If i could give this place a thousand stars ! i would ! Im so upset that we point this place on our last day in Miami ! Literally the menu is big enough to carry you for 7 days straight ! and allllll the FOOD is so tasty and made properly ! And the portions ! Lord be prepared to take food home and still be full ! They need one one of these in every city !

Great place to sit and enjoy a variety of good food. Go before 5 and the lunch specials are good with portions that have a to go box. Happy bj our 1/2 price is 4/6p.... love going to this place

I was a little scared by some of the reviews, but I'm very happy I gave Nexxt a chance. The service was fairly prompt, the prices were extremely reasonable, and the food was delicious. I had the Smokehouse Burger, and it was the best burger I've had in Miami Beach thus far! Highly recommend giving Nexxt a try!

It's like the Cheesecake Factory without the hassle. Great food, friendly service. Everything I've had is solid. The salads are huge and well made. Crispy chicken sandwich was like a full pound of meat.

Don't believe the bad things people say about this place. This place is great. Prices are reasonable (for south beach). Food is amazing, comes out fast.This is my families go to place. By far one of the best if not the best on lincoln ave.

This food was delicious. My son got the bacon bacon burger that was huge, so huge that trying to cut it in 1/2 with a butter knife was impossible. I took the 1st bite & it was well seasoned & flavorful. I had the shrimp pasta with a creamy tomato sauce. I asked for extra parmesan cheese to sprinkle on top which made it perfect. It doesn't automatically come with bread but I asked & the server came back with the softest & tastiest bread in a little bag. My husband chose the Cubano sandwich & he said that was delicious also.

Besides the bad reviews I read here, the service for me was awesome! We ordered Homus and a Salmon Salad, everything was really tasty and in our table in less than 20 minutes. Really recommend!

My husband isn't sure about all off the Cuban food without our friends to guide us. This place was perfect. Coming back to try breakfast. People watching is fun too

I’ve been going since they opened 21 years ago. It’s my favorite place in all south beach. They have a good variety of food and everything I’ve tried so far it’s delicious. The portions are huge and you can share with no problem. The staff is very nice but some need a bit of more customer service skills. Otherwise it’s the place to go.

I ate here with my family. The food was pretty good. I had a shoet rib enchilada. It was very tasty with Tje red sauce. My Aunte has a Cuban sandwich which looked delicious. The waitress could've smiled more. But I understand you are At work. She was very patient and brought out food out on time and made sure our order was corrected. They add the tip onto you ticket also. Next time I'm in north Miami I'll come here

The best price-quality ratio we found in Miami beach. We were party of four and went to eat here twice. Had scambi, pizza, salad, ribs, tuna... And everything was just delicious! Well sized portions also. Atmosphere as in any street cafe and service in ok level, but the food is definitely worth trying. We do recommend!

Excellent portion sizes and know this so you don't end up ordering food, and if you've heard of the "Cheesecake Factory" you'll be happy to know they share the same owners, so the menus will be similar. I recommend against getting a frozen drink because it will start melting before it hits the table. Like most other places here, gratuity is included.

Despite some of the negative reviews, my visit was positive. The front of house staff were friendly giving me a choice of tables. I ordered pizza, and it came in good time, my soda was refilled for free and it was a pleasant experience. The price for the pizza and 2 large cokes $16 which i thought good value.

The menu can be overwhelming and the service might be slow but they have some really good dishes. Because their variety is soo large there is really something for everyone the servers are usually pretty spot on with recommendations.

Supper large portions of America fare. Most plates can be shared by two. Very crowded at times and the tables close together but its always fun to see what other are getting. Everything looks so good!

My fiancee and I went here for happy hour 4-7. I got the chicken spring rolls and she got crab rangoons (each $5). My spring rolls were amazing however, the crab rangoons weren't anything special and tasted a bit strange to us. Drinks were good though and had a fair amount of alcohol. Our waiter was okay.

