From the moment I entered until I left an incredible experience, I actually felt in Paris by far the best macaroons in South Florida. I highly recommend this place.

I was very pleased with this Ladurée and to see that the products have remained as delicious and consistent. This location is in such a nice spot and it’s both quiet, organized and clean. Overall, the customer service was phenomenal as always.

Stellar experience, quiet, bright, beautifully appointed and Diego and Alan were gracious hosts and very attentive to the customers. The Earl Grey Alan suggested is the best I've ever had and I've had my fair share of teas across the world. I'll be buying a box to send to a friend abroad when next I go back. I wouldn't have tried it without his suggestion. They both should get a raise ! : )

Beautifully decorated and displayed. Loved the outdoor seating, just like Paris. However, very much not like Paris no real cups or plates. Super disappointing as it definitely takes the whole experience down a few notches. Never mind the environmental impact.

Such a beautyful store, great location but something is not working. I ordered the pistachio ice cream and it was lacking of creaminess is already served. They macaroon was good but not great.

While the store is undoubtedly beautiful and thoughtfully designed, my experiences here over the years have consistently fallen short in terms of customer service. I visit this location a few times a year, and not once have I encountered an attendant who was genuinely welcoming or engaging. Today’s visit, unfortunately, was no exception—there is a noticeable lack of charm and warmth from the staff. Additionally, my go-to 12-count macaron box was not consistent with the quality and presentation of the other box options, as it appeared to be a substitute. Because of this, I opted for the smaller 8-count box, as the style of the 12-count offering did not meet the standard I’ve come to expect. I also noticed a surcharge for the use of a credit card today. One should be warned beforehand.

Who is the owner of this store!? Did he even visit the real ones? Such a beautiful brand and a beautiful location owned and managed to the ground by an understaffed and poorly managed store! Seriously what is wrong?

I was excited to try the macarons from Ladurée in the Miami Design District, but unfortunately, they were disappointing. The texture wasn't right, and the flavors just didn't taste fresh or balanced. For the price, I expected much better. Not worth the hype-wouldn't recommend.

Super disappointed by the level of service, poor treating, no options for boxes type, condescending serveur who made me feel like I was being cheap for some reason, even though I am regular customer of Laduree, but not this location. I bought 10 macarons and was charged a 20% surcharge for large party even though it was to go, I was alone. Outrageous!!!

The store itself is absolutely beautiful, and the products are genuinely high quality. Everything is thoughtfully curated and visually stunning. Unfortunately, the experience is really let down by the customer service. On my visit, the staff was inattentive and came across as rude rather than welcoming. I felt more like an inconvenience than a customer, which made the experience uncomfortable and disappointing

It’s honestly disappointing to see that it takes 20 minutes to serve four coffees. The staff clearly looks unmotivated and unwilling to work, and for a brand of this level, it’s really unpleasant to witness. I live in Europe, where the service is professional and efficient this experience was far below what one would expect from Ladurée.

It's a shame that this amazing brand hires such not-caring and unprofessional individuals to work and represent the brand. Young kid who recently started working at this location was super not-welcoming and bad manners throughout the experience. We have been customers of this store even since they were on Lincoln road. I hope managers take the customer service and training more seriously

Terrible treatment, for an expensive place and being treated like this leaves a lot to talk about. the worst service and quality. A tremendous disappointment, I await a prompt response and attention for the lack of respect. —- pesimo trato, para ser un lugar caro y que te traten asi deja mucho de que hablar. el peor servicio y calidad. Un disgusto tremendo, aguardo una pronta respuesta y una atencion por la falta de respeto.

Hoy domingo 1730 fui al local productos muy buenos. Ahora un lugar caro en una zona exclusiva atendido por personas que dejan mucho q decear si no tiene ganas de trabajar que no venga. Buena marca mala atención.

High end brand at a high end location but poor maintenance and low care of it’s premises. Not what I expected when walking into the store.

My visit to Laduree left much to be desired. The rose latte, listed ambiguously under "coffee" on the menu, lacked flavor and tasted like colored milk. When I asked about its coffee content, I was charged extra for espresso, which I declined, leaving me with essentially hot milk. Despite a pleasant ambiance, the experience was disappointing due to unclear menu descriptions and underwhelming flavors. Improvement is needed in both menu clarity and drink quality.

Such a SHAME that this world class taste is works with worst service people. Unbleivable!! Please hire better people. By the way Macarons are marvelous.

Service is horrible! There was along line - one employee who took his sweet time and the manager came in and went directly in the office even after seeing a long line!!!

The store claims to be open until 8 PM. I am from out of state and LoVe Ladiuree macarons. Arrived at the store at 7:05 PM. Via Uber and the store was CLoSED.....Unacceptable!!! Why advertise your hours if you're not going to honor the hours posted??

Person who took our order seemed bothered. Wasn’t welcoming at all… they weren’t even busy or anything. Never again…. I rather support small French bakeries

My experience was not the best. The person who took my order was unfriendly and seemed annoyed throughout the whole process. He was neither professional nor attentive, which made the visit uncomfortable. I hope they improve their customer service, because the place has potential. Thanks to the other young man who made the coffees — he assisted me with kindness, and I truly appreciate that.
