I've only ever gone through the drive thru but every time I have.. the customer service has been fantastic! The staff goes above and beyond to provide good service. And the food always meets my expectations. I'd give 10 stars if I could 🙂

I haven't ordered here before, but since other taco bells were lacking on how they prepped my food, I decided to give it a shot. I ordered two bean burritos with extra cheese, well done(I barely request the well done, since many places just forget to do it) and they got it spot on! I was delightfully surprised on how delicious this simple burrito could be! Cheese melted,burrito brimming with beans! I now drive the extra 15 miles to go to this specific branch rather than the one closest to me, less than a mile.

The drive through was busy and young man taking my order did a great job on taking my order polite and patient . not familiar with the menu, he help me get what I wanted.and what I didn’t want. . I gotta give serious props to this place. Most fast-food joints these days rush you through like you’re just another order number, but not here. From the second I walked in, the crew was upbeat, friendly, and actually seemed to enjoy their job — that alone sets the vibe right. My food came out fast, hot, and fresh — like, actually fresh. Fries crispy, burger stacked like it mattered, and the soda machine hit perfectly (you know how rare that is). I’ve been to plenty of spots where they forget half your order or hand you something that looks like it’s been sitting in the warmer since last week — not here. They nailed it. They still need to clean out there iced tea maker or something. The tea is always old and tastes of mold or mildew. Its gross. Some of us cannot drink soda or sugary drinks and it's not to difficult to make tea. If you guys had fresh brewed iced tea those of us who can't drink soda would be very happy. The food is always great and made fresh to order and the staff is awesome and always friendly. Just please fix the tea.

Pretty good food. It’s fast which is what I need when I visit a fast food place. There were no errors in what I ordered. I knocked off one star because the staff seem to have no personality. I know it’s not the most desirable job, but you never know who you could be serving food to. A smile may go a lot farther that you think. Overall I will most likely return here in the future.

The drive thru is lame the way they are taking orders. It makes no sense. Emploee taking orders far from the speaker,, and one car driving around to the window at a time, while the line of 10 cars is hanging out in the parking lot blocking traffic. Our order/food was correct and good.

Iv always said, fast food is just fast food. Fast food isnt a world cuisine by far but if the people there are nice and caring, fast food can go a long way. The boy and a girl that have taken my orders in the past who patiently stand there while i stare at the mini menu deserve a few stars themselves.

Place was clean. Staff friendly. Food not anything to get excited about. Trying to use restroom bit of a pain. You have to have an employee unlock door so you can use it. They knock then open the door. So if they don't hear you say that you are in there easily walked in on. Not a good set up there.

The food meaning the ingredients are very low in standards by any one’s standards but it’s covered with taste and grease so people don’t realize what they are putting in their bodies when they chow down on a Taco with their low level meats that they buy.

I ordered the five dollar stacked meal, I enjoyed the two regular hard shell tacos were fine. However, the meal comes with a small drink ?order without ice) the stackee was discussing. When I went home I feed it to my dogs, and cautiously ate the stacker. When I went through the drive-thru I waited about thirteen minutes before I was able to order.

Very fast order and pickup. Employee in parking lot entrance to drive thru taking the orders - - > pay and pick up at the window. The problem with this method is you can't refer to the menu board. I do miss the Taco Salads and the Tostados. It is possible they changed the names but I wouldn't know because I couldn't view the menu, with images, when making my order. I was asked if I wanted any hot sauce and specified "Fire" sauce. I didn't receive any sauce at all.

My husband and I ordered the Cantina Bowl for $8.49 each, as it looked so healthy in the advertisement. I’m a small eater but found the portion size so small I had to go home and find something additional to eat.

This location is horrible. We have been there twice in the last month, 1st time they messed up our order. Ordered the special Cheese it wrap and there was no cheese it, they decided to use tortilla strips instead. Tacos are just shells with a small amount of meat (maybe a table spoon if you’re lucky), the rest is just lettuce and barely any cheese. Was a joke of a taco. Today we went, thinking maybe they were having an off day last time. Man was I wrong, tacos were a joke again. Hardly any meat at all. I broke off all the excess shell and was left with a half a hotdog sized taco. You should call them taquitos, not tacos. Ordered a 5 layer beefy cheese burrito. Please notice the beefy part in the title. There was a bite of beef, no sour cream, hardly any cheese sauce, lots of beans (which should have been the amount of beef instead, hence the name), a double folded on the ends tortilla, which took the burrito down to a soft taco, hate to see an actual soft taco. This place is a joke. Maybe it is because it was 10PM and the workers just didn’t want to work. $54 for under prepared food. Get it together Taco Bell.