I loved the portions they give, and their pasta is delicious. Mexican tortilla salad has more chicken than salad, I loved it. The service is good, the food takes long, but everywhere we went the food always took long.

Large portions. We had the avacado wonton, pizza lunch special w/ceaser salad and the lunch fish n' chips. The food was very delicious, enough food to share a lunch special. The side ceaser salad was really big and tasty. Pizza was hot and delicious. Server was friendly and swift. I can't speak for the other reviews I read on here, but I can tell you I'll be coming back here for more. The Bathroom was a little dirty.

The food is tasty and served similarly to attractions which can be found at the Cheesecake Factory. Service can be hit or miss (hiring shallow vain unattentive models?) and if you try only one dessert... It MUST be the Molten Lava Chocolate Cake! I have searched the nation for one in its calibre of Yum and have found that its texture and taste have gone unmatched.

Very large selection of food and drinks! The service was good (it's South Beach so expectations are low), there is plenty of outdoor and some indoor seating. The food is great and reasonably priced.

The food was quite tasty, nothing mind-blowing, but about as good as you'd expect at a place like this. The portions though were massive, probably enough to feed two big eaters. In my opinion this is quite the waste of food, which is the only reason this place isn't getting 5 stars.

Visited this cafe a couple times during my trip to Miami. My friends loved it because of the huge menu selection, big portions, and decent prices in comparison to other places on Lincoln Road. I personally don't like huge menus because I'm so indecisive! I really enjoyed the Thai Lettuce Wraps - surprisingly filling, fun to make, and the three different sauces served were all sooo good. I also had the Ahi Tuna Tartare and the Asparagus and Argula Salad. Both were decent, nothing special.

A pleasant surprise for a restaurant in Miami Beach - first things first, the portions here are huge and well worth the money. Next thing to know - the menu is extensive. Not extensive like they're trying to do too much, but the right amount and variety of different things based on any appetite. Enjoyed a massive omelette - for lunch. The drinks here are good here as well, with a ton of cocktails, wines, and beers to choose from. Plenty of people watching opportunity outside. Service is quite a bit on the slow side, though - so make sure you have time to take in this restaurant and enjoy it.

I had the Roasted Beet and Goat Cheese salad, which was fantastic! It was classified under the "big-small" salads, which is smaller then the regular salads. Believe me, the portions are generous. Why order from the regular salad part of the menu where the prices were a bit high. My mom had the egg white omelette which came with potatoes which were heavenly, because I ate them! If the weather permits, have your meal outside. If you like people watching, this is place to watch the world walk by. I would of rated this "excellent" but we waiting for our food for almost 30 minutes. I heard a server say, " we got slammed with orders at once."

Always our go-to spot on Lincoln road. It's essentially the same restaurant as Cheesecake Factory with identical menu and portion size. Most of the restaurants on Lincoln are tourist traps so at least this place is reasonable with good food and huge portions. They also have a good happy hour special from 4-8 I believe which has very cheap appetizers and half off alcohol. We started with the happy hour spinach and cheese dip which I believe was about $5 on special. We then shared a chicken club and Cobb salad. Both enormous and very good. We sat outside (inside isn't great atmosphere) so good people watching on the road. They are also pet friendly outside and have giant fans.

Beautiful restaurant with a very large terrace. In rush hour, this place is always pain. We offer a very diverse menu at very good prices. Even more affordable at the time of the happy hour exept during the holidays where you pay full price. When the restaurant is crowded, the service is very slow. So, do not be in a hurry and have good patience. The atmosphere is very family. We have practically tasted all the starters, I can not say which is my favorite. If you are a fan of dry martini like me, here they are very good! In happy hour you have them at half price. Whenever you come to Miami, you come to Nexxt Cafe. It has even happened a few times to come over twice in the same week. I just love it! Most; the food, the atmosphere and the price. The lessers; the service.

My girlfriend and I ate here tonight and had a pleasant experience. The portions are large, and the service was good. This place is a little pricey, with entrees running $20-25 each, but a local recommended it and we don't regret eating here.

