Lamentablemente no se su nombre por qué no es de los que piden reseñas y te dicen su nombre. No es usual personal receptivo por estos días y por eso quise resaltarlo, muchas gracias!

Soy cliente habitual hoy es 06/07/25 7:00 pm la chica que está atendiendo es una persona sin intereses para atender el público, primera vez que vengo y me siento desatendido, le molesta que le pidan comida , mira de mala gana y no ofrece cubiertos ni salsas.

Estuve en Guacamole y la atención de Paulina fue simplemente excelente. Fue súper amable, atenta y con una sonrisa genuina que hizo toda la diferencia. Ok let me contain myself first and breathe. The 4.6 stars in google is an understatement because must be 5 hands down. Forget soda and treat yourself with lemonade. So delightful. Tomatillo sauce and the one with cilantro were the choices for the warmest chips we have had. OMG what a nice warm surprise to enjoy them hot. Wow!!! Best Tex-Mexican place in at least 20 miles from Doral!!! Good bye Chipotle!! Guaca-Mole seems to be a common food court restaurant in Miami malls (seen in Miami international as well as Dadeland mall). Has pretty good, standard burritos, quesadillas, and bowls. Also they have fake meat which is an interesting touch. The queso unfortunately left a bit of stomach ache otherwise I’d give it a 5!

Lacking at best. Ordered steak and was told had to wait, after waiting almost 10 minutes to order. Chose the chicken bowl instead. Threw the chicken away and ate the rest. Chicken very dry and overcooked.

Did not have the plant based meat when I cam on a Monday evening at 6pm. That is a shame as they close at 9:30 PM. Also none of the drinks were cold. Had to get a fountain drink. Not very good selection for vegans. Also they did not have any chips.

Lunch time- no customers at the place, even do the servers never looked up to serve us or take our order. We were waiting for her for more than two minutes, and she never ask us if we want something. Pedi dos quesadillas por Doordash y creo fue el error más grande del 2024, las quesadillas llegaron frías y sin queso, traté de llamar y el teléfono que tienen sólo permite dejar mensajes, nadie contesta. Creo es una falta de respeto tratar de esa manera a los clientes, basado en mi esperiencia es que nunca más al menos yo pido algo en este sitio , terrible servicio . Ojalá se llenaran de un poco de educación y devolvieran la llamada.

somos clientes habituales de este establecimiento, vamos todos los martes sin falta. El día de hoy martes 19 de agosto nos atendió una chica bastante grosera, haciendo su trabajo de mala gana, se le notaba el disgusto de estar atendiéndonos, hizo nuestro pedido mal a lo cual no nos quejamos pero al momento de pedir salsas su disgusto fue más grande aún. No dan ganas de ir a comer si esta es la atención que vas a recibir. Fuimos a pedir 1 taco más (ya que ya estábamos comiendo allí) a las 8:15 y no nos lo quiso dar porque dijo que ya estaba cerrado cuando el horario es hasta las 9:00 pm.

I went to try this place today around 11 am. But the guy who attended me was very off putting… he never told me the things I added was extra charge until the time I paid and asked why it was so much? He should have let me know all the things I put in my meal was extra! He never apologized and just stared … Also, he never advised us that there was no coke available. So we couldn’t opt for coke. My visit was very unpleasant.

I asked what time they close, the girl said usually we’re already closed by 8:40. call me crazy but i think your store hours should be changed to 8:40 then, not 9. i never leave reviews but i truly love this spot and am hoping for change
