I just love this food !! Always a great visit and great food!! But When All the tables are dirty!🤢 I asked for one to be Cleaned so I could sit down.. the laidy said Yes He is going to do it now!! I was like thank you 🙏🏻 BUT I had to Clean my table my self.... he was on the phone.. by the time I order was ready the table was still dirty so I had to go over and get the stuff myself clean my table so he could finish his texting on the phone. So I can sit down and eat!! Come on Arby’s you guys are better than that. I still give you a five star on the food but the young man that plays on the phone too much really destroyed customer service today.

First time ever eating there and the drive thru experience was amazing and friendly. They helped with suggestions and were very patient and the food was AMAZING!!! Definitely will eat there again and again, heck Arby’s might be my favorite eating spot 🤦🏽‍♂️

Arby's is an amazing spot to grab a quick meal while satisfying your taste buds and filling your stomach without breaking the bank. Like, Arby's is going to hook you up guys. Make sure to order a lot of food and get curly fries on top of your order. I only hope that I get more coupons from Arby's in the mail in order to give myself an excuse to go up there more often.

Let's start with the hospitality. The moment you walk in you feel like you're welcome there. Everyone there is kind and friendly. The food is more than excellent. For what you get, don't let the price scare you. You get more than your money's worth. I was blown away when they remembered a regular customer's name. I can't describe how great they are. This might be one of mesquites best kept secrets. Hope to be a regular myself.

Great Turkey sandwiches but only early in the day. The evening crews sandwiches are not made as nice and precise as the day crew. Some people just work for the money but others out there are all into their job no matter what it is. if you make sandwiches, than be the best damn sandwich maker there is because trust me, there is a difference and you can taste and see it. Quality means everything . Besides this issue, the restaurant is always clean and friendly, fast staff.

Came here for lunch and Tino took my order. I ordered the fish sandwich and asked that it be made to order (Hot). He was very polite and gave me exactly what I wanted. He's someone that goes the extra mile and enjoys doing it too. This location has always been a favorite of mine. Tino, on my way out, you said "Please come back and visit us again." Try the gyro's, seriously they are really good. The remodel looks very nice. Everything was clean and well stocked. Our food was fresh, ample and left us too full for dessert. The shakes here are really good. Cashier's are nice and great at their job.

Even before the remodel this restaurant has consistently served quality food in a clean dining area. With the new look it's even better. The food is always served neatly and quickly and the staff are quite helpful! Great option for fast food that doesn't taste like a microwaved burger! Check em out!

Quick but not "fast food". I appreciate being able to stop by and get a delicious sandwich made from quality ingredients. Happy Hour is daily from 2-5pm with $1 menu items: Sliders (small sandwiches), fries, cookies, shakes, coffee drinks and sodas. The staff at this location are always personable, from the managers on down. Coupons are welcome and they'll even help you get the best value!

I went in to order my lunch and everything looked clean and the young man that took my order helped me with my questions on which sandwich would be best for me. Oh and normally I would get the curly fries but this time I tried their crinkle fries which was delicious 😋

I love their fish sandwiches it's crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. Match that with some crinkle fries, cooked well done I love it. The manager is super attentive at this restaurant. He makes sure that your order is on point.

Two-for-6 was great deal. Also tried tge new BLT... about $8. It was ECELLENT but I thought "small" for the price... you definitely WANTED more because it was fantastic.

Finally not disappointed. The last two speciality sandwiches were bad- prime this or that , looked great on the commercial, but limp, & tasteless in my hands. Remodeled Arby's recently parking lot connects to Walmart and easy out to other places. This place is a little slow but food is usually fresh. I've had wrong orders here but the people have always been helpful when this happens and often results in free food. Great sandwiches!

The food was good, but quite expensive! Dining for two people was just above $20. The Assistant Manager Joshua was sociable and suggested items to get a bang for your buck. Without hesitation, he honored a discount without asking for one.

Have always loved Arby's... We eat at this location fairly often, and it's always CLEAN... Yes, they got our order wrong every now and then, but the *always* make it right :) P.S. PLEASE bring back that awesome RB on the King's Hawaiian bread, it was the best sandwich ever! That sauce, oh oh oh that sauce...

The drive thru line was a little long but the wait was short. Ordered the 2 for $6.00 roast beef sandwiches with B Q sauce and a small coke for a total of $7.50. I enjoyed the meal.

I'm not too sure if they hired a new person and was in the middle of training but things seemed a tad confusing with the clerk... But the manager got it all straightened out professionally with his coworkers and the food and atmosphere was pleasant.

We got large orange cream shakes to go. We should have only gotten med or sm they were way to big but very delicious. Staff were friendly and efficient. Store was clean (including ladies restroom).

