I use to come to Griffs back in Louisiana ALL THE TIME! Been a long time since I've ate at a location. This is by far the nicest & cleanest store I've ever been to. They've kept the old school feel & flavor. I'll be back just as soon as I can!!!!

This is a great place to visit when you want homemade hamburgers. The fries are hot and crispy. You have to pay for condiments such as BBQ sauce. They actually ran out of ice cream the night I visited. They create the best strawberry shakes, and I couldn't get one with my order.I had the #3 single meat with veggies, fries, and drinks. I went through the drive-thru to get dinner for my family. I had never been before. It was easy to order the burgers the way we wanted. The guy at the window was very nice. He actually took time to make a quick connection, which is rare these days. The burgers were old-fashioned and great! I'll definitely go back again. They have great onion rings, too! The food came out exactly as I ordered it.

We've been going to Griff's for the last 30 years since we lived in Colorado and they have stayed true to their core values and delivered great food with great customer service this is a nice looking Griff's as well definitely a step above your average fast food.

We hadn’t been to this location in years. Decided to stop for a little date night. The burgers were delicious. Everything was made correctly. Love the price. And loved they had my favorite fudge ice cream and it was only $1. That was a pleasant surprise and a plus!!

This place had a great burger, fast service and it is nice inside.

Drive the extra couple of miles to come to this location. The food is excellent and the service was impressive, especially considering some of the interactions that I have had at other Griffs.

Drive thru and inside get really busy on weekend evenings so be prepared to wait. We always get the double giant cheeseburger, no complaints. Patties are always cooked well done but never dry, always juicy. Inside, they have plenty of tables for large parties but when they get busy you may end up cleaning the table yourself before you sit down.

Have been eating here since the 1980s. It's well known for a great hamburger with the locals of Mesquite. So stop by for a great burger and it's always busy but they get em out fast.

I can't say enough good things about Griffs, and this location in particular! The food is always hot, fresh, and delicious. I will choose this over Whataburger EVERY day of the week and twice on Sunday! As great as the food is, what makes this location exceptional, is the staff! The people here make the difference with their attitude and it doesn't go unnoticed. They're always cheerful, helpful, and greet you with a smile. I'll continue to eat here any chance that I get!

If you don't want the chain restaurant burger (I am sure you don't want that) but also don't want to go all out for a gourmet burger at some fancy joint than this is the place for you. Here you get a hearty burger with one-size-fits-all fries for a reasonable price. Add some jalapeños and you got a full and great meal for the night. Choices are simple which makes it easy but if you want to complicate things... other items are available on the menu. The place is busy during eating hours but still plenty of parking available for your Bellaire. Bon appetite. Griff's has at least two other locations that I am aware of. One off Buckner road and other off Jupiter road. I have gone to the one off Buckner road and the burger was just as good. Interestingly the was very identical to the location off Military Parkway. Imagine that. Enjoy.

My childhood physicians office was across the street from a griefs burger in Pleasant Grove so I hated the shots but I loved the burger and fries that came after.

We came in for lunch and were greeted by the employees behind the counter with a smile. We ordered various hamburgers with differing ingredients (taking some out, putting others in) and the cashier repeated the order to us before checking us out. Upon picking up our order, we checked out the ingredients and each hamburger (side + drink/shake) was perfect to our request. The dining area was plenty clean despite it being peak lunch rush. Over all great place, but it can be loud, so not ideal to sit around and chat over a meal or after. Music + kitchen noise contribute to this. I'd definitely come back!

The first time my family and I've have eaten here and it was filling. The service was good too. I ordered the Cheesy Chicken BLT for myself. Hello, the burgers are very good, although it takes a while to get your food, it's not always like that other times it's very fast, but it is a good place to go with family and friends.

Absolutely love Griff 's. It's delicious food for a great price. And we haven't had an issues really. We did have an issue this evening. To be fair, we came 35 minutes before close but when we got up to the speaker we were told they were closed. There were a few cars ahead of us in the drive thru but definitely not enough cars that they would be cooking all the way up til close. My husband did respond in a shocked and confused tone. There was some chatter on the mic and the guy came back and said that they could take our order. Then more chatter with another change they he actually couldn't take our order because they ran out of meat. And then proceeds to say that the manager was saying we could still take orders but the cook came up and said they didn't have any meat. I understand that it was close to closing on a Saturday. I work in the industry and know it sucks when someone comes in late but we still do the work. But my husband and I were getting in late and needed food and wanted to go to our favorite burger place. We'll still be going back but the situation all felt very much like we were being lied to. I hope management or someone higher up sees and is aware. November 30th 12:25 am management and staff

