Best croissants in town!! Made by true frenchies. Service is always top notch. Great vibes by the staff and the owners. Prices are fair. Croissants tend to run out so don’t show up too late in the day. If you don’t see the croissants on display then they ran out. Oh and they fry their fries in tallow!! They got the best fries!
Everything was delicious; the drinks, the pastries, and the food! The staff were friendly, enthusiastic, efficient, and knowledgeable. The energy was lively and welcoming, and orders came out pretty quickly. Anything you would expect and everything you would want from a good Cafe! :)
A true Miami gem. I was so charmed by the authenticity and purity of my surroundings—the layout, the people, the food. Truly warm service and an impeccable breakfast. Café Croissant encapsulates joie de vivre.
PERFECT BREAKFAST PLACE! French toast was not too sweet or soggy. Atmosphere was absolutely amazing and intimate. The owner is working behind the bar and is so so sweet. The service is fast. Waiters are wonderful. Literally a perfect place come here!!!
We did not try croissants, but their crepes and coffee are delicious. Enjoyed our breakfast- and it is one of the rare places where you could park for free in the nearby parking lot. One thing to know is that they, like many others in Miami, add 20% service charge automatically to the dine-in orders regardless of the party size.
Aah this cute quaint French cafe with delicious breakfast and coffee! Cherished date with my husband this morning on our last day of Miami vacation. We got Nutella banana crepes, almond croissants, brie mushrooms spinach sandwich, and cappuccinos 😋. The French owner was sweet. The vibe of this cafe added to the experience. Highly recommend if you are in Little Havana.
What an amazing and adorable cafe. Had breakfast this morning. Food was so fresh and delicious. I had a ham, brie and mushroom omelet, wife had the berry French toast, then we took a Guava croissant to go and had it when we got back to the hotel later. All were so good. Cannot recommend this place enough.
Unassumingly, the richest atmosphere and food in the area. You will be transported back to a time where small local neighborhood where you feel right at home welcomes you every time. The food and people who work this place have heart.
I came two days in a row. Cute place, food comes out quick, and everything is so yummy
Been coming to Cafe Croissant for many years for boat show. They are truly fantastic in friendliness and food.
Cafe Croissant is a delightful gem nestled in the heart of Miami. From the moment you step in, you are greeted with an inviting atmosphere that instantly makes you feel at home. The café is run by two charming French brothers who are always present, ensuring every dish is crafted to perfection. I enjoyed a delicious breakfast there, featuring a prosciutto and mozzarella sandwich, accompanied by three perfectly fried eggs and a cup of excellent coffee. The flavors were impeccable, and each bite was a testament to the quality and care put into the food. The service at Cafe Croissant is outstanding. The staff is friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about making your dining experience memorable. The environment is cozy and welcoming, making it a perfect spot to start your day or enjoy a leisurely meal. In summary, Cafe Croissant offers a fantastic culinary experience with top-notch service and a warm, friendly atmosphere. It's a must-visit for anyone in Miami looking for delicious food and a charming dining experience.
A cozy french neighborhood cafe offering fresh breakfast to lunch eats. Bar and table seating which quickly fills up! No complaints. Mixed berry French toast (the sweeten cream and maple syrup were a fine touch) salmon sandwich on a baguette and lattes were everything I expected. Quick and friendly service. Metered street parking available. I went close to closing time so they were limited on baked goods available.
Perfect place for an absolutely delicious coffee and croissants! The chocolate croissant was my favorite.
Would order here a thousand times over. the food was OUTSTANDING. And the folks working there are wonderful! Had the Nutella French toast and I almost yelled when I ate it because it was so good (and without syrup!). Seriously everyone should put some time into getting food from here. This place is a gem.
I am glad I decided to give it a try at this place. Prices are affordable and food is delicious it has that homemade taste everybody loves for breakfast. There is parking available in the back of the building, so you don’t have to worry about getting a ticket for parking on the street. The space is small but the service is fast and the staff is friendly. We ordered omelettes, each omelette comes with a delicious baguette and fruits or salad or French fries whatever you choose. We ordered a banana foster French toast too and it was delicious as well. They sell real orange juice squeezed from fruit for the ones who don’t like bottled or carton orange juice like me. In conclusion, go and give it a try, you won’t regret it.
