⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ 5-Star Review – Krüs Kitchen Coconut Grove Krüs Kitchen in Coconut Grove absolutely blew me away! Every dish was crafted with such finesse, creativity, and flavor that it turned a simple meal into a true culinary experience. The ravioli dish was unforgettable — perfectly delicate, packed with flavor, and finished with a vibrant sauce and crunchy toppings that made every bite exceptional. The pastrami sandwich was simple but phenomenal, with warm, toasted bread and incredibly rich fillings that showed how quality ingredients can elevate even a classic. The scallops with creamy sauce and crispy chips was pure comfort and elegance combined — velvety, aromatic, and beautifully finished with that crunchy texture on top. The crudo was stunning — fresh, bright, and dressed with just the right touch of citrus and crisp apple slices, making it refreshing and perfectly balanced. And the omelette with fresh greens and edible flowers was as beautiful as it was delicious — light, fluffy, and paired with vibrant, crisp greens that made the dish feel special. Krüs Kitchen continues to impress with their technique, creativity, and attention to detail. The food, the ambiance, the presentation — everything was spot-on. Highly, highly recommend this spot if you're in Coconut Grove. A true gem! 🌿✨
This feels like the unsung hero of the Miami food scene, the team has got it going on! I can't believe we were able to score a last minute table on a Friday night. Some of the most delicious, inventive dishes I've had and a super affordable, well-curated wine pairing. The word will continue to get out and the place will undoubtedly explode in popularity. Can't wait to return :-)
This spot delivers a refreshingly creative dining experience. The food is not only delicious but also imaginative, served in an upbeat atmosphere that’s perfectly matched by the stylish decor. It stands out as more unique than your typical fine-dining establishment. However, the portions could be more generous—we left feeling less than full. While the overall experience was memorable, our two-person meal, which included just one glass of wine, came out to $260.
A genuinely wonderful experience. Krus Kitchen is an authentic hideaway in a Miami scene that often feels more about being seen than truly being present. It’s one of the few places that remains true to local, fresh, seasonal ingredients, delivering food that’s both sophisticated and deeply comforting, like a home-cooked meal. That feeling is only enhanced by a staff that makes you feel like family. Kathy, in particular, was exceptional; a gracious host who made us feel like the only guests in the restaurant. Highly recommended if you’re in the Grove and looking for a laid-back, at-home dining experience with an authentic feel and fresh ingredients.
The food was incredible, but what really struck us was the service. Ella was so warm and made the meal feel like we were eating at home. Her recommendations and spirit really made our night. I would highly recommend! Get the pasta.
Adorable tiny place on a second floor with well thought through interior design. Staff was very polite and helpful. We got: 1. Farm salad. Very light and refreshing, incredible citrus dressing. 2. Pastrami sandwich. Despite it’s sad look, it’s very delicious! Maybe the best pastrami sandwich in my life, pastrami is fully cooked. We visited for a quick lunch, but will return for the dinner experience for sure.
What started out as a small speed bump (table was delayed from Rez time) turned out to be one of most enjoyable dining experiences the 4 of us have had in a long time. The training and professionalism of the staff (literally every person) is evident in everything they do. From comping our drinks while we waited for the table, to providing insight to the menu, to each runner perfectly explaining the dish being served as if it was a piece of art, to finding surprising us with a ravioli dish which was sold out prior to us ordering, to each dish cooked and paired flavorfully to perfection.
I was staying in the area for work and was given this spot as a recommendation. So glad I listened! Wow! So much flavor but still very delicate dishes. I had the scallops as a starter. The scallops were tender and the emulsion on top was powerful but was balanced out with the sweet scallops and fresh greens. I then had the ravioli and it was love at first bite. Again some complex flavors but still showed depth with the balance and restraint of the overall dish. Excellent wine selection and the staff made me feel welcome. I came in solo without a reservation after 8pm on a weekend and just waited a few minutes for a table. I wish I was here for the weekend brunch but hopefully I can return again next time I'm in town.
