Recensioni di Suviche Miami
When we lived in Miami we would order from this place about once a week. It was one of our favorite places, my husband absolutely loves their ceviche and I love their ají de gallina. The flavors are exquisite. Every time we make it to Miami we try going back and this trip was no different. I came and ordered my usual and left completely satisfied. The ají was like it always is, delicious. The sushi roll I ordered was beyond perfect. I even tried their new soy paper to replace the seaweed paper. The conchitas were warm and salty like I love them. The waitress was so sweet and kind. Love how although it’s not a high end place, the food quality beats many high end places.
Lovely people, really great food. Honestly the best shrimp (boom boom) I’ve ever had, and I’ve lived in Florida for 19 years. Will come back every time I’m in the area.
This is one of my absolute favorite lunch spots on South Beach! The restaurant combines the best of Peruvian and Japanese cuisine, specializing in incredible ceviches and sushi rolls. The fish is always exceptionally fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. I especially love that many of their dishes come in half or full portions — it’s perfect for mixing and matching. I usually go with a half ceviche and a half sushi roll (4 pieces), and it’s the ideal combo! The menu also has great poke bowls, starters, and traditional Peruvian mains. They’ve got a really nice happy hour too, which makes it even better. Whether you’re local or visiting, this place is a must-try if you appreciate fresh, high-quality seafood and great service.-
Amazing delicious food. Ceviche is a 10! And the team there are so kind. I came for happy hour for a late lunch and so glad I did. I had the ceviche, spicy tuna roll and passionfruit juice. I'll be back
This is one of my top favorite spots on South Beach for having lunch. The restaurant’s concept is mainly focused on a variety of Peruvian ceviches and Japanese sushi rolls. Besides that, the menu also offers a good selection of starters, poke bowls, and traditional Peruvian mains. Right away, I want to mention that all the fish here is always extremely fresh and flavorful! I personally come to this restaurant mainly for the ceviches and sushi rolls. A great thing about these dishes is that almost all of them are available in two portion sizes – half or full. What I usually do is order a half portion of ceviche and a half portion (4 pieces) of sushi rolls, which go perfectly together and fill me up completely. My absolute favorite ceviche was the Mahi Mahi Mexicano (I just asked to remove the avocado) – the flavor was fantastic for me, so refreshing! Unfortunately, a few months ago the restaurant decided to remove it (along with making other changes to the menu), which is such a shame because it was really delicious. Hopefully, they bring the Mexicano back in the future. I also like the Original Mahi Mahi ceviche, which is very tasty too and definitely worth ordering. I’ve tried almost all of the sushi rolls on the menu, and every single one of them was super flavorful and delicious. But my absolute favorites are the Miami, Truffle, and TNT rolls – amazing flavors! The restaurant itself isn’t very big; often during lunch hours it’s fully packed – a couple of times I even had to wait about 5 minutes for a table. I like the restaurant’s design – simple but pretty. The entire place is always spotless, and all the furniture and tableware are in very good condition. The restaurant also offers a few outdoor two-person tables. The staff here are nice and friendly. The kitchen team always did a quick job preparing food – even when the place was packed, my dishes arrived within 15 minutes. The prices on the menu are on the higher side, but mostly reasonable. A little trick: if you order a half portion of ceviche and a half portion of sushi rolls, your check is around $20, and it’s the perfect amount of food to get full while enjoying two different dishes. Otherwise, a full ceviche is $18 (not that much bigger than a half), and a single sushi roll can cost around $18 as well. The business accepts all major credit cards and Apple Pay, which is a plus. What I don’t like is that an 18% tip is automatically added to the bill. I find this practice wrong and kind of scammy around Miami. In conclusion, I highly recommend visiting SuViche if you’re looking for a place to eat on South Beach. Trust me, your meal here will be fresh, healthy, and delicious!
I’ve been visiting for about six years. It’s a local hotspot with delicious food and good Service. Relatively private for dates during the week. And I would recommend checking them out. Their lomo slatado spring rolls are delicious. I like their lomo Saltado Dish - their rolls are great. Must try.
