We had a small reception in a party room in the back. It was wonderful! The only issue was the banging in the kitchen. I know it can't be helped. The kitchen is a loud area. We can hear it in the videos we took. Otherwise it was the most amazing experience. Thank you!

Grilled salmon with broccoli was really good and falls in the low carb options for my diet. Also the seafood fettuccine was delicious! I only had a bite but oh man that sauce with the shrimp and scallops and carbs tasted so good! (Yes I said carbs) the service we recieved was also excellent.

I came here on 9/30/25 for some lunch with my boyfriend before work and I just wanted to say as soon as I walked in the door the front desk lady had a big smile on her face and was very welcoming and my waiter Morgan was very nice always had a smile on her face and was very attentive never ran out of my drink soup or food! We were in the neighborhood and stoped by for an early supper at Olive Garden the other day. We ordered Chicken parmigiana and Mozerella chicken with some ice teas. It was a delicious meal for both of us. They served us complimentary soups. We tried Chicken gnocchi soup and Zuppa Toscana soup. Had such a great experience at Olive Garden! My chicken Alfredo was absolutely delicious — creamy, flavorful, and cooked perfectly. And the pumpkin cookie butter cheesecake? Amazing. Sweet, rich, and honestly one of the best desserts I’ve had in a while. The salad and breadsticks were fresh as always, and the staff was really friendly and attentive the whole time. I must give a special shoutout to our server, Abby, who not only served our food piping hot but also greeted us with a warm and friendly demeanor. The chicken marsala dish was absolutely delightful, cooked to perfection with tender chicken and rich marsala sauce. And let's not forget about the minestrone soup, which has always been my all-time favorite at Olive Garden - it never disappoints! Disappointing service overshadows and otherwise pleasant experience. Each dish showcased great taste and I felt fully satisfied after, making it all the more disappointing that the front-of-house experience fell short. the atmosphere is great and offers lots of great seating options however we were regretfully sat with Garrett. Our server was the one thing we wish we could change because of the remarks and comments that were made throughout the service. I felt the atmosphere of the restaurant crumble when our server decided to interrupt us multiple times but also to when they spoke to us in a disingenuous and robot-like manner.

Food: we get the endless soup and salad with bread sticks, simple but excellent. Service: we liked our waitress, she was nice, but we only saw her a few times, we were there 20 minutes longer than we should've been. Atmosphere: this is an excellent looking restaurant, I was very impressed, very classy on the inside and very clean. I will eat here again.

Have no idea what that is, never touched the Pay check at table machine until paying. Food and service otherwise excellent. Changed 5 stars to 4 stars for now.

I love to get the endless gnocchi soup and salad, which is always good. My friend got the Tour of Italy and didn’t feel it was as good as usual. He felt it was too dry and not sauced enough. I would still go back, but hope that Olive Garden isn’t going the way of a lot of other restaurants that are cutting corners.

Our whole family loves Olive Garden. There’s always something (even for the kids) that EVERYONE enjoys. Never any bickering about this place as the whole family (even the kids friends) know what they want. My only gripe with this place is with the calamari. The past COUPLE of visits, the calamari was been VERY UNDERWHELMING hence why this review is 4 versus a full 5 stars. The pieces are extremely tiny and they are also NOT TENDER. Again, we grabbed a couple times both of which that appetizer was equally disappointing (MGMT: you need to address this). That said and otherwise, always good food for the whole family.

Servers dealt with the difficulty of managing large trays of plates of piping hot orders in such close quarters. Overall, service was efficient and pleasant.

Food is okay, Service is very friendly. But what made me upset is that the tablet games cost money. We figured out when we got the bill. It's written in tiny letters when you start the games. But we didn't see it when our child started, so why is there no barrier that parents can decide? We had to substract the money from the total amount/tip.

