Yesterday evening I came to KFC and at this location you know they ran out of chicken at an early hour but they did their best to rectify the situation by dropping me fresh chicken. The manager Joel was quick to make sure that I was tended to and that I was happy my wife is extremely happy behind what he did for us and the young lady who was at the window last night I did not catch her name but she was very sweet she was very kind and night was March 11th 2025 the hour was about 9:20 and 9:30 give or take and I really appreciate the stuff that you have there and and the only feedback I would give is communication would be the greatest when it comes to your guests letting them know that they do have the option to wait the time for freshly dropped chicken just like the manager Joel informed me. Please and thank you.

He told me to come to the store and he would replace it. When I got to the store, he replaced it and gave me a chocolate cake. I really liked Antonio's service.

This is the best KFC in town! The associates are friendly and alway helpful . Mgr Edwin is super on top of things! Customer service is alway a five star visit ! Thank you guys for all you do ! 🙂

Tasty chicken, good $6 combo deal while it lasts, but VPNs don't work on their wi-fi, also stay away from their honey sauce.

The food quality is terrible for the amount of money you pay here. Got the 7 piece mashed potato meal for about $21 and change. Didn't know the gravy came already on the mashed potatoes. it usually comes separately. Also, these chicken legs were smaller than my daughter's hand, and she's 13..... The service is great! Always had nice people help us here, but the food and prices are beyond poor. Do better to keep customers coming back!

This place said it close the lobby at 9:00pm and today I just went there and it was about 8:15pm and the lobby was closed. Those girls was putting chairs on top of the tables and I saw some people as me as well trying to enter to the complex. Why you set your business time at 9:00pm if you’re workers going to do whatever they want.

I arrived at KFC 20 minutes before closing, only to have my food cold, order messed up, and unprofessional staff not apologetic for their mistake. I literally had to go through the drive thru three times before my order was correct. Another issue is why is your open sign off during normal business hours? If a business posts their hours and closes before the actual closing time, you're potentially loosing business. Not a good look for your employees or establishment. The young black lady that attempted to help me was overly aggressive and non apologetic with her attitude. I will file a complaint with corporate. What a waste of my money and time!

Chicken pot pie .....tasteless. They use pieces of dark and white chicken. No herbs and spices at all. Needs a lot of sauce for the thick, tasteless crust. I guess I should have known better. I'll stick with just the chicken!

This place sucks and has an extremely long wait time. Went inside and ordered a meal and had to wait FIFTEEN mins. Gave them another try 2 weeks later and this time got the basic 3 piece tenders and went through the drive through and they say to pull around and wait up front and took TEN minutes for a BASIC meal. This place seriously sucks and they didn't give me any sauces

Normally i like this place and wouldn't hesitate to offer 5*s but service and food has greatly depreciated in recent weeks; incorrect order is one thing But stale food is just inedible and this to me is disrespectful if employees don't care for the type of service/ product being provided. I called the restaurant to report it and get a refund but they denied me and said there’s no way it could’ve been them. They were rude about it so I called corporate. The biscuit was in my bag the whole way back to work, so either they took a bite or the restaurant is haunted and a ghost did.

Tonight at 6, I picked up an order my wife and I placed and I’m fairly certain the person packing our food kicked their finger after putting our fries into the container then continued to touch the rest of our food.

I usually dont write terrible reviews but I'm so tired of this place and I only come to it cause its the closest KFC to me. These people can't count. They always short you on food. Had times where they forget this and that. This time got a meal where it had 10 wings etc and theres only 7 and yet you pay $20+ for it. And not worth my gas and time to fight over what's owed.
