I will say this place has the best pizza in the area, but its overly expensive. Very friendly staff and the delivery drivers are nice as well.

I give the pizza a 3.5 star rating because I'm used to Jersey and NY pizza. It's pretty good for the area. The employees are friendly and the bathrooms are clean. I have not tried anything else on the menu to really give the food an overall rating. I'll update it another time.

In terms of ingredients, the pizza tasted perfectly fine. My only complaint is that it wasn't cooked as long as it should have. I thought it was cooked through because the bottom looked crispy, but as soon as I went to fold the pizza in half, the bottom layer cracked in half and revealed that the inner layer was completely doughy. All that matters to me is that it didn't make me sick. But, I'm not sure that I particularly enjoy chewing on dough. Staff was nice, place seemed clean and welcoming. Nice area to sit outdoors. Would be great if it wasn't for the doughy-ness.

No frills delicious Italian American food. The portions are big and I love the pasta here. M The only con is that it takes so long to get your order. We waited well past an hour the last time we came

Stopped in for a slice it was just about closing time the pizza was reheated and was old with a burnt bottom and very crispy and dry.At that time of the evening I guess you can pretty much assume that.

Shoot, i get my pizza and its just the bread w/ toppings. May be a bit my fault for assuming there will be tomato sauce and melted cheese on it and the toppings were additionally on top. But man you guys charged like $30 for this too. I feel scammed.

This past Saturday, Feb 28th, ordered a pizza for delivery at night, absolutely enjoyed the pizza, unfortunately the delivery driver while backing up, proceeded to hit my parked vehicle on the driveway and leave the premises without even notifying me about the mishap. Definitely the most expensive pizza ever. Extremely disappointed.

Terrible service, rude staff, would not recommend. Placed a $50 order on doordash and they would not send a few packets of red pepper flakes. The manager lied over the phone and send they don’t have any. My dasher was shocked and told me they have it but don’t want to give it for free but it’s free at the restaurant. I even offered to pay for another item through the app but she was very hesitant to help me. Very disappointed in the service

Ordered a penne vodka pie. There was no vodka sauce on the pizza. The pizza was floppy, and had absolutely no flavor whatsoever. Chicken tasted weird. Penne noodles were plain

I usually order delivery and pay over the phone with my card and tip cash. Two times so far with the same driver I’ve had a tip added to my card without me adding it on card due to paying cash.I called and the guy who answered the phone could care less and pretty much shrugged it off. Pizza comes decent. I’m done giving them my business.

We were regular customers. We placed an order tonight for 1/2 regular pizza 1/2 with mushrooms and black olives. We also ordered an eggplant Parm, garlic knots, and poppers. We received the pizza and it was clear that the driver drove a bit fast because the cheese was everywhere. No big deal. I picked up a slice and the pie was soggy...like uncooked dough. I could only salvage half of the normal slices for my kids. We give the pizza place a call. Well, the manager on the phone told us that mushroom pizza will always be soggy so we live really far but she could get another pie out to us IF we give her the full pie and she literally said the second pie would be the same since mushroom pizza is always like that. We've spent a good deal of money with this place but no more. John's of Arthur Avenue always gets rave reviews and probably doesn't treat their regular customers the way we were tonight.
