His dishes carried the true taste of home each plate filled with Colombian warmth, passion, and creativity. The atmosphere was cozy and elegant, and from the very first moment, I could feel that something magical was happening in the kitchen. Every dish reflected the chef’s artistic touch, a perfect harmony of Latin flavors and traditional kosher cuisine. The food was vibrant, beautifully presented, and full of delightful surprises that danced together perfectly. I felt so proud of the Colombian chefs who brought such extraordinary flavor and heart to kosher dining. This place was really great! The hummus bowl is a must!! It’s so delicious and devoured the whole plate. The soft pita and the delicious meat flavors melt in your mouth. Truly one of the best hummus I’ve ever had. Next the steaks were cooked perfectly and was perfect for sharing. After the hummus bowl I was stuffed, and the steak and veggies were amazing but I did feel like 2 people can split one steak. The prices are high but if you order a good amount and good items to your liking I’m sure you will love this place!

I’ve been here many times and I have to say it is by far the best service and food you can get here! My waiter Marco (that I’ve had many times) is the most amazing, helpful, smiley, person I’ve ever had. It is rare to have someone like this in restaurants, but he exceeds every expectation you might have. Will for sure come back, as I always do!

Of all the places we tried in Miami, Street Kitchen is hands down the best. The level of flavor, perfection in cooking, and plating is unmatched. While the menu is small it is superb. Do note that the drinks menu only has one cocktail. (Wines and soft drinks are available.) Corall was awesome in guiding us with our choices and her service was impeccable! A must to try are the truffle filete, veal chops, hummos plate, and arugala salad. Desserts we went with less typical options and it was all worth it. Lychee creme brulee and marble cornbread- try it. I promise it wont dissapoint! A must for everyon in Miami to experience. Awesome vibes.

Luis was a delightful waiter he was able guide us to just the right order we got the burnt end brisket which was a special really different and delicious, the tacos which are a classic and the rib for two which was made to perfection. We left feeling satisfied and like they didn’t push us to order more than we needed. Highly recommend!

This is the best kosher restaurant in Miami! Every time we come here the food is lights out. From apps the lamb chummas is a must the meat tartar and bao buns are amazing as well filled with flavor. The chef and owner is great too! Truly cares about his customers and food!

The fried chicken in the Chicken & Waffles is the single greatest piece of chicken I have EVER eaten! The thigh was like the darkest dark meat I have ever seen, it must have been brined too because it was beyond juicy, and that CRUST! Wow! The truffle steak was amazing! Perfect med-rare and very generous with the truffles shavings. They also packed sandwiches to-go for us with everything on the side and that worked out great for lunch the next day. Excellent service, I cannot wait to go back and try the lamb hummus and other items!

Chef Jake Brown combines his diverse culinary cultures to deliver some of the best dishes in Miami. The selection is not only eclectic and unique, but always consistent in terms of quality, ingredients, plating, etc. Maybe you’ll get lucky and he’ll have the “off-menu” ramen soup “on the menu” when you arrive. Don’t miss the lamb with hummus - and any cut of meet will be the best you’ve tasted. Extremely generous portions - beyond stellar service (thank you Allison and Luis!). Reservations are a must to enjoy this gem in Surfside.

Service was pretty good. The food was insane, I highly recommend the chicken waffle and hummus plate. The sangria is also pretty good but get the rosè. Update 5/5/2023 - Went back a few times. I will have to say the food is not always consistent. Overall still 5 Stars and great service but please do not let popularity let quality go down!

You taste the love in every dish. Incredible chefs who really care about the food they are serving and put their heart and soul into it. You cannot go wrong with any dish you order from the menu. Besides the amazing food the ambiance and vibe is great. The service is exceptional, shout out to Tony! On a whim we ordered the crème brûlée and it tasted so incredible I almost forgot it was not dairy! Can’t wait to go again, and again, and again. Definitely makes my top 10 world wide.

