Barsecco

Had another really good time at Barseco, we asked to change tables and the hostess accommodated us pretty quickly. Orlando, our server was extremely nice and helpful and we got our food relatively quickly. I’ve been to Barseco several times over the years and they have yet to disappoint.

I came for the Super Bowl watch party and wasn’t expecting much because I thought they would be really busy and they were…but the food was amazing, the atmosphere was warm and inviting, and the service was the best part and a 100 out of 10. Our server Dan was so attentive, kind, and incredibly on top of everything. Even with how packed the place was, he didn’t miss a single order, checked in at all the right moments, and somehow made the whole experience feel calm and personal. He was genuinely lovely to talk to and easily one of the best servers I’ve had in a long time. Dan truly made the night and is the reason I’ll be coming back.

I have been going to Barsecco for a few years now, a regular stop whenever I am in Miami. I tried the birria and wagyu tacos. The birria was super flavorful and juicy, and the wagyu was just next level. But I loved most was the vibe. Outside it’s chill with good ritmo playing, relaxed but you kick a move or two. Then you go inside and it’s music con sentimiento, the songs we grew up with mixed with today’s hits. Such a good balance of nostalgia and party energy. Love screaming my lungs out. Add a couple mezcalitas and it’s honestly the perfect night out. Definitely leaving happy every time. 🍸✨

Orlando the waiter is SPECTACULAR. HOWEVER, do not ask for a freeze hose as it’s going to be given to you like a regular hose and you spend the extra money for no reason. I did inform staff and they removed it from The tab but none the less not what was expected. Other than that, very good service and the hookah is good.

I celebrated my birthday and it was perfect. As soon as I walked in they helped me with everything. My server Bojana was very attentive to our big table of 20. Stored my cake and later brought it out to sing me happy birthday. Great experience. Will come back.

Last night we stopped by barsecco the Service was great and the atmosphere was really nice ,my family and I had a great time. Maydeline was our waitress, she was very attentive and helpful. Our drinks and food came out on time. Thanks to Tony, the manager for being on top of everything and make our experience was excellent. We will definitely go back.

Amazing Bartender! Deyler I had such a great experience thanks to our bartender. Super friendly, attentive, and made every drink perfectly. They were fast even when the bar was busy, and their attitude made the whole night more enjoyable. You can tell they really care about good service. Highly recommend—one of the best bartenders I’ve had in a long time!

One of the best brunch I ever been, unlimited mimosas from 12-4, great service and tasty foods.Beautiful Terraza with dj all day long. Thank to this team we had a great time.

Food was amazing and our server was a doll we loved her however we only wished for the food to come out all around the same time it was around 10 min for the rest of our groups food to come out. Other than that the music was great would definitely come back!

Overpriced. This place has great ambiance and decor but that was about it . The food was decent but if I'm paying $300 (hookah) included please let the food be worth it.

Great ambiance. The espresso martini was good but a little syrupy. Awesome happy hour deals though!

I usually do not leave bad reviews but I had to for this one. It was not the place I have complaints about. It was the service. Our server Alexandra S. had a horrible attitude. She would barely check in on our table. She messed up our orders multiple times. My food item was brought out wrong and when I said it was not what I ordered she looked at me with attitude and started saying I did order that. So, I just took it to avoid ruining my night for someone who clearly has no idea how to do customer service. She also overcharged for items we did not order (one of her mess-ups). I am assuming she just left them in the check even when we told her it was not what we ordered. We were a big group so I did not get to fully review the check at the time of payment, but today as I was trying to itemize the check (because she said she could not do this at the restaurant), I realized there were unclaimed items that no one ordered or consumed. Because tip was included due to our group size, I left it as it was. However, if I could, I would remove this mandatory gratuity because she definitely did not earn it. I hope she learns from this and treats customers nicely, providing the service she is getting paid for. Her attitude was more about making the money than actually serving, which ultimately is not the experience anyone wants to have at any place they are paying for a service.

Everything was going great but our server was barely there you could just tell that she just wanted to leave. Maybe she was cut after they sat us, but you shouldn’t be nonexistent to your table. She didn’t ask us how our food was or how we were doing. She didn’t pre-buss either. Bussers/Foodrunners were more keen to watch the baseball game that was going on than to pick up our plates we had ready to be taken at the corner of our table. Even the manager passed by our table with the plates still there, instead she’s speaking to the hostess, busser, and another server. I don’t know a lot about places that have Hookah but there was a table across from us were their server hit the Hookah at least 4-5 times (her guests probably asked her to, who knows) I don’t know if they allow that in this establishment but if they do cool. I caught a busser/foodrunner look at our table and empty plates as if he was going to come and pick them up but hesitated and made a hand gesture that basically said “Nah” and walked away. Our plates were still there for 10-15 mins and only got picked up when our dessert came. After all that we still put an additional tip apart from the service charge on a $200 bill. When we got up to leave no one by the hostess stand acknowledged us leaving to at least say “Thank you, have a great night”, there were 4 people at the hostess stand including the hostess, manager, a server and an employee that’s wasn’t on the clock that decided to stop by to chat. Apart from the service not being great from any of the staff including the manager (yes our server and bussers/food runners were friendly when they gave us our food and drinks, but that’s not the point). The food was good, but the service is what makes everything better, so unfortunately we didn’t have that. So I’d rather doordash or ubereats my food. Hopefully management and staff are spoken to because even though it was a slow night for them that doesn’t mean we shouldn’t be paid attention to.

Tables and chairs don’t line up so you have to bend down to eat the whole time. Server took a long time to greet us at the table to the point a manager had to point us out for her to come to us. Then she doesn’t even say her name or nothing just “sorry, are you ready to order?” The online menu shows they have captain crunch French toast but she said they don’t have that anymore, they have a new menu. Not too many brunch options on their menu and we were looking forward to the captain crunch French toast they advertised. The food was mediocre. The French toast was super dry and thick. The breakfast sandwich was also super dry and the ham smelled and taste weird like it was old. The waitress came to our table to check on us after we were already done waiting on the bill. We get the bill and it’s a 18% service charge added. We were a table of 2 so not sure what this service charge is for. Would be nice to let customers now before they order like on the menu or just increase your item prices by 18% if business is that bad for you. Of course they have tip options on top of that after you swipe card. Service was poor, food was mediocre, the only thing that was good was the bacon and the potatoes and the DJ that was playing good music. Don’t come here for brunch or you will be disappointed. Would I come here again? No.

Came here on a Tuesday during happy hour and I really have to say the service was just not there. The restaurant was not full and we felt as if we had to hunt the waiter down to request more apps or drinks. The food was sub par but I guess worth it for the happy hour price in brickell? Would not come again mainly due to service. Happy hour isn’t worth it when at most you can get a drink or 2 in the time you’re there.