If you can get pleasure of having Ella as your server, consider yourself lucky. Great food, the flavor the quality and the intention is all there. I’ve traveled the world and Krus is absolutely one of my favorites. I can’t believe it’s taken me this long to try, I’ll be back asap
We live in the Grove, but rarely go out to dinner as we have small children and it has often been overpriced/overrated, but last night at Krus it was a real treat. We had a reservation and were sat quickly, and in the minute we were standing by to get seated, a bartender asked if he could get us anything and a manager also asked if we were being helped. Once we sat down, our server Kat greeted us. She was welcoming, versed in the menu and had suggestions, and paid attention to cues for refills or to be left alone to our own conversation. Kat also had an assistant (or 2) and another young lady helped bring our first oyster appetizer remove plates later. The food was impressive and had unique flavors. The oysters tasted delicious and had a smoked paprika flavor I'd never had before. We also tried the tomato tartare which was delicious and light with a dashi tarragon and nicely complemented with the wine sampler/flight we ordered. Mike tried the bone in Iberico pork chop and it did not disappoint. The pickled turnip flavor fusion was spectacular. All the items were different and surprisingly new. The restaurant is small, and maybe snug, but operates smoothly. There were approximately 12 tables upstairs and nothing skipped a beat. And while the food was excellent, our server Kat was the most exceptional star. She made our date night easy and comfortable. This is the type of experience I'd go through the trouble of getting a sitter and sneaking out. A great night.
Every dish was spectacular! The service, ambiance and food and drink choices was so good. We went for a bday celebration and they were so accommodating and helpful. Everything our waiter recommended was so yummy. They even had great non-alcoholic drinks. I would definitely recommend and honestly can’t wait to go back myself. Loved the mushrooms, the bone marrow bread pudding, and the scallops.
Wonderful restaurant with very knowledgeable staff. Kat gave us some great recommendations and a lovely wine pairing. Coconut rice and tomato heirlooms are a must as well as visiting this restaurant- we had a great night!
Such a nice experience. The seasonal menu really highlighted the ingredients. We ordered several plates to share and then a pasta as a main plate and felt satisfied but not sluggish. Kat was so attentive and knowledgeable about the wine and menu, guiding us through the dinner. Excited to come back.
Visited Krus Kitchen for one of the last days of Miami Spice and I was so pleasantly surprised with how good their good was. The restaurant it’s on the 2nd floor and shares space with another restaurant (kind of genius) it looks and has a totally different vibe. The service was really good and the food was just delicious. Everything was fresh and the food was bursting with bright flavors. Really great must try!
We dined at Krus on Saturday 12/27, we had a bottle of white recommended by our server Ryan. We also had oysters, crudo, cavatelli and the pork chop. Flavors were incredible but the level of service Ryan provided was what really put the meal over the top. Not only one of the best restaurants we’ve tried but the best server I’ve had in years
The service is phenomenal. Cathy made our experience very memorable, and the remaining staff was also great. We tried the sourdough bread, scallops, ravioli and the grouper. They were all excellent. This place is highly recommended for a reason.
What a gem of a place! Such a creative menu featuring local and seasonal ingredients and very different flavors. The intentionality behind the sourcing and playfulness comes out in every dish. We were so happy with our meal. The ambience was great, our server Katerina made our dinner even more special and had great recommendations. So happy Miami has a place like this. Can’t wait to be back!
Really great food! We had a dinner with mostly appetizers and they were fantastic. We weren’t in love with our choice of wine at first, but the waitress was making sure to accommodate us so well with something else. Everything was amazing, I would say a must try is the coconut rice and the sourdough bread.
Fantastic food is an understatement!! You can’t decide which plate is better than the next. Each is so ingeniously developed with unexpected combinations that make each plate an elevated adventure! Run, don’t walk to Krüs Kitchen! The servers are so knowledgeable and passionate about their food. Makes the experience even better!!!!
Krust is located on the second floor of the restaurant Los Felix. Reservation is must. This is a great place for a romantic date. It is small and cozy. Oyster mushrooms was my number one favorite meal out of the entire menu. The rice is very good. Portions are big and maybe you can share one email before you stat ordering a lot of food. Interesting selection of wines. The service was friendly and professional. Everything is excellent. Highly recommended.
Great food, great ambiance, good service. We were a party of 2. Ordered shrimp, oyster mushrooms, corn stuffed pasta, bolognese, fish of the day for main course and bone marrow bread pudding for desert. Food was GREAT!! Would absolutely return and recommend this place to anyone looking for a great dining experience.
By far the beat restaurant in Miami, we shared the heirloom tomatoes 🍅 and the 🥥coconut rice both where out of this world. Then I had the Bone-In Iberico pork chop and she had a lobster bisque. We paired everything with Italian wine from Puglia and jerez. We ended the night with the burrata ice cream. We had a great experience and the service was great.