I had to try this after not finding any decent ceviche by the beach, this place was recommended by several locals. They were right! The ceviche is so fresh and flavorful! The passion fruit juice is amazing, and the sushi is excellent. Saved on my list as a go to when in the area . Thanks
The food is amazing and super fresh! I've got Tataki, Ceviche Mexicano with small fish, Perfetion roll, TNT roll, Truffle roll, by delivery, my passion fruit lemonade was missing. Also I visited in person there is Salmon tartar and small fish ceviche Suvama, also another different sushi rolls Miami, Gang Bang and Samba rolls, the server is wonderful, even after visiting couple of restaurants in Miami, only she was the one who let me know the service fee 20% (gratitude) it's already included.
Japanese Peruvian fusion with incredible flavor. Pretty good prices too. Would absolutely come again. Recommend the roll with yuzu in the name; recommend agains the butcher roll. Great happy hour.
Elvira was a wonderful server. She explained the menu in detail, offered her favorite dishes to try, and was very attentive to the service. The food was exceptional, from the pepitas tostadas (roasted popcorn) to the entrees, and followed by dessert. You won't be disappointed. Bang bang shrimp, TNT Roll, Chicha Morada (drink), Suspiro Limeno, and Alfajores (desserts). 5 stars, gracias Elvira :)
This place was highly recommended by a friend and it was so good. Sushi/ceviche concept is great and they deliver both extremely well. All our food easily could’ve been from a “fancier” restaurant, so fresh and delicious. Really friendly staff too, Anna did a great job explaining everything on their menu.

The Most Underrated Restaurant in South Beach! This place has become a staple for me, everything on the menu is great. Food is clean and healthy with a variety of unique flavors. Stephanie and the rest of the staff take great care in what they do and always overdeliver. 10/10 highly recommend!

Amazing happy hour dinner. Highly recommend the shepherd pie and burger sliders
The food was amazing! Got the suvama shrimp ceviche, lomo saltado and truffle sushi. Everything was 10/10. Service 10/10 def recommend! (-:
service is amazing, and the food is soooo delicious! must go during happy hour
I’m a regular client since 2016 , I came today because I was out of the country and I met the new lady Elvira I didn’t know her and I ask for her name , she explained to me the promotion of ceviches , everything was perfect as always , I tried all the ceviches and the almost perfect roll , I’ll come back as always , love this place , the food , the service and the team , thank you guys
A really nice spot near Lincoln Road with delicious Peruvian food that feels very homey. The lomo saltado and ají de gallina were excellent. Highly recommended!
The food was exceptionally delicious. I recommend it to anyone looking for a local bite of some amazing ceviche and a cold local beer. The staff is super friendly and customer service is at the fourth front of the business. Thank you all for the hospitality and the delicious meals we ate. I recommend the Seafood ceviche in the Mexicano style. They also have their local beer and micheladas that complement well any meal on the menu.
They are very accommodating with my request to not add any salt and put the sauce on the side. And when I came back 2 days later Stephanie still remembered my order and request which was handy because I wanted the crispy rice and ceviche again since it was so tasty. I can definitely say so far their crispy rice salmon is the best I've ever had. Make sure you come for the HH since it's only in their HH menu.
My favourite Happy hour in Miami! Anna my server was the best! Soo friendly, genuine and helpful. The food is the BOMB! Happy hour is 4-7 or 12-7 on weekends and amazing value! The mash potatoe balls, ceviche, crispy tuna, sushi rolls - everything was delicious! Beers 5 and Tokyo mule 7 dollars! Incredible value for Miami!!! Definitely worth going to! I’ve been multiple times in my week stay!
I love this place, I’m a regular client since 2015, the food is amazing everything on the menu is fresh and tasty, the customer service is excellent, Yosselyn, Steph, Anna, Marian and the manager , you guys are the best ! They have happy hour from 3 pm to 7pm , don’t miss that, see you guys again this week 🙏
Awesome food and great service. Stephanie and other waitstaff go out of their way to create an awesome experience with even better food.