Nexxt is a great spot, especially if you want to eat outside. The menu is pretty much identical to Cheesecake Factory, but the flavors are more unique to the restaurant. Burgers and salads were really good! I didn't know this until the last time I ate there, but they deliver too (great if you're staying locally and don't feel like going out!)

Went to Nexxt a couple of years ago (2013 last time) and wanted to see if it's still that great place. Yes and no. It looks like either "The Cheesecake Factory" has bought Nexxt or that the menu was copied from TCKF. It's exactly the same menu with the same names. Surprisingly though the burger I ordered here (Bacon Bacon) was better than the one in TCKF! The quality of meat however seemed inferior. Our waiter was nice and friendly. Negative: They were out of the draft beer I ordered and out of the kids meal we ordered. Toilet area is still the same as 5y ago (wow!) and the way to there still looks like a renovation is in progress (or again?). Please do improve that area. In general I thought that Nexxt was a better experience 5y ago but it's still good.

I had lunch here and the portions were large. There were many options to choose from. The food was well seasoned visually pleasing. The service was slow today but I suppose they were short staffed. I will visit again.

4.5 stars. Food is very good, good portions as well, fairly priced and nice staff. We had to ask for refills and ask for our check but they may have been short handed. I would eat here again and definitely recommend.

Did was most excellent and or server was very personable and took the time to go over the most popular items on the menu and explain some of the tastes of different items. We started out as one of the only ones on the patio and service was quick. By the end though, every table was full outside and it was taking a very long time to see our waitress again. Very large portions of food though. Neither I or my wife were able to finish our meals.

There's not a whole lot of seating inside, but a lot of seating outside. The service was slow. We went around 8ish on a Sunday night and waited about an hour for our food. The food was DELICIOUS. We had a party of 7 and ordered the fish and chips, club sandwich, kids pizza and burgers. All of the dishes were good. Waitress was nice as well. I do recommend, but service may be a little slow.

Went there with my wife and family, waited over an hour for my food to come, also ask for a glass of wine and one of water, 20 minutes later, the server came and apologized for the bar delay, and still no water, after 30 minutes the wine came, still no water all he keep on saying I'll be right back with your water. even though food is good, service is terrible, WILL NEVER GO BACK AGAIN. lots of apologies but no results.

Three stars for location and the hostess but our server was terrible. I don't know why Miami Beach insists on giving an automatic 15-18% to the servers. Restaurant mangers need to secret customer their servers we waited forever, and them once we got our first round of drinks...never saw him again. We also overheard servers arguing with each other on who gets what table....let me tell you ,maybe you should worry more about the job you are doing than who gets what table. I would not have left more than 10% tip If I had a choice. All that being said the Tuna TarTar was very good and so were the flatbreads...but I would not go back based solely on the service.

We went to have dinner after an event, and the service provided was the Worst service I ever had at this restaurant. We were seated right away, and the waitress took our orders, after 45 minutes wait I had to get up and look for a manager, she gave me a look and said it was coming soon. Another 15 minutes and nothing. I had to stop the waitress to ask for Bread, come on after one hour waiting...at least the bread she could have brought in to the table. The dishes finally came in after 1 hour wait. 3 dishes, the frth took a little extra. I was having pasta, and no cheese was offerred. I again stopped the server to get me some cheese, which she did not do, so I called the manager over and asked for it. And she brought in. After that no one came to check on us. Once we ot the bill, a service charge was included, which is normal for SF, so I again called the manager and asked to have it removed, and she asked why??? really??? No service all night long, why should I pay for it??? She made the server come in to the table and apoligize. Very bad experience. I do not recommend!

Great food with fresh ingredients. Loved the grilled chicken and avocado toasted sandwich and the Hawaiian smoothie 🍹The only negative is you have to wait a long time and ask several times to get the bill.