Krus is an absolute must! The concept of two restaurants under one roof is both smart and brilliantly executed. From the moment we walked in without a reservation, the team was incredibly accommodating and greeted us with warm smiles that set the tone for the night. Our server, Ryan, was outstanding truly above and beyond. He walked us through the menu with passion, explaining the unique culinary approach and flavor combinations in a way that made the whole experience even more enjoyable. His recommendations were spot on! We’re already planning our next visit to try Los Félix, the restaurant downstairs. The vibe there is just as cool, with a fun bar, a DJ spinning vinyl, and an atmosphere that promises another great night out.
Great discovery in Coconut Grove. The food was delicious and fresh. The waitress was helpful with a smile on her face. Pleasant experience. The butcher’s cut, coconut fried rice and the scallops were my favorites. I would have been happier if they gave bigger portions on the rice and the tagliatelle. Not sharing type of portions.
I finally made it to Krüs Kitchen and it did not disappoint. This place is a must visit in Coco grove. From the moment we walked in, the vibe was warm, stylish, and energetic without feeling loud or chaotic. The service was friendly and attentive, and the staff clearly knew the menu and had great recommendations. We ordered a few brunch dishes and everything was beautifully presented and absolutely delicious. Standouts were the perfectly cooked eggs, inventive flavor combinations, and fresh, vibrant ingredients. Every plate felt elevated and satisfying. The cocktails were creative and well balanced, and the pacing of the meal was relaxed but still lively. The ambiance was also excellent. It is modern yet comfortable and works just as well for catching up with friends as it does for a date or a business brunch. Whether it is brunch, a late lunch, or afternoon drinks, Krüs Kitchen delivers on all fronts. I will definitely be back.
Best meal we’ve had in Miami to date. Our server, Ryan, was a perfect guide through our evening. Starting off strong with a great wine suggestion, explaining each dish’s components as they were served through out the night, and general curiosity/ interaction with us while keeping pace with additional tables, all things combined made for the great meal!! The food was simply perfect. Each dish well balanced, incredibly flavorful, and well worth the price. As a party of 2, we shared a bottle of wine, 4 plates, and 2 desserts. Needless to say we were stuffed with pure happiness by the end of the experience. We will return, and we will be requesting Ryan as our server!!!
Great atmosphere and tasty food! Service was atrentive. Could use some more vegan options for people with dietary restrictions, but overall a good place. Food was well presented. Pastrami sandwich and the egg sandwich were both highlights. A 20% service fee is automatically added to the bill, so no additional tip is required.
This place is so solid. We tried the summer tasting menu which consisted of the catch of the day ceviche, the farm salad, and the Krüs burger (all full-sized by the way) for just $40. An amazing deal for three delicious farm to table dishes if you ask me. If you had to order just one of three dishes mentioned you need to order the ceviche. I’m the kind of person who isn’t sold on the whole raw fish thing and, wow, am I glad that I stepped out of my comfort zone. It’s suspended in this delicious coconut cream, paired with mango, crispy house made plantain chips, and the most incredibly tasting, ethically sourced fish from the Florida Keys. So do with that what you will. The ambiance is gorgeous and filled with warm natural lighting. The service was great too. I really look forward to the day I could go back.
I so very appreciated the narrative behind the dishes and all the servers are well-versed in explaining each one. The food was incredibly fresh and the ambience was exactly what I wanted - intimate but lively.
Krus is the best kept secret of coconut grove!! Definitely a must try. Thank you Kat and Ryan for being so attentive you guys rock! Shoutout to the amazing super manager, Aaron, too. Food like always 10000/10. My personal favorite is the lobster roll 🫶🏻
Fantastic dining experience from start to finish. Kat, our server was superb. Can't wait to go back and try other fares. 😃👌🏼
First of all, the service is absolutely amazing! The food of the creativity and quality by chefs are very impressive! We also did the wine tasting here which is an amazing selection of wine here! I highly recommend whoever wanna try farm to table style restaurant, Krüs is the right place if you visit coconut groove here :)
Absolutely delicious food & amazing staff. So knowledgeable and warm. Kat, Lorena, Ryan and Ella were all spectacular. 10000/10 hidden gem in the Grove
We came in with no expectations and left completely impressed. The food was incredibly fresh, creative, and beautifully presented — you can feel the chef’s passion in every dish. Everything tasted unique and thoughtful. Our server was fantastic, and the whole experience felt elevated but warm. The only small thing: the music was a bit loud (there was a vinyl DJ), so if you’re after a quieter, romantic dinner, maybe try a different night. Food, service, presentation — all 10/10. We’ll definitely be back.
