I had the ribeye (medium rare) w/ a loaded baked potato. It was perfectly cooked, tender and succulent. The potato was satisfying and not overly dry. I did feel like the music was slightly too loud, but it was appropriate and helped set a jovial, western mood. So I get it. Our server was very talented and struck a perfect balance of service, friendliness and also not being too present.

My husband liked his steak, my salmon was fine but was missing the garlic butter in the ramekin. Still: we loved the excellent service we received from our waitress, Alyssa C. , she was attentive, friendly, and incredibly efficient. From the moment we sat down, she made us feel welcome and comfortable. She was quick to take our drink orders, quickly brought the bread, and checked in on us regularly without being intrusive. What really impressed me was her ability to anticipate our needs. She noticed our water glasses were getting low and brought us refills before we even had to ask. When we were finished with our meal, she promptly cleared our plates. Her positive attitude and genuine smile truly enhanced our lunch experience. Always had a smile on his face when he came to to the table to tend to our needs. Food was delicious as always. The full rack of ribs were cooked well and the bone fell off as soon as I pulled it. I am always ordering from this place on DoorDash, but this was the first time I ate at the restaurant. They were very accommodating and I really appreciate all the flexibility because I can be a polite pain in the butt with all my modifications and special request… I like the kids menu because it’s smaller portions and I always get the grilled chicken, but last night I splurged with a loaded potato. I do really like the green beans & corn here as well. I sampled my husband’s dish and was blown away by the Alfredo sauce & sausage in it. I tried my mother in law’s bbq chicken and it was so juicy, the bbq sauce is on point. I recently acquired a taste for lime so I had a bite of the key lime cheesecake as well and wow, it was amazing! I enjoyed their fresh brewed unsweetened iced tea. This restaurant is one of the places I order from when I’m trying to be healthy but there is also great splurge options. Perfect spot to bring a picky family.

This was our first time eating at Logan’s since we moved down to the Valley, and when I tell you my STEAK WAS COOKED TO PERFECTION!!!i It was cooked exactly like I Love my Steak, Medium Rare to it’s FINEST!! OH, and we finely found my husband’s favorite, The Lettuce Wedge!!! He was SAVORING every single Bite!!! OMG, our waiter COOPER was super nice and patient with us, very attentive and polite.. Lastly the Manager Jeremy came to our table to greet us and thank us for stopping by for lunch. She enjoyed her meal. Had to wave down the waiter. Had to wait for silverware. Was not brought until we had our food and had to remind him.

Good service overall. It seemed as if they were slightly understaffed yesterday as there were less employees catering to the customers. Our meal took a little longer to arrive as well as did the bread and refills. It wasn't horribly long, just longer than usual. Food was hot & fresh. Also, when entering, we joked about checking ourselves in as there were no greeters, no attendant at the front desk/ podium. After a minute or so a passing waitress asked if we had been attended. ( almost forgot)

Service was fantastic and so was the food. It would be five stars but the steak I had should have been salted and peppered a bit before it was cooked. The cut was fantastic it just fell through a bit. All a good steak really needs is salt and pepper. I understand why it wasn't since people have legitimate sodium concerns, but again a good cut just needs salt and pepper added before cooking.

We shared a 22oz porterhouse for medium rare cook. It was so tasty as a steak should be. Peculiar server though. He kept coming to grab our dishes and even took plates with food we were still eating. Good steak stop with reasonable prices.

I got the Fried Cheese Bacon Burger. I honestly like this and Logan is always pretty chill of a place to hang out with family and friends. As per usual, good service, good food, and generally a great place to eat out.

Wait time was none and was a pleasant evening along with the waitress that was very attentive. Food was excellent like always.

I gave them 4 ⭐️ only because from the moment you walk in there is the most FOUL smell 🤢 that overpowers you. Like they mopped with 🚽 water. There’s a lot of water that stinks in Edinburg so I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt it’s the City if Edinburg & their issue (we haven’t gotten sick there yet) BUT it doesn’t make for the most pleasant experience. Kudos to the wait staff for the service & especially while enduring the smell!