Awesome place to people watch in Miami! Went for happy hour. We were seated right away outside. Our drinks were watered down when it came to the liquor but favorable. At half price what can one expect? Both were 5.00 a piece. Our server was pleasant but the kitchen was slow. We had appetizers. Buffalo chicken balls and fried mozzarella. They were good and both were $6.00 a piece. My husband then had a fried egg sandwich which was huge. He said it was good but the fries were horrible as if they had been sitting all day and cooked in old oil. So go for the cheap drinks but only to wet your whistle - not to get a buzz and while you are there you might as well as indulge in the tapas or appetizers too. Overall, the happy hour prices and people watching scene can't be beat! However, not your go to place for any serious dining, unless your palate doesn't require much stimulating.

Poor service. Took forever for the hostess to seat us, and there were plenty of tables open. When we got seated, it took a while for the server to get our drink order. Food was alright, nothing to get excited about. I wouldn't recommend this place.

The meal was big enough for a hungry person, mashed potato was not very hot. The broccoli was boiled less than 120 seconds but it is better than being boiled more than 3 mins. The Salmon was good but the edges were a little crispy. Presentation was not impressive at all. Overall 5/10.I also tried a burger and it was not that good in addition it took them 30 mins to deliver the meal to my table and the fries was over fried. For sure will not come here again.

Food is usually good. Wouldn't know today. We placed our order before the table next to us even sat down. When that table got their food we asked our server, Ken, where are food was. His response was "It will come out when it it comes out." We mentioned that we were on our lunch break and Ken responded "What is that supposed to mean to me?" We left without eating. I've never had a server be that blatantly rude.

Food was decent, but the service is horrible. Myself and my party were waiting 25 minutes just to get our water, plus another half hour for our food. Our waitor was very uncharacteristic and unprofessional. We will not be coming back.

So we started off sitting outside. It's a nice spot when you look at it and the food is pretty good. But when we sat down and I started smoking my cigarette some guy came over and said to get up and smoke somewhere else, remind you Lincoln road is known to allow people to smoke their cigarettes sitting at the table. On top of that my sister and I weren't between other people, we did choose a table away from everyone and at the corner. Either way, a couple minutes later the waitress comes and takes our order and tells me that I do can smoke and that she doesn't understand why the guy said that to me?! Either way, service was very slow like usually on Lincoln road, we asked for mayonnaise several times and didn't get it, no silverware on the table? All in all a total mess. We got some sliders and falafel salad which was pretty good but like i said, service zero quality and I don't know how to eat with my fingers. Great job. If you don't care for service the food is definitely to try.

I hate to give 2 stars but the service was terrible. The server did not come to us for like 15 minutes, then didn’t even introduce herself or ask what we wanted, she literally just stood there. It was awkward. She did take our order but never came back to check on us. I had to go ask for the check which the manager gave us and she had tipped herself 20%, which is the restaurant policy. The 2 stars go to the food because it was fresh and we enjoyed it, but the service ruined it.

Look at the menu, at least half of their items are straight from a Cheesecake Factory recipe book!? Yes the portions are big, but they are much more than Cheesecake.. Food quality is ok when slow, but was there on a Thursday just before Christmas and it took over an hour to get our meals and the food was cold and the order was not right. No effort by the staff or even a manager(have any?) to make my visit enjoyable. Don't go here and expect to have good service and a timely meal. Nexxt has a big reputation, but is more because it has a great location and a famous "stolen" menu.

I’ve been coming here throughout the years, but yesterday was the last time. Everything we ordered for lunch was subpar. Whoever is making the food back there is not making it with any love. The bartender isn’t that happy either, judging by the drinks. Spent $80 during happy hour for 4 people and it wasn’t worth the money at all.

We were there for happy hour. The drinks were fine, smaller glasses, but the appetizers were half off for a reason..they seemed like they were old stale appetizers that were reheated. Chips were stale, they brought out more stale chips when we asked and said that's the best they could do. The potstickers were soaked in oil like they were sitting in it for a while and the chicken on the inside of them was dry.

