We ordered a family pack and the portions were generous. We had brisket and it was tender and tasty.

We loved the big family pack!! The brisket, sausage & ham we're so flavorful & tender! You get 3lb's in total plus a lot of sides, which lasted us 2 days & I didn't have to cook! 😉

The food quality is so good today (11/24/2024). So much better than it was about a year ago.

My dad orders from here a lot. its delicious. The meat is tender every time, the rolls are soft, and the pickles I dont know what it is about the pickles there by they're awesome

Our first time trying Dickey's Barbecue Pit and we loved it! We ordered the second Family Pack that (serves 6) because we thought the other one wouldn't be enough. Well, it was enough and more!! It was delicious too! Come to find out, there's a Dickey's back home in El Paso, Texas! So, y'all know where me and mine will be all the time! Family pack we ordered had chicken, brisket, macaroni and cheese, waffle fries, onion tanglers, 6 rolls, fresh onions, and pickles. There is hot and ready bbq sauce in warmers. We got the Dickey's cup for $2.50 because it's big and plastic which means you can reuse! After your meal, they offer you a self-serve ice cream cone too! I don't know what more a person could ask for. The picture I attached was one plate, we had 5 in our party and still took home enough meat for two more plates.

Good BBQ and polite workers. Have to update: Got a pound of sliced brisket that was old and dry. Not sure what happened to the supper run through the drive through.

My favorite restaurant! Dicky’s is the only place I will ever eat turkey. It’s the best, along with the spicy sausage. Customer service is always on point.

After a year of living here I finally visited our Dickey's restaurant. Staff was very friendly and they worked really hard to keep the place clean and in great condition. There are a lot of other establishments in Midland that need to take notes from these folks. The food tasted great as well. My only wish was that the portions were a little bigger and the prices weren't so high but other than that it was a great experience!

Great food and excellent customer service. I have been to this Dickey's more than a few times now and it's hands down the best run Dickey's in the odessa/midland area. From the cleanliness down to the customer service. I took the time to commend the manager , a young man named Daniel. Who was very kind and polite. So I highly recommend this location.

Love going to this place never had an bad experience and food is always amazing. Daniel was very nice and he keeped checking on people in there to see how everything was. Overall I can't complain at all and I will tell everyone to go and I will definitely est there again

Love love love their chicken! They forgot my husbands sandwich twice, we called to complain and they delivered to our house with a ton of coupons, cobbler and a huge apology! It's hard for us to leave the house with a newborn and a toddler. I eat here almost once a week I love their food so much!

Every time I come here it's always fast and friendly. I never have any complaints about the pulled pork sandwich. Especially when I have the spicy barbecue sauce with my sandwich!!

I just love this place! The pulled pork and turkey are the best! My husband loves the brisket. The mashed potatoes and mac and cheese are delicious and what can i say about the dinner rolls and sauces. Just have to keep going back.

I usually get the same thing, 2 meat plate, chicken & ribs. This Dickies was good, drive-thru was quick. French fries need to be crispy not limp. Coleslaw was excellent. Wish my local restaurant in Blue Mound was as good as the restaurants in West Tx. Appreciate the military discount.

The staff was patient, friendly, and made sure my pickup order was handled quickly and smoothly — no unnecessary drama, just good service and good food. Great location. They really keep the quality and taste in line with the Dickeys chain. Very clean restaurant and zero wait for food. I got the brisket and typical of the chain it was well cooked with a hint of smoke. The price is going to be the sticking point for most people. My meal cost $16.17 . That’s not exactly a cheap lunch. But it’s brisket folks. Last I checked it didn’t grow on trees. Edit- revisited and food still on lockdown for quality!

Ordered delivery from dickeys. Food tasted good. Just missing Cesar dressing for the salad. I didn’t want onions on baked potato but got them anyways. Overall I still enjoy Dickey’s food.

Dickies is a good-enough BBQ place, that if your not familiar with, is basically fast food - but it isn't bad at all. This location is fine, and I've never had any complaints. If you're in the mood for BBQ and short on time, it's just fine.

Almost no wait and very fast service. You can't choose wrong everything is good. And they have three different barbeque sauces!

