and look at the baskin robbins station. Completely unsatisfactory.

There at 9:45 pm, ordered 2 coffee and 1 donut. We asked if we could get a discount on the donut nowing it's from the morning. Usually he gets it for free or he gets his discount. I just don't bother with it at all. Well no free, no discount, full price and the donut was hard as a rock. Never go back to this Dunkin again.

Scam, theres a big sign outside stating $2 sunrise medium coffee but they charge $3 and tell me promotion is over. Then why dont they remove the big banner and stop the false advertising. Not giving tips anymore.

They typically mess up the Dunkin Donuts on the Go orders and the orders are not usually ready to go. In comparison to other DDs I find myself waiting despite placing the order in advance. Whenever I order hot, they prepare cold beverages. I kept trying hoping things would improve but after ordering today and going to pick up - I give up! I will be going to the Seaford location, they have it together.

This location does not follow instructions when an order is submitted via Doordash. Several times I had an order come from this location and the iced coffee comes without any of the additions I ask for. I ask for French Vanilla and Skim Milk and it comes black. I have contacted this store several times on the phone and no on picks up. Very poor service and customer appreciation. About a month ago I went to the same store to put the order in by phone and go inside. When I got inside all I saw was the drink. I asked for help about the sandwich and donuts and the worker was lazy and tells me that was the whole order. I showed the receipt and then he said that the other guy will get the donuts. Meanwhile the other guy he pointed to was working the line at the cash register. The worker walked away and then when the guy at the register came to me he said I showed what I was missing. The sandwich wasn't even started yet and the bag for the donuts was near the register while he was helping other customers. I waited another 10 minutes for an order that I submitted almost 20 minutes prior.
