Recensioni di PASTA Miami
PASTA Wynwood serves homemade pasta at its best. The place has plenty of seating in a well-decorated room, with an open kitchen. Service is good and fast. Their menu is succinct but has an excellent array of pasta choices, with unique flavors. We had a beef tartare for starters - it tasted great. For main course, we went with the spaghetti pomodoro, the tagliatelle with 15-braised beef ragú, and the agnolotti with mushrooms. Everything tasted absolutely amazing, but the tagliatelle and the agnolotti are the best ones I’ve had in my life. Will definitely be coming back.
We ordered the pasta with ragù and the pasta vongole — perfect! Absolutely delicious. The cheesecake was also amazing. I’ll definitely be coming back. The only downside is that it’s a bit pricey, and they automatically add 20% service, which I’m not a fan of.
We ordered several dishes — the Housemade Stracciatella with sourdough, Pici Cacio e Pepe, Spaghetti alle Vongole, and the Agnolotti di Funghi with 36-month Parmigiano Reggiano — and every single one was absolutely jaw-dropping. You can tell everything is made fresh and with real attention to detail. The flavors were rich, balanced, and comforting. The Agnolotti di Funghi was my absolute favorite — the filling was silky and earthy, and the sauce with that aged Parmigiano was just perfection. We finished the night with their flan, which was insanely decadent — creamy, smooth, and the perfect sweet ending. Our server, Clif, was phenomenal — warm, attentive, and genuinely cared about our experience. Service was beyond amazing. We basically left our plates spotless because the food was that good. If you’re looking for a place in Miami that truly celebrates pasta, this is it. Can’t wait to come back. ✨
I had an amazing experience! The service was outstanding — friendly, attentive, and welcoming. The food was absolutely delicious, perfectly cooked, and full of flavor. I also loved the variety of cocktails; they were creative and perfectly crafted. I can’t wait to come back and enjoy another fantastic meal. Highly recommend!
Seriously Blown Away by Pasta! Okay, so I just had dinner at Pasta, and seriously, my mind is still blown. This wasn't just a good meal; it was like, an experience. I'm still thinking about it! First off, the star of the show, hands down, was the fresh pasta. Every single dish was just perfect. The pasta itself was cooked just right – that perfect bite, you know? And the ingredients? So on point, everything just tasted so balanced and amazing together. My taste buds were doing a happy dance with every single mouthful. And it wasn't just the incredible food. The service was awesome – super warm and friendly. From the moment we walked in, they made us feel totally at home. Plus, their recommendations, both from the servers and the chef, were spot-on. They really helped us pick out the best dishes and wines that went together perfectly. And speaking of wine, the wines by the glass were seriously good quality, and they had something that went with everything on the menu. The vibe was also exactly what you want for a chill dinner. It was just the right atmosphere to relax and really enjoy the food without feeling rushed at all. Honestly, Pasta has totally set a new standard for fresh pasta places. I'm telling everyone I know to go there – 100% recommend it! I'm already planning my next visit; I could go back a million times!
Karelyn took care of me and my friends all night! Such a sweetie. Honestly had flavors i had never tasted before. The Mitake mushrooms were fantastic as well as the corn filled pasta! So delicious! The Miami Spice menu is a MUST!!!!
First time at Pasta and we were very happy! The service was friendly, and the restaurant was nicely decorated. Simple yet modern, with ambient lighting and an open kitchen/bar area. We ordered through the Miami Spice menu. We got to try the Calamari Fritti which were delicious and crispy. The Tartar sauce was sooo good, very herby and fresh. The salad was well dressed and had a little spice to it. I don’t love the concept of the whole lettuce leave salad instead of it being chopped, i do see how it looks more aesthetic, it’s just a hassle to cut at the table and can be a little messy We order the housemade stracciatella and sourdough form the regular menu and it was amazing. the bread was warm and toasted, perfect amount of ‘sour.’ The stracciatella was creamy and delicious, and the olive oil added a nice touch of bitterness. For mains we ordered the fettuccini verdi and the corn cappellacci. The cappellacci were the best bite of the night. Sweet, creamy pillowy goodness bathed in brown butter and pecorino, which balanced out the dish by adding saltiness and richness. Ended dinner with the chocolate gelato and the Panna cotta with burnt caramel. Both delicious in their own way, the gelato was creamy and not overly bitter. The panna cotta was creamy and tasty. I’m not a big fan of burnt caramel, but it was delicious nonetheless. Loved Pasta, can’t wait to be back and try more dishes!
Last day of vacation and I was craving pasta. I’m glad we made our stop for this dinner date. We dropped $250 on dinner but everything is expensive nowadays 😂😂 we also had 4 cocktails not pictures. Absolutely worth a visit and I’d also like to return to explore some more of that menu. Stracciatella Calamari Romain Angliotti Parpadelle
Wow!!! Everything was delicious 👌 Great service from Karelyn who gave us some good recommendations. We got the meatballs, the cacio e pepe, and the agnolotti de funghi.
Love this spot in Wynwood! Pasta is such a lovely restaurant with delicious food, great wine, and a cozy vibe. 🍷 The appetizers are amazing too — we started with the razor clams and stracciatella, and both were fantastic. For our mains, we tried the agnolotti di funghi, pappardelle with 15-hour braised beef, and cacio e pepe — wow, every dish was so delicious and clearly made with quality and care. You can really taste the love that goes into the food here. And don’t skip dessert! We ended up sharing the torta di pistacchio and the tarta de queso. I was a bit hesitant about the tarta de queso because it’s made with a touch of gorgonzola, but it ended up being one of the highlights of the entire meal — so creamy and perfectly balanced. Such a wonderful dining experience from start to finish. Highly recommend this gem!
Truthfully, this is some of the best Italian food I’ve ever had in my life. The quality of the ingredients and the atmosphere is outstanding. You can tell they really put a lot of thought and effort into each dish. The pasta of course is unbelievable, but every dish we had, including dessert, were phenomenal. This is my new go to!
Absolutely amazing Italian food — best in Miami! I had a wonderful experience at this Italian pasta restaurant. The food was delicious, and the quality of the ingredients was top-notch — you can really taste the difference. Honestly, it’s the best Italian food I’ve had in Miami. The service was spectacular, and I love that the owners are always present — their passion and attention to detail truly make a difference. The desserts are a must! They have the best panna cotta I’ve ever tasted and an unbelievable pistachio tart that you simply can’t miss. Prices are very fair for the quality you get. I highly recommend this place — a must-visit for any Italian food lover in Miami!

