Recensioni di Thyme Machine Miami
We tried this spot for the first time, and it was also our first time trying Lebanese food, such a great experience! The girl (Sayda) working there was super nice and very respectful. She recommended the Za'atar-Labneh, and it was amazing. Really crunchy, fresh, and looked pretty healthy. We absolutely loved it. We also tried the Jallab drink, definitely an acquired taste, but really good. It’s sweet and almost tastes like candy. She even gave us a dessert to try (I don’t remember the name), and it was really good too. The service was excellent. The environment was nice as well. It’s located in front of a playground area for kids, which makes it a great spot if you’re going with family. We went at night, but I think going earlier in the afternoon would be even better. It was a really nice experience, and we’ll definitely be coming back to try more.
If you’re in Miami and haven’t tried Thyme Machine, you’re seriously missing out. My boy Rachid didn’t just open a food spot, he built an experience. Authentic Lebanese man’ouche, fresh bowls, real ingredients, and that homemade flavor that tastes like someone’s grandma is back there cooking with love. Everything is made fresh, perfectly seasoned, and actually healthy without sacrificing flavor. The zaatar man’ouche alone is worth the trip, and the bowls are loaded, clean, and satisfying. You can tell this isn’t some generic food truck. There’s a story behind it, passion behind it, and quality in every bite. Miami has plenty of food options. Very few are this authentic and well priced!! If you see Thyme Machine, stop. Order. Thank me later.
Conveniently located outside a park, just opposite Novotel, this food truck serves amazing wraps with generous portions of beef in it. Do expect a slight wait time as they are made to order. Highly recommend to add hummus. Their baklava is Lebanese style, slightly different from the Turkish styled baklava. Taste great nonetheless.
My first time here. This is a food truck that is parked here permanently and akways open. It is right by a park and within walking distance of my hotel. I could smell wonderful smells as I walked up to order. I was greeted even though I used the touchscreen to order. I had the chicken rice bowl. It was fantastic!! I am from Michigan and will be craving this. Sigh. Loved it!!
I ordered a chicken Shawarma. They made it pretty quick and didn’t have to wait too long. Cook was great and I’m glad they have seating for me to enjoy this amazing shawarma.
It’s a food truck that cooks with some love Plenty of life around people walking, roller blading and biking, just basically exercising Side note - The food was absolutely stellar !! Located right in front of the Novohotel under the metro mover right by the park All the food was excellent and I would most definitely be back Plenty of places to sit Parking was a little difficult but not to crazy Open 24 hours a day Pet friendly Kid friendly
Ordered from the Too Good to Go App! What a delicious meal for just over $6. Za'atar with cheese and some small buttery flakey pastries. The chef was so helpful and nice! Can't wait to go back and try more!
Went there around 4 am, the vibes were amazing. The backyard was super cozy and nice to sit in. The worker was super friendly and nice, made our food quickly. It was very joyful experience Definitely want to try more food. It tasted very authentic and lebanese

I recently stumbled upon a new Lebanese food truck in town, and I'm so glad I did! So much Original Culture right here in Brickell!! The owners are very experienced & friendly as well :) The moment I saw the menu, I knew I had to give it a try. The options were amazing/endless - there were all sorts of delicious-sounding dishes. I was having a tough time deciding what to order, but the friendly staff helped me make the perfect choice! Overall, my experience at this new Lebanese food truck was fantastic! The food was delicious, the atmosphere & seating was great, the service was friendly, and the prices were more than affordable. If you're a fan of Middle Eastern cuisine, I highly recommend giving this place a try - you won't be disappointed!
Simm was great and cooked my food well seasoned…
Their vegi Manouche wraps are best in Brickell. It’s fun to sit outside in evenings and enjoy the food truck meal in Brickell. Prices are reasonable. Their chicken is Halal as well. Try there labanese coffee and Drinks.. like rose water.

