Once again, I was fooled by advertising…. The taste was an 8 out of 10, everything was very clean, the waiters were very friendly, but it annoys me that things aren't as advertised; the only thing that doesn't matter are the prices.

It's my family's favorite place in the United States, and we wanted to try a branch in Mexico. We had high expectations, but we were disappointed. First, we went for lunch, and they didn't have waffles or sausages. The food arrived cold and tasteless. When it's time to pay, they don't give you a receipt, just the amount because they didn't have paper. They gave me a clean receipt for what I consumed. The server clearly tries hard to do his job, but the quality is far below that of franchises in the US. To the manager, please pay attention to having the products, receipts, and ensuring the food arrives hot and tasty.

Not sure. We showed up at 8:30am and they were supposed to open at 8 per the posted hours. Doors were still closed after 15 minutes. Never got to try it.