This specific location is notorious for having incorrect and incomplete orders. Luckily I live around the corner so I don't have to waste much gas coming back, but I should not have to do that. I rounded up my order so I could support whatever foundation you guys have, the least you can do is have my order correct when I pay for it at the window. Make sure to check your bag before you leave the premises.

I understand that Taco Bell isn't known for it's amazing service. But the the window was clearly not understanding through the intercom. I chose to order at the window a #8 and 2 craving boxes, one with beans instead of the meat. Naturally, there's always something they do wrong. But the reason why I'm leaving a bad review is because when came to the window the smell of weed reeked from within the restaurant. The management at this location is clearly lacking to allow their employees to come in with being impaired.

Takes forever to get food. Slowest service I’ve ever seen. Can tell it is completely disorganized based on how many workers are coming to the window. For the number of people working there, it seriously baffles me how slow they are at serving customers. Food is fine when you actually get it. Nothing amazing there. Never hot since it takes so long to get it. These are the same workers that want higher wages and are getting $20/hr minimum in CA. Crazy.

I bought a bean and cheese burrito for my little sibling, and it took over 10 minutes just to receive a single item. On top of that, he received food poisoning and threw up in the middle of the night prior to me buying the burrito hours before. Don't go to this location if you're expecting decent quality and service time.

This location takes way too long. I had placed an order online. I get there and people placing orders at the kiosks are getting their orders before me. I tell an employee and of course I get some attitude just for speaking up. I finally get my order after 30 mins. They didn't even put my order in their boxes. All items tossed in the bag.

Absolutely ridiculous. My boyfriend and I love stopping by for a quick bite. Never would I have thought that I would receive food that tasted hours old. The tacos were cold and the tortillas were stiff and hard to chew. The crunch-wrap did not have a hard shell in it. The nachos are stiff and clumped together. I’m very disappointed in the service as I went to complain and was met with rudeness and carelessness. Ridiculous.

Don't get food delivered from this restaurant if you can avoid it, I wasn't given a choice when choosing Delivery and it was automatically sent to 'this' specific Taco Bell, and it took about an hour and a half to actually get my food. Not “fast” food. For a fast food franchise, this location is SUPER SLOW. I ordered ahead in the app and still had to wait 30 minutes for 2 tacos. Insane. They clearly prioritize the drive-thru orders over everything else. Someone even ordered at the front counter after me and still got their food before me. Ridiculous. Their only saving grace is that the workers are actually very nice and friendly. The parking spots for the place is small and cramped, but it’s located in a plaza with a grocery store so you can park there and walk. Awful.

Drive thru was missing some of my items. As well as baja blast freeze wasnt full at all and when i went in to get my missing items, the front cashier was to busy coloring to notice me. And when i confronted her and told her what was going on she said give me one second to finish this drawing. Waited an extra 15 mins for my replacement items and my freezes mostly thawed.

I love taco bell but the "in n out" style drive through is ridiculous! Please take it off. I get anxiety ordering because I can't see it and it's difficult trying to remember when there's a line waiting to order next. Good initiative, bad judgment. 👎

I just went through the drive thru to pick up some chalupas. The kid taking the order was rude and the female at the druve thru window was even worse. This young generation is beyond disrespectful. I went through the drive through window, 7/1 at 9 pm. You could not see thee menu until you got up to the order microphone. That's when the employee said they were out of BEEF. We were stuck in line for another 20 minutes. That menifee location is always out of something, but to be out of one of your main items that's in half of your menu is crazy.

Did not make the food correctly it was cold. The crunch wrap supremes where very thin, with nothing in them, but lettuce and tomato.. Phoned in to talk to a manger. She was polite and apologized. She did nothing to correct the problem. The Taco Bell on Scott RD and 215 has better service and food. We will not be back to this store again.

We were at the drive-through on 11/22/22 around 10am. my wife ordered a salad without cheese, it came with cheese. They didn't have forks. How are you supposed to eat a salad without a fork? we went to a different place to get a fork. Next time, we will just go somewhere else. By the way, the worker and the supervisor were rude (they slummed the drive-through window on us).

