Can't say enough about this place. Been going here for almost 10 years and they've never missed a beat. The food is extremely good and fresh upon order. The wait time is slim to none and the customer service is always top tier. I highly recommend this restaurant for lunch and for dinner. Plenty of parking due to it being located in a shopping plaza with Target, Publix, and many more. Great place to grab a bite to eat before or after you shop!

You can't go wrong here. Every menu item is done masterfully. I personally recommend the Mediterranean salad. The waffle fries are one of the best. For spicy lovers, their spicy tenders are second to none. The only negative thing I can say is that everytime I've been there the tables are sticky. Not a deal breaker and still worth the 5 star!!!

This PDQ is always consistent in serving fresh and tasty tenders. Staff is always helpful. Discovered PDQ about a year and a half ago and it has become one of my favorite fast food chains. I’ve tried almost everything on the menu and everything is so good. The only hit or miss is their Mac and Cheese, which sometimes can be watery (and I like a good chunky and thicc Mac and Cheese). But their broccoli is delicious, and their waffle fries beat Chick-Fil-A’s. they are crunchier and seasoned better. And the variety of sauces PDQ offers is second to none. Probably one of the sauciest places and that’s awesome.

Decided to have some take out food today and find new places and interestingly enough stumbled upon PDQ. I walked in and was taken care of by Dakota, very nice guy and very tentative. I ordered the Chicken sandwich tossed in Buffalo Bleu sauce and must i say it was the best chicken sandwich i’ve had in a while. The waffle fries are crispy and amazing way better than Chick-Fil-A’s. The oreo shake was very tasty and good. I also decided to have 3 tenders with ranch and PDQ sauce as well as their creamy garlic sauce.

It's about 10 bucks per person. (4 piece tenders, regular fries and drink) Which aligns with most "cheap" fast food places, so it’s great pricing for the quality of food PDQ offers. I love this place. They've really stepped up their customer service game to compete with Chick-fil-A. And it's working! I love catching up with friends here.

Great service and food ladies, (and 1 guy). The chicken tenders were very flavorful, fries were great also. Just wish there was Fuze Raspberry tea in the soda dispenser.

What can I say. Delicious. The chicken tenders are crispy yet as soon as you touch them they are falling apart soft and juicy. The waffle fries crispy and soft n delicious. The sauce is the sauce get it and put it everywhere. The crispy chicken sandwich was fresh. The lettuce and tomatoes perfect with the kosher dill pickles are the perfect touch. I usually order the chicken strips. They always taste great. The buffalo bleu sauce is my favorite, but all of their sauces are great. The staff and management is very friendly. The food comes out on time. I have also been using them for catering lately. They have large platters of both the strips and the nuggets and they give plenty of sauce.

I don't normally post reviews, but definitely felt like they deserved one. Today we placed a large lunch work order 22 combos to be exact. My coworker and I went to pick up the orders and already had in mind that we would have to check all the bags to ensure everything was correct, when we walked in, pretty much all the associates there walked over to the pick up counter and let us know that they verified everything, one of the associates said she wrote on all the bags of what they contain and another associate helped us take the bags out to the car. When we got to work, yes I can verify everything was correct, she wrote on all the bags and the food was great, but good service makes it even better, thank you!

This is, beyond a doubt, the most delicious chicken sandwich I have ever had. FORGET Popeyes or Chick-Fil-A. The PDQ Honey Butter sandwich will change your life. Thank me later.

Pleasantly surprised with the freshness and deliciousness of this fast food. Scrumptious chicken! And my kids don’t like breaded chicken and I loved the grilled chicken options. A few good vegetarian options as well given the relatively short menu. Can’t wait to go again!

