Nice Restaurant, quiet ambiance, everything was fresh, great service (with Claudia), carbonara pasta was very good, risoto all mare is perfect with a Sauvignon blanc wine. They don’t have a kids menu, but you can order a half pasta or fingers chicken with fries. Many delicious desserts!!!

Always receive amazing customer service, delicious and fresh food, and management is friendly and knows how to keep customers returning!! Definitely will return. Prices are a touch high, but they offer groupons and specials that can offset that and the food is wonderful.

Great service, food and wine. Relax inside a little piece of Italy, away from all the crowds inside the mall. In the summer, ask to be seated on the inside; in the winter, ask for Terrace seating.

We are here daily/weekly, the food, environment and service amazing. Can't go wrong with the menu. Desserts are also yummy, my favorite is the coconut flan. For those soups lovers, the lentil, pasta fagioli or wedding soup super good too. Delicious salads, my favorite the Rosalia salad. Shout out to the best managers and team Luis, Carla and Paulina. Great staff, Vicky, Jorge and entire team superb attention. Home away from home environment. See you soon...

Was very impressed on the quality of the taste of the food.

Great service, and attention to detail. I never had to look over my shoulder It also helps that everything tasted delicious, the alfredo sauce, the spinach ravioli, the gnocchi wow so delicious. You should at least try the fried mozzarella when you visit Rosalia's My wife has been a customer for over 12 years and we will continue coming back. Happy new years

Trattoria Rosalia in Aventura Mall, adjacent to Cheesecake Factory and across from Victoria's Secret, provided a pleasant dining experience tonight. The personnel were really attentive, and the food was served quickly. The prices are extremely fair, and the portions are rather large. We ordered the chicken parmigiana and lemonade I strongly advise hungry shoppers to visit here.

The service is excellent!!! The pasta is awesome!!! The pink lemonade is the bomb. They grind fresh pepper and fresh parmesan cheese on your food. The servers are super friendly and great you in Italian. The food is not salty, and well spiced. I will definitely come back.

My husband and I went because we felt like having authentic Italian for dinner and we were not disappointed. We have been back 3 times since then. Why? The food the service and the wine are all fantastic. It's the only place we go now. Thinking of brining our friends for their anniversary!

The service is 5 star. Always someone looking over you to cater to any need. Every plate was delicious. The fish was fresh. We asked for our bottle of wine on ice and wasnt an issue. Dessert was amazing. We had the chocolate soufflet. The specials of the day were all gone over and the price for each was stated which is not the norm but I appreciated as not to be sticker shocked at end...

Went to see the new Mission Impossible movie and had an hour to kill. So we popped into Rosalia’s before the movie started to grab a bite to eat. Was greeted promptly by our server who nailed it. The martinis and margaritas were delicious. The bread was delicious. Order the Carpaccio Marza it was fresh and the tomatoe and arugula salad had my mouth watering I couldn’t stop eating it. The tortellini with veal was so good and again ate the entire portion. There was nothing to bring home. I mentioned that we were there to see a movie and they got everything out perfectly timed. Perfect service. Highly recommended this wonderful Italian restaurant.

I went there 30 minutes before they closed and there were so nice and the steak was delicious.

This place is as close to Italy you can get, authentic Italian trattoria food at its best. Everything was so authentic tasting and delicious. Service is on point all the time, extremely customer oriented just like in good places in Italy. Wow!

Today my wife and I had a great experience dinning here, the food for great but the wait staff was magnificent, our server Jimmy was very attentive he made us feel as if we were the only guest in the restaurant. He suggestions were just wonderful, our meals were delivered with just great timing, we never felt rushed. The other members of staff were also very attentive they missed nothing, we never had to asked for anything.

We enjoyed our lunch very much. Service was top notch 👌 Looking forward to going back.

I got the spaghetti and meatballs and it was FANTASTIC. As a born and raised New Yorker it’s def been one of the best dishes I’ve had away from home that I still think about. I sat on the patio on a chill Thursday afternoon. Staff was lovely and attentive. Can’t wait to come back on my next trip!

I went to this restaurant for the first time and I enjoyed my pasta and martini. The waitress was attentive and service was good. Hopefully when I go there again service will be the same. I love that the atmosphere is very cozy and small. It’s nice a place if you enjoy meaningful conversations with a special someone due to its quietness.