Cute little French diner/Café! The egg croissant sandwiches were so delicious, as were the colada and vanilla latte drinks we got. Great customer service, and even better pastries. Guava and cheese croissant and the tarts were also fabulous 🤤
I love this little neighborhood cafe. Friendly service, great food & coffee. The caramel apple French toast is so rich and decadent, I can’t wait to go back.
Avesome coffee and yummy things to eat like sandwiches, croissants and much more to enjoy. Best location too
I had the best French toast I’ve ever had here (bananas foster) and I can’t wait to come back and try the rest of their menu! Nice strong coffee. We took almond croissants and baguettes home—all perfectly made and delicious. I was impressed with the fast and friendly service. Especially from the owners who were taking orders, serving food, and bussing tables right along with the rest of the team. Will definitely be back!
Wow. Delicious crepes. This place has been here forever and I’ve never been. Will definitely return. My husband loved his croissant sandwich better than my crepes with ham, cheese and an egg on top! I BEG TO DIFFER 🤣. Our server was Jolie. She was fantastic!
Great little cafeteria! Food is simple and tasty!
Such a great spot! Love th food and the staff!
This place is 5 stars I don't give out 5 stars but it's a go. CC is simple and great. Service is good and friendly. It seems family owned. The chef/owner is a nice Frenchmen and the food is freshly prepared every single time. This is a hidden gem that is a must for breakfast or lunch. Take a trip to a cafe in France right on Coral Way and 17th. Crepes and omelettes are my favorite. This is making me hungry!
Excellent place to grab some breakfast. Food is affordable and delicious, service is great and personable alongside the atmosphere which is very cozy
This is the kind of place where you don’t look for what’s wrong cause the food makes you feel like everything is alright! The twins always cook with so much love and the girls are nice and sweet. Every once in a while I come back here for a great breakfast and a cup of coffee! Thank you for all the love you transmit on each plate!
Interesting that These folks speak here in Miami. Anyway this is a small cafe that does all day omelette and sandwiches. They seem to do alot of coffee and some tea (I wanted green tea) Anyway for small plates and quick eating, this is a good choice. I wish they had a second tv up front. The main tv is towards the kitchen. But all is good
I love this cozy authentic French cafe. The crepes are delicious. I love them so much it’s the only thing I ever order there. Next time I’ll have the French toast that look 🔥🔥🔥
This is a cute little place. The service alone was outstanding. I have the eggs with ham, Swiss, & spinach with fries. My wife had a croissant with Guava. Everything was delicious! The only very small issue I had was that the eggs were a little oily. Next we're in Miami, I will be back.
This is my neighborhood bakery/breakfast restaurant and I frequent here more than any other restaurant. The food is consistently delicious and affordable. I highly recommend them.
I almost hate to tell anyone about this place because it’s an absolute gem. Food is incredibly fresh- mixed berry French toast with home made brioche and home made whipped cream. Cappuccino was best I’ve had in miami. Had the $8 ham and cheese quiche with a beautiful salad. Just wow. Service was so quick and so friendly. Felt like eating with family. Thanks team for a great start to my weekend!
Excellent almond croissant, great humble spirit in the space which we loved, very good service. We love this spot.
This is a special place. There is nothing fancy about it. They don’t even do reservations. Let alone Uber eats. If you want a to go order, call it in, or do takeout old school way. Twin, sport obsessed French brothers run this old school breakfast only restaurant that opens from 7 AM - 2 PM, 7 days a week (they never take days off but once a year when the place closes) and you will notice the staff seems to know most of their customers/regulars and it’s easy to understand why. They don’t even close during hurricanes, until it gets really ugly. The breakfast is delicious and fresh, with $12 omelette served with bread and fruit, fresh baked croissants, this place feels like an old school NYC diner that still thinks it’s 1999 in the best way possible. They could easily raise their prices for the quality of offerings served but that does not appear to be their priority. This is a genuine no frills place in the show me city, highly recommend.