The Street Kitchen was suggested to me by a chef from my home town. Everything was first class starting with making a reservation for just myself, usually a problem for such an in demand restaurant. I sat at an outside table where the atmosphere was surprisingly pleasant such that I never realized that where was a major street behind me. The indoor decor and atmosphere was lovely. My server Tony was friendly, efficient and knowledgeable. The selections I tasted started with the sweet chili chicken wings appetizer special to the delicious juicy 10oz surprise steak. I choice from a glass of Binyamina Cabernet Sauvignon from a nice wine list and completed the meal with a Mocha coffee with chocolate and whipped cream. I thoroughly enjoyed the meal.

First time here. Truly impressed. Had the rib steak for two and it was beyond any expectations. Cooked perfectly. Service was absolutely amazing. Recommended very highly.

Third time’s the charm at Street Kitchen. The food was superb, always unique menu items, and a few new things since we last ate there too. Especially love the beef carpaccio, meat hummus, chicken waffle and that plantain corn bread dessert was just WOW! Perfect sangria totally hit the spot. Very very good kosher restaurant and they’ve gotten way better. Last year I went and it was really bad but I came back again for another chance. The street hummus was amazing and I highly recommend it. The A1A Chicken Sandwich was juicy, seasoned very well, crispy on the outside, the bun wasn’t soggy, and the garlic sauce is really good. Fries are amazing. The steak was cooked exactly how I asked and was tender and really tasty. The service was good but I had to ask a couple of times for water. A little expensive but worth it 100%. House salad was good too. If you’re in the area go even if you’re not kosher!

Chef David Benrey is an absolute artist. Was lucky to go here with family for my birthday dinner and everything that came from his kitchen was phenomenal. Highly recommend the street hummus with lamb, beef carpaccio with shaved truffle, beef tataki, rib eye for 2, and sea bass (if it is available). The street hummus was so good, I forgot to take a photo before eating it. For dessert, Chef David offered a coconut milk creme brûlée to cap off the amazing meal. Coming here is truly a culinary experience and testament to the skill and artistry of Chef David. You will not leave disappointed!

We went last night to celebrate my sister’s birthday. The food, ambience, and staff were amazing! Everything was fall off the bone tender. Our server/ bartender Sandy was amazing! This place reminds me of being on an island with the natural ingredients and from scratch concepts. Definitely a 10/10.

Without a doubt an absolute must for any foodie on this planet. Louis our waiter has been as good as it gets. Compliments to Chef David Benrey for letting us be part of this culinary love fest, each dish was executed to perfection. Our palettes were partying throughout every dish and every bite.

We LOVED it. Our server was Anton (Tony) and he was very attentive and knew the menu very well. He was very transparent with prices as well. Food was extra terrestrial. My wife and I had the: Chicken and waffle, Steak Tartare, Beef Cheek, and Surprise Steak. We enjoyed from the first bite to the last. The atmosphere was just difficult because it was Succot, and their Succah in a not-so-ideal space. HIGHLY RECOMMEND

This is my all time favorite restaurant. My wife and I always make it a point to visit anytime we are in Miami as we are from out of state. Although you have to have a reservation to have a chance to get in, the food is worth it. We get the Hummas, which is a giant dish and will easily feed 4 people, and Truffle Steak everytime. This past visit, we added the Veal Tacos. For dessert, we highly recommend the chocolate cake which comes with ice cream. I have also heard the chicken and waffles are amazing, but we have not personally tried those. The drinks are amazing as well. You will not be disappointed with any of the food!

I came to Miami on vacation for a few days and my friend recommended Street Kitchen. This restaurant is fantastic!! We had great customer service from a lady who worked at the bar in the restaurant. They take their time to explain things to you and they put effort in giving you their attention as soon as you walk in, unlike other restaurants in surfside. The food was unbelievable, I highly recommend getting the hummus plate. We got both the lamb and pulled brisket options for our hummus plate. I also got the surprise steak which is one of their most popular items on the menu, usually sells out around 7pm every night! I also reccomend the arugula salad, which is a very inexpensive item that tastes fabulous, comes with grilled chicken breast and fake bacon! To conclude I highly recommend Street Kitchen!! 10/10 service, 10/10 food, 10/10 ambiance

Everything was great. The street hummus was amazing (we ordered with beef and no nuts)! 153 Burger was cooked perfectly as ordered (med rare) and a fantastic beef mixture whatever it was. Great toppings and bun. A1A Crunchy hot and spicy chicken sandwich was perfectly cooked, juicy with just the right amount of seasoning and breading. Server (Antonio I think) was attentive and explained everything in detail. Can’t wait to come back on my next visit to Surfside.