Waited nearly an hour for the wrong food. Then the food came. Burgers were ordered well done. The first was not cooked. Neither was the second. My chicken Cashew was a disaster. About half an inch of fat in the bowl was deep frying my rice at the table. After receiving two rounds of raw burger the bill arrived expecting us to pay for these portions of disaster on wood.

I was actually looking for a minus star....Was there for lunch....horrible service....waited 15 minutes before they came for a drink order....food order took another 20 minutes .....and the place was dead. Food wasn't bad. Came back for dinner and a second try....waited another 15 for a drink order....hostess said she would get someone...I waited another 10 minutes and finally got up and left.....I am in restaurants everyday of the week....there are way too many choices to put up with this.

If could post negative or zero I would. Absolutely terrible service. Been coming 4 years straight as part of our vacation stop. Every year seems to literally get worse and worse. Here at 3:10. Tons of tables. Took an hour and a half for 2 meals and a kids meal. Food was not worth the wait.

They didn’t take our order till we said something. Then I had just ordered only guacamole, queso, and chips. They didn’t bring the quac till we said something and they messed up the order about the queso. They brought us something to do with ducks. It’s taken longer than 25 minutes.

Great place to get food poisoning. The service and the food were both terrible. We waited at least 10-15 mins to place a drink order. And right from my husbands mojito (which tasted more like a rum with a splash of soda) and my iced coffee which never arrived (the water and mojito took over 15 mins, it seemed pointless to push for the coffee) each dish that arrived was progressively worse. The queso was cold and congealed even before it his the table. The chicken taqitos has a bizarre colour to the meat and tasted the way dog food smells. The burger looked good and was tasty for the first bite or two but as you progressed further it was clearly undercooked. I don’t mind a burger that’s pink in the middle when the quality of the beef allows for it, but this one was bright red. We’d probably have sent everything back if the waiter had bothered to check on us. We’ve never not tipped, but this meals was the first, the waiter was not in the weeds, he spent plenty of time hanging out at the hostess stand while everyone in the section seemed to be waiting on something. When you come across Nexxt, Id keep going. Even for a touristy spot like Lincoln rd where you wouldn’t expect the best food, I didn’t expect to be up sick all night.

Nexxt Cafe on Lincoln Road. This is about the worst place you can eat. The menu was stolen or borrowed from Cheesecake Factory about 1997 or when ever they opened in that era. The service has been and still is horrible. And I have eaten here around 5 times total. Worse part is they add the gratuity and at one point the service was sooo bad I had the manager take it off. I was not about to tip anyone. As of today it has not changed and the service is still bad. The food is some what good but id rather eat Cheese Cake Factory since your on Lincoln Road and its o er priced.

Waited awhile before anyone came to our table. When we finally got a waiter, I mentioned before ordering that the tickets where separate. When our ticket came he did not separated it, so I kindly said it should have been two tickets. He said you didn't say that with an ugly attitude. I said I did. He brought the tickets and slung them on the table. Will never come back here again. The food was okay.

When you walk by this place, you say their name NEXXT! This has the worst servers in Miami Beach! I actually feel sorry for such a large group of piss poor servers that hate their jobs this much. We ordered chips and guacamole and it took - wait for it - 35 minutes! Then the chips were so stale we could nit eat them. The server asked if the food was okay and I told her the chips were stale. She replied that happens all the time. At least she replaced them with some fresher ones (still barely edible). Don’t even guess how long we waited for the check. The best part? They included a generous 20 percent tip for themselves. I am still speechless. Go anywhere on Lincoln Road but this spot. You have been warned.

Was absolutely not a great experience for my friends and I. Party of 7, food came out 1 by 1. One friend did not receive his food until we were done eating. As for the tasting of the food, was not great at all. I had grilled salmon and it was dry and no flavor whatever.

Absolute trash. They brought me the wrong dish, when I brought it to their attention I was ignored. It also tasted mediocre just to add insult to injury. The waiter was practically nonexistent. We might as well have grabbed our own drinks and food.

