Excelente ambiente, variedad de panes y postres, el lugar es bastante espacioso y el color blanco da aún más amplitud, tiene área de terraza con sombrillas y el área interior climatizada, los precios son accesibles. Para ir a disfrutar de una buena plática junto a tus amigos o familia, excelente selección en la música ambiental. La atención de Eduardo y demás personal es un 100 ✨

Es una de mis cafeterías favoritas de Mérida, cada que viajo voy con mi mamá o familia. El servicio por parte de todo su personal es maravilloso, muy amables y atentos. El es muy limpió, elegante. El desayuno es delicioso,10/10 Las bebidas 10/10 excelente arte latte por parte de los baristas! La mejor parte sus postres 🧁

Mi experiencia en Petit Délice Mérida fue regular. El servicio no es malo, pero es evidente que falta capacitación y liderazgo en piso. Durante toda mi visita, ningún líder se acercó a la mesa: ni el gerente, ni el supervisor, ni alguien responsable del servicio. Los colaboradores hacen su esfuerzo, pero se percibe falta de guía y seguimiento. Un restaurante de este nivel debería tener mayor presencia de liderazgo para asegurar una mejor experiencia al cliente. Ojalá puedan reforzar la capacitación y la supervisión, porque el lugar tiene potencial para ofrecer un servicio mucho más sólido.

Very nice! Loved the bakery items and the food was so good! Reasonable pricing - 4 of us with 6 drinks and 5 pastries as well as each eating a breakfast plate was only $105 usd about 1800 pesos.

First timer here. I looked up "creme brulee" and this place popped up. Delicious, great atmosphere, and the server was very nice and helpful. I definitely recommend this place. Feels like a peaceful french gem in the middle of a busy city. Loved it.

Cool place with really nice pastries. Amazing bread and cute vibe. Staff is really nice and the best thing is that they have a really fast service. My sister tried to use the wifi for work stuff but it was too slow so don’t come for work and just for brunch or coffee.

We actually love this place, food was delicious, the place is really nice looking, fast service i would like the waiter to check on tables to make sure everything is how supposed to be (my order was incomplete, it was still pretty good though) also just a personal opinion: it doesn't look good for them to be washing dishes in front of customers, restaurant is to nice to do that right there. Overall great place to eat good experience and i will definitely recommend it and i will definitely be going back again!

El lugar es bonito sin duda, pedimos unos huevos esos estaban muy ricos la salsa estaba buena y un sandwich de huevo ese no estaba malo pero estaba algo simple, también probamos un mil hojas que estaba delicioso y una tarta de ciruela que también estaba rica, el servicio deja mucho que desear en primera porque para tomar la orden o pedir cosas extra tardan en hacerte caso y lo otro porque si no te ven bien vestido te hacen caras y pues nosotros íbamos de excursión así que íbamos con algunas mochilas de ahí en fuera nos pareció bien

Llevo más de 5 años acudiendo de forma ocasional. Los desayunos son muy buenos. Aunque en esta ocasión estaban un poco desabridos. El pan es excepcional y la atención es muy buena.

We went there for dessert only and it was a tasty experience. This is definitely a place for people with sweet tooth because everything was very sugary (I mean, it’s dessert right?) Very cute and makes zero sense in the middle of town, its really French and cute. The breakfast was nice, coffee is good, theuffin was just ok. The full experience is great, really feels like Europe minus the Spanish haha Will go back for sure.

The food was good, not spectacular, but good. We chose brunch options from the menu for our meal. Their display cases had some really beautiful looking pastries, although I didn't try them, I was full from brunch. But if I require fancy pastry again I will certainly go back to this place to try them out!! Most of the staff were very pleasant and friendly, but it needs to be said that the main waiter we had came with a high degree of attitude and it made me feel uncomfortable. We dined indoors to enjoy the air conditioning, but they also have a lovely terrace for less "intense" Merida days!

Cuando llegue a Mérida era de mis lugares favoritos. Los desayunos y los postres son muy bueno pero de un tiempo para acá subieron mucho sus precios. Una hogaza de pan brioche esta $400 pesotes (entiendo que incluye la mermelada) pero es una exageración que un pan cueste eso. Y su extra de huevo es $30 pesotes (cuando el kilo de huevo en Mérida está entre los 42-50 pesos). No olviden que su público principal somos los mexicanos que vivimos aquí y que nos quieran cobrar cómo extranjeros es pasarse de lanza. Ojalá así estén ganando sus empleados, de pérdida, con esos precios que se cargan.

La primera vez que fui, el pan era exquisito! Una delicia … esta vez el croissant de almendra … estaba todo mantecoso, la pasta toda aguada y excesivamente dulce … ojalá pudieran regresar a la calidad original