We went yesterday all the family to eat Italian food, first you should know no pizza at all, but they have okay pasta, I enjoy the chicken Marcella but my husband didn't enjoy the pasta at all.the kids chicken and fries was good. We got seated quickly the bread was very hard and extra toasted so not for kids. Overall ok nothing more.

Disappointed. Atmosphere and service were the best part of the experience. Unfortunately the food was mediocre at best. For the price charged we would expect something better than a microwave taste. Desserts were even worse. Apple pie was super dry and the ice cream had a stale freezer taste. Wouldn't recommend it.

Please please add descriptions back on the menu. Nice servers/ service but unfortunately the one that served us had no food knowledge of the items and just kept saying “it’s very good”. I also was asking if it came with mashed potatoes and he said we can make it with mashed potatoes, but just charged extra for it. Should be communicated and again goes back to not having full knowledge of menu. I’ve ate here before, nice experience and possibly with different server who made it easy to order. Do not want to bash any one or any worker of their opportunity to make money, but just add descriptions back so people can make an easy selection. I also think it’s over priced. Every SOUP is $18. Pastas start at $26 and all desserts are $18. Personally think it’s a lot for a place that’s small and not very fine dining like.

We had capellini pomodoro which is expensive at $21 + tip and tax for pasta with some tomato source. It tasted good though. A can of coke was $5.25 plus tip and tax which is $7! You feel like they are ripping you off charging this. We wouldn't return.

The ambience was excellent. I walked into the restaurant with great hopes and slowly my trust was taken away. The silverware were dirty, and not just water stains, actually dirty and had to change. Our waitress took a while to arrive, which is understandable due to shortage, but upon arrival was very short and curt. We had to ask for bread and they did not understand the order, as the food arrived different than expected. That's ok, we can muster through different food; The food was not good. The Pollo Romano looked like regular cooked chicken, and tasted bland at best. The gnocchi is store bought, definitely not fresh or at least didn't taste like fresh gnocchi. The fettuccine Alfredo tasted like butter. The carbonara had sauce instead of just egg. All in all, the best customer service came from the busser, the only good food was the bread, and the authentic experience was ruined by the food that tasted like franchise italian. Would not recommend.

Service was very kind. Everything else was AWFUL. I went there on a day when it was busy, but when seated outside, the table wobbled so badly I thought my water glass would spill. The pizza (margharita - sp??) took FOREVER to be delivered and had a rubbery awful crust. The cheese was congealed and the basil, instead of being evenly distributed on the pizza, was heaped in a greasy pile in the middle of the pie. The tables were so closely jammed together, it was claustrophobic. The prices are very inflated for the "quality" of the food. And I know it's not the fault of the restaurant, but I could not believe how rude the people near me were. However, the wait staff -- to their extreme credit -- was exceptionally kind, helpful and eager to help. I would never eat there again, but the servers, host/hostess and managers deserve credit for their kindness.

You cannot order a cocktail because they have the wrong license. Bread is served without dipping oil. Menu was mediocre. The wine I finally settled for was 1/4 of a wine glass full for $10.50. Overall bill was $140 for food and drink that just was not worth the price. I feel sorry for the people who are servers there and more so for the customers!

I've been to this place twice, the first time the food was good not amazing but good, the second time I ordered the supa di mare...which I have tried many times in different restaurants, this dish was discussing, I told the waitress I was not good but they didn't even offer to change the dish or not to charge for the dish. I did expect that a place like this would try to make customers happy but it seemed to me that they didn't give a rat's ass what I thought of their food. So there you have it my humble opinion about this place is that they don't care about their customers. I paid for a dish I didn't eat!

Food took way too long to be served, steaks were all served well done when we ordered medium and the gnocchi gorgonzola tasted anything but gorgonzola. Definitely not worth the price they charge.

We asked for Gluten-free pasta and they charged us extra $7 for it without saying anything during order. Took 50 min to get the food when the restaurant was not very busy. Avoid. Cheesecake factory is next door and x10 times better.