We dont go often but everytime we do we see her put max effort in making us feel welcomed and always seems to enjoy it too. Its great experiencing that and seeing her be consistent with all customers too. Valerie is the store manager and it suits her very well. Food is always on point as well, great team effort :)

Went into this location to pick up a door dash order but was blown away by the customer service and what the food looked like that I ended up dropping the order off, pausing my dash, and coming back to the PDQ to have dinner. This is my new friday night dinner choice. I’m grateful I found this place, not to many places like this in Miami with this level of customer service, cheap but quality food, and great atmosphere. First time me and my wife came to this place looking for something new and we were truly satisfied everything felt fresh, variety of sauces. Wife loved the cheerwine drink. The service was excellent and helped us out a lot with our food order. Server (Anthony) was patient, kinda, and they take your order to were you sit if you dine-in. Great music, clean restaurant, staff are attentive to what customers want. Would definitely bring our dance group and friends to enjoy the food.

Paul Maxwell manager was kind, quick and caring. I had a 5 count chicken tender with fries and pink lemonade. The chicken is incredibly flavorful. They have great sauces. My bill was under $10.00. My new favorite compared to Chick-fil-A. The crispy chicken sandwich is delicious! Chicken is super thick (check out the picture) and not dry. The bread (pretty sure it's potato bread) is super soft. Waffle fries are the perfect amount of salty and crisped (also better than the Chick-fil-A ones in my opinion). Definitely my new go-to spot when I want some tenders or chicken sandwich for lunch. Honey mustard and sweet siracha sauces are the best ❤️

The food is always delicious, but I would like to take a moment to recognize the excellent customer service that was on full display. I head to the drive thru and ordered what I wanted for lunch, the lady taking my order was super nice and welcoming. As I got to the next window, one of the employees informed me that the grill wasn’t working properly and the food would take about 10-15 minutes, I told him it wasn’t a problem and waited until then. As I got the food he was very apologetic about the situation, to which I said not a problem. I appreciate the effort that took place. That person deserves a raise!

Had a magnificent experience at PDQ today! Dakota gave me a great customer service. Their chicken tenders are standout—crispy on the outside and juicy on the inside. Clean place and friendly people. The food was great and the service could not have been better. I had a shake that was wonderful, and chicken fingers with fries. I did not give 5 stars because I felt it was a bit overpriced, in comparison to other chicken places in the same strip mall. If money is no object, go for it. Students on a budget or seniors on a fixed income like me, need to be careful what you order. The good news is that the portions are big:))

Chicken is awesome here! The shakes to die for, my only issue is the one & all coke dispenser. You know, the one with ALL the flavors coke has, ALL the flavors of lemonade, etc.. coming out of the same nozzle. Everything has an odd flavor since it comes out of the same place. Stick with the tenders, nuggets, sandwiches, or salads, you can't go wrong! Service is great too, staff happy to help with questions.

PDQ is that restaurant all my friends say I've got to try. For the longest time, I didn't get how a restaurant selling mostly fried chicken products could be that special. But I've got to say, I was impressed with how good the food came out! I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich (meant to order a different one but I misspoke when ordering, completely my fault) and it was honestly pretty good. If I were around the area more often, Id definitely frequent it!

My favorite PDQ. Always fast service. Always premium taste. & always fun to spend time w/ friends & Family. I got here a lot after Church & my Wife loves it too! Gotta get yourself that seasonal Apple Pie Milkshake! 🥤

I must say that I love the quality of PDQ chicken tenders. They’re always steaming hot and super tenders. I’ve been fortunate enough to always get my order right, fast, and delicious. There’s really not much room for error. Their menu is simple and to the point…not many frills. The cashiers always take great care of me as well. They don’t have the ugly (how dare you come to my place of work and order food from me) attitude other fast food employees have. Keep it up PDQ🙏

Stopped by here while on vacation. I ordered the chicken tenders and fries, strawberry milkshake, and apples w/ toffee dip. The tenders weren't quite as flavorful as I'd hoped—my husband didn't find that to be the case with his chicken sandwich. The fries were fresh cut and delicious—top 3 fast food fries and it ain't 3. The small milkshake is only $2.99 in a land of over-priced milkshakes. The toffee dip, though raved about, was too sweet for me and I could only manage two dips of it. The space was clean and quiet with friendly service.

Restaurant is open with plenty of natural light. Nice staff and good food. Can't ask for more for the money.

The chicken was a bit disappointing, could use some seasoning. Gave the service 5 stars because we ordered on a kiosk LOL dinning room was spacious. One other negative we saw a worker eating a donut while working BIG no no in the food industry.