A total faux pas! 🚗💨 Prime parking spaces dead center for To Go orders, while ♿ handicap spots were shoved to the sides. 😡 This feels like a slap in the face to accessibility and honestly, it seems like it could be an ADA violation. Inside, the restaurant’s layout was surprisingly unique, but our server, Erin, missed the mark. 🤦‍♀️ We had the unlimited soup and salad 🥗🍲 (yes, unlimited, Erin!), but refills? Nowhere to be found. No breadsticks. No salad. Nada. 🍞🥲 And if you see an empty drink, don’t ask—just fill it! 🥤✨ It’s what every diner expects when going out. The food was solid (thank goodness 😅), but the service and accessibility issues left us feeling less than satisfied. 💔 Corporate, if you’re catering to To Go customers, don’t leave your dine-in guests feeling like yesterday’s breadsticks. 🍽️

Olive Garden – McKinney, TX Date of Visit: 7/26 9:30 pm We came in genuinely looking forward to a nice dinner—because hey, Olive Garden usually delivers. But this experience was disappointing from the start and only got worse. Our server began by taking our drink order, and when we asked for salad, he told us he wouldn’t bring it out until after we ordered dinner. Odd, but okay. He did bring out the breadsticks, so we went ahead and placed our appetizer order. While placing it, he made an awkward comment about how "these automation things make my job easier," which felt more like a complaint than a casual comment. The manager actually ended up bringing out our appetizer, and we could immediately tell something was off,it looked wrong and was cold and greasy. They did bring us a replacement appetizer, but unfortunately, it wasn’t much better. It was clear the grease wasn't hot enough, and it just tasted wrong, undercooked, greasy, and unappetizing Forty-five minutes later, we were still waiting on our entrées. We asked for another salad, which never came. When our entrées finally came out, the order was wrong. We had changed from the Chicken Parmesan to Chicken Alfredo with an extra chicken. What we got was split Chicken Parmesan with extra chicken, and just like the appetizers, clearly fried in oil that wasn’t hot enough. At that point, we had enough. We decided we weren’t paying for food we didn’t order and didn't touched. Our server seemed completely unsure of what to do, so he went to get the manager. We waited a bit, then just got up to leave. As we were walking out, the manager followed us outside to apologize, but honestly—We were so frustrated, We barely registered what he said. Bottom line: Cold, greasy appetizers, slow service, incorrect entrées, and no clue from the staff on how to make it right. Completely disappointing!

My wife and I ordered the never ending soup and salad, not once did I waiter check on us or ask us if there was anything else we needed as we sat there with empty bowls, dishes and drinks, he had 2 other tables that were on either side of us and brought one table there take home meals and not once did he ask us or check on us, I was so pissed I walked out

CONSUMER BEWARE: There is a server/waitress who will use the tactic "Can you go ahead and pay? I have a family emergency to attend to?" This is an old tactic used by unprofessional servers to get the customer to pay up, give their tip and get you out the door. If this server truly had a "family emergency" she would not have taken her time to come to my table and bluntly ask me to pay right then. She gave me my check about 10-minutes after getting my dinner and never once asked me anything else except to pay up. There truly was no sense in rushing me since I was the ONLY person in that area! The food was great, the hostess was kind, the ambiance always a delight and the restaurant is very clean. I've always had a wonderful time at this Olive Garden. I truly hope this server learns to stop using such a tactic and learn better customer service skills.

May wanna tell employees not to have an obvious bad attitude and make a face when they don't receive a tip for to go orders. I tip 20 percent or more based on service with sit down experiences. I'm done tipping for to go.

Whenever your server takes precedence over getting someone else wrapped up before giving us our food after bringing it out just because the people there are dressed nicer than we are . Absolutely boo-boo , whenever she refills my glass with a flavored tea instead of unsweetened and then when asked for a different glass and tea still iterates my order wrong , does not make me feel appreciated or cared for as a guest . I’m still here as of 3:12 in the middle section with the wine . And would sincerely like someone to come discuss this because If I get disregarded and what I requested gets messed up like that just so she can get her tips . Then I will not continue to fund this establishment and take my business somewhere else . Your people define your service and customer satisfaction .

I ordered the lunch soup and salad today and the lettuce was disgustingly brown. I had to go through and pick out all of the brown wilted pieces and was barely left with anything to eat. The fact that lettuce was allowed to be given to people in that condition blows my mind.