Pros: Probably the nicest Dickeys I've ever been in. Everything looked brand new. Cons: - Got the daily special, beef. Tasted weird. Not sure how else to describe it. - Roll was not good, though I'm not sure they ever are at Dickeys - Only could find one small trash can to throw my trash away. No idea where my tray was supposed to go. - An hour after opening, ice cream was still freezing. Instead of a cone dispenser, just had a container of cones. At a glance, they weren't in good shape. - Daily signage wasn't updated an hour after opening. Overall, it was fine. Probably my worst Dickeys experience though.

Ribs were ok, but the green beans and sauce needs work. It tasted like they used a lot of vinegar or pickle juice in the green beans. I'm from East Texas so it might just be a difference in seasonings that I'm use to. The people are very friendly and authentically care about customer needs.

I guess I went in a bad day because the brisket was super dry. Gave it to my dog because we couldn't eat it. But definitely want to give it a second try. Heard a lot of great thing about this place and I also know everyone has a bad day now and again so not giving up on them lol

Over priced but satisfying. Something is always not working be it the drink machine, ice cream maker or the staff there seems to be a problem every time I go.... On a side note,they have NEVER gotten my order wrong it is always correct.

As with all Dickies I have visited the service and staff were excellent they definitely get 4 to 4.5 stars. That said Dickies Bbq is meh at best. The only time I actually go is when someone else wants it. I imagine this is the type of BBQ one gets when some corporate suit decides they want to go into the BBQ business. Soulless and low on flavor.

Asked for ribs and pulled pork. The pork was dry. The ribs ok but they were small portions. Slaw was good baked beans were messed up. They wanted 14 dollars for this I will not be back!

This Dickey's would have gotten 4 stars from me up until recently. My past two experiences have kept me from returning. Once my online order was missing when I got there, and the other I got the wrong order. The food just isn't good enough to risk a third inconvenience.

Was in town for business and was craving some BBQ. Ordered some ribs, pulled pork, sliced brisket, and Polish sausage (I'm a polock). The food was good and hot, though couldn't get over how much fat was on the brisket. The sausage was just alright. The pulled pork was good, dry, but good. Seems they need to do some trimming before throwing into the smoker. I will say, the Mac and cheese and rolls were on point. lol

Don't know what's happened to the food quality at Dickey's restaurants. Meats are not as tasty as they once were. I was a bit disappointed 😞

It’s meat. It’s not the best BBQ I’ve had but for around here it’s not bad I guess. Sometimes it’s better than other. Order it to go sometimes you get what you order sometimes you don’t like most places. If you don’t want to drive a couple hours and willing to settle for mediocre then give it a try.

The smoke flavor is pretty damn good. Tender wings as well. But I only got one wing with lemon pepper, I had to season the rest myself. Thai Chile was very good and sauced. The buffalo had barely any sauce. I asked for veggie sticks and got a cup of onions and jalapeños. Instead of Texas toast, I got a roll. Also I paid for extra ranch and got 0 ranch. I'm a big back and I don't complain often but my experience was sub par

Disappointed in this visit to a Midland Dickey's BBQ. Place wasn't clean. Lids on the floor, no containers available for sauces. Trays from previous diners sitting out. They were there for more than an hour Ordered a two meat plate. Wanted chopped beef, got sliced. Beef and sausage were both cold. Mac/cheese and BBQ beans were hot.

Sausage was good. Beans were ok lacked flavor. Ribs needed more seasoning. Brisket was good. They have good bbq sauce. Definitely not Ray Ray's, Franklin's or cooper's. But still decent I would say. But I have high expectations for BBQ.

Ordered chicken caesar salad and it was made with iceberg lettuce. Not good!!!!! It also had carrots and purple cabbage. Not a caesar salad. Unpleased, but due to short lunch break had to settle and eat it. On a good note the dressing was good.

One of our favorite restaurants, however the last 3 times we have been we have received incorrect orders that they refused to fix or refund. We believed this to be a fluke the first couple of times, but after 3 times in a row we have decided it’s not worth the time or money to go to Dickey’s.

Disappointed in the brisket. I guess I shouldn't get my hopes up too much for a chain fast-foody type of barbecue joint, but it's still fairly pricey for mediocrity. Would be three stars, but my wallet tells me he's disappointed in me, which makes it two.