I used to frequent this location when they first opened but I have to say over the past year it has seen a decline in efficiency, service and quality. Every single time I come in I have to wait to pick up a mobile order. Most times my extra sauces are not packed and they have not been filling the portions correctly. I’d rather go to Chick Fil A.

My order was wrong. When I advised the cashier, the kitchen staff looked at me as if it was my fault. I double checked my receipt and confirmed my order was wrong. I was really looking forward to eating the zucchini fries only to discover they were very oily with a pooling of oil on the bottom of the paper liner in my basket. The zucchini fries had a strong taste of old oil. I dared not point something out a second time to avoid having the kitchen staff turn around in unison again. There was a rancid smell by the condiment table. I won't be returning any time soon, instead I will be searching for other PDQs in South Florida. PDQ is a great franchise, sadly something has changed at this location since my last visit. One star was earned because the cashier staff was very friendly, helpful and accommodating, the other star was earned for the delicious sauce and the french fries, they were crisp and tasty.

I was excited when ordering, everything looked great. Menu is nice, building is kind of cool. However most food wasn't fried correctly. Instead of being delicious fried food it was kind of heavy and oily/greasy . I'm not one to complain about deep fried food being heavy. I LOVE Guthrie's and like zacksby's. This place is probably delicious in other locations but this place wasn't that great when I tried it. Hope it improves.

Had to go there at 6:30 to pick up and there was no order prepared. What a fiasco with people at my home. The manager came through with speed and quality service. NEVER heard back from them yet. A shame because the food was fresh and cooked well. Won't go back because of management issue...

First time at this location, clean. For some reason when I order the chicken tenders they're always a bit raw, light pink. Showed them to the employee and they were willing to cook new ones but after that you really dont feel like eating anymore. Its happened to me in the store on 152 too😔

⚠️‼️A warning to those drinking out of the lemonade/soda/iced tea machines:‼️⚠️ My boyfriend and I went yesterday and got a nugget meal as well as an iced tea and a lemonade. The food was fine but the second we took a sip out of our drinks we felt our stomachs drop… we went home and the severe stomach pains took a turn for the worst. It turns out we had gotten food/drink poisoning and we have been puking and having feverish symptoms for over 24 hours. Our stomachs were as hard as rocks and I we could barely move. And I know it was the drinks because we hadnt eaten anything else but a home cooked meal earlier that day, and felt fine up until we ate here. We were so sick after that we didn’t eat anything else after that. He has a stronger immune system than me, and has an iron stomach and even HE was displaying all signs of food/drink poisoning. Now I don’t know if they are not cleaning their soda dispenser machines well enough or what is wrong with their drinks because there is no other reasonable explanation for what happened. I hope this reaches someone in management so that someone can inspect those machines because this is truly disgusting. Also a note to mention is that all the tables were sticky and nothing felt clean… I try to sympathize with service workers because I am one myself but this is just too far and I hope my warning and advice serves some use to other customers and the management who runs this PDQ.

Food as usual. Very good. Service surprisingly slow & terrible. Person who took my order was clueless about the menu. Cost me almost 5 dollars more as a result was not worth even trying to explain. Clueless. Many people behind counter most of which were in groups talking 5, 6, even 7 people customers waiting at one time. Every person there including management should be fired and they need to start new. Go to Oakland Park or 17th Ave. and see how it is supposed to run.

Ordered catering from this location. Catering arrived with no hummus on the Mediterranean salad as stated on the menu. Received 6 mini salad dressings for a catering salad. Ordered a 12 piece of toast, only received 10 pieces. The food quality is good. However, the service from this location is always terrible.

Really disappointed in the service and food I received on Thursday night. I ask for hot fresh fries and they threw old fries back in the fryer. I told them the fries were rock hard and the employee and manager were super nasty. The food they replaced my meal with was still old, well done fries. I won’t be eating at this location very soon.

The food is terrible. Both me and my fiance got very sick from it, we both had terrible stomach aches and threw up. It is extremely oily and overcooked. The fries are completely bland and dry, probably old. The workers are not polite either.
