It was the most delicious meal I had in Milan, and it was a wonderful restaurant. 🍴⟡.· The staff were all very kind and attentive, welcoming me with warm smiles. They also had gluten-free options, and everything was absolutely delicious. I went alone, but the restaurant had a warm, cozy atmosphere that was loved by people of all ages, genders, and families alike. ☺️ Thank you 💛Grazie
Great service and delicious Italian food
Excellent restaurant. Truly welcoming and beautiful atmosphere. The service itself is very attentive, and the food is some of the best I've ever tasted. I truly recommend this restaurant to everyone of all ages. The prices are very fair. I love it, one of the best in Milan, congratulations.
Wonderful small neighborhood spot with amazing seafood and lovely staff. Was there twice with my family during my stay in Milano and had a lovely experience. Prices are very cheap and the food is delicious!
I am completely gluten intolerant, not “lifestyle” GF, so Il Diamante was an utter delight. And since I’m vacationing (my usual return to Milan, Rome, and Sardinia to be with Italian family, so I got a clue, folks!), I’ll keep it succinct. Easy to find, decent amount of local parking. Clean, quiet, white tablecloths, nice table settings. Incredibly attentive—but not bothersome—staff. Only discontinuity is the owner in a Kelly green polo and trousers. He was low key, but I’d rather see him hanging around in at least a button down and slacks. My Italian SIL and her friend ordered non-GF. Same menu, different kitchens. Started with one of the best octopus salads I’ve had and GF Neapolitan focaccia (like pizza crust—rather than breadier Genoese focaccia—with olive oil and a pinch of herbs). The serving sizes were enormous and could have easily been shared by two or three. The focaccia was heaven: crispy and chewy. My SIL and her friend shared a grilled fish platter that was tasty, well prepared, incredibly abundant. Only downer was the salmon. Europeans are used to farmed salmon and the flavor was muddy. My pizza Napoli was also enormous, had a terrific crust (O Peperino’s is somewhat better), and, baby, if you like anchovies (I do!), this pizza will delight you. Easy sauce, easy cheese, fresh herbs, quality anchovies. Lemon sorbet for dessert: more of a slushy in consistency served in a champagne flute with a spoon and straw. Just the right sweet/tart. Gratis shot glasses with bottles of limoncello and mirto to end it all. Limoncello is common. Take the opportunity to try mirto. The one they served was smooth and lovely. Will return, and I’m certain my non-GF Milanese SIL will go back as well.
Very tasty. Big portion. Nice people.
Best gluten-free pizza in the area and a real gem for Coeliacs
Chosen because it's part of the AIC network, we were delighted to sample the various dishes, many of which were fish-based. Dishes were beautifully presented, with generous portions, tasty and inviting. The staff were very attentive and friendly. Excellent value for money. For six of us, €180.00, including a complimentary digestive and discount. Very satisfied. Well done.
I keep coming back with this restaurant they have the most delicious food I've ever tasted weather it's seafoods or Italian foods plus their staffs are so accommodating and very helpful
💛
I went to this restaurant for the first time today, and with the €12 Saturday set menu, I had a first course, second course, side dish, water, and coffee...all delicious! I'll be back to try the à la carte menu and will bring my celiac friends, too, because they have gluten-free options.
Good food. Value for money. Great service. Went with family yesterday evening, our server Georgio took great care. I recommend this resturant 👍
Easy lunch
The place is small but very noisy. It's a shame they didn't install small sound-absorbing panels on the ceiling or walls, which are useful these days in very noisy establishments. The service could be better. As for the food, the chef sometimes gets lost. In the mussel soup, the mussels should be cleaned thoroughly and the byssus removed. As for the octopus alla Luciana, the cooking could be improved, as they are tough and rubbery. The octopus should be soft, and to achieve this, they need to cook for about 35 minutes over low heat.
Disappointed pizza, expected better. Nice choice of toppings, but dough not great… We tried many restaurants in san teodoro and best was Da Fabio for pizza.