Not a fan. We have several BBQ restaurants in Buffalo, NY that are 100x better. Fries were soggy. Beef briskets was 'meh'

Ordered $40 worth of food online (2 plates, 1 family side, one extra roll and 1 drink ) with extra bbq sauce and jalapenos. Order was said to be ready in 15 mins, arrived 18 mins later and got my food. Get to my child's soccer practice 10 mins later and the only item that is even remotely warm is the family side of macaroni. Everything else felt like it had been sitting out that entire 20 mins. No bbq sauce at all, no jalapenos and no roll. I call to speak to a manager and was told to come back and they would replace it. I informed them that I couldn't return right then and asked what else could be done. I was told a manager would call me back. A week later and still nothing. Called yesterday and was on hold for almost 15 mins until I finally hung up. Very poor experience.

Got the order wrong. Tea not available. Three sandwiches and chips. $40. Place was not even very busy and they could not get their business together. Disappointment. High price. Spend same $$$ and go to a very nice steak house.

Very disappointed. Spend 60 bucks for 2 two meat plates. Hardly no meat on the ribs and the brisquit ,sausage and burnt ends. We’re way over cooked. Everything was dry without sauce.

Spent 87.00 dollars on two full rack of rids. Pound and a half of chopped brisket . The ribs where dried out. Threw half of it away . Then the chopped brisket was fatty and grizzly. Talk about mad. Beans where good and potatoe salad is good . But just very unsatisfied for the quality of the meat. For that kind of price it should be great meat?

Waited 45 minutes past pick up time for my order and they didn’t even get it right. I didn’t notice it was wrong until I was home and I was not going back to wait again. The girl working in the back is also very rude. I guess it’s hard to find good help but she should remember it’s the customers who keep the doors open.

Please work on your quality control. I ordered ribs. If there was any seasoning I could not taste it. Didn't appear to even have any salt. Also, the meat was barely warm. I'm giving two stars instead of one because at least the meat was tender and did fall off the bone. The overall atmosphere is good and clean. They put on a good show. Substandard BBQ. I'm done with Dickey's.

I had the 3 meat bbq plate. The ribs and brisket were exceptionally great in taste and texture. However, the price was also exceptionally high for what they serve. I would figure that a three meat plate would last a couple meals, but it didn't. And I wasn't on an empty stomach to begin with. Good food, high price, and small portions.

For the price I was served bone dry brisket, it was the end of the night, but seriously... For $20/lb? The Mac and cheese was oil based garbage I would br embarrassed to serve. It was on par with KFC. The free ice milk, I wouldn't call it ice cream, was tasteless. Thank God it was free. I wasn't asked if I wanted pickles or onions and I want given any napkins. The staff down at the south location are always super friendly & the south location has never served me meat like that. Texas BBQ in general has never impressed me with the side dishes. The corn muffins are amazing.

Used to be a solid bet to eat here, today it was not. Ordered online, arrived to pick up @time assigned, ended up having to wait another 30 minutes to receive subpar, chewy brisket, cold sides, and no bbq sauce (which was definitely needed)

I went to Dickeys’ about a week ago, craving their brisket, unfortunately there was too much fat in it, it didn’t sit well at all later. I had to wait 5 minutes at the counter. Then there was a girl who just could not get my order right, when I got home my cornbread was missing . I asked another lady who looked like the manager if she could help me out with the order, but she had kind of an attitude, I was extremely frustrated!

I hate to give 1 star this has always been my favorite place to eat ,but the last 4 times have been horrible !! Missing food ,rude drive thur people ,extra small portions ,no customer service ,and this is two different stores ,two diffrent managers very disappointed !!!! Please fix im hungrey !!!

Asked for lean meat on the brisket Mac stack and for the third time I received mostly fat and it was absolutely disgusting. I wouldn’t recommend my dog to eat the food here and really hope a lot of business is lost due to the extremely poor attention to detail!

i wanted to try this for the first time & was very disappointed the food looked terrible & my meat was served COLD. i ordered a two meat plate , ribs & chicken breast.. the chicken breast was cut small & was crumbly & dry...the ribs just looked old & cold as soon as i opened the container i knew i wanted a refund.

I just left this place ordered sliced beef sandwich with potato casserole and half pound of ham. I did not get potatoes and the meat on my sandwich was so burnt I could not eat it. This is twice this has happened so I will mark this place do not eat at.

