I was there 11/13/25 @ 3:18pm. My cashier, Imani, was thee absolute sweetest person! Patient! Knew her stuff and even helped me choose because of course I couldn’t make my mind. This young lady gave not only myself but every single individual in the line Premiere customer service! She’s amazing! Imani, if you see this: Thank you so very much! I wish you the very best. May God continue to bless you! THANK YOU! Also, MY FOOD WAS SO TASTEY! Warm and came out in a timely manner! Everything was fresh and accurate! Definitely an A1 experience!

Please keep in mind that this location is in the middle of the hospital district, so it gets extremely busy. They try to keep things running smoothly and the tables clean. It simply is so busy. Sandwiches and soup are good. And the coffee doesn't run out.

Friendly staff, smiling and engaging, clean restaurant. The food was good; they serve good bagels. My egg was perfect but the sausage came from a frozen box and wasn't overly tasty. It filled me up and I guess that's important too. Overall I'd say I'll eat there again.

Got bagels, needed more cream cheese, paid $4.06, opened the cream cheese and it was ROTTEN!! It gets better, the cream cheese was expired!! 🤢

I go ask for a sourdough bread and cashier doesn’t even know what it was. Things like this shouldn’t happen, absurd.

Supposed to be a cafe, where you can work for a bit, but with no restroom, it feels very inhospitable and inconvenient to spend more time here. Wish I could have stayed for a pastry and hang out a bit. Instead, I grabbed lunch and headed out

Served 20 people before my order came out. No reason they should fall out of order in this manner. If you like crowded places this is your spot.

I recently moved from Atlanta to Miami, and I thought I knew what "spicy" meant—until I met the Cup Gatekeeper at this location around 4:30 PM. Apparently, at this Panera, the 16oz paper cups are forged from dragon scales and guarded more fiercely than the Crown Jewels. 🛡️☕ The "Crime" My cup started falling apart (physics is hard, I guess?). Being a polite Southerner, I approached with my "Excuse me" and "Sorry to bother you" armor on. Big mistake. Huge. My Southern hospitality must have smelled like weakness to the Cup Warden. 💅 The Interrogation 🕵️‍♀️ I asked for a replacement cup. Instead of a "Sure thing!", I was met with pure aggression. The Accusation: "You already had a cup of coffee." The Plot Twist: She then looked me in the eyes and insisted, "I also saw you have tea." 🍵 Talk about Gaslighting 101! I didn’t realize I was being surveilled by the KGB (Keep Grabbing Beverages) department. I’ve seen other customers—who happen to look a little different than me—score new cups over the last few days without an interrogation, but I guess I missed the memo that my cup comes with a deposition. 📝⚖️ The Vibes Service: 3rd-grade playground bully energy. Atmosphere: Connected to a hospital, yet missing 100% of the hospitality. 🏥🚫 The Exit: When she tried to keep the argument going, I had to let her know I’m not here for the drama; I’m just here for the LinkedIn search bar to find the District Manager. 👩‍💻✨ Summary: If you want to feel like a criminal for wanting a cup that actually holds liquid, this is your spot! Five stars for the audacity, but one star for the actual experience. 🤡🎈

The portion size has drastically gotten smaller. I ordered the 1/2 Frontega chicken sandwich and the portion was tiny. I’ve ordered the same thing several times and it was much larger. When I asked about it the manager said that the only thing that had changed was the shape of the bread. She did not offer to remake it and appeared very unconcerned.

Wrong, at least in my personal experience: I got these pieces of bread sticked next to each other with melted cheese, barely any other ingredients, it's not even close to how it's supposed to be. No utensils included. Yogurt mix misses any fresh berries, it's just granola. At least I was able to get credit for the order amount.

I ordered a Mediterranean Veggie, no salt and pepper and no Feta cheese….but they decided that I should not eat humus so they just throw veggies and nothing else. This place needs an in service for their employees to learn how to follow customer’s’ order.

I came to panera to have a lunch and I ordered a chicken teriyaki bowl and a drink. They give me this bowl and this was not the same bowl I had before. I ask them to make another one cuz the size was too small (like half portion) and the person had a negative attitude about it. Never coming back here, is a shame people give different services and they dont care about the costumer when I paid full price for that plate. Just make my lunch time so awful.

The sandwiches are good due to the quality of the bread, but the service is terrible, and the tables are always dirty, making it a very unpleasant and filthy place to eat.

A VERY RUDE employee named Paris intentionally kept my to-go order behind the counter as I stood there waiting for several minutes for this order that was already READY to go. Paris told me that I have to “talk”. Extremely unprofessional. This female wasted my time. I come to this location multiple times per day. These employees see my face multiple times per day. This girl doesn’t belong here as she is ruining the atmosphere that is supposed to be productive. Please hire smiling faces that contribute to the positive vibe of Panera Bread- this wasn’t it! Please check your cameras for February 3, 2026 around 10:30AM to see your employee intentionally withholding a to-go order and then immediately releasing it.

I purchased a fountain soda and when I approached the counter to request a refill, the staff member Heather came from around the counter and told me that i can't get refills ,while a white nurse walk inside infront of me with her cup to get refill. I feel as though she was being racist because Heather say she didn't see the white nurse but she saw me. She was being very disrespectful and rude about the situation. simply stated, "No refills, yelling so loud most of the customers had to turn and look what the commotion was about. This is my last day getting any item from Panera and honestly with how embarrassed and attacked I felt it does seem like it should be a legal issue.

Order a chipotle avocado melt sandwich and when I received my order they did not add the sauce to my sandwich and when I went back to talk to the Manager (Isabel M) she refused to put the sauce on my sandwich and a refund. Today will be my last day coming to this Panera location because this manager is rude and don’t have no type of customer service in her and this is not the first incident with my order. So I advise everyone to go spend their hard earned money at another Panera bread location. I wish I was able to give no stars at all due to my experience today.

I am writing to express my concern regarding an unpleasant and unprofessional experience I had at your location near Jackson Memorial Hospital on June 10, 2025, at approximately 6:00 AM. I had stopped by to pick up a sandwich before work and realized I had forgotten to add a drink to my order. I politely asked for a cup, intending to fill it with soda, but was abruptly yelled at by an employee who said, “That cup is just for water.” I acknowledged the misunderstanding and proceeded to purchase a $3 cup specifically for soda. However, when I attempted to fill the newly purchased cup, I was again yelled at this time by a kitchen staff member, an African American man with dreadlocks who said, “Bro, that’s not the right cup.” I asked him what he meant, and a woman from the kitchen, who identified herself as the manager, interjected and said, “That’s not the right cup either.” I responded by pointing out that this was the cup I had just been given by their staff, and that if it was incorrect, it was a result of poor communication and inadequate training. I then took my food and left, feeling disrespected and disappointed by the way the situation was handled. Given the high-profile nature of this location, situated near major hospitals, I believe there should be a higher standard of professionalism and customer service. I hope this message is taken seriously and that appropriate steps are taken to improve staff training and customer interaction going forward. Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