I wish I could give this place zero stars. I visited Nexxt Cafe on Oct 30. We were seated promptly by the hostess. The waiter took approx 15 mins. to take our drink and food orders. Now the waiting begins. We were a party of 5, 2 ordered salads, pizza, pasta and a burger with no additions or subs. It took an hour to get our food. One person in our party had a flight to catch and we asked for our food to go. 20 mins. later still no food. Once the food arrived they failed to put silverware in the bag. They automatically added gratuity to the check. I'm glad I had exact change, the server, runners did not earn their tip. I should of gave my tip to the hostess, she was the only one who did her job. After all of this, the food was just ok, nothing special. I will not be going back.

It takes a long time for the food to be serviced. The waiter never come to refill the water even they have noting to do just stand there. The quality of food is even worse. Paste is cold and the size is just like a half.

So far.....at 2:39 pm may 14th 2016 the service here is horrible! It took 30 minutes to receive drinks. Once we got them they were horrible milkshakes and smoothies were watered down. 20 minutes after that we were told our food wasn't ready. We never got an apology for the wait service etc. even after speaking to a manager. Once we spoke to the manager we were told we'd still have to wait for our food and now drinks. Horrible horrible horrible

The service here was horrible! We wet not greeted, the server Dusan #654 was not a good waiter at all. Never checked on us, had an attitude, and didn't care and it's probably because gratuity was included. Then when we spoke to manager her did not help at all and payed us no attention. I will never eat here again. I am so shocked

Horrible experience Personal experience was bad From one reason only ... Ask stake medium with no Sauce got a steak with a Sauce after around 20 minutes of waiting which is fine (the waiting time).... ask to replace the Steak that was full of A1 or whatever Sauce and after 3 min to be Exact got a well done stake after 3 min I don’t know what about you but I’ll never Seen in my life somebody Making a well-done steak in 3 min so Either they had it ready and the worm it up or either I’ve been Served another person kick back ....! Just avoid places like this have no class and thy serve you like thy do a favor for you !

I would honestly give this a 0 if o could. I've never given a review before but had to warn others. Not only did we wait an hour for appetizer but when the chicken salad was delivered the chicken was raw! Dirt and mold on ceilings, bathroom was filthy amd soap dispenser was broken. Health department really needs to stop by.

Very bad meal. We order a Original burger and a rib eye, both the meat was horrible/unfresh/old. I feel regret for coming this place. And they took long time to just passed us the menu. We were here in a Wednesday afternoon.

Terrible dinning experience ! I ordered the spring rolls and the shrimp was rotten! I called the manager -Maria Boskolic and with a terrible attitude she said the shrimp was from this morning! Really!? I asked her to eat the shrimp , but if course she was hesitant and didn't! then the bill came in with twice as much $ for the rotten entre! I am a local, and I will never give my business to them ever again! This place is a tourist trap....!

Terrible experience when asking serving staff if food had ingredients that I was allergic to. The waitress came back and said she didn’t have time to wait for an answer. When questioned further as I was ordering she got very defensive. Do not recommend for anybody with dietary restrictions or food allergies as staff is not helpful or respectful.

I waited 15 minutes after sitting to get my drink order taken, then took another 5 minutes to get my water. The waitress then left for about 25 minutes before coming back to take our order which then took 45 minutes to get there. Additionally not all of the food was delivered at once, our food got cold waiting for all of our food to get there. Lastly, when I gave the tip I thought the waitress deserved she looked at it and demanded a larger tip. Good food, horrendous service. I will NOT be coming back.

I saw a ton of people eating here, food looked good, but I was sadly mistaken. We were seated right away and things looked promising. Then didn't have someone come ask for are drink until 30 min later. Then after another 30 min we had to ask someone where are drinks were and if we could order (I should have left at this point but I am a pretty hard person to upset so I stayed a patiently waited). We ordered, I got the fish and chips, thinking it would be fresh fish, wrong again, the fish was cold and was cooked all the way through. Really bad experience, wouldn't go again.

