A tier fast food. You don't go there expecting some kind of restaurant with atmosphere, you go there to eat a tasty burger and have a nice time with friends. The peanut mounds they have on the side are great appetizers and I think it's worth going there for their milkshakes alone.

This place is more of sit down and enjoy burger place. They are more like Subway, except for juicy hamburgers. A burger made with the toppings you like. The order taker was friendly, and since I was new to Five Guys, he guided me through the menu. I wish the other fast food places had people as understanding as this guy was. The fries came in bag with a cup, and the fries overflowed the cup, and bag was full of peanut oil cooked fries. The shakes are full of favor. I had the banana and strawberry. I also tasted the orioes and cream. I would recommend either. They have the latest endless drink dispenser. Free salted peanuts. Plenty of seating. A dipenser so you can easily take as many napkins as you need. And two generous ketchup dispensers with large cups so you can easily bring enough ketchup back to the table to go with the big bag of fries. The price was more than a chain fast food burger place. But I was with friends and wanted to relax and enjoy a good burger, shake and fries without waiting in a long line, hunting for a table with a real chair or talking to someone who seemed to always get my order wrong.

Juiciest burgers ever. Not greasy, but cooked just right with quality toppings. Milk shakes are the best. Their hot dogs are ok, but their burgers and fries are tops. My favorite: double bacon cheeseburger and fries......yum

I love the burgers here, you can really tell is made from real beef, not like the fast food burger chains. On the weekends during busy hours your better off placing your order in person than online it was faster for me as well as other customers who were on line with me.

Darn good burgers and fries. Not exactly a healthy choice but if you want/need comfort food, definitely better than all the other fast food establishments. Plan on a few extra laps on the treadmill. Two double BCB's, 1 large fry, 2 drinks was about $30 for two people. You get what you pay for. Heck, the peanuts are free!

Five guys is one of the best fast burger places. It never disappoints. The burgers are the right level of greasiness. Beware of the fries, the portions are huge and they're great. Order a smaller size unless you're starving. The staff is nice and helpfull.

Loved the counter girl!!! She had an amazing personality and was great while waiting for us to order cause we've never been before. She checked on us while we were eating, and she was cleaning... She was the only one actively doing something in the store. Others were standing with arms crossed in back... I didn't catch her name, but she was very sweet, heavy set (like me so no fat shaming here🙅‍♀️)! We were on a road trip, and definitely will be stopping in again soon ☺️ thanks for an awesome first experience... She was right... We couldn't even get to eat the fries by the time we were done with burgers lol!!

So I have never tried their burgers but their milkshakes are everything plus a sip of heaven. The addition of free peanuts tops it off too. Try it. The price is good and the quality and quantity is awesome. I went 2 times in one week

Just plain yummy burgers! What more can I say! In on 4-4-24 and restaurant slightly moved around. Music was sooo loud! Good music choices but couldnt talk to the people at my table. In on 10-23-24 and music 100% improved.

Expensive but you won't find a better double cheeseburger for take out IN YOUR LIFE!!! All the staff was friendly and smiles all around, I'd have thought they were at a party rather than work, and I mean that in a good way!!! Staff was laughing but professional and never shied away from working their tail off!!! Pricing is steep, which will keep me at bay, but as a treat, I will go periodically as my finances allow and know that I'll have a great experience every time

I've been to this Five Guys before and it's just like any other Five Guys. However today they mad a slight mistake on the burgers, but the customer service to correct the mistake was above and beyond. The entire staff from Jasmin taking the order to the cook and the management had excellent customer service and apologized for the minor mistake and corrected the issue happily and quickly. Mistakes happen in the food industry and this is a good example of how to turn a common mistake in to a positive customer service experience. The entire staff working here at lunch on 9/22/18 should be commended. They definitely surprised me with how good the customer service could be at a fast food burger chain. We will definitely be stopping by Five Guys more often.

We had a Hamburger, fries and a drink. That doesn't sound good but the food was great. When: Aug 9th 2018 @ 11:00 am Items Ordered (made to order) 1× Hamburger $6.39 With Lettuce,  Tomatoes, Grilled Onions, 1× Bacon Cheeseburger $8.19 With Bacon, Lettuce, Tomatoes, Green Peppers 1× Regular Fries $3.79 2× Regular Drink $2.39 Less than $25.00 Excellent food, excellent value. Yes we shared the fries and had some left over.

