I found the employees to be very friendly and accommodating. The restroom was clean which is always a big deal to me. Fast food chain or nice restaurant you can always judge management by how well kept the dining room and restrooms are kept. As far as the food goes it was consistent Jack in the Box quality. I was traveling from east coast to west coast. Due to time change I was up at 4am and hungry. Only restaurant open at that time is JITB. I got a breakfast sandwich and a breakfast platter for my family. Service was fast and food was surprisingly good. Only complaint is I didn’t see a drive through. Would’ve been nice to not have to get out of the car bc it was raining.

Slow, but decent service In 4 years of visiting this Jack in the Box location, I've only once stepped inside the building to place an order. I probably won't be doing it again, but it is no reason to review harshly. I've rarely found any fast food restaurant to be clean in the dinning area. For all the times that I have visited this location, the service has been good, but slow. Although, I've come to expect that Jack in the Box restaurants are slow to serve at the Drive-Thru. This location tends to get a lot of late-night visitors who often place large orders from the Drive-Thru. And with a limited night-time staff, I can understand the slowness. It was told me once by the night shift manager that the owner was not interested in hiring more people. I will continue to visit this location, they are good at making the Jumbo Platter w/o meat, substituting more eggs or pancakes. Roughly 3 in 100 orders are wrong, that's a pretty good failure; rate 3%.

To be brutally honest; I don't usually eat fast food at all. But I couldn't resist a crunchy taco craving I had as I passed by this spot on my way to The Great Mall. I ordered inside; 4 tacos and a cup of water. Service was fast and the ranch with the taco sauce tasted like pure bliss on my crunchy tacos. 🌮 One thing I noticed while I waited for my order, was how much fries they packed in the to go order's, they DO NOT skimp out; the curly fries towered above the brim of the packaging. Usually fast food joints skimp on the fries ESPECIALLY McDonald's, but here I noticed they just hook you up! Recommend this venue. 👌

on the afternoon of OCT 27, 2024 poor staff didn't have any cooks - they are doing their best with the hand they were dealt today. I hope those that were kicking tail to keep up with the demand are given a raise or a respectful appreciation for sticking through unique challenges and stressors.

First time at this location, maybe because we came right around the end of dinner rush, but the man taking our order sounded very over whelmed and kept rushing us to finish our order. Over all good quality is good. Staff seemed nice, we just caught them at a bad time.

Burgers and tacos are good. For veggie burger, you can replace meat with hash browns.. also don't forget to ask for good good sauce 😉..Fries are not crispy so you better skip especially in the evening or night. Would recommend for jalapeno poppers.

Food is almost always barely warm. Tomatoes are frequently mushy. Make sure you have all of your order. Expect to have to park if you go through the drive through. Every once in awhile , if the right employees are working the food is okay/good

I used to like this place . I have been spending my hard earned money here for years!… as of late the individuals here are very incompetent. I always have to correct the person taking the order as far as their ingredients in some of their meals. Lately when I arrive in the a.m. for breakfast there is no hot coffee available. I'm fairly sure the people working here smoke a ton of marijuana or something because they couldn't get my order correct. I placed an order online and got the spicy chicken munchie meal and the ultimate cheeseburger munchie meal. My husband 's cheeseburger was extremely dry and they left off the additional onions that I paid extra for. When I went through the drive thru to pick up my order, I thankfully saw that they failed to include my 4 orders of mini churros which I had to go back through the drive thru to pick up. It wasn't until I was back at my hotel and nearly finished eating that I realized they didn't give me my additional tacos either. I won't be returning to this location and suggest to anyone needing a Jack in the Box fix that they choose a different location.

I ordered two breakfast jacks and two hash brown. The first breakfast sandwich was good. The second had a sour taste like the ham was bad or something. The hash browns were a little undercooked and stuck to the paper so most of it couldn't be eaten. Might come back to this jack but definitely wouldn't get breakfast.

Rude service, for the price of the food it should have tasted much better... they present themselves as a high-end fast food place (if there is such a thing) yet the service & menu are both lacking. These people turn off the customer WiFi as well as electrical outlets. I paid for extra jalapeños and they only put 2 rings on my sandwich so I had to ask for more, they gave me a whole bag after that though. Store was a mess and they do not clean overnight.

When I walked in ... the cook had about 15 tacos all sitting there. I asked for fresh tacos no sauce and they gave me 6 of those cold, "sat out" tacos. I returned them and the cook stood in background insisting and arguing in Spanish that they were hot and fresh... I did not like that attitude. I asked for no ketchup on the 2 sourdough jacks but ketchup was everywhere. Didn't want to return the 2 burgers after having the cook yell over the old tacos. I was glad a JIB (maybe manager) was there to side with me. Overall... food not good and wait time was too long for yucky lukewarm food and served with attitude.

