I genuinely enjoyed my visit to this location. The restaurant was clean, up to date, and presentable. I finally found a location that served pizza in Miami. I tried several different locations, and none of them was better than this one. The pizza was correctly cooked and delicious. An excellent worker by the name of Jose delivered excellent customer service to all customers. I recommend this location to everyone.
Friendly staff, and great customer service. My order is always on point and prepared to my satisfaction. Great job guys.

Every time I go to the bank I always have to stop here as I love this! Subways my sandwich is always made to perfection when Jose is there to attend me. I am so happy that he makes my sandwiches exactly how I like as me and my family are so picky with our food he always makes s everything exactly as we order Angles above and beyond to always give me such a great experience. The food here has always been fresh. I love that there's plenty of pork in the back.

Um you may have seen my previous review on the new Dunkin Donuts so you know how passionate I am about my eating establishments. The people are really nice and the place is...ok. That fountain in the front smells like caca. Then you walk in and the smell of caca fades away and the smell of bread takes over... which I’ve heard is made of SHOES?! Like WHAT?!?! I don’t no about you.. but i don’t wanna eat some old chanclas. There is always a flavor of soda missing, just spend a little bit fixing it PLEASE? And the lettuce tasted fake.. like “Eat Fresh”, like Are u sure about that????
I like their sandwiches, they have good prices on their daily specials.

It's not the greatest Subway I've ever been to, but it's far from the worst. When it comes to subway, it's hard to go wrong as an employee. They're given procedures that are pretty much conducted almost exactly the same each time. After you've grown accustomed to the measurements, and portions, you really just have to pay attention to the customer. That being said, I chose to dock two stars due to the simple fact that the employees were not paying full attention to me and other customers. I understand that employees joke around on the job, but for me to say an ingredient twice, only to have the employee put a handful of the wrong ingredient on my sandwich because she was talking it up with her friend is ridiculous. I'm not one to complain, so I just took the sandwich as it was. However, as I walked off to find a seat, another sandwich was incorrectly prepared as well--unacceptable.
It takes too long. Slow!!
Convenient location for a quick bite and healthy sandwich.
This is the closest Subway to me. Everytime I come here the workers are very rude. I got a wrap with double meat and the guy making it was shaking his head and sucking his death because my sandwich wouldn’t close. I felt like I needed to apologize for even coming here. At least the food was decent.
Food was as good as most Subways. A couple things really bothered me. The music is a bit irritating. But what really got me is that I paid $30 on sandwiches and they refused to give me a water cup. Not the ones for soda. The ones that are small, just for water. I don’t know if this is at all Subways but they said the manager doesn’t allow it. Not coming back.
The worker was rude and there was a fly 🪰 inside the glass where the food was sitting on top of the cheese 🧀
The men’s bathroom has been out of order for over 6 months, the ladies bathroom faucet is worn out and no soap as usual, as a whole subway is going down the hill and management seems like has no interest, tables are always dirty and now days website took out the link to file complaints they are only interested in selling gift cards. I guess we are suckers for punishment.
Employee was new - and poor thing didn’t know what he was doing. Wrapping was horrible and the wrap cut was soooo wrong. Another employee who was refilling the containers reached over my food had the never to talk over it.
I’m pretty annoyed that for the second time, I got a nasty attitude from the older skinny lady for asking for double meat on my sandwich. She started shaking her head as she was making my sandwich and speaking under her breath in Spanish saying like if I don’t understand Spanish. I understand Spanish very well and I don’t think it’s “Increible” to request double meat on a sandwich and I think it’s rude to speak about a customer in front of them in a different language. I don’t think it’s too much of a burden on her to put double meat on my sandwich and if it is, then she needs to work somewhere else. Unbelievable.
so I ordered from uber eats and receive wrong order. then to call and find out the women is all by herself. I decide to go in and see the lady. there 8 people in line and she is by herself. like seriously there should be another person to back her up. if you are hiring I'm willing to work. I'm 31 and live .9 miles away. I'm new to area