Honestly, I love Five Guys but what I love even more is their attention to detail when it comes to helping someone gluten free. The manager has been nothing short of on point when it comes to helping me when my family and I order, even remembering my name when I called over a week later! It's great to be able to eat a burger and fries and not get sick but it's even better knowing I can trust the team at the Middletown Five Guys to make sure my food is safe. Thanks guys!

Went with the husband after a movie a couple of days ago and decided to sit down. The list of free toppings never ends! Depending on how you like your burger-mine was on the well done side and it was still so juicy. Also, had never heard of a bacon milkshake before. Had to do a double take on that one.

Food (I mean burger, really) remains consistently good since opening and service has been somewhere in between alright to good. Those peanuts... I have to try hard not to fill up on them before my order is ready. Table is bit on wobbly side, fountain machine could use more frequent cleaning. No complaint on fries at all, so much fries...

These guys make the best burgers in the fast food world. All of the burgers are hand made fresh. You can add as many toppings as yo want at no additional charge. All of the peppers, pickles, lettuce, onions, potatoes, etc are also fresh. It does take a little while for the friendly staff to prepare all of the meals individually, but it's worth the wait.

We prefer burgers at home but if we are out and decide we want a hamburger, we always choose Five Guys. The meat is fresh and flavorful and your hamburger is made to order with all kinds of delicious toppings. I haven't had real fresh homemade fries since I was a kid at my grandparents and Five Guys are the best! It's a bit on the pricy side for a hamburger and fries place but it is absolutely worth the money because it's not prepared ahead fast food. Everything is delicious!

My husband and I went yesterday with our toddler. They have high chairs which is good. I ordered the bacon cheeseburger with a side of fries. The regular size burger is a double patty- it is huge (*the "little burger" is a single patty). You can add whatever toppings you want to the burger- like ketchup, mustard, mayo, pickles, jalapenos, etc. The burger was so good! I ordered medium size french fries but could have gotten away with just a small. The portions are generous. I will definitely go back!

What can I say about five guys? The food there was phenomenal when I have the bacon on my burger it was so crunchy that it was like having it when you have it at home or at a diner or somewhere. To be perfectly honest it was baking done right on a burger with fries when you got them they were soft in a little bit crunchy on the outside body, inside it was tender and you can feel the heat and it was delicious. The price it's up there since it's not a everyday place it's a once in awhile place so it does kind of justify it especially since the burgers there are hand made. Yeah that's right I said hand made its the best burger you can have. I have the little burger, little bacon burger to be precise. It was just to die for I will go there again definitely but don't make it a regular thing or it'll go to your waist and you'll find a hole in your wallet.

If you want a fresh burger with fries, then look no further. The burgers here are always delicious. We usually get a milkshake as well. The service can take a while especially if you come there hangry 😆 but it’s worth the wait and the 5 minutes it takes you to devour everything. The free peanuts will keep you busy while you wait for your food.

No frills burger joint, the milk shake is pretty good, the fries in the paper bag are amazing with a choice of Mayo, ketchup or malt vinegar. Burger was made exactly how I like it. A rare treat after working 2 shifts.

Food and service was great! Since they cook burgers as they go it took a little longer to get my food than most places,which is to be expected, but the quality of burger was well worth the wait. The fries were good and fresh too but i thought they give you too much fries in the first place and then they are a bit expressive. The staff was super friendly however. I dropped my burger on the floor and went to get another one and they replaced it free of charge which was amazing, didn't expect that and was pleasingly surprised. Definitely will go back.

We were on a road trip,my family of 7. We stopped here for a quick bite and met an angel ny the name of ANGEL lol. He was so down to earth, knowledgeable, charismatic and thoughtful. It was evident he loves working here and it helped because the prices were outrageous. Customer service goes a long way. Way too much salt on their fries.

We skip other fast food so we can afford 5 Guys. Worth it! This time and the last, we got free soda cause they are so nice.

So as a chain I'm pretty impressed with 5 Guys but it's the individual store that I'm reviewing. That said, the crew here is always really nice and the food is always consistently high quality in terms of freshness and in the preparation. I've always gotten to-go but the dining area itself seems clean and well-kept. If I have a choice of fast food burger establishments in the area, I usually go for 5 Guys. Obviously the prices are a little higher but the other guys aren't too far off and are of less quality.