Mariam did an amazing job! The Food was also really good:)
I really recommend this restaurant! I have been eating in this place with my Peruvian husband and another couple and as they said, the food was delicious, and the service was great! We really enjoyed our happy hour! The waitress was really helpful recommending the best choices of sushi rolls. Although we live in Washington DC, we will come back again to this place! Thanks!! ❤️

Excellent Peruvian Japanese fusion. I forgot to take the photograph of the ceviche but it was awesome. Sushi was really good. Deep fried mashed potatoes were okay but not the highlight by any stretch of the imagination. This place is cool. Go to the Happy hour. The deals are really good
Absolutely amazing Ceviche, and Sushi. We had the mexicano ceviche, tataki salad, and the Miami and white-hot heat sushi rolls. It was perfect. FRESH, Good portions, and delicious! A must if you love ceviche. Brock was our waiter, excellent service, gave great advice regarding the menu, and his blue eyes will put you in a trance for about 8 seconds when you're trying to place your order(just sayin').
Rose was an amazing server! She was so sweet and attentive & and had great recommendations. The food was DELICIOUS & such great quality!! Definitely recommend the shrimp ceviche & the lomo saltado tenderloin :)
Simply the best Ceviche in South Beach 😍 I really really loved Suviche. I had ceviche every day while I was in Miami trying out different cevicheria, but I have to say this place really impressed me! The dish I tried was “Suvama” which Anna (the waitress) recommended. She described that it’s a combination of the two favorites and using Japanese mayonnaise. Since I’m from Japan, I decided to go for this one. The fish was super tender (which other restaurants I found it a bit chewy), and the sauce for ceviche was a perfect taste. I wish I had more time in Miami so I could try other ceviche on the menu. Anna was friendly and made sure everything was ok for me as I was dining alone this day. I can’t wait to come back in the future!
I’ve never experienced this combination of cuisines before, but it works! Had full seafood Mexican ceviche, and 1/2 cilantro roll and 1/2 jalapeño roll. Staff is super friendly and my server was especially helpful. Manager (or head chef? or owner?) came by personally to say hello, which was a nice touch.
Went here on the recommendation of a family friend. The service was very friendly and helpful and the food was amazing. Had never heard of Japanese/Peruvian food but was blown away. The sushi rolls were delicious but definitely recommend the Causas Saltado with steak, it blew my mind and made me wish we had a place like this back in London. Will definitely be coming back :)
I loved the ceviche and came back again another time. The service is great, Elvira was my waitress one of the days and she took the time to give good recommendations. There is happy hour for veeery good prices some hours of the day, definetly worth it! Only negative point is... The temperature, it was freezing inside!
I love coming here especially for happy hour. Everyone is always so nice and welcoming. The food is delicious every time and the happy hour price is super fair!
The cozy and tiny place located in Miami Beach, the Suviche ( Sushi and Ceviche) is a Peruvian-Japanese cuisine that offers delicious ceviches and sushi. We went on Saturday night and we are definitely coming back. The food is amazing, and super fresh! We had the Suviche Ceviche with seafood and the Perfection Roll ( both extremely good ). The ceviche comes with plantains and sweet potato. The service was amazing!! Thanks a million!!
WOW! We actually ended up here by chance. The food was wonderful and worth every penny. The quality of the meat and other dishes was top notch. The wait staff helped us choose the right menu. An absolute insider tip in South Beach Miami.
I have yet to come to Suviche’s physical location, but I have been ordering from them with Uber Eats for many years. Their food is always fresh and tasty. My favs are Bang Bang Shrimps, Rolex Roll, Tenderloin Saltado not to forget their signature Ceviches. Also love the Passion Fruit juice it’s such a delight to pair with their delicious meals. Today I was blown away by David, the manager’s ethics. The Eel sauce was missing from my order so I called to let them know. He made sure a very nice gentleman called Erwin came to deliver the missing item. I even had a gift card to come try the restaurant after all those years. This is how you keep loyal customers. Thanks David, you made my day!

The food was great with really good flavors overall. The menu is a little confusing, especially regarding happy hour. It runs from 3–7 p.m. but applies only to drinks. I initially thought some food items were included, based on how the server explained and showed it on the menu, which was a bit unclear. Aside from that small confusion, everything else was excellent and enjoyable.