Sayda made my visit here a unique one! Her care and kindness make me want to come here more often
soooo! i’ve ate at thyme machine a couple times before & the food & service have always been special. this third time, i was again, in love with the food & service. so i made it a point to share a review! forecha is such a welcoming & heart warming sweetheart. from the moment, we arrived to the window, we felt her genuine energy. we wanted a quick & fresh bite with our coffee since my friend had a soccer game after, and i am so glad i suggested thyme. it was one of my girl friends first time at thyme and she has the best experience. the food is extremely fresh - forecha recommend the lamb and beef flatbread with all the veggies & a small shawarma to keep it light since my friend had to play. we left thyme machine, chatting it up about what a great decision that was. what a thyme! ✨🙏
Such a great spot! Delicious, fresh food and the team is so friendly and welcoming. Chicken shawarma and labne were excellent. Cant wait to come back!
Every thing was amazing The entire staff is very friendly I had the chicken bowl and thyme pizza (no olives for me) and it was fantastic!! 10/10 would recommend You can do online ordering or walk up to the food truck. I loved the atmosphere enjoyed the park (They also have plenty of shade so don’t worry!!) Thank You Again!!
I had the pleasure of visiting Thyme Machine in Miami, and I couldn’t be more impressed! The ambience is cozy and welcoming, and the service is top-notch. A special shoutout to Chef Sherif—he was incredibly welcoming, humble, sweet, and efficient, making the experience even better. As for the food, it was a little taste of home. The zaatar manoushe, smashed burger, and shawarma wrap were all incredible, reminding me of the flavors I miss from Lebanon. As someone who fled Lebanon during the war seeking a better life in Miami, it truly felt like a connection to my roots. I’ll definitely be back to explore more options and to add toppings to my food (I didn’t realize that was an option, haha). Highly recommend!
Hare Krsna! I visited Thyme Machine with my Hare Krishna's friends and we called before coming to speak to the owner. When we arrived we we a little bit late and the one working on the grill called him back. He came just to greet us after his hard day of labor in bicycle! Super friendly atmosphere like a real cultural reception we received from the owner. We where in town to distribute spiritual litterature and as nice as he could be he took happily what we had to offer him and in loving exchanges offerered us vegetarian meals as our diet goes. I sincerely wish him all the blessing that he deserves! Hare Krsna!
We ordered a pepperoni pizza and it was delicious.and the service was very good for Veronica.
Delicious Lebanese cuisine clean atmosphere amazing playground clean environment. I just loved the service thank you Jazmin. Great job guys keep up the good work. I highly recommend anything on that menu. It’s just delicious extremely appetizing. Thank you all for such great customer service.
Jeremiah was amazing and he was great at offering recommendations. Both made with a lot of love and honestly it’s nice to eating aowmrhinf light and delicious. Thank you for giving us a good first time experience!
What an adorable, delicious food and earnest people you will ever meet. Great flavors of chicken wrap. It’s grandmas recipe of the owners. Great story about the family recipes and dreams that came true! Many blessings and success to you!!!
This was the best dood i had ever since i went out of town I recommend this who ever try this spot its so amazing and delicious and jeremiah is tyr best chef i ever met
Absolutely love Thyme Machine! Their food is incredibly delicious, and I always find myself coming back for more. My go-to order is the Labneh and Zaatar wrap, which is perfectly balanced in flavor and always so fresh. Their employee Veronica is the sweetest—always welcoming and kind, making the experience even better. One small preference: I’d love if the Zaatar was made with olive oil instead of canola, but even so, it’s still absolutely delicious. Highly recommend this food truck to anyone looking for authentic Lebanese food and flavorful eats in Miami!
I walked past the food cart and I decided to go and see what it was about. I ended up chatting with Veronica and she ended up recommending the coffee (I forgot to ask how she prepared it) and a Manouché with za'atar, cheese, and veggies. It was outstanding. Veronica was also so patient explaining everything to me. I'll definitely be coming here again
Highly recommend. Food was incredible from the young man working tonight - went with his recommendation of the wrap with cheese...out of this world ! Very pleasant and helpful, as well as clearly fantastic at his job - food was immense. Best shawarma ever !!