Came here on a Sunday night & had the best experience! Perfect for a date night. Food was amazing & paired it with a yummy white wine. David made our experience 10x better - he was very welcoming, tentative & gave us the best recommendations!
Good balance of price and quality of food. You can tell the pasta is made from scratch. Tried the parpadelle with 15h braised beef, cacio e pepe, straciatella, corn ravioli - very delicious.

I recently dined at this incredible pasta spot in Wynwood, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The food was simply outstanding—each dish was crafted with fresh, homemade pasta that tasted as authentic as it gets. The restaurant’s decor and ambiance are equally impressive, creating the perfect setting for a memorable time, whether you’re with friends or family. The staff’s attention to detail and warm service truly added to the experience. I left thoroughly pleased with my visit and am already looking forward to returning. Highly recommended!

This place is truly amazing. The quality of the food is outstanding—everything is so fresh and full of flavor. I’ve been here three times already, and it has never disappointed. The pici pasta and the panna cotta are absolute must-tries, but honestly, everything on the menu is incredible. I genuinely don’t understand how this place isn’t fully booked every single day. If you love great pasta, you can’t miss this spot
A superb restaurant with a Peruvian influence on traditional pasta dishes. Food preparation and presentation is excellent while served with very knowledgeable and caring hosts. The manager takes time to introduce himself. You can tell that he really cares and is very genuine. The meals are delicious and perfectly sized. A great addition to the Miami dining scene.
I’m already counting down until my next visit to PASTA. Honestly, I could eat my way through the entire menu without hesitation. Our table decided to go all in and ordered every appetizer, and not a single one disappointed but the stracciatella, calamari, and maitake absolutely stood out as my personal favorites. For the mains, we shared a few of their pastas along with the beef milanese, which was perfectly done and great for the table. You could taste how fresh the pastas were, an absolute game changer, exactly what you hope for at a place that takes pasta seriously. Our waiter Cliff took fantastic care of us, making great recommendations and making sure everything flowed smoothly throughout the night. Can’t wait to come back and work my way through even more of their pasta dishes! 🍝✨