Previously 4 stars. I've increasingly become frustrated with this place. Im guessing management is being strict on employees about how much time someone could wait in the drive thru line. I feel so much frustration when they tell me to wait in the parking only to wait 30 seconds before they come out. Pressuing the employees only makes the service worse and increases the chances of getting your order wrong. Management needs to allow them to take their time. This happens at 4 am when there's only you or 2 others in drive thru its annoying.

The lady at the window had great customer service. But who ever the cook was must of had a bad day because my fries were burnt. I was in a rush so I did not have the option to return the fries. The burger bun was soggy and that was not appealing. But I know every fast food restaurant has a bad day. I will not judge harshly this time. Had to give a review of this place. Unfortunately this is a very close fast food restaurant around my area so I go here quiet frequently. Ordering through the drive thru is just like waiting inside for your food. Once you pay they ask you to park in front and wait around 15 mins for your order. You'll be lucky if you get freshly cook food, I have gotten stale and hard french fries and cold burger. This location keeps getting worst and worst.

Absolutely terrible. The lady had an attitude the whole time then she tried to give me a horribly ripped 5 back as change and made an even bigger fit when I asked her to exchange it. I live close to this location so it’s a go to for fast food. This place is always slow and seems short on staff. Expect a long wait if you do a walk in order cus their focus is on the drive thru. They have messed up on my order multiple time and even not giving me the food I ordered. So triple check your bags. Saw this girl today was handling food with no gloves. She was putting chicken tenders in a box and dump it back in the bin multiple times. I ordered the chicken tender she touched since there was no chicken nuggets. As some of you might know working grave shift can be stressful enough as it is, so you would understand when it comes to food in the area it's kind of scarce, I have been to this Jack in the Box plenty of times during the night shift to wholeheartedly say this is the worst Jack in the Box I have ever been to. The food is either stale, overcooked, or severely downgraded from what's shown on the menu. Now I say that last remark because I know there's different Patty sizes such as "The Cluck" compared to the value menu "Chicken sandwich" Etc, They will always give you the smaller sized patties yet you're paying for the regular sized portions per specified sandwich. I know it's a jack in the box so most would think, "well what do you expect?" And honestly not much but this level of poor quality is astounding to say the least. By all means save your money and go to the McDonald's down the road. As for the customer service it was nice today but more than often when I've went in the past I was met with confrontational attitude.

Visitors beware! I used their drive thru yesterday. The person who took my order would not give back my debit card and I almost drove away without realizing it. When I asked them for the card back, they handed me back my Chase debit card only for me to realize today (the day after) that it was not my card - it was someone else's Chase debit card that had already been made inactive. Then I noticed the fraudulent charges on my banking statement! These were hundreds of dollars of purchases being spent on an obvious spending spree using my debit card, just 1 day after the switch took place. Look, I won't go far as to claim that the person who took my order maliciously switched out my card, but the circumstances do seem very suspicious. Do beware of how they handle your plastic.

Seems every time I pick up an order from here there is always missing food items from order. Ordered jacks party bundle today and was missing 1 order of fries and all 6 tacos. Last time I ordered also missing food. It's an online order how do these mistakes happen often. Also drive thru line takes a ridiculous amount of time.

Went to this Jack in the Box location on Saturday around 1:30p via the drive thru. Employee Lucifer Miles (unsure if real name) took order and my debit card and had me drive around and wait in the front parking lot for my order. Lucifer gave me my meal without my debit card (my bad for forgetting). Went home to eat and rested all day at home. Woke up the next morning and realized my debit card was missing and saw 5 fraudulent charges on my account totaling to almost $500 occurring the Saturday afternoon & evening before while I was at home resting. Returned to this Jack in the Box the very next morning on Sunday to notify staff of my forgotten debit card. Verified with one of the employees that Lucifer’s shift ended @2pm on Saturday (after I ordered) when the fraudulent charges occurred. Spoke with Manager Felipe Contreras on the phone who was presently unavailable asked me to return Monday morning which I did. Felipe Contreras was incredibly rude & disrespectful and insinuated I was lying even when I politely explained to him I hadn’t gone anywhere else or used my card since purchasing my meal there on Saturday. He remained unapologetic. I just needed Lucifer’s name as the last person in possession of my debit card to submit my fraud claim. Bad manager equates to badly managed staff that allows employees to steal debit cards and accuse customers of lying.

I would give a negative rating if possible. This is one of the worst Jack in the Box location. There will be a wait time always and the employees working there are very rude towards the customers. The service provided by its employees is the worst. The same is the case even when I order through doordash or ubereats. The delivery person keeps complaining that they are giving the orders very late and always missing something or the other item in the order when I order online. Even I experienced the same today when I walked into the store.