Great service by this waitress working alone and was able to manage everything in a timely manner and such a pleasant smile!! Good food and perfect place for a nice lunch and drinks!! Been here many times 🫶. Loveeeee the Arroz Humedo de pollo, a MUST!!
I had the opportunity to visit recently and tried the Ceviche with Mahi Mahi and the Natural sauce fresh leche de tigre. This was fantastic. Then I had the Wok Classic and I. Choose Saltado Peruvian Stir-fry which I tasted with Chicken. Another sensational dish. Service was prompt and kind. Air conditioning slightly too cold for the Old Italian guy.... Overall a good experience. If you are around the area and want to try something special, this is the place.
It was good. I would go back. Portions are abundant. Needed salt and a bit more flavor, and slightly friendlier waiter.
We visited this place Saturday evening after hearing so many positive things. The atmosphere was cozy, modern, and super clean. Parking is street-only and requires payment, but it wasn’t hard to find a spot. Our server, Elvira, was incredibly friendly and helpful, which really enhanced our dining experience. It was our first time, so we asked for recommendations. We tried the seafood suvama ceviche and the perfection sushi rolls. The food was outstanding! Fresh ingredients and packed with flavor. I really appreciated the generous use of fresh crab in the roll. Portions are on the smaller side, but the taste makes up for it. We’ll definitely be back!

I been there three times, The salmon poke was wonderful. I also had the Peruvian SuViche. great also. My last dish was the Saltado, a signature disk. It was basically a lot of rice and French fries. scraps of meat and vegetables similar to a homeless shelter. There just was no value in the plate. Walk next ste to McDonald’s and find 5 times the value for the price.
A perfect place to enjoy Peruvian cuisine at a good price. Very close to Linlcon Rd and steps from Alton Rd. I recommend the lomo saltado, delicious. The place also has its own beers. During lunch time you will always find some discount. I need to try a dessert. I'll be back to tell you.
Been here many times and never had a complaint except today they over cooked the meat on my lomo saltado and the sauce was quite bitter but everything else was good like the Ceviche Suvama, The Miami and Suviche rolls and the service. I won’t take a star away for the lomo saltado because they’ve always have been consistent with the taste and quality. 11/2/2023: went to MB location and food is consistently delicious. Tried the mouthwatering Suvama Ceviche with fish only and loved it, it was superb. Also ordered the Suviche roll I had tried on my previous visit and left me wanting more. This location is more convenient as far as parking is concerned and more seating capacity compared to that in Brickell. I just found out there’s a location in Doral that’s also doing Sunday brunch so off to that one next. Service is always impeccable here.
They had great small bites, chill vibes and atmosphere. Normally I would say the service was on the slower side, but I didn't mind when I went because it left room for good conversation while we waited. The food was delicious and definitely a new/interesting combination for me in terms of cuisine; it was very refreshing to see a combination with Japanese other than with French techniques. We ordered two rolls and the aji Amarillo ceviche. The flavors were good, however, i would say the knife work on the fish could have been better.
Suviche is one of our neighborhood favorites. Today was an exception. The meal was good as usual, but the waiter had no idea how to handle the payment machine. When I went to pay I had $10 in birthday money and points on my account. Instead of crediting my bill, he gave the discount to the next person that used the machine. The waiter gust shrugged his shoulders and walked away.
Take out with Uber eats May 3, 2019 South Beach. I gave them 3 stars because they were fast...that's it. I ordered a "large" ceviche mix (fish & shrimp..and other little nik naks.. including red onions that I SPECIFICALLY ORDERED NOT TO...). The "large" plastic container was barely half full and mostly "sauce" that was actually so watery lacking flavor. I guess I would have to eat at the restaurant after seeing all the delicious photos on Google to maybe change my review...but maybe not. If you wanna try your luck dining there go for it BUT I DON'T RECOMMEND TAKE OUT. Very disappointed. Waste of my money. Please see attached pics.
Great food and taste but the waitress are lost with orders , some times they prioritize UBER orders over the dine in customers. Watch out .
I went for dinner on a Tuesday night the service was slow. There wasn’t many people in the restaurant. On Tuesday they have buy one roll get one half off which was nice. I also liked that they do half rolls so you can try more then one roll. But the roll I order wasn’t half size. It was my first time there and the sushi was just ok I got the bang bang roll. The shrimp was over cooked and tasted like chicken. This place is more of a lunch spot not so much for dinner. I would go back for lunch and give it one more shot.