The food took a long time to arrive, the service is bad, I complained to the manager but he doesn't care, it wouldn't be a manager, he has to work if he can't solve problems, they sat me at the bar

While eating with my family this evening a waitress named Barbara yelled at my nephew who is autistic while slamming her hands down on the table telling him to behave! I don’t care what the situation is, it is not a server’s place to raise her voice, give her opinion, or act anything but courteous to families who dine in. We will NOT be back to this establishment and are definitely reaching out to corporate.

A waitress decided to talk about kids hooking up in the gender neutral bathroom in front of my toddler. She never even got me a refill on water, the assistant manager did, after I complained about it. The food also tasted off, just bummed out I eat here every week and it's gotten this bad. Olive Garden is my absolute favorite. This location sucks. Save your money.

They sat us in the empty side room of the restaurant, our server was absolutely horrible with service, and i didnt like what i got (didnt even eat it) because the ravioli was stale and the sauce was gross. I told our waiter and he did absolutely nothing (didnt even take the plate) and then never came back to the table. I even pressed "call server" on the tablet and we waited 10 mins with no answer so we just paid and left.

Half portion, very plain, and price is 9% increased since last time I orderedand they expect a tip! If this is also your experience email the corporate right the way and they will give you your money back! I never thought I will rate Olive Garden one star

Very much overpriced for the food quality. I will not be returning. I spent $80 here and should have just went to fastfood spot for better food.

I am writing my review today for awareness. My Husband and I went here recently and had a white female waitress who gave us horrible service. I do not know the reasons why. It felt like racism low key, but I am really not sure what reasons she has for treating us differently than the rest of her tables. She barely checked on us and she rushed away when she did check on us. There was an another waitress waiting tables next to hers and she was AWESOME! I noticed her checking on one table multiple times and she even served me when my waitress was not attending to our table the same way she was attending to her other tables. I truly want to give the benefit of doubt here, but it felt very obviously painful she did not want to serve us in the same manner she was serving her other tables. She brought out my salad when I ordered the all you can eat soup and salad meal ….. It was NOT how I remembered Olive Garden’s salads being. Barely any salad in the bowl and she did not come to ask me if I wanted more or not. We had to flag her down for refills on our drinks and my soup. It was an unpleasant experience and too much money for the service and quality of food we got. Only thing I would suggest here is more training for this individual because it was not nice or professional how she treated us and made us feel as the customers. I love Olive Garden and usually have a pleasant experience when I do go, but this time was not great. Please train the staff more so that others that spend their hard earned money here do not have the same experiences.

Who ever made this Alfredo tonight 10/18/25 in McKinney it is awful. Now I eat here all the time and never been disappointed. In 7-8 yrs till now. Look at this even the presentation is terrible it’s dry all the noodles are cut up like it the last scraps. And I got a half portion of them scraps.. I dont know what happened but I never got food from here like this. New cook maybe we’ll show them again how to do this.. Alfredo is a classic one I always purchase but if this is what it resort to I’ll find a new restaurant home. Geesh this horrible 😮 I feel like I want my money back for this tragic mess……. is this used food. Or something that was not picked up by a customer and you held till the next order to give out DARN DARN DARN

Got a shrimp and chicken carbonara to go. Same plate I've always gotten for a decade. Have never had an issue with a bunch of grease nor with hair being in my food. Found 2 black hairs. (Nobody in my family has black hair) Was refused a refund but told I could get a remake. Had literally driven twenty five miles back to get a remake and told I couldn't even get more cheese for my plate. You know the stuff that you get as much as you want in store the same as the salad and breadsticks that you only get a tiny salad and two sticks for the to-go orders. The lady said well I'm giving you a whole free plate so I can't get the cheese that comes with it? The cheese I got before is in the plate I brought back that was the entire bottom half of my plate was drenched in grease. I would rather the refund then to have had to drive 25 miles back for a remake. She was even trying to blame me for not eating it sooner! I started eating it the moment I got it on the way back home. The top of the bowl was fine the middle down disgusting grease soaked soup! A bite of pasta should not be a drink of olive oil! You're not giving me a favor? The order should've been made right the first time so I didn't have to waste my time and money coming back! The remake sure isn't loaded with grease. Oh and the manager said she didn't even see any grease and that the grease would be from the bacon. I didn't order the bacon one. I think the pictures speak for themselves. Full food poisoning. I haven't stopped puking yet.
