The very rude girl is called Michelle V, when I was picking up my food they were removing the straw from my frappe and very rudely she replied it was not true, it is an area that should have more hygiene and be more friendly, it is said to be a "polanco" category area and my other drink had no flavor and tasted more like water.

Terrible experience the 2 teenagers at the counter did not wanted to work they kept they told us did not have milkshakes because they did not wanted to make them . They lie that they lost the bathroom key when the other kid told us before that they were out of order. Will never go back there again

Ordered a hot mocha. They suggested a cold drink, but I wanted hot. They confirmed again, am I sure I want it hot? I said extra hot please and not very sweet. What I got was a lukewarm cup of chocolate water. I tasted no coffee in it. Nor was it even close to hot. It was super chocolatey and so sweet so I asked for a cup of water, but they wouldn't give me a cup of water.....only sell me a bottle. Also they didn't have any more bottles of regular water, only giant bottles. Would not recommend at all. Too bad cause it seems like a chill place to do some work or relax, nice seating area. Also their hours say they are open until 8 but at 6:45 they told everyone to leave and closed up.

The staff doesn't allow pets "because they prepare food here." Plaza Carso, where this establishment is located, allows dogs, as does Starbucks, just a few meters from Coffee Tree. The café is practically empty.

Terrible service. (Very expensive for the service they provide) Very poor crepe... Very little of the two ingredients, and the crepe batter was dry and tasteless. The frappés were not what I expected!

Terrible. I ordered a mushroom crepe, and it felt like a cookie, super dry, and the cutlery couldn't even cut it properly. It didn't even have a base sauce, so it was a miserable, bland crepe. I would have preferred to make a salt taco at home, and I would have been happier. The Mocha chocolate was equally bad; it had been sitting on the counter for months. I don't recommend it at all.