First off, the food is very good, delicious. My problem is with the service and the atmosphere; they give the impression that they have given up, stopped caring. The lamp fixtures have years of dust on them, the counter that faces the dining room is a mess and unsightly and they are storing kitchen supplies there. The manger has taken over a table in the dining room to do their computer work; none of that should not be in my sight if I am trying enjoy a meal.
Service was slooooowww but they add an automatic 18% service charge, so it doesn’t matter what their service is (half our food came out fist, then half our table was done eating before the rest was arrived). Food itself was fine & relatively affordable.
I recommended this place to my son, his first time there. I usually go to their Brickell location. What a disappointment this time. The rice portion they gave him is half of what I would get at the other restaurant. It did not look good and the taste was not good. On top of that, he didn't get any sauces. Terrrible service. You guys have to do better at the beach location. I can assure you I am not enticed to come back.
Servers are amazing, very good energy, polite and smiling and caring BUT since the chief I catcher twice (the African American guy) is terrible suviche turned into Macdonalds. Sorry, I don’t usually write bad reviews but I have to make an exception because it’s used to be MY favorite restaurant but first time my ceviche literally was smelling not cool and I still ate it because I didn’t believe it could be bad but my stomach explained to me very popular and very soon that I was wrong! Yesterday sushi was with obviously undercooked rice and again stomach problem. So, I wouldn’t try my luck again till that guy is cooking my food because 50$ for lunch isn’t cheap but it’s not about money but quality which is far from okay now.

I didn’t give it one star only because the service was outstanding but the food on the other hand was not so great. I ordered a California roll which I have ordered before at many restaurants around Miami and I have never received one like in the photo below, the crab that it usually comes with Was not inside this particular California roll. I’m not sure what was in this one as it was very mushy I couldn’t even tell and it did not taste good. there was literally nothing in the sushi roll, but the mushed up meat or whatever it was and a slice of avocado.

One server helping out every table on the restaurant plus online orders. Making me miss my work lunch hour and leaving without eating. Waited more than 45 min. At the balcony there are many ready food for in restaurant dining and online orders getting cold and just above it the orders display show all of them flashing red as late. Why would they have one server at lunch time on a Friday??? The only attending are doing her best to serve every table and the pick up orders. —— I have tried emailing them on the email address they provided here on their comment to my feedback and I get the email back saying the email address could not be found. 😓
They definitely serve feviche here (fake ceviche). We had the seafood ceviche and it gave us the worst stomachache because of all the acid from the lime juice. I know that is how ceviche is typically prepared, but in this case, it seemed as though they precooked the seafood (or defrosted it), and dunked it in a bunch of lime juice. It was the worst. We also ordered a sushi roll - the Jalapeno Roll (white fish and avocado, sprinkled with cilantro and topped with a slice of jalapeno pepper and torched spicy mayo). This was actually not bad but that was only because of the torched spicy mayo and jalapeno. I couldn't even taste the fish, but maybe that was a good thing. For drinks, we had micheladas, which again, came with a gallon of lime juice. It was so bad that we couldn't even finish it. I'm sure Florida has a shortage of limes because Suviche bought out all of the supply. Don't come here unless you want bad/sour food and a terrible stomachache.
Nobody came out to give menus or clean the disgusting dirty table next to me. After 15 minutes I went in and got a menu and the server said "my bad" and that he'd be right out. Another 10 minutes and he finally appeared and asked me if I wanted anything! I ordered a glass of wine and 2 items. Another 10 minutes and the wine hasn't come. I got up, poked my head in the door and told him to cancel everything and left. Diabolical service. Nearly half an hour to get NOTHING. Not even a glass of water. Haha. We used to come here twice a week but the food and service slowly slipped so we stopped coming, as I know many locals did....but I thought I'd give it a last try as I was passing.. That will be my final visit. For the record, I worked in restaurants for many years and am very patient, especially if it's busy or there's a reason. But there wasn't, he just didn't care.