Love it ❤️ As a Lebanese American, it’s so great to be able to get fresh manakeesh. Also love the Arabic coffee and the rosewater drink. Service is 10/10, and I love their new location.I also love that they celebrate their Lebanese heritage loud and proud! Looking forward to your Boston location 😊🇱🇧❤️
Chill food cart next to the park at the underline. I had the Schwarma made by Jeremiah and wow it was so good! He made it will love and it was delicious. I’ll be back the next time I take the kids to this playground
Veronica is “Buena!” Her Barista skill is great! Best Wishes, Richard aka “Ricardo
First time coming to the Thyme Machine and it won’t be the last. We got the chicken shawarma and the cheese and zaatar wrap and everything was so tasty. Food was fresh, workers were friendly, I’ll def be back soon to try more!!!
I am happy to report that the quality of Thyme Machine is back! And better than ever. I was a big fan in the early days, and then it seemed like the quality went down for awhile. Apparently they were working through some staffing changes. Well, after backing off for awhile, I recently gave it another try, and it is absolutely fantastic. The zaatar-labneh manouché is my “go to”, and I’ve ordered it probably half a dozen times in the last two or three weeks, since giving Thyme Machine another try. Ownership is great as well— they definitely care about their customers and take feedback constructively. Well done, Thyme Machine!!!!
Manaqeesh is so yummy. Veronica from the staffing is very nice and friendly!! I love going there.
Excellence staff, Jeremiah. This is the first time I visit this place. I came at 1 in the morning and I thought the staff was not there. He gave a good recomendation and I ordered the chicken wrap. He made it fast and taste good
All I can say is all the food I got from here was phenomenal! Not a single complaint about this place.
The owner Dr. Rasheed was very welcoming. In typical generous Lebanese fashion, he immediately offered us free Knefe and Jellab when he knew we were Lebanese. Veronica, the seller, was also very friendly and provided us with an excellent service. If you're Lebanese, don't miss this place. If you're not, don’t miss this place.
Excellent grilled middle eastern delights, hot breads and delicious coffee. Host/Chef Jeremiah is a polite, welcoming and friendly young man who handles your orders with care and a smile. Great neighborhood spot for residents and hotel guests, especially parents who can have their little kids play in the nearby playground under the Metro.
I fealt that there was a slight language gap but they did there beat ti do there best. The food is not the cheapest so be ready but you will be very happy. The location has alot to do with the pricing, im sure. I had a delicious wrap and the coffee was extremely well made. Everything was fresh and I would 100% recommend stopping by and grabbing something when tour in the area. It definitely is a plus that a park is attached to there area so I would say that this place is kid/pet friendly.
Jeremy displayed great customer service! Gave great recommendations & made our meal with outstanding flavour. Than you for a great experience 10/10
Omg 😳 idk how to describe this food. It tastes so delicious but most importantly it feels so clean and home made.
Jeremiah is the man!! Come check him out! Great service even better food! The man has a great personality and does his job with a smile! Quick stop but a must check out!
The vibes and hospitality from Siam was impeccable. Very cool food truck and local business to support.
Saida take care with me very well. Place is cool if you crave Shawarma or Lebanese food you should stop by
Chill, low key spot with good food. Sayda( however you spell her name) is super nice and makes a great chicken shwarma!
The food was very good and the customer service provided was on point as well. Jeremiah was professional and respectful even though I made my order shortly before closing time.
Jeremiah has great recommendations. Trust him on beverage ideas. Steered me to a strawberry drink that is very good.
I went today for the first time. I loved the food, the quality. Sayda was great! 😌
I am from China,I met Sam,the burger is very nice,we love it
The food from this truck is absolutely amazing! Every bite is packed with flavor, and the quality is top-notch. The menu has a great variety, and everything I’ve tried so far has been perfect. The service is fast and friendly, making it a great experience overall. Highly recommend stopping by if you’re in the area! Jeremy, you’re an incredible chef! Your passion for cooking really shines through in every dish. Keep up the amazing work!
