Not gonna leave a 1 star, But I’ve been coming here for a while 1-2 times a week, and surprisingly the 9 dollar cups now went from 2 big scoops to 2 small tiny scoops. Its definitely not worth it, I guess got to go elsewhere.

Best ice cream ever if you understand what a natural ice cream is. No artificial anything. Delicious. My favorite was salted caramel and strawberry. Vanilla and coffee was phenomenal too.

Getting ice cream at Serendipity Creamery was a great experience! I had the vanilla with sprinkles and it was amazing. It was the perfect texture and the perfect taste. Additionally, the customer service was great, and the employee who took my order was very nice. The topping station is great and has a wide variety of treats. My wife took three pints to go, the orange lavender was... Interesting. The sweet potato maple was pretty good but too sweet for my liking. The key lime was truly divine, it was the most amazing thing I've had in a while - tasted like the real thing. Seating is an issue especially in the busy season so be prepared to probably not have anywhere to sit. Chalav Yisroel and pretty good too.

Frozen Joghurt is good what can you say. But I like the people friendly that I talk to and that was simply not the case when I was here. But the prices are fair and the food is handcrafted so give it a try but do not expect too much LOVE ;-)

There is a small cup and a regular sized cup I got the regular size but she gave me 2 very small scoops it only filled up half the cup and it was $10. I asked her to put another scoop and she said flat out no you paid for small I tried to explain I didn't get the small I got the regular and I paid for the cup not for the amount of scoops so she should fill it up. Aside from the fact she didn't know English well and didn't even try to understand what I was saying... I went with all my sisters we spent close to $80 and she couldn't even full my cup a tiny bit more like wow! Go somewhere else where you actually get your money's worth and don't have to deal with rude employees.

Dirty unkempt place and unfriendly staff. Ice cream was okay. Person behind the counter stuck his hands in the garbage can right before scooping my ice cream and was sweeping the counter with this hand before scooping the next one. Gross!

They have a sign at the door that closes 12am Saturdays, but it seems they close earlier just like any other weekday.... My girl and I came to this location on Surfside by 11:30 but they were already close

This woman asked for my help when she first got the place for ideas. It was painted a crayon bright yellow. I know her and her husband bcs I rented an apt for them in Miami & 79th St. My rent was $750. Im an artist and she came to me for help. I told her I would make her store artistic not just look like a kid place. I was unemployed at the time and needed to pay the rent. I asked her for $1500. She said it was too much , she didn't have the $$$ and she could only pay me $500, wich is below my rent and spare me no money for food or other expenses. She paid for materials wichbi supplied receipts. That menu frame, it's an original design made from scratch. It was drawn on wood , cut, and sanded then painted with 3 colors. Painting of the inside lines, outside, bench by window with stencil work and 3 small lamps I design . The back of the menu board is painted with chocolate color for check board, . When she asked me for the bench she agreed in paying me $200 additional for it. Total $700. Again my rent was $750 and the $ I asked was reasonable to be able to pay rent and have extra while I find employment. Kind? Sweet? It's a predatory voucher automatic INSTICT to take advantage of the most vulnerable. I did lines outside inside , painted, painted the mirrors wich wete all shinny white she got at Marshals in clearance. Design a menu board no one has....she paid me $700. Below my rent amour. ...then got evicted from the apt I rented to her husband Brent. I believe they are Jewish? The last time I had sent her an email was when I saw the episode on HGTV of the design inside her home by a male designer. The show showcase the store and him giving complements on the beauty of the decor. I sent her reminding her of what she and her husband did. No remorse, no answer, I always waited to see if she will get back at me....nothing. I wonder if I was Jewish decent and went to the synagogue if she and her husband would have done the same? God is just and here after so long I let everyone know.

She said that they “changed the price for Passover” with no sign or anything to fall back on. I’m not Jewish but I googled that Passover is 4/12 today is 4/9. Like idk why people think that they can just rob you if they feel like it, I hope she’s the owner and reads this because I will NEVER be back to this pathetic little ice cream shack. Good luck P.s if she is not the owner the time was around 7:30pm and the transaction was 9.27 to an Amex ending 1005

We went to Serendipity and got what was supposed to be freshly popped popcorn. After paying we left and tasted it, the popcorn smelled old/stale and had an old, bitter taste. We tried to get a refund and the lady refused to give us one, saying she can't.