Had not been to Logan's in a while and I will probably won't return. The restaurant is clean, friendly and attentive staff, never needed to ask for refil etc.. Everything was excellent as far as service goes. The food (Ribeye/Ny Strip) were just meh. They were cooked correct (med) but just wasn't delicious and maybe the quality of meat vs other steak chain restaurants is lacking. Either way excellent service by our waiter.

Brought my parents here for Father's day. The staff was nice and welcoming, no issues with service. Reason for the three stars is mainly the food and pricing. The quality of the food just didn't match the price on the menu. I'm not "cheap", per se, but I do like to feel like what I paid for was worth it. I won't consider paying regular price here, but will definitely revisit with a coupon on hand.

The food was great, the steak a little over medium. The service was slow however. Had to ask for rolls and peanuts and in the end they forgot my peanuts. Seems like a watered down version of Texas Roadhouse. Food was ok, got the Gumbo Bowl, unfortunately I have lived in Louisiana for years so I know gumbo and this was marginal at best. Needed more gumbo wasn’t enough to wet the rice it actually got dry at the end. Sat at the bar, had to hunt down the bartender for some salt and pepper, a lot of staff standing around and never got a refill on my tea so I had to ration my original fill. The place is clean though

The Food from here is okay, it's a very casual place, when i come here i always order ribs or the prime rib, from previous experiences the ribs tend to be dry and the prime rib in my last visit was very tough for medium rare, for the price I paid I expected better. I do enjoy the buttered rolls they serve here they are delicious. The staff can sometimes be super friendly or very neutral, on my last visit they forgot to split the dish as I requested. Overall a decent place to eat, but I would definitely prefer other places instead.

My husband and I went today with our 5 year old and 7 month old. At first things were going great. Waitress was nice. However, once my food arrived, the steak wasn't cooked how I specified (well done because I planned to share a finger sized piece with my 7 month old to gnaw on. It was at best medium rare). The shrimp was also cold and very offputting. My husband very kindly told the waitress the problem, and the entire time the waitress said nothing. Once we finished telling her, she just said, "Do you need anything else?" And when we said no, she just left. A simple "I'll take care of that for you" would have sufficed. Instead it made us feel as if we were annoying her or inconveniencing her. Some time later, a gentleman came with my food. Didn't say anything except to check the meat. I did, and it was fine, so I thanked him. He didn't say anything. Asked if we needed a refill, to which my husband said yes. He took his cup and left, returned again with the refill and still didn't say a single word. No "no problem" or "my pleasure" or "sorry about that", NOTHING. Both these people left such a sour taste to my evening. The man was an older man, short, white hair, not sure if it was a manager or cook since they never said anything. But one thing is for sure. We will not be returning again. What a joke of a restaurant. Only reason I'm giving it 2 stars vs 1 is because my husband's food and my daughters food was fine.

I am extremely embarrassed at the treatment we received. It was my idea to take our out of town visitors to Logan’s, and it was the worst mistake I could have ever made. Upon arrival, the manager approached our table and asked to speak to the “person in charge” of the table in private. They were asked to make sure everyone payed for their food. Apparently none of the servers wanted to wait on our table because “our table” had a reputation of not paying their tab. He said it had been 3 times before. This took us by surprise as we had not been to this Logan’s location in a group in over a year (and yes we paid), and the rest of our party was from out of town. They had never been to any Logan’s before. That set the stage for the rest of our visit. We waited for a very long time to be attended. Some did not get drinks for a long time. We didn’t get salads or bread for at least an hour and a half after sitting down. A person in our party didn’t even get her food at all. We should have left after the manager approached us, and I will NEVER go to the location again. The treatment we received was degrading. We were singled out and treated poorly because of the actions of others. Maybe our group looked like other church groups, but I know that my family and our visitors had never left without paying. Especially our visitors as they had never been here before.

The service was good, but the food was terrible. I think the bread was the only thing that was good. Wings, the worse I ever seen and tasted!

