Una delle migliori esperienze culinarie cinesi a Milano indimenticabile Tahua non è solo uno dei ristoranti cinesi più buoni e conosciuti di Milano: è un posto dove si mangia benissimo e ci si sente subito a proprio agio. È difficile descrivere la bontà dei piatti e ogni portata è una scoperta, con sapori autentici e curati in ogni dettaglio. Ma oltre al cibo eccellente, ciò che rende Tahua davvero speciale è l’atmosfera accogliente e familiare. La proprietaria, Monica, è di una gentilezza e disponibilità rare. Ci ha guidate nella scelta dei piatti con entusiasmo e attenzione, facendoci sentire subito a nostro agio, come a casa. A fine cena ci ha coinvolto in un gioco divertente che ci ha lasciate col sorriso,un dettaglio che ha reso la serata ancora più unica. Siamo rimaste a tavola per ore, senza nemmeno accorgercene, immerse in un’esperienza davvero piacevole sotto ogni punto di vista. Atmosfera: 100.000/10 Cibo: strepitoso, senza bisogno di parole. Un posto davvero WOW. Torneremo sicuramente e lo consigliamo con il cuore!

Ristorante di cucina di Hong Kong e cinese che presenta anche altri piatti asiatici nel proprio menù. Sono molto attenti per il senza glutine seppur non dispongano di una cucina separata. In quattro volte in cui ho avuto l’occasione di mangiare in questo locale non ho mai avuto problemi ed è citato da molte guide per celiaci di Milano. Servizio veramente degno di nota. Il personale ti accoglie con professionalità discreta e il sorriso non è mai mancato. Pensano a tutto, compreso il giubbotto nel guardaroba e il gancio da tavolo per la borsetta, sembrano piccolezze ma fanno la differenza. Sanno come consigliare i loro buonissimi piatti in base ai tuoi gusti spiegandoti le loro tradizioni e le loro differenze. I ravioli sono delicati e i sapori ben distinti ed equilibrati. Lo zuppone di carne super abbondante ma anche in questo caso il personale ha saputo consigliare per il meglio. Il locale era pieno nonostante fosse infrasettimanale ma mai chiassoso. Le portate non hanno tardato ad arrivare. Torneremo sicuramente. Bravi!

Ho mangiato diverse volte in questo locale e ieri sera ho fatto provare l’esperienza ai miei genitori. La location mi piace e il cibo è molto buono! Il cameriere che ci ha servito è stato molto cordiale e simpatico, ha reso la nostra esperienza ancora piú convincente. Sicuramente ci tornerò ancora e lo consiglio vivamente a tutti.

Our last day in Milan before heading back to Dublin, my wife is craving for an Asian cuisine. Good thing she found this thru google and we gave it a try. The place is amazing! The ambiance, the interior and the vibe? Top tier! The food is delectable and the flavors burst in your mouth! It is rare to find an Asian restaurant in Europe that gives and serves its authenticity but this place gave justice to both. If you happen to visit Milan and crave for something different, have a stop and try this place --- you will never regret it!!

Beautiful restaurant and amazing dim sum. Reservations is recommended especially on the weekend. I like their specialty dim sum. It’s unique and freshly made. Food portions are relatively small but Chinese food are meant to be sharing between the family members. Make sure you order enough food.

The restaurant is well decorated and comfortable, run by the Hong Kong people many many years ago. Always with a lot of customers and must make reservation to play safe. Food cooked in Cantonese style is very delicious, and the staffs are very friendly and helpful, particularly the elder brother running the business. And price is reasonable.

We went there spontaneously on Saturday evening .. no chance to get a table - fully booked. Then we tried on Sunday for lunch. We were there at 11:30 ( opening hour that we found on the window) but the owner told us they will open only at 12. But later on the food quality was the best compassion. Siamo andati da Ta Hua a febbraio 2026 per una cena tra amici, e devo dire che è uno dei migliori ristoranti cinesi ‘veri’ di Milano – cucina autentica di Hong Kong dal 1979, non il solito all-you-can-eat! Ambiente raffinato e moderno (niente lanterne rosse kitsch), con tavoli ben distanziati e un’atmosfera elegante, perfetta per zona Porta Nuova/Repubblica. I punti forti: i dim sum sono eccezionali – abbiamo preso har gow, siu mai, char siu bao e xiao long bao perfetti, con impasto sottile e ripieni gustosi. Poi pollo gong bao, manzo in salsa pepe nero e verdure saltate – tutto fresco, sapori equilibrati e porzioni generose. Il servizio è attento e cordiale, con camerieri che consigliano bene i piatti e abbinamenti (abbiamo preso anche un tè oolong ottimo). Abbiamo apprezzato la qualità delle materie prime e l’autenticità – si sente che è un posto storico gestito con cura. Punti negativi: i prezzi sono alti per Milano, e anche se vale la pena per una serata speciale, non è per tutti i giorni. Qualche piatto è arrivato un po’ tiepido (forse per la distanza cucina-tavolo), e il locale può essere rumoroso se pieno. Complessivamente, 4 stelle meritate: ottimo per chi cerca cinese di livello alto, non fusion o low-cost. Torneremo per provare altri dim sum e magari il pranzo business (più conveniente). Consigliato se volete fare bella figura o concedervi qualcosa di raffinato!