My hubby Loved his food, I was very disappointed. We intended for this to be our 1st time at Cheesecake Factory (the doors are literally side by side). It wasn't until after we ordered did we realize we were at the wrong place. So we stayed. I know it seems dumb we didn't pay attention to the name on the menus but we were so confused by the limited list of options we were just trying to find something we thought sound good. Finall we both picked "off menu specials of the day", so after a disappointing experience and meal, we had sticker shock. I bet this location is no accident the waitress said people often have the mix up.

This place was heinous and I DONT recommend anyone come here. Brought my four year old and he left in tears because our waiter chastised him for ordering chicken fingers and fries. Who’s training your employees folks? Later was in the bathroom and saw a cook leave WITHOUT washing his hands (in spite of a sign instructing him to do so). Meanwhile my chicken piccata tasted about as good as cafeteria lunch the bread was stale and tasted like cardboard. I won’t be bringing my business back here unfortunately. Do better Rosalia!

I'm a person who is rarely reviewing restaurants, but I’m forced to check this one. I adore the authentic Italian dish, and it's my first time here in this restaurant; I saw the menu, the decoration of the place, and the photos of Italy. I was excited; however, I was disappointed when I got served the food. I ordered Lasagna and a Spaghetti Bolognese and both of them were almost flavorless, and the spaghetti wasn’t cooked properly!

Wasn’t sure this bad of a restaurant existed till I came here. Decided that apple bees might have been a better shout than coming here. You have officially ruined my vacation that me and my family planned here for my spring break. I advise you to not come here if you are on a half decent budget, even then Bill Gates doesn’t want to spend $10 on a bottle of water. Get a grip and learn to run your restaurant. Thanks for everything Rosalia, I hope that no one comes here and listens to these awful reviews.

Second time here , first time I went there with my husband on Saturday night to have dinner. We ordered the food before 10 pm when the kitchen closed and told the waitress that we will go for a smoke outside and be right back . When we came back we were told that the kitchen closed and that’s it you can’t come to eat . So we were forced out of the restaurant to the bar for a drink and that’s it . Today went again for a second try and roughly same thing except that the food came And I can say I had better Food. Also they started cleaning and vacuuming when we were at the table eating and enjoying our night and then the lady that was cleaning was rude and spoke loudly and complaining that she had to clean after us . We could hear her and was a awfully bad night. I don’t recommend this restaurant because I didn’t had a great time , the food is not that great and the atmosphere makes me throw up . So it’s your choice if you want to spend your time and money to a restaurant that doesn’t respect their costumers.

Very unimpressed. Table for four, our waiter was great. But when our meals came out, I started eating and I found a long black hair in my meal among the vegetables (Salmon and steamed vegetables- can’t remember what they named it). Told the waiter and the manager, and he apologized and brought another plate, and I went on eating. And my brother ordered a pasta dish that had lobster, prawns/shrimp, scallops and mussels. He said the meal tasted funny, asked that I smell the lobster, it was really sour/bad. I don’t know how he was able to eat it until he couldn’t have any more. I asked for the manager and he apologized and said that their products get in fresh.. and went on explaining. That’s not my problem, that’s something the restaurant should handle and not for the customers to know or worry about. I didn’t have in mind that our meal might be sour or spoiled, we came in to enjoy ‘freshly’ cooked meals. And the manager said sorry, and offered us desert on the house, in which we were still charged full for the spoilt/sour meal. We said we didn’t want the free desert but it was more FORCED(aggressive) on us. Got home, and apparently something was also off with my salmon or the free desert.. I had diarrhea. I wouldn’t recommend this restaurant.

This was a very uncomfortable and upsetting experience. First off the hostess told us five min for us to be seated followed by three other couples being seated before my fiancé went over and she sat us immediately (she forgot about us). It took over five min for a server to come, which they never did, so a manager came over to give us a glass of water. Although I was not getting a warm and fuzzy we proceed thinking the food will make up for the service! NOPE! The manager gave us bread and we ordered appetizers which came quickly and we ordered our entree (lasagna and cannelloni). We had dirty plates on the table in which I got to the point I started counting how many servers will look and continue to walk pass seeing our table flooded with dirty dishes (over seven servers). I never like to play the race card, however the service and the food was not complimenting at all. Luckily this time I wasn’t surveying this place of business. If you have the time please visit Timo it’s a better atmosphere and A+ food and service beyond awesome.