Burgers were delicious and all in all not overly expensive. For 2 double bacon cheeseburgers, 2 drinks and fries was $25. Not terrible... Food was served hot, fresh, and fast. Staff was very good about keeping the store clean and maintained, which was surprising to me because they were mostly younger kids. It gave me hope for the future generation!

Food tastes good, place is always clean but what really makes this place a 5 star is the amazing customer service. The staff definitely deserves a lot of recognition for always having a smile and taking care of the customers as if they own the store. I hope the manager or owner sees this and recognize their people. Oh and the oreo milkshake is you know what I have no words for how good it was.

Love how they have a vegetarian option here. When I was eating meat we used to come here all the time. The burgers are so amazing and you can add as many toppings as you want. Fries are the absolute best. Ever. You can also get peanuts for while you wait for your food. Staff is very friendly and quick with the orders. :-)

Service is always quick and my food always comes out exactly the way I ask. In a place where you can customize everything, getting it right every time is a feat in itself. I have to say im a burger guy and five guys had to be in my top 10.. Besides the burger and the peanuts the staff is extremely polite and accomidating..Ashley the manager at the middletown location is very respectful and handles a small situation that i had very professional and with care .. All if the employees here are awesome and very accomidating..I recommend this place and location if burgers is what you like...

Great food at this location! Only gripe I had was with crew members not having great communication with each other regarding what orders are in or out. Stood around for a couple minutes after getting my burger and fries and only until after I said something about a shake did the guy hand off my receipt to the guy upfront making shakes. He had no idea and didn’t have the courage to ask me if he could help me. All good tho! Food was spectacular and I’m sure this is only a one and done!

I absolutely love Five Guys! It is awesome that all of the toppings are included in the price of the burger, and they have a great selection! I can not help but order the cajun fries every time I go, and I am always surprised with the massive quantity they give you in addition to the full container corresponding to the size you order. I swear that when you, say, order a large, they fill up the large fry cup and then proceed to give you twice as much in the bag in addition! These are the best burgers I've ever had, and the best cajun fries I've ever had! I also LOVE that they have fresh jalapeños instead of pickled. Its a small detsil, but absolutely MAKES the burger for me! I will absolutely be back time and time again. The staff is always so polite and helpful! All together, it's a recipe for success!

Everything in this place is great. The service, the food, the dining area... They are veer friendly as a team, and with their customers. The food is very fresh and never over cooked. Fries are the bear I've ever had. And eating there just feels greet. Price is higher than I expected. After all, cooking fresh food shouldn't be pricier than frozen food. I'll be coming back again and again.

I like that Five Guys seems to concentrate on the food more than anything else. The restaurant is a good size, and their seating area is spacious. I was greeted right away by helpful staff. The online ordering was a bit confusing. Where Five Guys shine is the quality of their food and the staff working together to expedite your order The burgers were huge and delicious. The hotdog was actually very good. The pairing with the Milk Shakes was right on point . Plenty of peanuts are still available without the mess. Overall, it was a great experience .

The burgers and fries are good. The place was pretty busy for a Tuesday night but the 8 people behind the counter served up our food quickly. If I had to compare the burger to a place like Danny's (Just down the highway Wurtsboro) I choose a burger from Danny's. 5Guys doesn't give you a choice in how your burger is done.

Cool place to grab a bite. I mostly stop there to get fries, shakes and peanuts for friends. Staffs usually nice and helpful but there's always that one guy once in a while. They will let you sample things you're not familiar with on the menu.

If you like cheese burgers than this is the place to be. The fries are hand cut and delicious. Malt vinegar is available to give the fries an English flare. A bit pricey but once in awhile it's worth the trip.

This was my first time at 5 Guys. The service was excellent, food was great. But $50 for a hamburger, a cheeseburger, 2 orders of fries and 2 milkshakes seemed like a lot.

I bit mixed on this review. The food came out good with tons of fries, freshly cut and hot, and burger was yummy. We ate in and the layout is super basic. Gave the feeling like I was eating at a cafeteria.

Have eaten here with the family for a couple of years now. Food always tastes great. Never any issues with time waiting for our order either. The choice of drinks is great as well. The only drawback is the bathroom. The water is ice cold all the time. Water should be warm when you wash your hands.