Siamo stati da Ta Hua per il pranzo e, già dalla prenotazione effettuata una settimana prima, si capisce quanto il ristorante sia richiesto. L’ambiente è piacevole e curato, anche se il livello di rumore cresce parecchio man mano che la sala si riempie, rendendo la conversazione meno agevole. Il servizio è un punto su cui abbiamo percepito una doppia faccia: da un lato l’attenzione è evidente, dall’altro la pressione è eccessiva. I camerieri invitano più volte a ordinare e tendono a portare via i piatti troppo velocemente, persino mentre si sta terminando l’ultimo boccone, cosa che compromette un po’ la piacevolezza dell’esperienza. Sul fronte del cibo la qualità è alta. Abbiamo apprezzato soprattutto i ravioli di carne, più saporiti e bilanciati rispetto a quelli di pesce, risultati troppo delicati. Molto buoni anche il bao di carne e il pad thai, ben eseguiti e gustosi. Il conto è sopra la media, ma resta coerente con la qualità delle materie prime, la posizione e la popolarità del locale. Nel complesso l’esperienza è positiva, con qualche riserva legata principalmente al servizio.

Posto molto piacevole e accogliente...sale interne molto ben arredate,c'è anche la possibilità di mangiare all'esterno con dei tavolini a bordo strada...i prezzi sono un po' alti rispetto alla media dei ristoranti cinesi,ma ci può stare vista la posizione(vicinissima a piazza Gae Aulenti)!

Ci sono tornata a pranzo dopo un po' di tempo. Porzioni abbondanti, prezzi un po' elevati specialmente per un menu fisso, qualità media. L'ultima volta (ieri) esperienza nel complesso positiva ma non eccellente, in particolare il riso bianco era talmente scotto da assomigliare ad una crema. Peccato. Pollo kung-pao buono, ottima la cottura del pollo, buoni anche i ravioli. Con un po' di attenzione in più, sarebbe eccellente.

My husband and I came here while on vacation in Milan. We were actually walking the neighborhood and decided to drop by the restaurant because we were curious and wanted to try this form of cuisine in Italy. The server was very friendly and answered all of our questions. We received our food quickly, and my husband enjoyed the pork ribs and shrimp fried rice. I had the gong bao chicken, and it was overall pretty good. My favorite thing was the crab roll. Yummy. When we come back to Milan, we would definitely stop back at this restaurant. Very good cuisine and dishes, dumplings ok, even if overpriced. Little space but very attentive and kind service. Offers gluten free options. It's a shame that they offer the dumplings individually and then serve them all together making it difficult to distinguish the different types. Good wine on the list too.

Presentation, service, and atmosphere were on point. Food was good, but small. My only recommendation would be to reduce the salt content by 3/4 as the food was extremely salty. Otherwise, a reasonably good Asian restaurant in Milan.

Decent dimsum in Milan but fairly average. Expect small portions, I think the menu is designed to be for one person/portion & you can increase depending on # of people in your party. My husband and I went on a Monday with no reservation right at 12pm noon. It got really busy around 1pm. We ordered 4 dimsum dishes & a noodle dish. I’d recommend the traditional Har Gow & Siu Mai (shrimp dumpings) as they were quite tasty & authentic. The lotus leaf sticky rice was only 1 piece which was also delicious. I was quite disappointed in the daikon turnip cake as it was pretty bland with no fillings so I wouldn’t recommend that. The black bean beef noodles was flavourful but mediocre & smaller than expected. Service was excellent. It was fairly efficient & our waitress was attentive. We spent about €55 overall including a cover charge for both of us. ** I’ll note that I’ve a HK background and we are from Canada so perhaps our expectations are a bit higher than some.

4.5 - it was a nice restaurant with really nice staff. There were Cantonese and English speaking staff. It helped to kill a craving for Asian food after many weeks without. I did also appreciate that you could order one piece of each dimsum item. Some dishes tasted less authentic but were still delicious. The point off is really for the price - it’s quite expensive.