I went in with the intention of using my free shake coupon with the purchase of a sandwich at regular price. So, I tried the burger combo with curly fries $13 and the curly fries were old and the burger was crispy. Nice clean restaurant and dining room.

Place has been renovated. They messed up the order for the gyro, asked for no tomatoes or lettuce. Of course, they made it with both items. I asked for a beef n cheddar slider. They only put the cheese on it, no other sauce. The naan and the slider bread was fresh. Not my fav place to go for a quick meal very often. It will be quite some time before I give it another try, if I ever do.

I can't believe you don't have the potato cakes. Your crinkle fries and curly fries are average at best. There are.plenty of restaurants that sell those. The potato cakes were unique and delicious and was the only reason I stopped by Arby's.

Great Roast Beef sandwiches. I've had only fresh, tender warm roast beef at this location since they remodeled and upgraded. However most of the new crazy stuff they added to the menu is just kinda 👌. Not sure why Arby's felt it necessary to add so many different types of food. They also took away the JR roast beef sandwiches. The sliders are a joke and don't taste good at all & if they want to improve or change something, those nasty seasoned curly fries that are never fresh should go. Put an awesome fresh cut spiral fries from a fresh potato with sea salt. Now that would make this place AMAZING!! But still, I love the Classic Roast Beef, and Beef and Cheddar. I give them 10 out of 5.😋😍

The sandwiches were good but we should have checked our bag before we left. We asked for crisp crinkle fries and were given curly fries. Tried calling 4 times and it hung up automatically. Had to take them back the next day to get correct fries and "she was like is this all you want?!) Also got another lemon ade.

We like their sliders, but I really don't care for the heavily seasoned curly fries. Soft drink prices not competitive with nearby fast food restaurants. Customer service very satisfactory.

I went through the drive through window just now and ordered a double Beef and Cheddar sandwich only. I just prepared to enjoy it and there is NO cheddar. My schedule wouldn't allow me to return to the restaurant so I attempted to call the restaurant and the line is BUSY. Where in this day and age do you get a busy signal other than if someone has taken the phone off the hook? 😔 Hopefully the manager or franchise owner will see this and address it. There was no line at all. There is no way that my Sandwich should have been made in error.

I have only eaten here once. But I have picked up as a delivery driver many times. Most days the customer service I receive as a driver is ok. But today 03.29.2022 @ about 1.15 pm it was the worst. I came in to pick up my delivery and the young lady at the register was nice and recognized I was going in to pick up an order and told the other young lady that i was there to pick up an order to which the 2nd young lady said 'aw too bad' turned around and walked away. I find this to be very rude and definitely not the way to talk to or treat anyone. 😕 I hope she doesn't do this to other clients. But by the looks of it, it seems like she does. Very sad and disappointing.

Not so good meat was dry and bread also .And barely warm . The Carly Price were cold and hard there were obviously old ones as well as the sandwich the cherry turnover we got neither one was warmed up and it was dried out also obviously they have not been shown how to handle the merchandise and the temperatures to keep it at I will not return to this location ever again

We ordered for two yesterday afternoon at your Arby's. Asked for some extra Arby's and Horsey sauce. We expected something like maybe 8 packets. We got 41 packets!!! Now I understand why on occassion when I ask for sauce, I'm told you are out. Managers you might want to retrain your staff.

I had the classic roast beef and cheese with curly fries. The food was not hot. For a meal close to $12, you should do better. This location is close to several other fast food places, which runs circles around them in terms of price and quality control.

Ordered DoorDash and they forgot my extra cheese sauce. These restaurants need to do better in getting delivery orders correct. It’s too expensive for these kind of mistakes to happen with delivery. I say we should boycott Uber eats & DoorDash until this is fixed. I can’t be the only one whose orders are consistently more wrong than right. So fed up

I appreciate you remodeling your restaurant - but you have been reopened now for 3 weeks. You need to go clean up the construction debris from behind the bushes.

This location is on my way home so it's convenient. However the food and service are 50/50. Half the time everything is great. The other half, it's awful. Tonight the potato cakes were dry as cardboard and over cooked. And the bun was soggy...I don't know if they steam the buns or not...but it was wet like it had been in a steamer way too long. I ended up tossing the potato cakes and putting the meat on a bun I had at home. They were also out of the cookies (again) and the shake machine was broken. The service always seems like the customer is an inconvenience. I have taken their survey before and requested a call back, but not once has anyone tried to reach me by email or phone. Roll the dice on this location and maybe you'll get a good meal

Came by yesterday for lunch… limited electricity in building . Came by today and Spent $23.00 for a couple of “Beef and Cheddars that ware not even a little bit warm. Curly fries and potato cakes were Hot and fresh.