Old restaurant , they CHARGE EXTRA for gluten free pasta, never heard something like this. I was told that the owner will receive my complaint about this, finally they charge an extra cost for gluten free pasta.

I got charged the wrong amount! An extra tip was added that I did not put and after calling 6 times and writing emails to the GM no one has gotten back to me. Absolutely absurd and unprofessional. The food did came out barely warm and our server was not attentive to our needs. Do not recommend.

We went into this restaurant bc the wait at the cheesecake factory was about 20 min. The waitress was really nice but they did not have the main dish we ordered was not available and it took them about 30 min to figure it out an another 30 to bring out our food. My steak was over cooked, my wife's undercooked and they still charged us for the fish they did not bring us. Don't waste your time trying this place, the food is not that great (ok at best) and it's extremely overpriced. Oh, and they don't have limoncello

The service was very bad. We understand the labor shortage but waiters were unable to understand our order, we loved coming to this restaurant for years but we can’t recognize this place anymore. We had to request utensils from multiple staff and only received it when the food arrived.

We were a party of seven ( including kids ) and the hostess said it was going to take 10 minutes to find us a table. I noticed that she started to accept other customers while we were waiting and made us wait for 20 minutes before I decided to take a walk around the restaurant and realized that they only have TWO tables that can seat more than 6 people. The lack of empathy ( my kids were hungry ) and ZERO professionalism of them is a shame!

I wish I could give a star lower than 1. The food was horrible and the service was worst. I ordered a shrimp scampi dish and had to send it back because it was extremely dry. I ordered the chicken parm as a replacement and it was not done. I’m assuming they was upset because I sent the first dish back, since my friend had the chicken parm and his was good. Their attitude was horrible about the whole experience.

Awful customer service. Ordered pizza and soup from Grub Hub and they didn’t have either. Delivery person shows up and they can’t call in advance to tell us that they don’t have the items. Called and the manager asked me how he could help. I told him what happened and I asked what he was going to do about it. He said nothing. Alright. Good decision. Lost a customer and a bad review. Customer service doesn’t exist anymore.

Came into restaurant during lunch time, ordered chicken Picata and Chicken Marcala for my wife. Food was ready in less than a minute and a half. Chicken tasted like a piece of plastic. My wife ate half of her chicken, had diarrhea for 3 days in a row. The waiter picked up the food, realized we weren't happy, didn't offer anything or asked what was wrong. Terrible place, wouldn't recommend to anybody. Paid with my visa, and left. Go to the cheese cake factory next door!! Much better and never fails!!

Charged us for bottled water even though we just asked for water, assuming it would be tap water. Manager wouldn’t come speak to us about the issue face to face, instead relaying the message to employees. Definitely got scammed as they kept giving us bottled water and charging us without us knowing.

The service was horrendous. They tried to charge us $40 for water when we wanted tap. When we asked to talk to the manager, she avoided us and would not come speak to us. The wait staff was extremely rude. They kept trying to take peoples dishes before they were done eating. When we said we weren’t done, they gave rude looks and went to the corner and started clearly saying things about our party. The staff couldn’t understand English so when we asked for another place setting, they couldn’t understand and had to keep sending new people over. The food was also completely overpriced for what we got. DO NOT GO HERE!

One of the worst salads I’ve had in a long time. Presentation was unappealing. Our server seemed rushed and annoyed. I do not recommend this place during your visit to Aventura Mall.

This was a terrible dining experience. The waiters and waitresses were not only rude but overcharged us for water. The waiter failed to specify that they were serving us “expensive” water that tasted no different than tap water. We told one of the servers that we should not have been charged for the water because they served it to us without asking. The entire wait staff proceeded to give us dirty looks after we placed our complaint. We asked to speak to the manager and she refused to come out and speak to us. The restaurant was hardly busy and it was very clear she was making herself look busy so she did not have to talk to us. For the price, the food was not good at all either. Do not go to this restaurant.

If i could give the place zero stars, i would. To start off, the service was egregious. Meals were rushed, and food was taken before we had finished. The real kicker was when we got the bill and found out that they charged $40 for 4 bottles of water. While that wouldn’t normally be a problem, our server failed to tell us that they were going to serve us bottled water rather than tap water (which is free). When it came to closing out our tab, we asked to speak to a manager to resolve the issue, and she blatantly refused to speak to us, choosing to seek refuge within the restaurant. I am absolutely appalled at this service and lack of respect for customers, and I urge anyone who is thinking of dining here to strongly reconsider. Don’t make the mistake that we made.