You can’t go wrong with anything on the menu at this restaurant! The meat dishes are delicious and cooked perfectly. The hummus platter is a must, definitely order it. I know many places have hummus but this is amazing. This place is really busy though so you must reserve a table in advance. I’d say at least 1-2 days before.

Wow! We came to Street Kitchen on a whim after a day out in Miami and when we walked in we were greeted with a warm welcome. Luis took care of us and suggested some of the most incredible we have ever had! The Chicken + Waffles were insane! He also suggested the Street Hummus which had a mountain of pulled lamb on it, we were not disappointed! For our main meal, we had the skirt steak and it was served with chimichurri. It was incredible! Will come back again for sure!

I cannot overstate how INCREDIBLE this restaurant was. Speedy, friendly, professional service every time, excellent high quality food no matter what you order, and most of all they know their menu inside and out so they can competently and successfully inform you about allergies and make substitutions. We've never had a dining experience like this - so good that we actually came back and ate at this restaurant twice during our vacation! Thank you for an amazing experience.

So I will post the gluten free things because I didn't see it on the reviews. I am not careful about cross contamination but I am very careful about no gluten being in the product. These are the things I asked about beef or veal tacos on appetizers, hummus bowl just don't eat pita on sides, suprise steak, mashed potatoes, cream brulee. Enjoy My waiter wasn't so aware of gluten free and didn't check something that we asked her to check. I only wanted it if it was gluten free and we ended up getting it and it was not. That was my only problem. Everything else was great.

Food is superb not to mention the excellent service. Adi is our server and she’s very knowledgeable of the menu and truly hospitable. We pre-reserved. Still had to wait a few cuz was very busy, but was well worth the wait. Waiter Tony was amazing and funny, he has a real sense of humor. My experience at street kitchen on New Year’s Eve was amazing. The food was out of this world. This was my first time there with my friends. The service was phenomenal our waitress Elise made the experience 10 times better! Will definitely be coming back not just for the food but also for the service. Our experience at street kitchen on Feb 5 2026 was amazing!!!! The food was delicious, space was comfortable and service outstanding!!! A special shout out to Louis who assisted us and advised which dishes are good. We ordered 5 dishes and each and every one was absolutely delicious, out of this world. I haven't had such a great restaurant experience ever!!! If you're looking for a great restaurant, this is the place to go.

We really enjoyed this restaurant overall. The service was excellent and attentive throughout most of the meal. However, when our steak arrived, there was no one to be seen around us, no one checked in and we couldn't get simple additions like salt, pepper, or sauce, which took away from enjoying an otherwise very high-quality (and pricey) dish. Aside from that moment, the experience was great.

Mixed bag feelings on this place. I had heard great reviews about Street and seen great ratings on google and elsewhere and was excited to give them a try. We walked inside a little past 9pm tonight and the restaurant was about 70% full, with multiple empty tables. There was no host to show us to a seat, so we waited at the bar for someone to notice us and offer us a table. Once seated it was another 7-8 minutes until we got a menu brought to us. Still no drinks or anything offered yet. We ordered appetizers and mains, and tap water was finally brought to us. This was the only drink we would be given, refill was never offered or brought. Appetizers were delicious!! Would order them again. The beef tacos and the dirty veal fingers were great! The mains of Short Ribs - delicious and truffle Steak - overpriced and missing flavor were so so. Short ribs were good, truffle at $60 is a pass IMO. Really not great at all. Would have preferred to send back, but no one ever asked if we enjoyed anyhow.. Fries were a very small portion and completely overdone. Skip them here. I would go back for the appetizers and maybe some other dishes, but the service must improve, it was pretty bad. They also add a mandatory 18% tip, which does nothing besides further encouraging bad service, if waiters feel it is a given..