Sayda is cute and she was awesome excellent service and attention to details!!! My shawarma was awesome
Absolutely delicious manoushe! Fresh and tasty! It was such a joy to have a taste of Lebanon in Miami! Highly recommend you try it out when you are here! And located in a beautifully maintained playground! Bring your friends and family to enjoy the delectable flavors of Lebanon at Thyme Machine!
Wonderful experience, great taste, abondant amount of food, nice service, very friendly personnel and a great chill spot
Best Lebanese spot for breakfast, I got amazing food in no time and Veronica was just amazing and so friendly
I tried this place after our Wednesday Brickell wellness walk . Taste of the food is very delicious. I also met the owner. He is a very friendly business owner. Prices are very reasonable. Also the best part is they are open 24/7 which is not too common in the neighborhood. Definitely recommended
The food tastes great and the service is soooo friendly. Had a bit of everything and all of it was sooo good
Jermiah got us thyme and lebneh wraps and it was amazing He is not even Lebanese cooker but he did amazing job me and my wife half Lebanese and it really taste good Really recommend for anyone looking for Lebanese taste in downtown Miami 10/10

Just ordered today from Thyme Machine. They have halal food and it is really nice. Clean food with nice portions. I also liked the fact that they gave me a piece of baklava and a drink since the order was going a little late. Overall, Must visit for anyone close to Brickell.
🇱🇧 Pure Lebanese Love! Amazing food truck located right at the Hammock Playground… Old world hospitality just tempting you to return again! The Nutella Man’ouche Wrap had the perfect balance of sweetness & the pistachios in the Baklava Fingers just melted seamlessly into the honey layers. Will definitely be back for some Arabic Coffee & Jallab soon! The staff is AMAZING and very Kid-Friendly!!!
Thyme Machine is more than just a food truck. It's a culinary experience that transports you to the streets of Beirut with each delicious bite. Their manaeesh is made fresh to order and baked in a traditional oven, resulting in perfectly crispy yet fluffy dough and generous, well-seasoned toppings. Try the cheese one or the one with labneh. They use fresh ingredients which takes the flavors to a whole new level. Along with manaeesh, they also offer coffee and teas. The staff is friendly and there are some picnic tables close by to enjoy your food which makes it a perfect spot for a quick bite with friends or a solo lunch on the go. Thyme Machine is undoubtedly a must-visit for anyone looking to taste and experience the real flavors of Lebanon.
I recently had the pleasure of visiting Thyme Machine in Miami, and it was a delightful experience that took me straight back to the flavors of home. This cozy eatery specializes in Lebanese cuisine, and their sandwiches are nothing short of amazing. **Labneh & Zaatar Sandwich** The Labneh & Zaatar sandwich was a nostalgic treat. The creamy, tangy labneh paired perfectly with the aromatic and slightly tangy zaatar. The freshness of the ingredients was evident in every bite, and the soft, warm bread added an authentic touch. This sandwich is a perfect blend of flavors that truly captures the essence of Lebanese comfort food. **Chicken Shawarma** The chicken sandwich was another standout. The chicken was perfectly seasoned and cooked to juicy perfection. Complemented by fresh vegetables and a hint of garlic sauce, it provided a burst of flavors that were both familiar and exciting. The bread was fresh and slightly crispy, making each bite satisfying and delicious. Thyme Machine has done a fantastic job of bringing the taste of Lebanon to Miami. The quality of the ingredients and the care in preparation shine through in every dish. Whether you're craving the classic flavors of labneh and zaatar or a hearty chicken sandwich, Thyme Machine is a must-visit. It felt just like being back home, savoring the beloved tastes of Lebanese cuisine.
Super delicious food and great service from Belkis! Great customer service was appreciated! Me and my wife ordered the shawarmas and the zaatar. Definitely coming back for more!