My family loves taco bell an that is why I kept going but two nights ago was my last. Every time I go they don't give me my full order. I even ask them at the window to please make sure it is all there and correct, I don't want to hold up the line. When I get home there are always numerous items missing. I like our workers at taco bell. I hate the order through a person. "In n out style" I'm a visual person. Taco bell has an amazing extra menu specials. Going through the person outside you cant see that. Its just pretty much their combo menu. Taco bell you are not in n out with a limited menu. We need to see what all you offer. Why don’t your people that stand outside in the drive thru wear a reflective safety vest so that we can see them in the dark? My wife asked if we could order from the actual menu and not from the person standing in the drive thru. My wife had forgotten her glasses so she couldn’t see the small menu that the young lady was holding. The young lady’s response was ummm…..ummm…..ummm for about 30 seconds and that’s when I said it’s okay and told the young lady that we would just go elsewhere to order food. I just don’t understand the need to have a person stand outside to take my order. And at least give them a flash light so the can light up the menu when it’s dark out. Not like we have built in night vision. Also I think it’s dangerous to have your employees outside at night time taking orders with no security to watch over them in that lonely parking lot

I'm surprised at all the good reviews. I got a cold burrito 4 fries and the lasy swang the bag in my car while quickly shutting the window service. My napkins were greasy and she had just gave them to me. I will never go there again.

I just went through their drive through. First, they made such a big deal about me wanting a receipt…only to get home to find missing items from my order. They never pick up their phone. They always forget the sauce. Would NOT recommend this place.

From a delivery experience, they apparently couldn't find the order from their end. Then they didn't even bother to ask me what the order was and just walk away. They also only focused on drive thru and completely disregarded me and just kept working the drive thru and took other customers orders.

Cannot recommend this place…staff is improperly trained. Our order was not correct and this was consistent over the course of multiple visits. We thought we would save time by dining in since the drive through was too long and that was a big mistake. I could have taken less time at a dine in restaurant. You’re also pretty much ignored if you have a question, and you literally have to yell to get help. Unless they fix their situation with staff quality assurance I would steer clear from this place simply because they don’t work with any heart. I believe no matter what you are doing you give 100%. That precedent is clearly missing.

Waited 25 minutes for mobile order. My chalupa’s tortilla was stale and cold. Ordered the new chicken cantina hard taco, delish but I needed a magnifying glass to find the meat in the taco. $3+ dollars for 1 bite of meat doesn’t sound right. There was no one servicing the front or addressing/directing anyone for a good 5 minutes. At least there was a girl sweeping and it looked clean. DRIVE FARTHER AWAY TO SCOTT ROAD OR NEWPORT. Most of the staff is cool, but the managers force delivery drivers to wait in the super slow and long drive-thru even after the staff were willing to bring it out to me. The order is ready but instead I have to wait 20 minutes extra for everyone else to order and it messes up my income. Why should delivery drivers have to wait when the order is sitting there getting cold?

If I could give them a zeroI would I have not been in a Taco Bell in years and went to just grab a quick bite and go home, the first young lady who fixed my food I watched her touch her headset touch her cap and then proceeded to use the same gloves she had on to fix my food, when she presented me with the food I told her that I was not eating that food based on her hygiene. She proceeded to tell her manager that I was not going to take the food and then the manager decided she was going to make the food I never saw her wash her hands and I don't even know where she got her gloves from. Then she started offering me all this free stuff I told her I don't want your free stuff I just want you and your staff to follow sanitary rules as food service that's all I expect out of this place. Then I begin to look around the place and it was filthy tables the drink area everything was filthy. I understand that they do a lot of orders at the drive-thru but they need to tap out so everyone can wash their hands or the person that is taking the orders should not be fixing food because they forget they have on those gloves and continue to work in the same gloves and who knows for how long so we are all taking a risk with our health when we go to this Taco Bell.

I asked why it took so long and they told me they were going by a queue system but I could clearly hear the lead say we're prioritizing larger orders first and that they were short staffed meanwhile they had one of their workers cleaning the tile on the wall instead of working in the kitchen helping to get orders out terrible leadership and management of personnel will not be returning.

My order for my kids was made wrong asked for it to be made correctly and they basically got no food in there tacos

Out of my entire years of going to Taco Bell.. this one takes the cake! If you want food poisoning in the middle of night choose this location. I’ve never felt so horrible after eating in my life!! I waited 25 min in the dining room for my pick up. DONT DO IT!! Was up all night vomiting.

Health inspectors might wanna take a look at this place. The kitchen area that I could see was trashed and then I watch the employee put my food on my bare counter sitting on some power cords on the end. There was no wrapper or paper under them she just pulled the cheese wraps up on the end on top of the power cords that crossed the counter. She eventually wrapped everything before bagging it but it grossed me out. Maybe need some new food handlers training here.

