Torno in questo posto dopo più di dieci anni e ritrovo tutto come lo ricordavo..stessi visi all'ingresso (mancava solo il Sig.Armando che,mi hanno rassicurato,potrei ritrovare la mattina),stesso arredamento e stesso menù. Ritrovo la mia pizza preferita e l'atmosfera della "vecchia Milano". È tutto così rassicurante che mi sono emozionata e volevo dirvi "grazie"..grazie perché rimanete autentici senza piegarvi all'innovazione che alcuni Chef suggeriscono (o impongono) e perché, anche grazie alla vostra cucina,siamo primi nel mondo come patrimonio culturale immateriale dell'umanità.

Locale storico e conosciutissimo sia per la pizza, sia per la cucina. Uno dei pochi a Milano con tovaglia e tovaglioli non di carta. Vasto menù di entrambi, servizio impeccabile. Qualità dei cibi elevata. Rumore di livello medio. Costi sotto la media, davvero ottimi.

Yesterday I dined at Maruzzella in Milano and had a thoroughly enjoyable experience. We ordered fresh orata fish and branzino al sale, both perfectly cooked and beautifully presented. The meal was complemented by warm focaccia and olives, served generously as a welcome touch, and a half litre of crisp white wine. The service was attentive and professional throughout, striking the right balance between friendliness and efficiency. Considering the quality of the food and the overall experience, the bill came to just over €30 per person, which I found excellent value for money. Maruzzella delivered authentic flavours and a genuinely pleasant dining atmosphere. I would happily recommend it to anyone looking for well-prepared Neapolitan seafood dishes in Milano.

Best Italian restaurant I tried while in Milan. The fish salad was so fresh I could actually smell the sea when it arrived. The desserts were mouth watering and all for far more reasonable prices than closer to Il Duomo. The waiter realised that I was trying to make the effort to talk to him in Italian and he obliged. Lovely outdoor seating area. If I'm ever back in Milan, this will be my choice of restaurant to eat well. Grazie mille!

Highly recommend this place. The service is very good, the menu was in English and the waitress was fluent. Prices are incredible especially when considering how tasty the food is. Portion size is normal. Visited on a hot weekend and the air conditioning was welcoming, so pleasant to cool down

We had a fantastic meal at this restaurant! The food was incredibly fresh and so delicious —everything tasted homemade with real care put into each dish. It was a great recommendation from a local friend, and we’re so glad we went. The owner was very friendly, even though she didn’t speak English. Thankfully, the menu had English translations, which made ordering easy. The restaurant was lively and busy, creating a great atmosphere. One small hiccup—they forgot one of our pizzas, but they quickly adjusted the bill without any issue. Overall, a wonderful experience! Given how busy it was, I’d definitely recommend making a reservation. We’d love to come back!

The food was excellent! We ordered saffron risotto, eggplant parmesan, and a rocket salad, and ended the meal with Limoncello. 😁 The food quality was outstanding—honestly, the saffron risotto was one of the best I’ve had in Milan. Next time, I’ll definitely try their pizza and tiramisu because I saw other tables ordering them, and they looked absolutely delicious, but I didn’t get a chance to order them this time. Interestingly, the staff refused to accept a tip, which I found quite admirable. Overall, I give full marks for the food quality, and the service was good as well. Even if there were any minor flaws, the amazing food completely made up for it!

We were welcomed with a smile (although we were with 3 kids and the restaurant was fully booked with people in suits), service was friendly and fast, food was so so delicious (pizzas were amazing and so does the Risotto). Tasty food, fast service, professional staff. When you enter the restaurant, you will see on the left the oven where they pizzas and other pastries are prepared. Ambiente molto affollato poiché frequentato da tanti turisti ma.anche milanesi. Pizzeria vecchio stampo, quindi ambiente poco accogliente. Tavoli molto vicini uno con l'altro. Staff cordiale ma non spontaneo. Superlativa la pizza una delle migliori di Milano per chi ama la pizza napoletana

Bellissimo locale, pochi passi dalla Galleria d'arte Moderna e vicino ai giardini pubblici di Milano. Abbiamo mangiato fuori all'aperto. Il cibo è buonissimo ed eccezionale, oltre alla qualità degli ingredienti. Nel menù sono presenti piatti locali tipici milanesi, che regionali sia nazionali. Consiglio la pasta al pistacchio, risotto alla milanese e mozzarella di bufala.