Use to love dickies now it’s just not the same! Cold food, my fries didn’t even have the seasoning on them if I wanted plan fries I would have gone somewhere else, got a lemonade to drink and that was even nasty too. Now I know why I haven’t been in years an won’t be going after this visit.

Ordered a pulled pork and they never asked if i wanted BBQ sauce so they gave me unsauced pulled pork and it had a huge bone in it 🤢 nearly broke a tooth and their okra has waaay too much salt on it, definitely going somewhere else like Walk-ons for a pulled pork sandwich

Too expensive for too little. Tiny little chopped beef sandwiches were disappointing for the price. The BBQ place inside HEB gives you big sandwiches packed with meat and a larger side item. Better flavor on the meat and better BBQ sauce also. Want your money and flavors worth. Go to the HEB BBQ restaurant

I get people make mistakes but to call back to this location to get the mistake corrected the Manager was rude! She needs to be demoted and re-learn on how she should handle/talk to customers that have complaints.

Would not recommend this place. Every time i go there to eat they are out of something. Today they had no bar b q beans, or jalapeno beans, no ribs. Realy what kind of place are you running. Very small portions also, but they are always out of something on their menu. Go to KD'S Bar B Q. Its good and they always have whats on their menu, and the people are friendly great service not this place.

If you enjoy cold flavorless over priced BBQ than this is the place for you. I haved had the other locations in Midland and food had flavorand was hot. Theis is 2nd time food had beed cold.

Tasted like fake (precooked) BBQ. Brisket was cold & gray no smokey taste, sausage was cold and slimey,;portions were tiny. Staff was quite friendly that's why they got one star

Really disappointed. Ordered deliver and they did not send my full order. For the price it was that is rediculous. Then when i called they informed me that they did the whole order. Even though wr only recieved the meat from the order.

Not many options for barbecue in Midland Texas so we decided to come to Dickey's they give you very small portions and charge a lot they give you very minute amount of meat and small cups for serving sides. When we got here the guy rang us up and then we went to get ice there was no ice in the machines we went to get tea and the t was out so we asked him to fill our drinks they were standing around joking and playing went to sit down and out of seven seats all of them were dirty and then we're clean we had to find a clean seat in the deserved mediocreal code cold food with small portions I would not recommend this place

Food was cold. Brisket was good. Fried okra was decent. Sweet Tea was about the best thing that they had. Over priced for the small portions you get. I used to love Dickies. Now I like it less and less everyday. Will not be returning to this location.

I specifically requested my wings to be cooked extremely well. Not only were my wings not cooked well, my fries were burnt and greasy, I had to go back in to grab my okra in which they forgot to put with the order but they also forgot the side of pickles. If wings are what you're in the mood to eat, I suggest going to Wing Stop.

We wanted a BBQ sandwich so my husband went to Dicky's on Wadley. When we started eating them they had so much fat and blubber on them we couldn't eat it. I was so disappointed in the experience. And we'll never try it again! You just lost 2 good customers!!!

The staff is extremely rude and unprofessional, several days out of the week they close the dining area for no reason. We drove around back and saw several of the workers smoking marijuana while the dining area is closed on a Saturday night. Will not be returning to this location!!!

i love dickeys, but this restaurant here has been the sickest of them all. i had been waiting in line for 30 min and then i happened to get a glimpse of the guy making the ribs. he was sweating like crazy and his sweat was dripping inside the bowl where the ribs were and i get that it was hot in there but at least he could wipe himself or something but no. i left that place disgusted I'm never going to this place again.....

Absolutely horrible! We got three meals. Two of them had hair in them and one was nothing but chunks of fat.

The bathroom was filthy. The floor was sticky and the urine smell was strong. The food is overpriced

First time I’ve ever gone in to a Dickies BBQ Restaurant that the food sucked. I order food from this same location through DoorDash always get my food very hot and very good. I took back to counter because it was cold. They apologized then made it again and I get it again cold VERY DISAPPOINTING because this is one of my favorite places for BBQ. Will never eat this location again. They had NO CARE about the service.

My wife and I went here, first of all they do not serve fried pickles, and then I was given a serving of a three meat plate that would have been just a little bit over the amount of food you would get in a McDonald's kids meal for a toddler. And the meat was very dry the only way there was moisture was from the barbecue sauce! Will not go back and I will tell as many people as possible not to go. If I want to be on a diet I'll order the portions myself.