The Arby's on Range Rd. has gone in the toilet! I'm so sad that I can no longer get decent food or correct orders at this location. Everyone has a different budget, but for me Arby's is a splurge and when I spend $30+ on dinner for 2 I don't want raw meat or cold fries or dried out mac and cheese or forgotten drinks and sauces. It's like they just don't care anymore. They even stapled my napkins to the inside of my bag 🤦🏼‍♀️ Do better, Arby's.👎

Ordered through Uber and 5 mins away Uber cancelled our order. Figured we would deal with Uber on that one. Ordered a second time hoping for a better Uber, but this time the store cancelled our order. Third times a charm, this time used Grub Hub. Arbys calls us and says they refuse to make our order because they already sent one out. We're RUDE on the phone!!! Absolutely RUDE!

Ordered 6 their new specials with buffalo wings & fries. Got home, not a single fry! Very frustrating to say the least. Finally reached the manager & never once apologized & didn't even offer to replace my order! What happened to customer service!

Oh no!! NOT going back here. The food was not good, the curly fries weren't flavorful at ALL. The hygiene of the restaurant was atrocious. Floors were dirty and sticky. I wound up going to the bathroom after the meal and it was unthinkably dirty and disgusting, men's and womens. In the ladies room, someone had wiped themselves after going #2 and thrown the used disgusting toilet paper in the trash can provided in the stall!!!! I was so revolted I'm not sure I'll ever go back to an Arby's. My boyfriend had an even worse experience in the men's room. Urine and fecal matter everywhere. Viel seems to nice of a word to use. I wound up have diarrhea later that night. No way, never again!! DON'T GO!!!

Im customer drive thru 328 and I came today for the fish strips I am not satisfied with my order I had the smallest pieces of fish and my fries where way to many For 9.69 this order should have been better no tater sauce no ketchup the fries covered the fish I thought they only gave me fries it was so small I spent 25.64 and my order was not satisfying order #aac9vlpsajcc look it up I come there all the time and my order is usually great sorry but truth must be told thank you GET BETTER I will be back

Nobody listens to the food being ordered or check the orders before they give you your food. I've been here twice where this happened to me. Didn't get a large curly fry & ask no no ice in my drink. The next time I got the wrong drink & a apple turnover not cherry. Avoid this place unless you order inside because the drive thru is TERRIBLE.

Second and last time eating here. Tried giving it a second chance after having a not so good experience before. I've had Arby's in other areas and enjoyed it without complaint. To me it's not worth what it costs (at this location). The staff is friendly. I'll give it that.

Absolutely worse service here. I have been standing In front of the counter and have 2 people at the cash register and there has been no communication or eye contact. It’s bad already that Arby’s has a bad rep as a fast food industry.

I never get my sauce, even though I always order it. I don’t even like to eat the sandwich if I don’t have some sauce for it….and who does.

What a bad experience this was. Neither of us got what we ordered and after dealing with my son on the phone their best offer was for us to drive to the location to pick up the drinks we didn't get. I got some sort of a flat thing instead of a Reuben. Get your stuff together.

The photos posted on here in the photo section are fake-put up by the company. I was in 9/18/17 they made me a beef and cheddar sandwich to inspect, the meat section was 3/8 inch thick.The sandwich preparer came to counter and admitted that the pictures on my Arby's coupon are fake. Do not go here!. Return visit 1/12/2021 3pm. ordered 2 ruben sandwiches at counter, must have been a shift change no one making sandwiches for a few minute's. The complaint- I was asked if I wanted any Arbys sauces, I said I would not mind some extra thousand island dressing that comes on the sandwich, I was given two solo containers 1/5 full, I commented they look empty, counter person said if you want more we are going to charge you for it!.

No one at the counter could speak good English. I could not understand them and they couldn’t understand me as my entire order was wrong. Also no one at the counter could tell me how the app works.

Service takes way too long, there's only one cook at the back making orders. Whoever is in charge needs to hire more cooks. If they can't find anyone they should raise their pay to get applicants.

Only drive thru is open. I placed my order and it was repeated incorrectly twice. The 3rd time, it was repeated correctly. I ordered 2 roast beef with cheese and 2 roast beef with meat only. Got ready to eat and noticed the my order was wrong. They are not answering the phone.

I ate there today and the food was terrible!! The fries were hard and barely whole. The bread on my sandwich tasted stale. Poor customer service and no welcoming staff to suggest or help you. There was hardly anyone in the place and it's dirty. I always wondered why I hardly ever saw cars parked there now I understand why.

The slowest service I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. The drive through was so backed up I decided to go inside to order. The line was long and slow and only one person behind the counter seemed to know what was going on and have ANY sense of urgency. Although the young man who took my order was very pleasant.