Oh... My... Goodness! Burgers made fresh to order, delicious shakes, and fries for DAYS! Easy ordering process and quick service. This place does get busy, so be patient - it's worth the wait when needed! The burgers, fries, and shakes are all very good, but, I rarely get all at once. I usually either get just a burger, just fries or just a shake, depending on my mood coz u can fill up on each. If I get more than one menu item I feel bloated, stuffed and takes all the energy out of me.

Had lunch there yesterday. To be fair I was there during the 12 to 1 pm hour. So I'm sure they were extra busy. Which they were. There was a fairly long wait for the food. The store wasn't dirty, but wasn't overly clean either. The food was pricey. A cheese burger (which turned out to be a double burger) and a middle sized fries, was over $15. And that's without a beverage. But the food was very good. Greasy, but that's why it tasted so good. Parking isn't drastically bad. But it isn't the easiest parking lot to get in and out of. Worth the stop if you don't mind the high price.

I heard a little about this spot and decided to give it a try. The service was fine, you order then wait for them to call your number. The menú was not as big as I imagined. A few select items. Not any meal options, A la carte, all the food, drinks, etc... I went with my sister and we enjoyed the food. It was hot and decent size. If youre looking for a quick, better than McDonald's bite, its worth giving it a try. I would recommend!

BONUS: Free peanuts, so that's a huge plus... unless you have allergies. In that case, get the food to go... so you have good eats while you wait in the ER. Regarding fries...get the small because they load up on them. Prolly more than a large at that McPlace. In so far as doordash/uberone... prolly pass on the fries cause soggy fries suck.

Five Guys has great burgers! I don't understand why people complain that it is so expensive! The fact is, if you were to get a double burger at a fast food restaurant, it isn't that much cheaper, especially if you make a combo. The meat is subpar and in my opinion it doesn't matter the cost if you're eating garbage. 10 to 12 dollars for a handmade Burger is not a bad price. Every single item on their menu is made the same day that it is sold! It's fresh and delicious! Compare that with your fast food Burger and you truly never know exactly what you're even getting!

This is a 5 Guy's. They're all pretty much the same. We did get decent service, and the food, as usual, was delicious. 5 Guys is pricey, but they make a great burger, fries, and shakes.

I have been to this location in person and it’s amazing and service is wonderful, how order online is a entire different story, I’ve ordered online 3 out of the 4 times at this location and 3 times the burger has been messed up, soggy, wrong topping, cheese when I didn’t want it just a whole mess when ordering online, if you wanna go here GO IN PERSON! At least the fries were good 4/4 I’ve ordered them

You can get a burger with a wide assortment of toppings. Patties have gotten smaller seems to be more bun than burger. It was a little on the greasy side.Get the small fries they throw in an extra handful so it more than one person can eat. If you want a fresh burger and a ton of fries fast not a bad place to go.

Not a fan on how they changed the menu, a regular burger now has 2 meat patties instead of 1. Was not happy with the extra meat, 1 patty is already enough for me. It should be mentioned at some point that it’s a double patty, but it was still good nonetheless.

Food is ALWAYS good. The service... Well, it's just so-so. When you're paying 11 BUCKS +, for a burger and a drink (no fries ordered), you'd expect to have someone at least pretend to enjoy their job, instead of looking at you like your taking up their precious time.

And the place is clean Didn't get five stars because they messed up my burger order. I just don't understand how you mess up an order for the only people in the place!?!? The receipt had it right but the burger was wrong...I don't get it. Had I been allergic it would have been a fiasco. Brought it to the managers attention but he didn't seem too concerned about it and very reluctantly offered a free burger at the next visit. We'll see if he remembers next time we're there. Even with the screw up love the food...if only the service were half as good...

Love coming here. Super friendly staff. My husband and I don't mind driving 40 min. To eat there either. This time I was disappointed soggy mushy fries, and not so great bacon cheeseburger for me. I'm sure it will be great again next time. Just need a lil attention for the tables and chairs, they are feeling greasy, just attention needed before it gets bad. It took me 4 tries to get a clean table. I do recommend the shakes whilst you are here, super thick & tasty.

I have been to this establishment on numerous occasions, and if your'e looking for a quick bite to eat with a few friends, it's perfect. The quality of food is actually pretty good for the amount you spend. The atmosphere that Five Guys creates is very comfortable and almost feels like your local diner.