Service: Horrendous - The staff rushed us out of the restaurant and gave intense stares for not finishing within an hour! After rushing us they continued to stare us down and talk behind our backs. Bill: Absurd - The staff charged my group 10$ per bottle of water. When we noticed this on the receipt we asked because that’s crazy and they didn’t even ask “bottle or tap” beforehand and just served us bottled water without knowledge of it. Food: Average - For being a “luxurious and pricy” restaurant the food was sub par. For the price paid it should have been cooked to perfection whereas my risotto was basically just liquid. Overall: Terrible 0/5 Stars NEVER AGAIN!

This used to be one of my favorite Italian restaurants. I’m not sure if they changed chefs or owners, but the food was horrible! Four of us went there for dinner the other day. We ordered calamari that tasted like it was from the frozen section in the Dollar Store. The worst we’ve EVER eaten. I had pasta carbonara. It didn’t taste like any carbonara I’ve ever eaten. They took fettuccini Alfredo off the menu, which seems strange for such an Italian restaurant. Their’s used to be the best any where. The chicken parm was just ok but not worth the money. The agnolotti were HUGH ravioli and not appetizing. Our guest said they were supposed to be smaller. In the end it was a huge disappointment. Sadly we won’t be going there again.

Went for a business meeting and was the worst experience ever, From the beginning I felt I was rushed to order my food, I did ordered some calamari and zucchini ( was flavorless) and my partner ordered some ravioli, I did taste it, and it felt like they were from the frozen type . Waiters need to be more careful and cordial and stop rushing people to pay your food bill , we left really unhappy...... there ,I said it .

I’m going to start by saying I was a loyal customer until something horrible happened to me. I would come here every two weeks just to eat spaghetti which I was such a fan of. Mostly all the time after the spaghetti I would order dessert which I would get charged like $4 dollars for, one day an OLDER LADY served me and I got charged $10 dollars for the same dessert, I was confused but I didn’t mind. The last time I went I ordered the same thing no dessert, but that same older lady served me. My tab was only $36.62 and I left no tip because she really didn’t give good service, plus she made me feel bad around her. No woman like her should work in the restaurant industry. Two days after I check my bank transactions I see a charge for $43.62, this lady tipped herself $7! She literally robbed me of $7. This lady is a thief and I hope she loses her job! Never would I ever rob someone not even $1, who does that? Guess what? She robbed me of $7, but I will never be back to this horrible place because of that nasty lady! I hope those $7 dollars were worth it you horrible person.

This was the worst restaurant experience I have ever had, and I don't say this lightly. I try not to bring restaurants down during covid, because they're doing their best to survive. The reason I will never come back to this place and will recommend everyone else not to go there is that this place did everything to give its guests a bad experience. We went there for valentine's day and they did not accept reservations. We went there and waited in line for 30 minutes (not the problem). The problem was that they seated us (and the rest of the diners) *knowing* they will not be able to serve us due to very poor capacity of the kitchen staff. They only had 4 kitchen workers that were supposed to feed about 30 tables, which was impossible. When they seated us down, we knew what we wanted to order, but no waiter came to take our order for 20 minutes. We were not in a hurry so we waited patiently, but every time we called a waiter they were avoiding us. The waiting staff was not busy, they probably got orders from the manager not to take orders that the kitchen will not be able to fulfill. People from other tables gave up after a few minutes but my girlfriend didn't want to get up and find another place on valentine's day so we stayed. When the waitress came, she took our order, but mentioned that the main courses will take about 25 to 30 minutes to be served and recommended starting with an appetizer. We ordered an appetizer as well and it came only 40 minutes after the order. The main courses came only an hour and a half after we sat down. It was not the waiters fault that the kitchen was understaffed, but the restaurant should not have opened the place knowing they can't serve the guests and the waiting staff should not have lied about their ability to serve. Most of the people they seated just got up after a few minutes so all they didn't get any money from them and manage to deter them from ever going back there again. I believe that restaurants that try hard should get second chances even if the food or the experience are not great, but this restaurant just completely disrespect their customers and should not be in the restaurant business anymore.