Exceptional restaurant all around. The atmosphere is very approachable - great for family, friends, or date night. The food was flavorful, perfectly portioned, seasoned well and very satisfying. Our experienced server was warm and professional. We will certainly be back! Oh and they chill their red wines perfectly :)
We had a great dining experience at this restaurant! The standout highlight was definitely the pasta — absolutely incredible. If you're a pasta lover, this place won't disappoint. I'd highly recommend coming here for the pasta — it's well worth it. Just don't set your expectations too high for the appetizers.
First I have to say that this place is very trendy and cozy. The food is really good and the service is good as well. My reservation was for two people ( yes, you will need for sure a reservation because the place is not that big and is very popular nowadays) I didn’t know that tables were that close… actually it made me feel like I was in Europe (were you share tables as a common fact) my baby stroller was a little tight for this place… but the waiter made his best to make it fix. Talking about food. The quality of pasta and sauces is great and delicious, but the size is not that big… we ordered three plates per person to get satisfied. The good thing on this is not the price but the exquisite taste of each plate. So, it’s worthy… btw you should try the cheese cake dessert. It’s a must have in this place. (I’m a cheese cake lover) The pasta that I highly recommend is: mushroom ravioli.

Not bad, would not repeat. Starters were good. (Stracciatella and fried calamari) salad I have no idea thanks I pass. The pastas were really good dont get me wrong but first I order a coke (normal no zero or any other wierd variation) and they get mi a mini coke with no ice, the one that are like kids size. Finally the affogato, two huge scoops of gelato on the side, no good presentation. Just go eat pasta and leave. PS: my wife loved the salad

Second time visiting Pasta. First time I remember they had the razor clams, which was a hit. Yesterday's visit was very disappointing. The server was just an order taker. She seemed to have to repeat everything we ordered 3 to 4 times back. The music wasn't even loud. That made an impression on us. The music actually could have been a bit lounder. It was at a level that in a strange way we were able to hear everyone in the restaurant. My wife and I thought that perhaps a notch higher on the music so it covers all the other noises and conversations. The recommended braised beef pasta sauce felt watered down and the truffle pasta was also not even close to the level of the truffle pasta we had there few months ago. We entered very excited to be back and to have a good meal. We didn't even finish the dishes we ordered. The server didn't ask how we were doing. The dessert menu was dropped as a chore. There was no interest in explaining anything regarding the dessert menu on the server side. She came and asked if we wanted dessert afterwards and when we said no. She said Dale - I think it means let's go. It felt like we were more of an inconvenience than appreciated for our business. Unfortunately due to lack of service and the missing quality of the food we will take our time before/if we go back. After we left my wife and I had the same comment - It felt like an airport eatery.
Staff was attentive, but the pacing was slow. They don’t explain upfront that they serve the pastas one at a time—an interesting choice (head tilt). It took nearly two hours for one appetizer and three pastas. A server gave us a dessert menu between pastas and we couldn’t blame him for the mistake. We all love fresh, high-quality pasta, and it’s amazing to get to choose between 10+ shapes, but somehow the flavors and textures are pretty uniform. I love a velvety sauce, but I also need a vegetable, fresh elements, herbs, something to break it up. The mushroom agnolotti were standout, albeit there’s got to be at least one stick of butter in that dish.
Good service and ok food in general, except for the fact that some cooks are getting their hands in the food without proper precautions. Unfortunately for them, I got seated at the bar and witnessed multiple times how a cook had to plate the dessert and used his bare hands to clean up the surface of the Panna Cotta and even held ice cream scoops with his fingers. None of this would bother us if you’d see him washing his hands, instead we saw him touching other surfaces and rubbing his hand on the gown. Even trying to giving him the benefit of the doubt was unsuccessful, it was witnessed in multiple instances. Disgusting 👎🏼 On the brighter side the food was ok (the romaine lettuce appetizer was the highlight). Overpriced, on the too expensive side. Honestly, not worth it. Our server was very sweet and responsive to our concerns. She spoke to the manager and he was supposed to talk to us, but he never came which was a little disappointing. Overall, with so many great options around, I wouldn’t recommend nor come back.