Truly delicious. I'm picky about whether food is good or not and this food is FANTASTIC. All the employees are so nice and if I haven't said it enough, the food is 🤩 We ate is so fast we have no pictures but we got an almond croissant, a ham & cheese croissant, a guava croissant, and a veggie quiche with a side of fruit. Even the fruit was perfect!
This place has never failed, always got people walking in and still the service is way better than you could expect, they are always aware of you, food is amazing, tastes like homemade and the prices are definitely worth it. Would come every day if I could
Homey and genuine French cuisine, and the service is quick. Do yourself a favor and grab a croissant with your breakfast. Both the savory and sweet crepes are fantastic. This place is a great value. $2.50 for a coffee, $4 for a loaded croissant. Our meal for two came to less than $50 and we left stuffed.
Food was delicious and probably original, definitely had freshnessand uniqueness in the flavors. Portions are perfect for one person unlike fast food chains that serve similar food. The ambience was cozy and lively. The waiter was super nice and friendly. My first meal in Miami and a very pleasant experience. ❤️
authentic, delicious, great service. We love this place
Delicious breakfast and lunch spot. Genuine French restaurant, with the charm and warmth of Miami, breakfast was delicious, I had a great omelette, my kids had some French toast they were both tasty and delicious. I can’t wait to come back to taste some other things from their menu!
Neighborhood gem alert! If a chic French cafe was fused with a classic American diner, I’d imagine the result would be Cafe Croissant. The nicest servers greet you as soon as you enter.. with everyone being attentive and accommodating The spot churns out fresh baguettes and croissants on the daily. And the taste for the baked goods delivers Otherwise its a solid casual ‘diner’ with French vibes that serves up good brekkie. No frills.. just a chill good spot! (with great coffee)
I found this place near me and I decided to check it out. It was wonderful from start to finish. Warm atmosphere. Felt really welcomed as soon as I walked in. Good food. Will be coming back.
Friendly staff, Big portions and tasty! Not much to complain about. The French accent and voice were a real authentic treat
I came to grab something quick & I was AMAZED !! The owners were delightful. The food is so affordable and taste amazing the atmosphere feels like home. I wish there was more places like this in down in broward Wish you the most success !
Tasty and simple offerings. Anything bread-based is going to be delicious and homemade, even the whipped cream (which was divine by the way). I opted for the quiche and was recommended the Banana Foster French Toast, and I was not disappointed in the least. I’m a happy customer. The Frenchman and staff were really delightful. Laughs amongst the staff the whole time. I imagine it’s a cheerful place to work too.
I have lived in the neighborhood of this restaurant for many years and had never stopped in for a meal. It is a very unassuming cozy café, with very good food. I would never have known it was there if not for looking at nearby places in Google Maps one day. It was not empty, but not super busy, and the service was very quick. I really enjoyed my eggs, and they allowed me to substitute egg whites for no extra charge. The bread that came with the eggs was some of the best bread I've ever tried! I did not have the chance to try any of their baked goods, but they looked delicious. I plan to come again and try their quiche next :p .
Absolutely loved this cafe! The food was delicious and the service was great. We sat outdoors and enjoyed the nice weather. Be sure to try their baguette with jelly, yum!! I ordered the Niçoise salad and have dreamt of it since. Seriously delicious and my favorite salad in the world. Can’t wait to come back!
A truly authentic French spot run by real French owners. The atmosphere is warm and welcoming, with friendly staff that make you feel right at home. There’s nothing fancy or glamorous about the place, but that’s exactly what makes it so charming. The focus is on genuine, flavorful French cooking — simple, honest, and absolutely delicious
where do i begin… walking in this restaurant, i was delighted by the quaint atmosphere and friendly service. Once sat, we all ordered drinks that were ALL fantastic. When the food came, to say we were delighted would be an understatement. Flavorful. Authentic. Delicious. What more could a group of friends want??? The most friendly service ever, and authentically french chefs working in the kitchen made this such a pleasant eating experience. To say i will be back is a given!! Cafe Croissant I love you, new fav breakfast spot!!!
If you don’t like it, you simply don’t get it. It feels like you are having breakfast at your French relatives home. The food is made with love and the prices are unheard of in Miami. If you haven’t been here, you’re missing out.