We have been eating at this location for over 2 years now. We've never been dissapointed until our last 2 visits. I think they are starting to mess with the quality of their beef and buns. I can't put my finger on it, but the burger tastes bland. Yet another restaurant that compromises quality in favor of a higher profit. 1 more bad experience and I won't be back. I can get a lousy burger much cheaper and closer to home.

I love Five Guys. This particular one is alright. Not great, just alright. I've had a few orders not prepared properly here and I've also had some of the employees acting rude. The food has been ok though. I've been to better franchise partners unfortunately.

With Five Guys what you see is what you get. It is clean and the food it great but the music is to loud for me. And I positively hate the sound of those metal chairs being dragged across the floor! I've been there 3 times and two of the times they got my order wrong. Not bad enough to send it back mind you just not what I ordered.

It was only OK. For all the "raves" posted on the walls I expected much better food. The fries were limp and soggy, not from sitting, they we're very hot and fresh. Just limp and soggy. The burger was just a burger. Nothing I couldn't make at home. So it wasn't, in my mind, worth the over priced bill.

Milk shakes were okay I really like the peanuts lol not a fan of burgers and fries too many other food options out there to eat the same greasy burger and fries just from a different place.

The food is excellent; the burgers and fries are slightly more expensive than the other chains' counterparts but a vastly bigger, better, and tastier. The quality of the employees, less so. I ordered two burgers and fries at an off-peak hour for a scheduled pickup 30 minutes later, waited 17 more minutes in the car for promised curbside service that never came, went inside and found my burgers sitting on top of the frier getting cold whilst the fries took an additional four minutes. Disappointing, to say the least. I'd still recommend going for the food, but don't expect quality service and don't use the Tip option if you order online: six people standing around waffling and chatting instead of doing their basic jobs don't deserve any gratuities.

Fries were awesome!! i’m not a person who eats at five guys often or even sometime. So I didn’t realize when I said it I wanted everything on the burger that they would include mushrooms. They really have to clarify classic burger to anything extra so the customer knows.Overall service was pretty good.

The peanuts while you wait are a cool touch too and make the place feel different than every other fast-food spot. The staff here is great. They work fast even when the line is long, and you can tell they actually care about getting the order right. The restaurant is always clean, and they keep tables wiped down, which I appreciate when I’m eating with my kid. Overall, Five Guys never disappoints. Great food, great service, and always worth the visit.

Decent food but 4 cheeseburgers with 1 french fry and no drinks was like $60. I could go to a real restaurant if I wanted to pay that. At least the portions were good and it was fresh. The inside is pretty plain too, you can eat there but it's basic.

I have not been back to this location for a long time. Recently after a long hike I was craving for some heavy food then came to this Five Guys. I surprisingly found the price increased that much. A cheeseburger now is over $11. Inflation really hits us hard, doesn’t it? The restaurant kept its cleanness. The staff were friendly. I especially liked their self-serve roasted peanuts although some felt over roasted and salty. The burger came out lean. Does it worth $11? It’s debatable. The fries were fresh. But also too salty.

Service is great the food is wonderful but the prices are outrageous. Two burgers(one not pictured) + one large fry with hotdog w/ cheese. $30 and change. I remember why I last had five guys was about three years ago; however I got it today after years of missing it. I think I'll remember my $30 burgers/ hotdog/ fry meal now. Ohh and there was a lot more fries but they were sacrificed into our stomach.

Pretty good, but not worth the price. THREE TIMES IN A ROW, I went here and specifically ordered a "Bacon Burger NO Cheese" with my selected condiments and whatever. Each time, these guys put cheese on it. Why are you tainting this burger with some nasty Kraft singles? The cheese makes it taste like a Burger King burger I could get for $2. I'm not trying to be an a**hole but come on, if I'm paying $13 for a burger and fries I wanna make sure it's made right. And it's not like this mistake was made once or twice. THREE TIMES IN A ROW. Also, the fries seem to get saltier and saltier each time I go there. You're better off going elsewhere.

This location is usually awesome but today sucked. They didn't put the bacon on our burgers and when I brought them back they gave me a foil pack with burnt bacon in it for us to put on our burgers. Fries weren't cooked long enough and servers were more worried about socializing then handling customers. Really turned me off to this place.