Awesome burgers. Typically, we have to ask for the cook to change their gloves due to my wife’s dairy allergy and them touching cheese. However, the elderly man taking our order said he didn’t think the cook can do that!!!! Went to go eat with my family, we go often. The manager on duty Francine was the rudest lady ever, I have no idea how she even became a manager. She snatched my card out of my hand and just had a horrible attitude. When I asked her for her name she gave it to me and started spelling it like I’m dumb. When I turned to walk away she start shouting. If this is the management you want running your business then I will take my money elsewhere not matter how good the food is. Burger was good but fries were soggy and the drink had a horrible taste. The fountain filter must be filthy. That tea didn't even let me finish my food after taking such a big drink. Terrible customer service. I placed an order today—two #1 meals with a vanilla and chocolate shake, plus two extra vanilla shakes. The cashier messed up the order and gave me too many shakes. When I noticed the mistake, I asked for a receipt to check if I had been charged for the extra shake. Instead of handling the situation professionally, she had the nerve to say, “I need the shakes back so I can throw them away because I gave you too many.” I told her it wasn’t my fault that she messed up the order, and I couldn’t even tell if I was charged for the extra shake because I hadn’t received my receipt or my full order yet. On top of that, her attitude at the window was horrible. When I asked for a manager, a man named Kaci or Kelsi (or something like that) came to the window, and he was just as unprofessional. Y’all made a mistake on my order, refused to provide me with a receipt, and then wanted the shakes back because of your own error. If the cashier had been listening while I was ordering and given me my receipt when she charged my card, this wouldn’t have even been an issue.

Waited 30 minutes for our meal after I asked why it was under the heat lamp. Management was not understanding and the guy who took my order let it be known handing out orders was not his job been eating here since 1987 won't be back. I also hope France the GM will get back with me I'm calling her Wednesday after 9 am. So if this crew in the photo is working go somewhere else please.

The manager Jeremy was rude. I asked for mushrooms on my burger and it did not come any. He came to the counter to tell me he put mushrooms on my burger and I showed him it did not. He proceeded to tell me he made the burger so he knew it was in there and in the middle. Please treat customer with respect especially since I checked it in store. I drove 25 mins to get me lunch there. When the attendant gave me the drink, I didn't realize he hadn't put the lid correctly, and the drink spilled on my seat. He was nice enough to refill it. When I started driving, I looked at the corner of my eye and realized I've had started driving without the lid on the drink. It felt off again. They didn't put it on correctly again. When I got home and started eating my cheeseburger. I hurt my teeth by chewing on a piece of something hard in the meat. I thought it was a one-time thing. But I got lucky on every bite. Luckily, I was being cautious by now. I only tried three more times and left it alone. My wife found the same thing on hers and also didn't finish hers. My son thought it was weird and took a bite, and sure enough, he bites on what we thought it was bone mixed with the meat. Perhaps this is a meat provider's fault. Nonetheless, it is the name griffs that stucked in my mind during the pain in my teeth. I ended up eating home quesadillas, and they wouldn't even have someone to answer the phone. Sad sad.

It’s been a while since I had Griffs but today is a sad day, meat is dry seems like they stretch their pattys to the max for a double meat and the bread was very dry. I just left the store and I try calling and let them know about the situation but no answer.

I use to come here all the time...i went on a Fri night recently i place my order & they got wrong twice...The french fry cook had no gloves on...He was grab Frys out the bag bare hands & putting them in the fryer...I think it maybe to many kids & not enough aldult supervision...Y'all gotta get a more serious staff

My autistic son I came after church and attempted to place our orders. Unfortunately, my son doesn’t place his order as quickly as others or make quick decisions due to his autism. The cashier noticed this and decided to belittle him in words, facial expressions and body language. He simply couldn’t make quick decisions because he’s autistic. I presented this to the Manager on duty who listened but the GM wasn’t hearing it. She stopped me mid-explanation to interate that her employees get the best reviews, are always on-time etc…even refusing to listen anymore to my complaint. She literally said she was done. I loved the food but have NEVER experienced this type of treatment in my life…..and all because my son has Autism.

This location was slow 🐌 like molasses as I sat in the drive through line. Some cars 🚗 🚘🚕 left I should have too. I ordered combo #3 hamburger with fries and pink lemonade as my drink . The lemonade tasted like water no flavor at all. I didn't mind no ice as it was cold . I took a couple bites of the burger 🍔 but disappointed . The fries were warm but time I made it home 🏡 safely everything was cold and I wasn't interested in heating up in the microwave. Roughly 24 years ago I went through the Garland location drive through but unfortunately I won't try this again , I do have my memories.

The manager on staff today was very rude. My mother was on her lunch break w colleagues from CITY OF DALLAS and was told ten minutes for bacon to be done after waiting more than 10 minutes which turned into 20 my mother went back to the counter n she began to scream at my mother. I work in customer service and to see a manager act as such is ridiculous 11/24 is the date of my mother visiting n it was also embarrassing for her colleagues to hear how nasty the lady was.