3rd breakfast in 3 days, I love it. Im a creature of habit and the environment is pleasing. I recommend this place to evrtyone!
I just discovered this place looking for breakfast options on my way to work and what a surprise! I didn’t expect it to be so good! Food is delicious, fresh ingredients and I had the best cappuccino! I also tried scrambled eggs with a side of salad and a perfect toasted baguette but it was so delicious that I forgot to take a picture.
I don’t even know where to start. I’m in love. The food was fantastic (especially the apple & pecan french toast and their baguette), the atmosphere is homey and the owners. You see the owners working hard the whole time. It’s the type of place you would definitely like to be a regular at. Hope nothing but the best for this business.
We stumbled upon Cafe Croissant by accident while driving a few blocks away, seeking a quick bite for late breakfast/early lunch. The food was delicious – their signature croissant sandwich with ham, cheese, and fried egg was flaky and buttery perfection. Portions were generous, served hot and well-presented. The cozy atmosphere and friendly, efficient staff made it even better. A must-try if you’re in the area – we’ll be back! 5 stars.
Looking for great breakfast? You've come to the right place! Their food is amazing, I always order the Three egg omelette with Turkey and provolone and it never disappoints. The food quality is consistent, tasty and great portions. The service is good, one of the servers is super friendly and the other not so much, usually | just order takeout so I don't have to deal with this. Try it you will love Looking for great breakfast? Cute tiny cafetería in the middle of coral way next to old Lisbon Authentic French crepes the vegetarian delicious my friend and family had regular menu and were very pleased too. The hot chocolate very good. The chocolate mousse Gone twice in a week Hard working French brothers working diligently at their business always busy spot
First time coming here with my husband and the food was so delicious! My husband got the steak sandwich, I got an omelette and we shared some french toast. The service was great, attentive and we received our food and drinks fairly quickly after arriving. Can’t believe this gem has been down the block from us for so long and today was our first time coming, definitely can’t wait to be back!
This is a fantastic hole in the wall. It’s not fancy but the food is fantastic. Incredible crepes. Small menu. Diner vibes. Amazing croissant sandwiches. You really can’t go wrong with anything on the menu :)
We visited Café Croissant and ordered scrambled eggs with salad, an Americano, a cappuccino, and a ham and cheese croissant. The quality of the products was excellent—everything was truly delicious, with the croissant standing out in particular for being served hot and perfectly prepared. However, there were some aspects that could be improved. When we ordered a second ham and cheese croissant, it was served cold, which diminished the experience compared to the first one. Additionally, when it came time to pay, we noticed that a 20% service charge had already been included, yet the bill still suggested leaving an additional tip of 20% or more. When we asked for clarification, we felt somewhat pressured to leave the additional amount—which we did. In other restaurants in the area, when a service charge is included, it is clearly stated upfront that any additional tip is optional; in this case, that information was not provided. Furthermore, the service was not particularly courteous, possibly due to the large number of customers at the time. In summary, Café Croissant offers high-quality food, but certain aspects of the service—such as consistency in food presentation and transparency regarding charges—should be reviewed in order to ensure an experience that matches the excellence of its cuisine.
I don't want to pick on a small business but ordered eggs over easy and got over well done. Not even medium. I understood the difference when I was 10. The price was fair.
Cute Café Croissant 2021 is bigger than the sign out front, a gem capable of shining. Kidnap a kid off the street as the waitresses seem to be friendly in a good way with children. The overall service is friendly and quick, a 4 out of 5. This is a neighborhood hangout located just off 17th St off Coral Way. Parking may be limited and hard to find on weekdays. There’s a TV toward the back of the restaurant with soccer or sports games. The French décor allows you to escape the Miami vice, be it 30 or 40 minutes. And just because you have been in Gay Paree, don’t give this place a one-star rating. Breakfast comes with three eggs, and my over-easy eggs came out 1/3 suitable with two overcooked, but the taste with the ham and cheese overcame my notice. The tomatoes and lettuce were fresh, and the bread was crisp. Although looking flat on the plate, the three-egg omelet was loaded with spinach and suitable to the palate. The cappuccino was favorable and worth the price that came with complimentary chilled cold water that tasted filtered. The prices are right for eggs, French toast, baked goods, crepes, or sandwiches. For those in the habit of handing our credit card to waiters when asking for the bill, this is not the place. The bill came with an 18 percent gratuity added to the total. The charge slip came back suggesting 18, 20, or 25% tip above the total bill that added the gratuity and tax with the meal. If you paid no mind, you could wind up paying a 41% tip. I ended up leaving a 22% tip. I respect waiters who advise clients when the tip has been calculated in the bill and come back to check on you during your meal. We are at the tail end of a pandemic recovery where many small places have lost their businesses, and people are in need. Give small establishments a try. Leave a good tip if you can. I will try this place again, possibly for a crepe and sandwich and a take-home croissant. I hope this gem gets its polish. Viva la France in Miami.