If you're getting off of the highway for a quick bite, I saw other restaurants... You may get a quick bite in one of those places, but not here. Also, prices seem to vary a lot at 5 guys as I travel around the country. This is as high as I've seen them. A twenty four minute wait for an $8.19 bacon cheeseburger at 11:35 a.m. (Delicious as usual for this chain I'll admit.) At least I know where NOT to stop the next time I'm passing through.

I admit I was a bit disappointed because all the burgers are cooked well done while advertising "juicy." I was dumbfounded. I opted for the veggie burger. The grilled peppers, onions and mushrooms held a sweet and roasted flavor, although I wish there was a lot more of them. The processed cheese was not my favorite, I should have known. The sesame bun is absolutely rotting in my stomach as I write this review. The trash in the parking lot was unappetizing. I think five guys could do a much better job. The pizza in grand central is to die for. I wouldn't bother with the burgers.

Had to update - extremely disappointed today. The cashier basically ignored us while taking our order, neglected part of it in the process, and didn't know how to operate the register. I understand new employees who need to learn but can't abide the terrible service and inattentiveness. For the first time ever in a Five Guys, our burgers were dry and tasteless. Not sure what changed at this location but it's unlikely we'll be back. On a positive note, the restrooms and store were both much cleaner. The burgers were fantastic, as always at 5 Guys. The staff was friendly and our order was out quickly. Only negative was the cleanliness of the restaurant. The floors were dirty out front and back by the bathrooms, they were so oily that I almost fell. The bathrooms definitely needed help.

I ordered from this place to have it delivered and they left out every drink I was supposed to receive. I told the driver about it and he said to me "this is what they gave me". I called them up to find out what was going on and the person on the phone said they couldn't do anything about it because I used the delivery app. Meanwhile that was the restaurant who filled out the order to be picked up. And they screwed it up and they acted like it was nothing they could do and this is typical. These places understand that they could screw up my order and the delivery app is going to pay for it. Which by the way they don't.

I stopped in to pick up an online order two days ago and the guy who was giving out orders was extremely rude to everyone that came in. I can't believe this is acceptable. I love their burgers but will never return to that Middletown location again. They charge way too much to be treated badly.

Been going there since it opened, but as of lately there standard have fallen short. For example today we ordered two large fries, we got the large fries but the cups they used we're not full and there was literally 20 fries on the bottom of each bag... Definitely not worth the 5.00 per fry...

First of all, I love Five Guys, I live in Rockland County and normally go to the Nanuet location which I LOVE LOVE LOVE going there. However, in this Middletown location, I’ve been there 3 times this 3rd time is a charm. I was there last Sunday 9/11/22 I ordered a double cheese with bacon and “no bun” in which the cashier asked me if I have a food allergy or “diet preference” I told him that’s how I preferred my burger. Then he ask if there was anything else I need.....and for my husband I told him the same burger “BUT make it normal and with a bun” he repeat after me “yes this one with a bun” mind you we were very hungry this is ours after hiking first meal of the day. I collected my order once it was ready but sad to find out that BOTH are with lettuce wrap. Instead of one, it’s lettuce wrap and one with a bun just a normal burger. I never think of looking at the receipt while we were waiting because we never have any problem ordering food at five guys. My husband wasn’t happy we looked at the receipt and he went back to the cashier, and told the guy that he made a mistake but don’t worry just give him the buns and he will make it work on his own. The cashier looked at my husband as if he had 5heads and say “I don’t think we can do that” so my husband just ordered another burger for our son and went back to the car. As hungry as he was he didn’t even eat the burger, we could have gone next door to Wendy’s but we wanted good burgers with sides of dissatisfaction, and disappointment because the cashier refuses to fix his mistake and told us he can’t give the bun so we can correct his mistake. And small fries are really small, normally at five guys, small fries can easily be good for 2 people but not this location. We paid close to $50 for this and my husband didn't get to eat his favorite burger smfh will not stop by this location again.

I had a Burger and some fries and a shake, I don’t know what it was, but after I ate it I felt sick and had very bad stomach cramps. The meat on the burger looked a little odd like raw, so yeah. 1 stars

Unbelievable... the two burgers we ordered were absolutely dry and cold. Simlply can't recommend this Five Guys to anyone period. Don't know what went wrong. You would get much better and cheaper burgers elsewhere. My friend who came with me said it was bad last time when he visited. It was my first time trying this Five Guys and the food quality was undeniably bad, in such a contrast to many stellar reviews here on Google.
