Stumbled upon this little gem while looking for a quick app and some happy hour fun. Was not expecting to be blown away by the quality of food and service. From the warm welcome, the food recommendations, to the food, and drinks - wow! And what truly topped off the experience was our server Jessica. Extremely polite, knowledgeable about the menu and our wants and needs, and very attentive! Can’t wait to come back.

This place always have a great vibe, with the perfect location and great food, it’s very convenient if you are around 5th ave and want to have brunch. With a walking distance to and from the beach, it makes easy for a lunch option.

Everything was amazing - Kevin was our server and he was so attentive and made our experience really enjoyable. They provided us with blankets and a heater - just a really nice place to have brunch will definitely go again

Seating and service was prompt. Our server Ashley was very attentive. They have a nice outside area with space heaters in the evening. The menus were a little dirty which was initially concerning, but all the food was excellent. They brought a warm bread with olives for an initial snack. I got a ravioli of the day which was a lamb ravioli with a lamb and cream sauce. My wife got a linguine bolognese. Both dishes had plenty of flavor and left nothing to be desired. We were both very full with just our main dish. For dessert we elected to get ice cream at their adjacent bakery/ice cream shop which offers 10% with a receipt from Caffé Milano. They have some vegetarian options for pasta and salads, and they have some meat and fish options as well. The menu isn’t large, but still offers plenty of selection. Overall we were very satisfied and would repeat this meal.

The food, waiters, and everyone else here including the lady running the place yesterday were amazing. She noticed that we were ordering a lot of chocolate and gave us a free scoop of chocolate gelato which was so very kind. I absolutely loved the chocolate cake. The ravioli of the day was so different (it was lamb on Sunday) and melted in our mouths. Just a fantastic, wonderful dining experience. You've made me a loyal customer for noticing what we liked and going the extra mile. Thank you :)

For 10 years, Cafe Milano on 5th Ave has been our favorite Naples gem, and it never fails to impress! The food is consistently fresh – the grilled octopus is always tender and full of flavor, perfectly paired with a large, refreshing mojito that hits all the right notes. The cozy, elegant atmosphere makes every visit memorable. Our waiter, Sasha, who’s served us for a decade, is truly extraordinary – warm, attentive, and always spot-on with drink recommendations, making us feel like VIPs every time. Caffe Milano has the best espresso martinis, hands down. If you wish to stop in for lunch or dinner, ask for Kevin. He’s fabulous! Great spot in downtown Naples

We come here every time we are in Naples because the food and service are outstanding! We were fortunate to have Ivan as our server this time and he was excellent! He made me the best Latte I have ever had, and I consider myself an expert. I look forward to many more visits!

My favorite part might be the fast paced service! This hands down is the restaurant with fastest service I have gone to (at least the Cafe Milano at Naples). We all received generous food portions relatively speaking. The waiter Ivan was even able to serve in English, Spanish, and Italian! And was kind enough to take pictures of our group. Great service!

Café Milanos in Naples gave us one of the best dining experiences in the city. The beef milanesa was absolutely amazing, and the ossobuco risotto was spectacular—the meat was so tender it melted in your mouth. Great service, pleasant atmosphere, and dishes that are truly worth it. Highly recommended!

I love stopping at the bar for a quick bite. Oscar the bartender always makes sure that I’m well taken care of. He is amazing and makes everybody feel so welcome. Very professional and courteous.

We had the absolute BEST experience at Café Milano, and it was all thanks to Vito. From the moment we sat down, he made us feel genuinely welcome, not just served, but taken care of. His energy was warm, professional, and effortlessly attentive without ever being intrusive. He anticipated what we needed before we even had to ask. He knew the menu inside and out, gave fantastic recommendations, and everything he suggested was spot on. The timing of the service was perfect, our drinks were never empty, and he handled everything with such calm confidence, even when it got busy. It’s rare to find service that elevates the entire dining experience, but Vito absolutely did. He turned a great meal into a memorable one. We’ll definitely be back, and we’ll be asking for Vito.

We had a fantastic experience at Café Milano. Our server, Ashley, was absolutely exceptional — attentive, friendly, and truly made our evening special. The food was outstanding from start to finish, and especially impressive given the reasonable pricing for a high-end Naples restaurant. It’s hard to imagine anyone rating this restaurant less than five stars. To top it off, the manager, Salvatore, was incredibly welcoming and gracious. We highly recommend Café Milano and look forward to returning!

The food was okay. I had a burger and my husband had chicken Parmesan. The atmosphere is nice because it’s lively & in an upbeat location in Naples. However they need to work on customer service. A couple sat down next to us after and was offered water and bread and a rack to put the lady’s bag. We were not offered any of that. When we asked we got it. But everyone should be treated equally at a place and this was not our experience. It was a weird vibe in there. Would not return due to that. Tiramisu was not good.

That said, the $48 price point felt disproportionate to the portion and complexity, especially when compared to similar offerings. - 🐙 Octopus: A standout. Perfectly cooked, tender, and flavorful. This dish captured both technical excellence and emotional satisfaction. Final Reflection: Caffè Milano excels in service and ambiance. The food is solid, with moments of brilliance—though some dishes could benefit from more expressive seasoning or pricing alignment. Ideal for those who value hospitality and setting, with room for refinement in culinary impact.

Food was good. I really enjoyed my Carbonara. My wife’s Gnocchi was good but I think a couple of tweaks could’ve made it a great dish. Our meals were prepared and served pretty quickly. Our server Tyler was very kind and attentive without being overbearing. He seemed to know the menu very well. I would have no problem coming back.