The Thyme Machine Cafe offers delicious Lebanese manouche's and strong Arabic coffee out of a conveniently located food truck in Brickell. We ordered the cheese, zaatar, and labne variations. The sandwiches come wrapped in deliciously thin bread and you can add tomatoes, olives and cucumbers to your tasting. The Arabic coffee was strong and hit all the right spots. The servers were very hospitable and It costs around $77 for six wraps and two coffees. I highly recommend the Thyme Machine Cafe to satisfy your manouche pallet.
Really good atmosphere and vibe. People were very nice. Food was hot and fresh. Come try it
Lovely coffee we had here. Staff member was great he was really kind and friendly. Good selection of food although we didn't eat here. Seating outside including deck chairs. Set by the forest and I'm behind the tram tracks. Good vibes. Definitely worth a visit.
This was our first time trying Turkish food, and we absolutely loved it! Sayda was incredibly helpful—she took the time to explain all the options and gave us a fantastic recommendation. My wife and I loved it and we will certainly order again.

Located in Brickell. Very Cute Area to enjoy Delicious Food and soak in the Sun. Chicken Shawarma was very tasty. Enjoyed my meal.
The food is good, the place was clean and the service was fast. Jeremiah was awesome and friendly. A very convenient option for something quick and filling.
We’re visiting from Minnesota and wanted to try Mediterranean food here in Miami. The food was very good and the flavors were delicious. However, the girl working there seemed like she didn’t enjoy her job and had a very unpleasant attitude.

It’s this cute little Middle Eastern truck tucked inside a park, and the vibe alone makes you want to stop by. The food wasn’t amazing or anything mind blowing, but it was simple, decent, and had a nice homemade feel. My only real complaint is the price, but honestly that seems to be the norm everywhere in Miami lately, so it didn’t surprise me too much.
Decided to stop by the Thyme Machine food truck while staying at the nearby Novotel Hotel. Given the late hour, it was a convenient spot to grab a bite. The food truck was manned by a single person, so the service was understandably a bit slow. Despite the wait, we didn't mind, as the atmosphere was relaxed, and it was interesting to watch the food being prepared on the spot. We started with the Zaatar, our first time trying this uniquely Middle Eastern dish, which consisted of a hot pita cooked on a Saj with a blend of thyme, sesame, and olive oil. The flavors were earthy and aromatic, making it a great introduction to this traditional dish. Unfortunately, the Chicken Shawarma didn't quite meet our expectations. It was a bit too greasy for our liking, which detracted from the overall flavor. While it was filling, the taste wasn't as robust or satisfying as we had hoped. The Baklava was decent but not exceptional. It was walnut-based, which was a slight disappointment as we usually prefer pistachio in our baklava. Still, it had the characteristic sweetness and flaky layers, making for a nice, albeit not outstanding dessert. The highlight of the meal was the Lebanese Coffee. Watching it being freshly brewed was a treat, and the strong, bitter flavor was a perfect end to the meal. It had a depth that lingered, providing a satisfying experience for coffee lovers. Overall, Thyme Machine is a solid choice for late-night cravings, especially if you're in the mood for Middle Eastern flavors. Just keep in mind that it's a food truck, so the quality may not rival that of a sit-down restaurant, particularly late night hours. Nevertheless, it's a convenient and decent option when you're looking for something quick and satisfying after hours.

Cool place, nice music, but they are cheaping out in the food small portion
Food was pretty poor and we waited forever. The truck was surrounded by rats and made us wonder what goes on when they close up the truck.
This place was usually good until today. Ate there twice and both time (lunch/dinner) with different cooks it was horrible. Ordered a chicken bowl for lunch and got the smallest bowl I’ve ever seen. No rice. Other times i got good sized bowls but now its ridiculously small. For dinner, got a wrap. It was mostly BURNED and inedible. Please train your cooks better to keep the quality consistent! EDIT: been back a few more times and quality is much better. Keep it up!
