Terrible place. We were with some friends and arrived 15 minutes before 10 pm, and the waiter came over offering us the "count us" promotion (half price). We repeatedly asked if the promotion was still valid, as their advertisements said it ended at 10 pm, and he said yes. After 10 pm, he just as confidently offered us the promotion again. We asked to clear up any doubts about whether it was valid, to which the waiter replied that it was no problem, that he could apply the promotion to us. When we were paying, he charged us for all the cubes without a promotion. When we confronted him, all the security guards and ALL the waiters locked us in front of the register and surrounded us to intimidate us. If you can avoid going, DO IT.

The other waiters and security staff protected him and held me down so I couldn't attack him, while he continued hitting me. No one restrained him. Ideally, don't go to this place; it's full of thieves who protect each other. If you do end up there, when you get the bill, go pay directly at the register. Pay attention: not to the waiter. Pay at the register and count the money carefully in front of the cashier as you hand it over, preferably with witnesses present.