Got my order wrong, list things on their drive-thru in a way that makes it very difficult for you to get a value menu item. Also, Regularly has you pull out of the drive-thru into their parking lot to get your food when there's no one else in line

The place is infested with ants, i'm not sure if it's a night time thing. But my food was really cold. I came at rabie 1011 at night and I got cold fries. They were missing my cheros, and they never gave me a receipt. So they tried to give me a little bit of a problem when they did find my receipt. They acted as if they did not know. I ordered cheros and tried to make me pay for a different Order of chiros the next day when I came to get a drink well. I will say the next night. The soda machine was infested with ants.The bathrooms are infested with ants.When I went to grab a straw, there were ants all over the straws

Went twice at 11:30am on different days hoping itll be better, place was slow at the drive thru and inside. Waited 25 mins both times, and they forgot half our food as well those both times! Horrible service, not going back to that one again. Slowest one around dont go!

I always have a bad experience when I go to this Jack in the Box, and for many good reasons. Not once have they done my order right. Whether it be one Ultimate Cheeseburger with no mustard or a croissant with only cheese, they never make the order correctly. If I order multiple items, there's always something missing when they hand me my order. That's when I have tell them that they didn't give me an item or two. Every single time when I go through the drive thru, they make me park in front of the building for my food. At first, I didn't have a problem with it. Then, it started to become a constant process. I would only order two cheeseburgers with a side of fries and having to wait up to twenty minutes while parked. Once my food was given to me at the parking lot, I look in the bag and of course, they didn't give me two of my items. I would then have to go in the building with my receipt and even then, they take a while to help you when there's no one else in line. The only reason why I still go here is because it's the closest location to my house and my family members want Jack in the Box once in a while. I don't want an apology or an "explanation" from this location. Why don't you try to do a decent job and maybe, MAYBE you won't get bad reviews? Just try for once. Overall, horrible service, quality, and management.

The worst customer service from this one employee that works there her name is Jessica. I been coming for years she always has bad attitude and bad customer servce really rude shes always mad. They got my order wrong I was explaining to her she gave me an attitude and started arguing with me and my wife. I was expecting just for her to just remake it instead of arguing being aggresive yelling giving attitude and making excuses that they have short staff. Jack in the box should fire her or give her a warning they will loose alot of customers like this. I will never come again to this place again untill shes gone. This acccident happened today 5/25/24 around 9:15pm. I WILL NOT RECCOMEND THIS PLACE THAT HAS AN EMPLOYEE WITH BAD ATTITUDE IF THEY MAKE A MISTAKE THE EMPLOYEE JESSICA GETS MAD....

This place is disgusting and filthy. The restrooms were closed for no reason. The staff was rude, unprofessional, and clearly didn’t want to help—just standing there with unhappy faces. They talk to customers however they want, with zero respect. If I could give 0 stars, I would. Don’t come here.

Looked like I got someone's rejected order or left overs The fries were cold, the croissant almost toasted and cold, the bacon stiff ( I had requested asked for no bacon)...A lil over $10 and what a waste of money. Whatever happened to we won't make it til you order it?

Don't expect to be treated decently if you don't speak Spanish put in an online order said it would be done by 3:03 a.m. sort of to drive through window gave him my name for the order he told me to come inside and then ignores me and has me wait until I say something and then please dumb like which is your order after I already told him I didn't receive my food until 3:18 I asked for barbecue sauce the lady says no but the guy who was serving me as the lady said no reaches for barbecue sauce that I asked for that they clearly had yeah go anywhere else if you don't speak Spanish you're less than at this company

They have little staff and it takes them a long time to give you the food. I wasted my 30-minute lunch and they didn't even give me the food. Very bad service. I wasted my time and money. I will never return to this jack.

Poor service, went thru the drive threw and had to get off to get my order 😫, claiming the person was on break, really so we have to deal with someone on break ro get our food ridiculous 😑

Asked "Abigail" to speak to her manager due to her insanely horrific customer service skills, in addition to half of what we ordered not being in stock, which isn't their fault, however she waited until after I paid and got my receipt before she even told us that four of our items were not available, but we could settle for another "similar" yet completely different form/variation of the items we paid for.

Came to get some food. Everything was good up until after I got my drink went to the soda machine to get song, Powerade, and notice before I start pressing some buttons that there were some ants crawling all over the soda machine and trashcan right next to the soda machine and on the lids and straws and even the napkin dispenser I let an employee know, what’s going on the guy pretty much brushed it off his shoulder and after five minutes just ended up leaving out the door. Finally got a hold of another I’m assuming assistant manager or shift leader employees here and let her know about the situation and at least she was courteous enough to understand, but she also isn’t taking the time out to take care of the situation or having another employee help take care of this. I would make sure if you eat here check your food and everything else.

Edit**No receipt seemed purposeful as I wrote this in front of them all. New workers or not- kindness is key for customer service. Entire order (3meals) took twenty minutes and two workers to finally take it. Making the order and getting out - wow. I'm just flabbergasted. I've worked kfc Sunday nights with only two people in a dinner rush . Never took over thirty minutes for any body 👁️. Guess how many orders were ordered concurrent with mine- and came out first . Luckily they are hiring - shows the company ethic in the ad -Typo says get a JIB. 🤡