The majority of waiters and waitresses are very unfriendly especially the host during the day. We loved coming here for years and recently it on both occasions we had a terrible experience. Food quality and service is very poor but they really don’t care. Reading some of the reviews here, it sounds like they need a change in management/ staff and need to up their game. Very disappointing end to our vacation!

Let just say the place needs a major cleaning day, I don't even want to know how the kitchen looks like. We ordered the fish and chips and side of sweet potato fries. Waited 25 minutes for our order as we were told that they are making the fires. When we got the order the sweet potato fries were served in little cone with not plate on the side. The fish and chips well not sure if I could even give one star to the fish and chips (fries) were cold, I think because they made that before the sweet potato fries were made.

This place used to be awesome but I truly have to say the service was terrible and the food was equally as poor. Everything came out so spicy, the nachos were pathetic it was more like a nacho soup... Until they fix what’s going on I would avoid this place, not to mention they tack on the gratuity which is ridiculous after that pathetic service. Our waitress would go missing for 5-10 min at a time. No waters no plates for apps, no attention and then an automatic tip at the end. Meh. Used to be a dope place, now the food sucks and the service sucks. NEXT!

Absolutely the worst meal i’ve Ever had on South Beach. Despite our waiter’s best intentions, he was running ragged with too many tables to service. As a result, after waiting 40 minutes for our meal, when it finally arrived, it was ice cold. It took an additional 20 minutes for the waiter to come back to our table for us to complain. Because I was starving, I ate a bit of the food while waiting. When the manager finally came to our table, he stated that he would only take 50% off the dish since I had eaten some of it! I’m highly disappointed and will never be coming back to this establishment.

This was by far the worst dining experience I have had in a long time. Our waitress, Roxanna was terribly rude and did not respect us because we were kids. She should be fired. She demanded a tip at the end of the meal bigger than that I was giving. It took her 30 minutes to greet us and ask what we would like to drink, then brought food over an hour later and forgot to bring my food so I waited 20 minutes while the rest of my table ate. She was very unpleasant and not once asked me how the meal was or if she could help with anything. This restaurant is a sad excuse for a restaurant and I would recommend going to any other restaurant at the mall, as this is THE WORST option possible. By the way, the food was disgusting and the chicken wasnt even cooked. Terrible service and food. DO NOT GO HERE.

Walked in on Thursday night. Waited about 15min before our waiter came to our table. Another 10min for drinks, 10 more minutes before order app. Another 15min before he came back for our main course. No refill unless we asked. Horrible service In general, no interaction from the staff and it wasn't busy at all. The worst part is the 20% tip is included with no service. Save you money and go to McDonalds you'll have better service.

Ok, so after being a loyal customer for over 15 years I will never be eating here again. I am on vacation, and have always come on a regular basis to eat here, however 3 days ago I ordered the fish and chips and found that half the fish was totally raw and in the sauce there was a frozen uncooked chip in the bottom. (unfortunately found half way through the meal). I sent it back and asked to talk to someone. 25 minutes later I was still sat waiting to talk to someone however, no one came. I eventually went inside to speak to someone, still no one was there to talk to but I was given my bill minus 2 ice teas, total $8, the fish was approx $16, and no apology. So tonight is my last night in Miami, I thought I would give it one last try... So we ordered 2 pasta dishes and some fries, the fries came after 10 minutes as an app appetiser for some strange reason. We decided to start eating, however found that they where obviously not made fresh as they were barely warm, so sent them back. The waiter brought a new portion within seconds but again without our main course. So as we were eating it was clear that these fries were infact the same portion as before, with just a few hot chips placed on top! I’m sorry but do not take the piss out of us. We obviously did not stay, or eat anything else, and left, It’s such a shame, had many fun times in the restaurant, but I will not be eating there again on my return to Miami, be beware things have changed here!!