Had the steak Alfredo but I don't recommend it. Even the side roll that it's supposed to come with garlic and melted cheese was disappointing to look at. It was just melted cheese on top of a regular bun, no garlic, no flavor .Completely disappointed for the price, i didn’t expect the pasta to be falling apart either,it was completely over cooked, ill add that the steak was not cooked at the temperature I asked for. I asked for medium done, but it was very rare. Had to edit to add pictures and videos in hopes the owner or management wants to make it right and replace my meal to keep me as a customer. That dish was not acceptable to serve. I'd appreciate it if the meal could be replaced.

This is the Logan's Roadhouse on North 10th Street, north of Trenton Rd. So, the last time I ate here I wrote about a cold food experience. After a year and trying it again, I am sorry to say it was another cold food experience. My friend and I went for dinner, he ordered Sirloin steak and Shrimp, and I ordered Salmon and Shrimp. Entrees come with a choice of sides, I ordered green beans and broccoli. My friend ordered rice and mac and cheese. We added dinner salads, sauteed mushrooms, and grilled onions to our orders. The salads arrived first along with their signature dinner rolls. We enjoyed the rolls they seemed just baked. Our salads were super fresh and who doesn't love crispy Lettuce. Our entrees arrived and right away you could notice the freshness stopped there. My canned green beans were cold and flavorless, the mushrooms were cold and old looking, and the onions did not have the appearance of being grilled .The broccoli was green but was cold and mushy. My friend's rice was cold and so was the Mac and cheese. On another positive note, the Salmon was cooked perfectly as was my friend's steak, and the shrimp had good flavor. A manager did check on us, and I informed her that certain items were cold, she shrugged her shoulders and said she would let the kitchen know and left, but she didn't go to the kitchen. I don't think I'll ever go back to Logan's ever again and I do not recommend it either.

Freaking people have to go out and get the cow and cut it up ridiculously long wait been here more than a half an hour eating bread

Went there during my lunch hour and never recieved my food. Waited about an hour and finally paid for the drinks and left. We were told that the cooks had burned the first batch of food so they had to redo it. We also ordered an appetizer as soon as we got there but it was never delivered. The sweet tea was good though.

If I can give zero stars I would! Every time I have been at this location they get my order wrong. My last dining experience on 12/5/24 there was something wrong with each persons order. They took a long time in correcting the orders and ruined our whole dinning experience. I ended up telling them to cancel my food order. Notified manager and not once did they apologize for the horrible service. Will not be visiting this location anymore.

I ordered the steak. Asked for medium, received well done. Couldn’t send it back because the server was nowhere to be found. Received cold broccoli and cold mashed potatoes. Food is bland and mediocre. Went on a Saturday night when it should be great. Service was terrible. Not just non attentive, the staff were horsing around with each other around the restaurant instead of paying attention to tables. Spent 70$ on trash food and trash service. Had a previous bad experience and gave it another chance, never going back. Terrible Terrible Terrible. Can’t say it enough.

Upon entering Logan's, a rather unsettling odor greeted us, setting the tone for the evening ahead. It was surprising to see only a handful of occupied tables around 8 pm, a time most restaurants would be bustling. Comparatively, places like Texas Roadhouse would likely have a waiting list. Our initial impression wasn't helped by the cold rolls that arrived at our table, saturated in butter and lacking freshness. The pacing of the meal was off, with long waits for our appetizer and main course. My steak was disappointingly overcooked. Adding to the letdown was our waiter's casual approach to service – at one point, he took a break to dine at the bar with the manager, a sight that became the gathering point for other staff members. He even approached our table, talking to us while still chewing his food. The overall management and service at this location leave much to be desired. Given the subpar food and service, I'm perplexed as to how they continue to operate. Sadly, based on our experience, it feels like a matter of time before they face closure.

Ribs were not fall off the bone like advertised, they were dry and tough. Their full order of baby back ribs is 1 lb (5 ribs)..., for $2 more you can go across the street to Longhorn Steakhouse and get an actual FULL rack of properly cooked ribs. This place also needs to step up their fumigation treatment, the little roach on the table sealed the deal for us.