My sandwich was disgusting the meat had a gross slimy wet texture and no amount of sauce could fix the taste the only decent part of the sandwich was the bacon (I had to pay an extra 1.25$ to have put on) so I ate that and tossed the rest. I only went for the curly fries but I figured I’d give the main thing y’all are known for a try and it was a terrible experience

This was NOT a good visit. Had to remove the top bun from the classic roast beef to see if there was really any meat on it. I thought they used to weigh the meat portions, but I guess not any more. It was a bun sandwich, not a roast beef sandwich. The crispy fish sandwich was stone cold, only a dribble a tartar sauce. It has been a while since I've been there, but I never plan to go back. It used to be one of my favorite places. Not now.

By far the slowest "fast food" place I've ever been to. I'm not even exaggerating it. They took 30 minutes to move 1 car past the window. I was behind 4 cars and it took 45 minutes.

Unforgettably bad experience. Even though it happened 4 years ago, and all of those employees have probably moved on - thinking about what happened still leaves me somewhat irritated. I ordered 4 beef & cheddar sandwiches, no sauce. After a long wait, I received 5 roast beef sandwiches (lesser value) no cheddar, with sauce. (???) Didn't notice until I got home. The receipt showed I was charged for beef and cheddar sandwiches. After getting ripped off I drove back for a refund, only to find that the dining room was closed. However, the drive-thru was still open. After another long wait, I finally spoke to a manager. She denied us a refund (for their mistake), claiming, "the [cash register] till has already been pulled" and, "it would mess up our count if we gave you a refund". It didn't matter that the food was paid for via credit/debit card. She actually told us to "come back tomorrow". You can't rip me off then tell me to come back another day for a refund. The store's "count" is not the customer's problem. The internal handlings of a business do not provide an adequate excuse to inconvenience and/or mishandle the customer. Doing so is unethical, at best. Bear in mind, I was calm and polite the whole time. I did nothing to provoke anyone. The harshest thing I said occurred immediately prior to my departure, in which I said, "this is really unacceptable service". The manager's response? She gave me the most arrogant/careless "sorry" she could offer. Of all the ways this restaurant dissatisfied me that night, that put the icing on the cake. After several years, I still haven't eaten at Arby's, and I don't intend to. I can't help but associate the company with arbitrary legalism and corporate greed. Any company whose corporate pressure trickles down to the customer is not a company that acts in good faith, and isn't a company I want to do business with.

DON'T EAT HERE!!! I found a roach in my sandwich today. Ordered thru UberEats, which they didn't follow the order notes and didn't remove the tomatoes smh. Never eating at this location again will be reporting them to the Health Department and posting all over social media

Almost always, good food. But, I'm giving one star because the service in the drive thru ALWAYS is sub-par. Every single time we go, like tonight, I place my order, and drive off with half, only to go 8 miles to my house, and see I only get roughly half of the order. And whoever's the maker of the shakes, needs some practice, the pic below is a large jamocha that was untouched just for the pic. What am I actually paying 5 bucks for? Well, next time I decide to go 8 miles past my house for Arbys, I'll go 3 miles to Taco Casa instead.

Drive thru window said “Cash only. No fryed foods. Drive to window.” — got past the incorrect spelling of fried, but at the window nobody showed up… for minutes. Seems two cars ahead of me waited before going without getting any service also. Why not just close for the day if it’s that bad?

I absolutely have enjoyed my last four times at Arby’s! The guy who I believe is the manager Caucasian has been quite lovely every-time I came in for my fish sandwich! He has made sure the fish was hot and fresh and my order was perfect even in drive through! My visit were between Jan 20-Feb 2. I went today on Feb 5 at 11 am and them women who work there are quite nasty! The red hair one, the cooks and the drive through lady absolutely don’t care what they give customers! The gave me a stale sandwich, with stale nasty customer service and it’s horrible! This has happened every time I have came in and they work together on a shift! I’m over the staleness and lack of caring!! They need to be retrained in customer service and food holding temperature… I had a good review but came back to give a more honest update on the two different groups working at this establishment and the food they give out!

Walked in & of course, not busy. A GM looking guy had to get someone to the front to take my order. When I got my order, my fries were burnt. I wish I could add a photo. Anyways, ketchup empty. Spicy sauce empty. Literally 2 people sitting down in the entire place and nobody could come to the front to refill sauces or wipe down tables. This is 2:40pm, not a busy time. Let’s do better.

I purchased the Mac 'N Cheese Bites. The picture on the menu board shows them cooked to a golden brown. The ones I received were DARK brown and rock hard. The manager was not very kind. She took the burnt mac n cheese bites. I thought she would make me a new batch, but she came back with a refund. When asked why I couldn't get a new batch that wasn't overcooked, she said "they're just gonna come out like that again, so here's the refund!" Shouldn't it be as simple as a shortening the cooking time?!
