I was going to leave less than 5 stars for my loaded potato. I wanted cheese sauce on the side (didn't get it) they sent some kind of green spicy sauce (I can't handle too much eat). But babyyyyy once I mixed my extra sour cream and added my own green onions (I put ish on a lot of my food... because they are delicious) The meat was seasoned to perfection. My meat selection was carne asada and pastor. I wish I was going to be in town for a little longer but I have a flight to catch. I only wish they had birria tacos as an option because I would've ordered those too. Great job 👍🏾

I got drive through and even though I had to wait a little, it was well worth the time for the quality of the food. The flautas were a nice size portion, and the rice and beans were cooked perfectly. Good Mexican fast food. Chicken fluatas was good. Sides of beans and rice was good. Has an excellent condiment bar. Kinda expensive.

The food is very good. The staff needs to improve their customer service skills. Some team members are nice but others need to work on the way they speak to customers. Most of the time there are mistakes in my orders. Small, but important to me, like giving me the correct type of salsa.

It was my first time there and the worker Yeimi helped me with my order. Shoutout to her for being patient and kind with me and giving me details on the menu. Good food. Refills aren’t free. We got a flauta plate, tostada Siberia, and a loaded potato with a small drink for 43.69$ tax included. Not bad but not inexpensive. The food was fresh and if you dine in you get chips and a salsa bar. Pollo regios are either a hit or miss. This one filled that craving I had for 2 weeks.

Had lunch here on a Sunday and it was steady inside, at the drive thru and for pick up orders. You order at the counter and the drinks are fountain drinks. The tables were clean but the drink station was messy. There is also a condiment station and free chips. The food was great and the service was friendly.

I really dislike that they're charging for sauces now and the quality of the beans have gone down. I usually love their rice and beans but the beans were not cooked long enough, lacked their usual delicious flavor, and there wasn't enough meat in them either.

Super interesting take from a traditional restaurant, the prices should be more reasonable. The cleanliness and overall appearance doesn’t match the price you would pay for food, good food at least but point still stands. Now the cashier was something else, it starts off like a typical cashier exchange would go, but she asked me to leave a positive review. Playing to sympathy, I felt like that first ruins my experience at the restaurant feeling forced to write something, second just feels like all the other reviews are just bought. Just because the food is good doesn’t mean the service has to be bad. I at least hope the workers are paid fairly having to deal from what it sounds like this egregious management. Mesquite store*

The walk-in Presentation was dirty tables and floors one of the workers was on her lunch break and when she went back to work still the tables & floor area was dirty. That was my experience.

The food was below average for a Pollo Regio restaurant. I'm not even sure that the chicken is actually grilled here. The rice had no taste, the flautas were bland. I also ordered an agua and all I tasted was powder. And the menu was missing many items that other pollo restaurants offer. The only reason I gave them 1 star is because the dining area was clean. Very disappointing.

This rating is not based on the food. I did not get a chance to try the food. After ordering our food we went to wash our hands and the bathroom did not have any soap. I advised an employee there was no soap. After 7min the employee said they don’t have anymore soap or any replacement. I asked if the employees use the same bathroom? She said yes. I asked, then how do they wash their hands. She had no answer. I asked for a refund. This is why they get a low rating.

My husband and I had dinner at this Pollo Regio location and we will not be coming back. We ordered a torta (sandwich) to share. We were the only ones inside the restaurant when we ordered. Three people came in after us and were served before us. The cashier who took our order was on her phone the entire time. We kindly asked her about our torta (sandwich) and she realized that it was sitting at the counter behind her the entire time but she was too busy on her phone that she failed to notice. To make matters worse the torta was cold by this time so we asked if she could make us another one and she said that there was nothing wrong with our torta. We also asked her for an extra plate since we were sharing our torta and she said that the plates were only for those who order a whole chicken. We used a napkin as a plate so we could share our cold and soggy $17.00 torta. We will not be coming back to this location. We will drive farther and go to the location in Pleasant Grove which we have never had a problem with.

