Love the vibe and design here. They have a nice patio and inside seating is nicely designed and open. Good service and they have numerous methods for drip coffee (Aeropress, V60, Chemex, etc.) We had some kind of marbled pound cake; it was good but a little too dry.

CaffeRium was a delightful experience for me and my husband. we both ordered the Chilaquiles Rojo, mine with scrambled eggs, hub added chicken. simply put, outstanding!! perfectly seasoned though i did try their chile seasoning whose name I don't recall. i loved it, not too spicy but packed with flavor. their coffee was on point, too. the inviting, charming interior was a welcome respite from the blazing, humid, hot day; there is even an unexpected shaded courtyard. the place was spotless, very clean. gals doing service weren't particularly warm but that won't keep me from returning. definitely recommend.

Very nice place. For breakfast I had an avocado toast which was great. I had an Americano which was very disappointing, very watery.

Today was our first time experiencing CaffeRium. I highly recommend others try it. The food is flavorful and beautifully presented. The decor is tastefully done. You can choose to dine inside or outside on the courtyard patio. They have a nice variety of pastries to end your meal with or consume later.

I must have come on an off day... 15+ minutes before the waitress even came to our table... another 20 minutes before the coffee came. Food took 50+ minutes. She brought food to people who ordered about 10 minutes after we arrived. My food was basically cold. 2 hours for cold breakfast and easily over an hour of waiting. They were not busy. No explanation, no apology and was there with someone who had been there previously and they said the same thing... was by far the most disappointing dining experience in mazatlan.

The food is flavorful and fresh. It’s a simple menu yet tasty. However, the service is painfully slow. I had to ask twice for an update. Waited 40 min.

I’m gonna be honest and say that this place had been on my list for years and I finally decided to try it. It was an awful experience. We sat down, they took 45 mins to bring us the drinks, and another 15 minutes to bring out the food. So we were sitting there for almost an hour. I understand sometimes they are short staffed but they should’ve at least given us something on the house. Service was bad and food was mediocre. The place was nice and aesthetic and clean so I will give them points for that. Other than that, go somewhere else.