While Café Croissant is really the only convenient spot in the area for a quick breakfast, the experience left much to be desired. I had to send my first eggs back and nothing seemed like it was made with thought or care. The croissants had a decent buttery aroma but lacked the light, flaky texture that defines a truly excellent pastry. Instead, they seem to be average and pay with a hotel-style pack of Strawberry jam, not as fresh as one would hope. The young girl who served me was very kind, but the rest of the service was perfunctory at best, with staff appearing disinterested in customer satisfaction. The coffee I will say was the highlight. It was very good that we came with a giant hair in it. The café' also lacks typical French ambiance, it is more of a hole-in-the-wall diner with a smattering of French decor. All that being said there doesn’t seem to be much else around the neighborhood so this is what you get. If you're in a rush and need a caffeine fix, it'll do the job - but don't go out of your way for what amounts to a forgettable dining experience.
Went here a few weeks ago. People behind the counter were not mean, but not friendly at all. They seemed bored/tired/stressed maybe? I ordered a tea, a guava croissant and a crepe. The food was good, but not amazing and the prices were very high (my bill came up to around $28 for the three items I just mentioned). What surprised me the most is that after the lacklustre service, an automatic tip (15 or 18%, I can't remember) was added to my bill. When I asked the man behind the counter about why it was added, he said that they automatically add a tip. I didn't have the time or energy to argue about it, but felt that it was a lack of transparency and integrity. Nowhere in the store was there a sign that tips are automatically added for every transaction. If the additional revenue is needed, just increase prices rather than force customers to pay a tip that they did not choose. The amount of tip should be optional when you're not in a group.
We ate in the next door restaurant, it was awesome. But after the breakfast we tried to buy a single croissant, it took 25 minutes. Why? The man operating the counter and took the order forgot although WE WERE ONLY ONE IN THE SHOP, WITB A TODDLER AND A BABY. We got our croissants, when after 25 minutes we asked another gentleman where is it, and he just gave us one which took one second. Sometimes a good business loses points when people cant do their job too bad. It also ruined our breakfast experience that besides this story was incredible. Too bad.
Stay Away from this place!! Too small, a simple croasan takes almost 30 minutes. The young service girls are very!! rude. I asked how long my order was taking and the girl wearing glasses answered “If you don't see your food it's because it's not ready” What the hell was that! The other young woman threw my check at my stand instead of handing it to me, very bad experience, there are too many places in Miami to have to go to that place again. Do you want to be treated like trash? Then this is your place.
I had one of the worst experiences at this so-called “French” bakery in Miami. The croissants were old, the bread was very hard, and the pastries were soggy. The place was dirty too—crumbs on the tables, sticky floors, and I even saw a cockroach by the food. The staff didn’t seem to care about keeping it clean. Don’t waste your time here!
This is probably one of the worst omelets I've ever eaten. I had one bite and wanted nothing to do with the rest of it. Seamed like it was canned Spinach, not fresh eggs and the ham was uncooked. Even the toast was cardboard. Ordered an almond croissant that was a puck no flake to the dough, no taste of the butter in it. If this is one of Miamis top French bakeries as posted we need to seriously rethink.
Just left this place and the server was extremely rude. I kept asking her what type of breads does she have and she was too lazy to tell me and instead pointed to the menu. I have eaten here a couple of times and never had this issue.