They make me wait for 15 mins. They was no one customer inside or drive t 4 people working not make sense.

I wish I could share the picture I took of the food because words simply don't do justice. I ordered through Grub Hub and the driver was gracious enough to contact me and let me speak with a worker who said they had no small flour tortillas to make the soft taco Supreme, which I told her was fine and she could just make them crunchy. I had also asked for hot sauce. When the order got here, ALL of the tacos were NOT supreme and had hardly any ground beef, lettuce, or cheese! They looked absolutely disgusting. We had to toss out the entire order as it honestly didn't even look eatable.

The worst place in the world, I fish at Dordash, when they give an order from this place, I wait for the order for 30-40 minutes and in any case the order is not ready, and something is missing from the order! So it turns out that those people who ordered food write to us, and they run into us! So I hate this place! Honestly, my rating for this place is 0 out of 5! Those who follow the reviews, pass this on to the managers so that they resolve this issue! Please!

I have no idea why this location even takes mobile orders. They never ever have them ready. I ordered through the mobile app at 7:15. It said my order would be ready at 7:22. So I left my house and got to the location at 7:26. I asked about the order and they said it was not ready yet. No biggie, few extra minutes right? At 7:42 I asked about my order again and the lady said there are still 7 orders ahead of mine. It is now 7:55 and im still waiting with no communication from staff. There is no reason a fast food joint that you can order ahead from should take 40 plus minutes to make an order. This is absolutely ridiculous!!!!

Complete crap will never come here again, terrible service and orders all wrong. I honestly hope AI takes over the fast food industry since everyone in fast food nowadays looks at customers like complete trash, at least AI will be programmed to take orders and not complain or have a crappy attitude, I will never come here again, bad service.

The drive thru libe was long, too long so we came inside to order some delicious apple pie empanadas. We figured we woukd be in and out since the dinning area was mostly empty. Little did we know not a single person worked in the dining area. All the attention was going to the drive through. So we ordered our empanadas through the kiosk. And began our wait, at first it was okay we talked about the weather and sports. But after about 45 mins we ran out if things to talk about, my back started hurting and my blood sugar began to get low. I could see other patrons began to get anxious. The vibe changed i felt as if a riot was about to kick off, I reached down to tighten up my shoelaces. I searched for a weapon and right when the line was about to break the started calling names. Luckily the riot didn't kick off. But the time spent and tension in the air was enough for me to realize, forget this place. They take forever to make simple food. Zero stars. Eat del taco!!

Worst customer service! Ordered online said my order would be ready in ten minutes. Went inside to check if my order was ready and the guy upfront said it’s still not ready. Went to check 15 minutes later and he said he couldn’t find my order. I showed him my receipt from my purchase online and said he would look for my order called the manager to redo the order. Finally after a total of 30 minutes later I got my order. Without an apology of why they took long for a simple order. Never again with this place!

I called the location on 06/03/25 at 10:29 PM, to make a simple order change I just asked if they would start my food when my delivery driver arrives because it usually shows up cold or like warm by the time I receive it. What I didn’t expect? To hear the staff trash-talking my order before they even hung up the phone. Pro tip: if you’re going to talk smack, at least make sure you’ve muted the line. The lack of professionalism is honestly embarrassing. And let’s not ignore the TikTok dance breaks I’ve caught through the window on past visits. It’s giving “high school hallway” energy, not a functioning fast food location. I’ve worked in fast food — I get it. It’s tough, it’s fast-paced. But customer service means showing some level of respect, even if you’re having a bad night. Manager, it’s time to wrangle your squad. Whoever was on tonight needs a serious crash course in customer service — or at the very least, how to hit mute before airing their thoughts. Hot food, cold vibes. Fix the attitude, and this place could actually shine.

Decided to eat at Taco Bell for the first time in a long time. Their coupon in the mail enticed me to sample one of their products I haven't tried. It clearly said on the coupon that it was valid and not expired as well as the location we can use it at. The lady at the drive thru said they no longer take coupons. 🤔 Is this false advertisement? I guess I should continue staying away.

Are you all running out of food over there or something? Everything we ordered was 10% of the filling it should have had in it. Every part of the order was like this here's a picture of a burrito with about one bite of meat in it after we tore up the excess tortilla. FAIL. THIS IS PEOPLE'S DINNER Y'ALL ARE MAKING, IS THIS HOW YOU WOULD MAKE A TACO OR BURRITO FOR YOURSELVES? I DON'T THINK SO. FAIL. You should give me my 35 bucks back.