Food was horrible. I asked chicken penne pasta in Alfredo sauce and It wasn’t Alfredo sauce at all. This white sauce tasted like milk with salt and the lemonade $15.90 each was water with a little flavor of lemon… the lasagna tasted old… service and atmosphere horrible. I do not recommend this restaurant it is too expensive for what they offer.

We went there to try out new food. The waitress was not helpful at all. We asked for suggestions and she looked at us like we were stupid. The calamari were not worth the price. The waitress brought our food out we ate and we waited about 40 minutes for her to acknowledge that we were done. The table next to us came after us and finished after us and we were still waiting. Terrible service. The pasta was hard. Over priced food. I do not recommend 😔

I feel robbed. Don’t go there. They charged me $18.95 for an Aperol (the price was not on the menu). My son also ordered 2 lemonades which cost $7.95 each when usually you can get the same drink for half the cost with refills included. All item prices should be on the menu. Super pricy for what it is.

The restaurant service was poor. They rushed us while eating our food and took one of friends food away even when he said he was still eating. They also charged us for water without telling us. They charged for bottle water, but never gave the option for tap water. The manager refused to come out and talk it through with us, even though we saw her inside peaking at us. The food was subpar considering the price. The staff kept making jokes about our group. If it was possible to rate 0 stars, I would.

This restaurant used to be good, but not anymore. The service is bad, the waiter brings the wine glass in his hand and not on a tray, they don't use a wine measurer anymore, but they charge $ 15 per glass. I ordered penne with salmon as my main course and, in addition to the penne, there were some mixed spaghetti. I was wondering if it wasn't the leftovers from another customer....OMG! I will avoid going to this place again.

I have eaten in this restaurant over 100 times. It has been consistently good, then, the last two times, it has been consistently bad. Prices have been increased greatly, portions decreased in size. My wife ordered a Caesar's salad...how can you mess that up? Soggy lettuce, bad tasting croutons and indescribable chicken. The pancetta in my pasta amatriciana seemed to be only fat, no meat. Even the iced tea was rundown, almost transparent as water. Not that it mattered much, but the waitress told us there was no pizza...which happens to be the least expensive item on the menu. In other words, I will think twice before returning. I understand times are difficult for the restaurant business, but this is not an inexpensive shop.

The food was gross and the staff was very rude. The glass my friend was given was cracked from top to bottom and when I informed the waitress she said that she didn't give it to me like that. We asked for a manager and after over 15 minutes he came over to us with this nasty sarcastic attitude. But the attitude matched the nasty salmon I ordered. I would never recommend this place to eat. If I didn't have to give them 1 star to add this review, I would not have.

The food delicious and service OK ..the only was making are beautiful afternoon date was the waiter ask for iD and she no accept the ID or o or ID ..they act like emigration offices.. disgusting ! We went to different place ..crow is Cheese factory and Sugar Factory before and they accept his other country ID ..they only o can understand is the waiter not speak Spanish but they all speak Spanish to understand other country BOD Information was looking for to serve alcohol….no reason.. to not accept Spanish country ID . Very sad and down afternoon.

If I could put 0 stars I would, I came with my husband to celebrate our first anniversary, we payed a check of $116 USD and thought that the tip was included. When we left the restaurant, the waiter followed us out and infront of everyone in the mall on the hallway, he opened the receipt and asked where his tip was. Not even an animal deserves to be treated that way, and be exposed like such matter to that humiliation. In the U.S it is not obligatory to give tip after a service, much less after the service was horrible.

I order a risotto with fruti di mare, the risotto was awful , I never eat a risotto like this was terrible, I never ,never come back that place 😞.

Got food poisoning from their creamy salmon. I was up all night vomiting and having the most waist thinning diarreah known to man. In case you forgot why this happens.. I suspect this restaurant doesn't store its raw meats properly, or even handles their cutting tools and boards and surfaces wrong. Clearly the salmon or the cream sauce had been cross contaminated with other tools that had bacteria or paracites. Me and my wife will never be back again.

Overpriced, hot, smelled like a wet bar. $36 chicken parm that's worse than a local pizzaria...yeah no thank you..I should mention they charged me $5 for a dirty (expired) coke zero. Complete disappointment