Ristorante di cucina tipica italiana molto carino nelle vicinanze dei bastioni di porta Venezia. Sono stato in un giorno in settimana con moglie e nipotini. Il locale ha posti a sedere sia all'interno che all'esterno. Cucina e servizio buono, non dò 5 stelle perché la pasta alla norma che ho preso era buona ma niente di eccezionale (dovrei provare qualche piatto in più per valutare meglio). C'è stato anche un piccolo disguido con il piatto di uno dei bambini. Prezzo più che buono per la qualità del cibo e per essere in centro a Milano. Consigliato👍

Torniamo spesso da Maruzzella perché ogni volta che sono a Milano cerco di passare per Porta Venezia dove abitavano i miei nonni. Il ristorante è davvero carino e propone un ottimo risotto, sia con ossobuco che senza, oltre ad altri piatti della tradizione, nonché le pizze napoletane. Il servizio è premuroso e veloce, i tempi di attesa davvero bassi nonostante il ristorante sia sempre molto affollato. A volte l'ambiente risulta un pochino rumoroso, quando i vicini di tavolo usano toni alti di voce. Buono il rapporto qualità-prezzo.

Ristorante nella media con qualche piatto che risalta. Prenotazione non obbligatoria ma fortemente raccomandata in quanto è sempre pieno. Ho preso una parmigiana di melanzane che era veramente ottima e non troppo unta. Il piatto di benvenuto con olive e pezzetti di focaccia sinceramente lo avrei evitato (quantomeno nella forma e presentazione). Maccheroni alla norma erano ottimi anche se le porzioni leggermente oltre secondo me. Pizze molto buone. Prezzi giusti considerando la zona.

I have eaten here before in another visit to Milan and usually I get their traditional pizza that was very good . This time I got something different from their extensive menu . I arrived a bit late without a reservation which was a mistake on my part . The only seat available was outside under the heated dome they have . Waiter was nice and helped me get a cocktail quickly . A good Negroni . Food is incredible. Started with an eggplant parmigiana which was bursting with flavor and not heavy . Old school style cooking . Often times this dish gets heavy but this was well made and packed with flavor . Main dish got the Paccheri with prawns in a pistachio style pesto . This dish was over the top with the pistachio & prawn combo taking the win . Pasta is cooked al dente and in combination with the cocktail it cuts through the pesto perfectly . My only complaint was the loudness from surrounding area and the heat lamp hitting over me during dinner . Otherwise I would recommend making reservations and sit indoors where it is cozy and lively atmosphere

The food was good but the service definitely wasn’t. They took a lot of time to tell us if there’s a table for us or not, meanwhile we were starving. After 20 minutes of waiting we got our table, but again… They took a lot of time to take our order, even though our waiter wasn’t really occupied. Despite all of that we were very gentle with her, but she didn’t even smile or anything, just took the order and gave us our food later. No effort for us to feel welcomed even though we waited so long. Otherwise the food and the prices are good having in mind we were in the center of Milan

The pizza was very delicious and I recommend ordering it, especially the truffle pizza. I do not recommend ordering the beef escalope dish, it looked and looked like chicken and its quantity was small compared to its price and its taste was not palatable. The service was wonderful and very fast. The food was served very quickly even though the restaurant was completely crowded.

Siamo stati oggi a pranzo con un gruppo di amici. Posizione eccellente a due passi dai giardini Indro Montanelli. Locale in stile classico, con cucina tradizionale partenopea. Ottimi i fritti e gli antipasti in genere. Buoni i primi, mentre la tagliata non mi ha convinto a pieno. Comunque si sente la buona qualità delle materie prime usate. Le pizze non le abbiamo provate, ma avevano un bel aspetto. Personale gentilissimo e cortese. Sicuramente da tornarci. Consigliato.

I visited it at 08:00 pm with a family. The atmosphere is ok, but food is average compared to other restaurants, meat and chicken are already prepared and just were heated. the waiter serviced us asked during the request for each plate “what is the side dish, I asked her is it included in the order and she replied yes”. I ended up having too many French fries dishes which are not fresh and paying extra for french fries. In summary compared to other restaurants that I visited within Milano, it’s less than average in terms of food quality, taste and let staff be clear about the ordering since they will add dishes with charges.

Starters great. Partners main came great..mine eventually came cold i exclaimed that it was cold. He said it should be! Calzone. They took it away, returned I assumed with it hot? No still cold. Shrimps chicken.. no I'm not eating that. Unfortunately it was my partner's 60th birthday treat flew in today from UK. Had been recommended to come here. So sad to have had this. Wine too was otnbraet. Asked for 1liters house white. Got 2 glasses... Thena 1litre if fizzy plonk. Rubbish. Asked for this meal to be removed from.the bill..hassle ensued. They ripped upmour bill and said to leave! Not what I wanted as other meal was ok. But hey ho. Oh and once I asked for help... I no speak English! There's a surprise