My 1st visit was ok, waiter took our order maybe 35 minutes after we arrived. Never came to check if it was ok. Waited 30 minutes for the Cheque. Then waited 20 minutes to get it back. Server was ignorant. This was with visitors from Ireland. My second visit today was with more visitors from Ireland and as the food was good I suggested we return. Waitress was very unattentive and never Brought several things I asked for. Plus no gluten free menu. As we have a gluten free friend we need to be careful. Never came back and told us what we inquired about the food, never came back after we got our food, another waitress ignored our requests. The restaurant was not busy just to add. Ridiculous service here. Food has slightly gone down also.

This place was one of my favorite of Lincoln Road but service now is terrible. We were waiting at the table for 20 minutes and no waiter attended us. I had to stand up from the table and go to find a waiter where there were 5 without doing anything, just talking among themselves. We ordered water and a drink and after 10 minutes they came with 3 drinks (we ordered 1) and without the water. We got up and left. The place was empty and we did not deserve that service. It is commented that THE MANAGER has reduced the contracting of waiter to obtain more profits.

If I could give this a 0, I would. Our server was probably the most rudest person ever. He didn't even greet us until 5-6 minutes later and then asked for our drinks and it wasn't even busy at all. Rushed us to make our orders explaining that the rush is starting soon, so it's better to start ordering. The place was not busy whatsoever. The food took so long. I ordered the margarita, it was really strong and not even mixed well. Most of the time, he was gone and so we asked the bartender for boxes. The server came up rudely and told the bartender, "Stop, I got it. I got it. You need boxes? HERE." Never refilled our drinks and even forgot a glass of water for my table of 7. Majority of the food came out cold. The food didn't taste that well at all. By far the worst restaurant ever. Don't go here. Maybe if we had a better server, we would be fine. But the one we had was absolutely horrible. Don't be a server if you don't know how to take tables and treat your guests.

This has always been one of my favorite Lincoln Road restaurants...until tonight. My husband and I took our son to celebrate his 18th birthday. Had a pleasant, but not great meal, with a very nice waitress. After dinner, my husband went to use the bathroom and was told he was "not a client" based primarily on his clothes. We had just come back from the beach and certainly were not wearing our Sunday best. But having paid a bill for more than $75 dollars for three and being told he didn't look like a customer was an insult to say the least. Even after my husband brought our waitress over to verify that he was indeed a paying customer, the manager did not apologize but allowed him to use the bathroom, to which my husband said no thanks. Needless to say one of our favorite places will no longer be on our list of places to go. My husband is not one to anger easily but he felt abused and insulted by a thoughtless manager.

The worst service ever!!! I was there with friends for dinner and we waited for 30 minutes before the waitress bring us even a glass of water and give us the menu. spoke to the manager hoping things would get better but nothing has changed. we had to sit for dinner for three hours to get a one meal course of over priced pasta and salad. I left a 10% tip due to the poor service and found out the added more tip to my credit card without my authorization. this place is the worst on Lincoln Rd don't go there there much better places to eat on Lincoln Rd.

If I could give it zero stars I would. The service was absolutely horrible & embarrassing. It took 2 1/2 hours for everyone at the table to get their food, at least a third of the orders were incorrect & the waiter was an embarrassment to the trade. Everything had to be repeated to him multiple times & he would still forget something. He was absentminded & completely detached & behaved as if he didn’t care about a thing. He also got everyone single party’s bill incorrect. Sad part about it was the manager tried to pawn their obvious incompetence on us. What a joke. & all of that for overpriced food & beverages that aren’t that good to begin with. I will never eat at this place again nor do I recommend it to anyone ever.

My family and I went for lunch (table for 7). The food was decent but not for the price. The server was terrible. He rushed our order, never came to check up on us, nobody got a drink refilled, and we had to literally flag down and "catch" our server so we can get our checks because it was impossible to even get his attention in general. To be honest, if the service was better, I'd give a higher review. I'm not expecting fine dining service but he could've at least smiled.