Girl with the black and pink bonnet very rude came in at 10:40 she told me there was no tuna and I can not toast the meat or bread wouldn’t recommend nobody to come eat there very unprofessional
It’s sad to say that today I walk in to buy me three cookies and they can’t even heat it up since when do you guys not heat up cookies for the customer your employer who was there today? Didn’t even try she all she said was we Don’t warm them up. So I told her OK never mind and she was like OK so she was not trying to make no cell. That’s very sad of her and this business that you’re running.
This has to be one of the worst subways in Miami. There's a young Hispanic guy with a heavy accent, who made my tuna sub on 02/28/25 that was extremely rude. He's the one who wears makeup, eyeliner, false eyelashes, with a zesty feminine attitude. Whenever I asked him a question about a particular sandwich, he always replied with a sassy answer, as if I was annoying him. This place has really gone down. I'm a believer in always tipping when the service is great, in this case I gave have zero dollars. The customers service is trash and Non-Existent. The franchisee obviously doesn't care about hiring quality workers. They just needs a body there to make those subs and bring in the money. I will NEVER patronize this business location again. This subway is Sickening to say the least!
I have no complaints about the place and the employees are not great, especially Jose, but the manager's treatment is not appropriate, at least he has never treated me well, not even answering "good morning." I hope they do something about it.
No water cup
Old food. They keep the screen open. So you can't your food being fixed. Dirty too
We went to subway Miami shores today something about 3:45 in the afternoon, we are clients and paying for the food and we where treated really really bad by the the two people making the sandwiches, disrespectful, rude. Please do not visit this place anymore, no costumer service at all. We order 2 sandwiches and someone else got there asking for a lot of sandwiches so they started to make the other person order and leave my 2 sandwiches on the side getting cold because they where already out from the oven. This women scream to me with disrespectful words when I asked if they could please finish my sandwiches as I was there before the other person.
The guy who looks like the manager of the long-nailed place has terrible service, and the girl is terrible too. They shouldn't be facing the public.
The staff did not clean the knife between cuts. There was a live bug in the cut area when I unwrapped my food. The bug had blood in it. They did not know how to wrap the wrap to begin with. And they overcharged for extra shredded cheese on the pizza. Sign said 50¢ and they charged $1.25. I use to come here often. Very disappointed on my first visit back in a couple months.
I’ve been going to this subway for years. This is my neighborhood subway. I have never felt such hostility till this man started working there. Getting off my night shift , I came to get some breakfast. I literally saw him walk in to start his shift. Another one was standing there ignoring me and then the one that I’m talking about came out and put some gloves on to take my order… didn’t say hi or good morning so I said good morning to him and how he was. Then! I explained to him my order. He got upset because he didn’t like the way I wanted MY sub so he literally tossed my sub in the microwave… like what did I do this early in the morning for him to be this upset with me. I told him there’s no need to be so upset or have such attitude with me or even curse in my direction because you didn’t like my order. I was the only customer in the store…. Like why? Needless to say, I will not be returning when he’s working.
The supposed manager of this store serves people in a VERY rude manner and feels VERY comfortable using vulgarities in front of customers. His name is "Josh"? Rude individuals like these forget that their pay comes from the customers' pockets. They serve people in such a rude manner that they make you feel like you're getting free food.... Individuals like these should NOT be serving the public. Subway needs to be more careful in recruiting its staff....
I got food poisoning from their food and threw up, I haven't thrown up since I was like 9 but here we are 10 years later. Woman who served me couldn't pick up my order and she was talking very quietly over the loud music. Thanks a lot Subway for ruining food that I used to like
Not a dependable Subway. It's 10pm, and both entrances are locked because they're close due to not having any bread. This is the 2nd time we experienced this with this location. Mind you they are suppose to be open until 11pm.
Apparently you can't a subway club with cucumber. It's physically impossible. Not to mention the LOUDEST most obnoxious worker behind the counter. Sad they couldn't figure it out.....

As a regular customer from this store, it is absurd that the staff denies a patron a cup of water, after spending close to $20 in a pick up order.
I decided with my family to go to this location where the attention was horrible, we were going to consume more than 100 dollars for a family party with friends and this skinny black woman comes out with her rudeness answering that she was too busy to attend to us(there were no clients at the moment, she was on the back so we dont know what she was doing exactly), she was working alone and clearly doesn't know how to talk to customers. we decided to go to another subway that really makes a difference in customer service. I would never go back there
I placed an online order for pickup. It stated would be ready in 20 min. When I arrived at the store there was no 1 at the counter. After about 3 min a young kid came from the back with red eyes. I knew he was high as he was not even coherent speaking with me. I stated I was there for a pick up order and he replied "OH THAT'S YOURS? I'm sorry papa I cant make that we dont have much food left." I then asked why I could not be contacted to inform that my order cannot be completed he stated "Idk I dont have your #." I then showed my # at the top of the receipt and he replied "Oh my bad." Then I asked for my money back and he replied "Oh you have to contact customer service or something." Whole time he is standing there with a goofy smile on his face like the whole situation is funny. This was DEFINITELY not a good experience and this location is normally ok
Good subs, but they serve you old bread not cool. Even after I asked if it was fresh.
This subway location and employees are the worst. Ordered online, went to pick up. I was told no meatballs, I said ok give me tuna or chicken. She said no I can’t because it’s more expensive. I said no problem I will pay for difference. She said no, I can’t do that. I said ok cancel the order and I will place another one. She then said no I can’t do that. It’s not my fault you ordered the cheapest sub. She offered no solutions. It’s not my fault, that location had no meatballs. She could have offered another type of sub but no she had to be a nasty employee that disrespects her customers. Management should be ashamed of her employees. Great Customer service is key.
I was just told if i wanted to eat subway at miami shores location the employee stated i needed to tip him that IF NOT he would not serve me, he pointed at an elderly lady and said if she tips you need to as well, i will never choose this establishement again, bad service demanding tip incredible.
They had already closed at 10.30pm and we were counting on it. Said open but, they didn’t let us in. Do not count on this one.
