Just stopped in for a quick drink and ceviche. The ceviche was absolutely fine. The service was not very interactive and the plastic chairs and lack of people around maybe ambiance a little difficult. As far as Machado restaurants go this would not be on our list of go-to's.

We came in for the 2 x 1 margaritas. They turned out to be made with some kind of carbonated drink. Hubs had the shrimp Cesar salad which came with very little dressing, no parmesan, and wasn't tossed in as it's usually served. I had the burger which came with fake cheese like Kraft singles. Meat was okay but had no sear or much flavor. It's got great ambiance being that it's right in Plaza Machado. But the food just wasn't very good and the drinks were poorly made and I'm not sure there was any alcohol in them.

Very expensive for what they offer. Perhaps the only redeeming feature is the pizza, but even then the crust looks a bit undercooked. You can eat much better at any other restaurant in town. Be sure to check the bill when you pay, as they add the tip to the total without warning. It's not the nicest restaurant either. We went there for the "variety" of food (there were 15 of us), but it leaves much to be desired.

2 for 1 margaritas... no alcohol in the drinks. Make sure you order additional shots if you want a good one.

This is my 39th year coming to Mazatlan and I've eaten in many many places over the decades. Mazatlan prides themselves on fresh food! I ordered the ribeye steak refried beans and fresh vegetables. The steak was on the thin side maybe one half of an inch, but for the price, that was not a problem since my plate cost $15 US dollars. The fresh vegetables were actually Frozen mixed vegetables that you can buy in the states they put them in a bowl of water cover them with plastic and steamed them until they were hard as rubber. Could not even cut or chew them. I've never had refried beans like this in my life except out of a can. I'm not saying they're out of a can but they might as well have been. So strange to have this type of food here in Mazatlan where they pride themselves of great quality and service. We won't be back :(

La comida mala, de plano no tengo otro adjetivo para ella, no vale el costo que pagas. Además te cobran el 10% de propina incluida en la cuenta, no me fijé y les dejé otro 10% más, lo que quería era ya salir de ahí.

Nunca me a pesado pagar por una comida sin sabor incomible sin sabor la pizza estaba horrible la limonada y naranjada fatal desearía a verme fijado antes en las opiniones la verdad no volvería nunca le pongo una estrella porque no se puede poner 0 hubiera preferido unas quesadillas en casa ..

La verdad nosé como un lugar tan de baja calidad está en la machado y no lo cierran aún no superó ,era una fecha especial y porque todo estaba lleno optamos en comer hay la peor desición,la verdad todo está horrible 😕 desde las bebidas nos hubiéramos retirado solo que pensamos podía mejorar la pizza nomás de olerla me dio asco la verdad no pude comer nada ,y todavía te incluyen la propina fueron los 600 pesos tirados ala basura peores de mi vida,la pizza se la termino comiendo mi perro la verdad pensé que ni el se la iba a comer , no vallan evitense la mala experiencia nosé como no revisamos los comentarios antes,🥺desearíamos nos hubieran advertido de este lugar ..

Pésimo lugar, tardaron mucho y cuando llegó la orden llegó mal. Los tacos y las tostadas muy mal servidas. Es lo peor de la machado.

Si tienen la oportunidad de visitar este lugar, desaprovechenla! Comida desabrida, las bebidas son con saborizantes artificiales, te quieren cobrar la propina dentro de la cuenta. PÉSIMO

La ensalada era de verduras congeladas, eso arruina todo. Y el arroz sobre cocido y no lo dudo que vieeeejo. No lo recomiendo nada

The service is not good, the staff is very uninterested in serving customers, the food is cold and doesn't taste good, the prepared drinks taste sour and are warm, I would never eat there again.

It leaves much to be desired. The portions were meager, the food arrived cold, and out of the 15 dishes we ordered, only 3 were decent. The receipt shows the total with the tip, not a separate total without it. To top it all off, a musician sang us a song for $300. 0% recommended

Bad experience. The food isn't very good, and they charge a mandatory 10% tip. I don't recommend eating there, as there are other places nearby with better food and atmosphere.

If you have the chance to go to this place, DON'T TAKE IT. Terrible, cheap, cold, and raw. The fettuccine was raw, the "Mexican" gorditas were raw and not fried, and they force you to add a tip to your bill.

Worst Mexican food we've ever eaten. We've been going to Mexico for 26 yrs and have never had a meal this bad. Actually think it's the worst restaurant food I've ever had. 2 for 1 margaritas tasted like Eno's with lime soda. Felt bad for a large group that sat down after we paid & leaving our plates & glasses half full. Hope we're not sick from this...

The only good thing about this place is its location in Plaza Machado, next door to the lively music of the Raíces del Mar restaurant. Honestly, eating here is a rip-off. The food is nothing special, and to make matters worse, they tricked us with the 2-for-1 drink "promotion." They never gave us two drinks; instead, they served the same drink in two smaller glasses. 👎🏻 We told the manager, but she ignored us. The service was terrible; they prioritized serving foreign customers, even those who arrived after us. And to top it all off, they gave us dirty looks for not leaving a tip they considered fair. The fair thing would have been to leave nothing at all because of the awful service, but we left one anyway. The manager started counting the money in front of us as if we were going to steal from her and left without even acknowledging our "thank you." I definitely won't be going back to this place.

The food is HORRIBLE, as is the AWFUL service. The place is very unsanitary. If you have the chance to come here, don't take advantage of it. The meat was inedible, tough, and dry, and when we told the waiter about it, he just gestured at us instead of replacing our plate.
