Moved from San Antonio to McAllen and decided to apply for membership at VFW Post 8788. I was greeted with welcomes and hand shakes from VFW members and Auxiliary members. The post is open to the public so be sure to drop by the VFW and show your support. The bar has domestic and import beers, BYOB. While attending the post for some R&R, my experience was great! There is karaoke music, touch I tunes jukebox but no pool table. I'm hoping in the future they will have a pool table.

A place where everyone knows your name. Good cold beer and friendly atmosphere and service. It is nice to visit every once in a while to see old veterans friend's.

First time worst service ever old short black hair bartender very rude acting hostile childish mad behavior restrooms were clogged refuse to clean rather put customers to clean help with restrooms never again so dirty disgusting