On Saturday I went and ordered a hamburger, in the drift a very rude lady answered me, she told me to go to the window and when I arrived she asked me what my order was but she made a very bad face when I told her what it was and she had to do it again when she realized that they had not taken it, when I gave her my card to pay she snatched it from me and when she gave me my order she almost fanned it and That day I didn't want to put any comment despite the fact that I got a bad taste in my mouth because of that behavior, and I thought that anyone can have a bad day and I gave him another chance and I went again on Sunday at about 1 in the afternoon and the same lady attended me again and this time she made a very bad face at me Miss Flores attended me and didn't even give me my receipt this time, it's a shame since I loved this place but I won't go back bad.

I like Pollo Regio but this location is not it. I’ve gone twice and the food leaves much to desire, the lady at the front was very unfriendly and seemed to be bothered to work there. They had no chips in their chip machine, when I asked if she could give me 3 she looked me dead in the eye & gave me 2 bag (I had ordered for 4ppl). Those are complementary and the fact that she had the attitude and audacity to ignore my request in a rude mannered really did it for me. Also the chips were stale. I hope any of who wish to go to a good Pollo Regio choose a different location.

I can’t fathom why a business in an America only welcome one race of people. I recommend if you are of African descent that you do not patron this establishment. Fool me once, shame on you. Both times me and a friend of mine dined, was given to-go containers when told them we were eating there. All the others whom I guess were openly welcomed had their food in dine in eatery. The first and second time, food did not seem and I became sick later on. Third time, used a third party delivery service, thinking it was a different location. Well, same location and food was spoiled. Can’t tell you what to do but if you only want to this see you, I’m sure you’re in the wrong place.

Hello everyone just want to explain the experience I had today at this location. Today my family stopped to pick up dinner and to our surprise we found a maggot in our food. When we took the food back to the location we spoke to Anabel who is the manager. We explained the situation to her and the other employees and Anabel doubted everything. Anabel stated that it was impossible we found a maggot in the food, there is no way we where going to ruin our own dinner. I explained to her that we served everything that was included in the meal. My sibling who found the maggot Stated it saw it moving in the rice. I was highly upset since my whole family was eating the same thing for dinner. I know that it is disgusting to find such insect in food. The most annoying part was that a young lady that works there with pink hair thought all of this was funny. Honestly I don’t find any humor in all of this. The employees seemed as if they did not care and it seems no one will take action. I am extremely furious with everything that has happened. I will NEVER go back to any of there locations.

I was completely disappointed to have placed an order in the drive thru and pulled up to the window and NOT provided service. I was the only one in the drive thru and they never came to the window. Literally waited and watched them stand in there.

I paid $13 for a burrito with barely any meat in it!!!! This is ridiculous. I got al pastor and I have to put the rice and beans in it. I took the drive through and it was my 1st time here. I get working in fast food sucks. But me and my family love this place, but after tonight I won’t be a returning customer at this location. I pull up to the menu, they asked how they can help. I said I had a mobile order. Not even what’s your name. Just very dry. Was told to pull to the window. The girl with glasses comes to the window. Asking do you have tacos. I said no. I have a mobile order. She asks to see it. Which is fine. Then comes back and asks for my name. Then she hands me a receipt to sign. Well she failed to wait until it got fully in my hand and it flew away. & let me tell you. The attitude this little girl had because she had to reprint a receipt. Then she practically shoves me my food. When I tell you she is the worst person to be working the window. If you hate your job. Just say that. Accidents happen. No need to te rude to a customer that helps pay your wages sweet heart. She should definitely be coached on customer service.

Went to this place to pick up an order this morning and saw that there was only one cashier in front taking everyone’s order . I used to work for a restaurant and this isn’t how this should be managed . There shouldn’t be just one cashier. The cashier was nice and I didn’t wait for a long time . But the manager shouldn’t be putting just one cashier dealing with everything there. I hope that they don’t keep this up and I see this cashier by herself again. Love the food and the cashier was nice but the manager needs to step it up on putting more people .

Theres a girl on the DT have the worst attitude. First time I was like huh I went again and same thing. If they don’t understand a customers order they say huh in a mocking way There’s no real speaking manners. On top of her catching an attitude they’ll still give you the wrong things even if the order was taken correctly. My experience was exactly that of Benito’s on these reviews. Please train your staff on how to speak appropriately