Sad what happened to this place. Food is still decent but service is extremely slow. Doesn’t feel clean anymore. There was a raccoon in the vicinity and getting into the food cart next to the truck. Hot tea was not in a secured cup. Needs attention
I don’t want to leave a bad review because the place is dope. And the person that was there was cool. But the kenefe and the burger I got…. Is not worth more than 2 stars. Honestly worse knefe I ever had.

My husband and I live in the area, and we've been noticing this food truck for a while, eager to finally give it a try. On two previous occasions, we passed by when the truck was open, but no one was around to serve us, which was extremely odd. Today, both of us were free from work, so we decided to take the opportunity and see what all the buzz was about. Unfortunately, it turned out to be the biggest disappointment ever. We ordered two small chicken shawarmas. While we were waiting, we were shocked to hear excessive cursing coming from inside the truck—definitely our first red flag. When we finally got our order and arrived home, we opened the bag only to find a sloppy taco and a poorly wrapped burrito! We had ordered two of the same chicken shawarmas, so this was completely baffling. The bread was falling apart, and the presentation was a 0 out of 10. Despite that, my husband, still hopeful, took a bite, only to be hit with the weirdest, faulty taste. It didn’t feel safe to eat, and on top of that, the shawarma was loaded with chunks of chicken fat. We ended up throwing both away and were left with nothing but a bitter, disappointing experience. The location is so cool, and we had high hopes for this spot, but sadly, the reality didn't match up.

No where to be found and call rerouted to voicemail. Please update your schedule. Thanks
It's funny how there are 5 star reviews. I have to believe that they are either paid reviews, or people who have never had lebanese food or simple just people with horrible taste in food. I tried this place 2 weeks back. It was horrible. I ordered a cheese and ham pie. The picture showed a melted cheese with slices of ham on it. After ordering, I was later told that they had no ham and if I wouldn't mind some veggies on the pie. What I was given was a wrap with feta cheese (which does not melt). It was nasty. The meat pie (pizza looking) had almost every spice available to Marco polo along the spice route. I'm surprised they had any spices left to make the next pie. It was numbing. Finally, the kunefe, please stop, please please please stop the kunefe. The distance between the kunefe and reality is beyond even the reach of the Star Trek Enterprise. 3 items, $70, what ? Never again.
So disappointing seeing the channel 10 news update on this place! You’re going to un alive someone with your food handling procedures!!! Do better!!!
If I could give this place 0 stars I would. If you’re Lebanese and you know what a Lebanese Manoushe is then don’t go there you’ll be absolutely disappointed. There is nothing lebanese about this place except for the Bonjus (which is basically carton juice). For the “Cheese Manouche” they use the 4 mexican cheese instead of the white cheese. We asked about the Knafe, the worker had no idea what that was. It’s on the menu??? Definitely skip.
30 min wait for a wrap. No flavor, didn’t call out my order when it was ready and just sat there until I asked if it was close to be ready. Won’t come back
Person working the food truck was extremely slow, ended up giving us the wrong food, then was upset after we ate the food we thought was for us. The Lebanese coffee I ordered was probably the worst coffee I have ever had. The food was extremely oily, poorly crafted, and overpriced. The only thing I would recommend is to stay away from this food truck.
Since i'm not allowed to write reviews on the app TooGoodToGo. i'd recommend saving your money and not taking their surprise bags. they give you nothing compared to the "value" they promise. extremely disappointed. small portions compared to price points. they should honestly un list themselves altogether because they don't actually have any food to give away.
Arabic coffee tasted like water and was very light in color. It’s like the person working didn’t know what he was doing. The person working also only gave me one when I ordered two. He gave me the second coffee once I corrected him, but he seemed so high I clearly could have told him I ordered a bunch of things and he wouldn’t have questioned it. I asked for cream and sugar and he told me he didn’t know what I meant by that. It’s clear English is his first language so after repeating myself loudly 3 times, it was clear he was just out of it.