I came here to eat and enjoy a good meal apply at jobs the waiter I've always come to Logan's for a good time was rude with me when I asked if do you have peanuts the waiters are very disrespectful not polite with people with autism or any in general Poor service left as soon as possible because I don't want to receive food with bad intentions she was more concerned with s be ome one harassing her while I was trying to ask for penuts .

Here's the issue and what I found annoying, we had a reservation for 15. I personally placed the reservation to avoid being an unannounced large party. We arrive give them the reservation name etc and im told they dont have a reservation for that name. I let them know it was done online. The hostess goes to speak with the manager and I definitely heard the part where they said theres a party that was already sat. The young lady comes back and let's me know that unfortunately they canceled all reservations for the day, and that I would have to join the waitlist that is currently 45min to an hour. If you cancel reservations please give us a call and let us know. There's a reason why a phone number is placed on the reservation to notify the individuals of any changes or cancelations. Instead I have to find out the moment we arrived. Here's an idea disable the option to make reservations if youre not really accepting any for the day. Unfortunately this time around the experience was not close to being ok

2/21/19. Asked for a Logan steak, they were out. Asked for filet, they were out. Ordered a 8 oz sirloin then. Came out rubbery and looked half the size. Mac and cheese tasted like it was from an elementary cooking class. The shrimp had ice on it, sent it back. The entire meal and service was horrible. Save yourself the trip and go to Longhorn across the street or Texas Roadhouse on Trenton.

Low quality food compare with others steakhouse everything is really bad

My first time there I love it a lot the place was so lovely and it just opened but I could not with the food taste like dollar general and legit my rice was SO FREAKING COLD for no reason, it had just came out , I got wedges with cheese and bacon and they were good but so burn on the skin other than that our waiter was so sweet but tell me why there was a cockroach 5 mins into sitting down 😂😭 love the music would never come back food is cheap go to Texas Roadhouse

The steak was super salty and over cooked, my sons steak bites as well and my other son got kids roadie burger and the bread was so hard. I told them and they did nothing about it and i still paid full price for food we didn't eat. Burger King was our next stop when we left from Logans.

The worse service then I ordered a cuz burger to go for my son and look how they just threw it in there wow

Ridiculous customer service! We waited 40 minutes before leaving with zero help. The host was stressed out and the manager didn’t help at all. We had a large party and we were not offered any solutions after being told there was no wait and not seated. Would never go back.

Im beyond disappointed, both the first time here, we've come as a family and also with friend but unfortunately have left disappointed repeatedly, we continue to come here because others choose the place, but today will be the last, I know i wont make a difference, but hopefully management will see this and make changes, ***Today*** We went and after placing our order our the (1)waiting staff was changed "because current waitress had to many hours" Therefore (2)new waiter didn't get a run down of our order, (3) leading to no rolls until I asked 12 min later, 10 min later we get our food but (4) no salad until we asked for them "no one told him order salad" (5)chicken was raw (6) ribs fried dry (7)shrimp had a hair, and to end it all unfortunately the waiter (great guy) seemed to be to busy with his tables on the opposite side of the restaurant that we felt forgotten and just couldnt wait to leave, sorry Logans for the bad review, but it had to be said.

This place has gone down the drain. The steak was cooked to temp and the flavor was not bad but it was super thin and the quality of the meat was not what it use to be. It was a ribeye and it was disappointing. Service was great but the food be lacking.

I was really looking forward to eating here today. I must say that I was very under impressed with the food today. I ordered the ribs, and I thought it would be a plate full of fall off the bone ribs. Instead, I got this on the picture, and they were dry. The beed tips were dry also, and the roadies were very deceiving. I believe the price for the food was not according to the quality and finished product. I did not return anything due to the cardinal rule. I believe that if the food was this bad, it was prepared by individuals who really don't care about the presentation of the plate or the quality, for that matter. I have to admit the server was nice and very polite.

Probably I eat the worst dish in my entire restaurant life and I'm over 40years old. I can say even the look of the plating took the first place as being the most unappealing plate. I can not understand how do they stay in business. Disgusting meal. Teriyaki glazed chicken with grilled pineapple is the dish that I order. The pictures will speak for great dish