Krüs Kitchen is among the shinning gems of Miami’s vibrant dining scene. The bespoke menu is an Epicurean delight of seasonal dishes containing fresh, wholesome and locally sourced ingredients that will make your mouth water the moment they are tabled. The service is highly professional and the servers work harmoniously with the chef and kitchen crew to deliver an unforgettable experience. The ambiance is welcoming and the seating is comfortable. Great overall vibe.

As a Miami local, I’m always on the lookout for hidden gems—and Krus Kitchen definitely delivered. Truly an incredible experience. From the first greeting of the server to the hot towel at the end of the meal, Krus went above and beyond to create a magical and lovely dinner. The food was beyond compare, with the seafood so fresh it melts in your mouth and the homemade tagliatelle rich and unctuous. I can't wait to come back!

Kathy and Ryan were amazing. Some of the best ravioli, crudo and fish I have ever had. Fantastic selection of natural wines too!

Everything went perfectly from the moment we walked in! We were met by an amazing manager her name was Alex. She was friendly and amazingly enthusiastic about the restaurant and its history . Then we were served by the amazing ladies and waiters Kat and Dime. They made an amazing contribution to our experience . But as for the food, I can't find the words...it's something you have to experience on your own, it's amazing. WE WILL COME BACK !!!

The service was truly unmatched. Ella, our server, was warm, kind, and incredibly attentive, which made the experience even more special. The food was a solid 10/10—every dish impressed, but the Ravioli, Butcher’s cut, and Tagliatelle were absolute standouts. And the Sourdough bread is a must—don’t skip it. While I would’ve loved slightly larger portions, the sharing concept makes sense and adds to the overall experience. It was such a lovely evening, especially since we were celebrating my birthday. The food, the vibe, and the service were all perfect. An unforgettable experience.
Dining at Krus Kitchen was such an amazing experience! To start, the hostess was kind enough to hold our reservation despite being late due to traffic. I couldn't be more grateful to them! Secondly, our waitress Ella was so welcoming and knowledgeable about the menu. Lastly, the dishes were magnificent! Although it's a rotating menu, I highly recommend the Coconut Rice and the Burrata that were being offered at this time. Our time at Krus Kitchen was truly unforgettable. Thank you to the staff, chefs, and Ella for an incredible time! We'll definitely be back!
We tried Krus today and couldn’t be happier with our experience. Kat took care of us and all her recommendations were phenomenal. Her knowledge of the menu , wines and pairings was top tier. We definitely would be coming back due to her attention to detail and welcoming service .

I went here for my friend’s birthday dinner. I must say, the decor alone is so welcoming. I really loved how they designed everything. We were the first ones in the restaurant. We had the waitress recommend some wines. None of the ones she recommend were good and I’ve seen that in other reviews. As for the food, we tried a lot of things. Almost everything we had was amazing. There was one dish that didn’t hit the mark. It had frozen/cold beets. The only reason why I didn’t add 5 stars is because for the price I paid, I was still hungry. The food was really good but don’t expect to leave full.
Interesting place, the upstairs seating with a skyline is much nicer than the downstairs area. Delicious, old school fare with an innovative twist, great ingredients and presentation. I really enjoyed my agave Bellini. The wait staff is friendly and accommodating, the only minus is that the individual dishes come out too far apart of each other.
Great farm to table concept! Came here to check out the Michelin noteworthy spot but left slightly disappointed. Tried the Fall menu and most items were good but in my opinion not phenomenal like most reviews make it out to be. The Cavatelli was a bit tough, was definitely a minute or two away from al dente. Atmosphere was definitely loud and room was tight. Service was fantastic and price is on the upper end but not terrible.
I love the idea of all locally grown produce. Our server was so knowledgeable about the wine and very detailed in explaining our food options. The oxtail I ordered had a pungent smell and tasted gamey. I switched entrees with my partner. He had ordered a crab noodle entree. The food was very disappointing. I would recommend this place for a wine tasting. Wide variety of wines to choose from with a server who really knows her wine. I ordered a flight of four 1oz wines

We went here for dinner on Dec 30th. We ordered the catch of the day crudo and we were so disappointed. It was served with sliced pear on top which overpowered the fish and we couldn't taste the fish at all. The balance of flavors was completely off. The oyster mushrooms were good however. The ravioli was bad because the hazelnuts were rancid or rancid tasting at least and completely ruined the overall flavor of the dish. We appreciate the great service provided to us by Kathy and Kat that evening. However, the kitchen needs to do some serious reviewing. Good presentation cannot win over good tasting food at the end of the day.
