Always a treat, great burgers, great timing, service was good just a little automatic but not rude at all. As always, a great choice for easy quick and good on-the-way food.
Whataburger has been around for a very long time and this simple Toasted double burger (sweet & spicy bacon - what I had) was one of the best I've had from any Whataburger
Very clean and the staff very helpful, they ask if we needed refills and even threw our thrash, I was very impressed 👍
The food is great and does a bunch of things other burger spots wouldn't like putting Vocado on a burger or chicken sandwich same goes for Pico de Gallo. Plus they allow customers to customize their burger any way they want it.

I stop to pick up breakfast very often and it’s always the same girl at Curbside… She is very polite and always makes sure I am happy with my order.. People like her makes you be positive the rest of the day… She always gives me good vibes!! Thank You Curbside Lady!!!
Had the Buffalo Chicken Strips and they were great. Service was great. The cashier was courteous and got our order right. Did not have to wait to place the order and only a short wait till our order was brought to our table. Can't go wrong with Whataburger
So the best thing about any Whataburger is the commitment to making sure all its customers are served hot and great food. This restaurant had great service, the servers were very friendly and welcoming, and as always the food was AWESOME!
Mission Whataburger is the best WB I have eaten at in the RGV. It has been for years and continues to be. IMO

this location is the best hands down. seriously takes pride in wht they serve..I live close to the location on la Homa in Mission and will never go back always cold sloppy burgers just horrible. I asked for a Cobb salad no bacon, no chicken. Got home grill chicken on it. Other than that service was good, but had to wait more than 15to get to the window and pay and then after that it was about another 10. I’ve come before to this Whataburger they are pretty fast during the day but night it’s just a bit slower. Food was delicious as always fresh and crispy.

Either they forget or don't know what grilled onions or grilled jalapeños means. They always mess up my order everytime. The cook needs to read the screen more carefully
The food is always, well, most of the time. However, the server Marlen is always exceptional by providing excellent service and recognizing people when she sees them. Not many can provide excellent service, as Marlen has.
I was visiting Texas and had to try this place. The staff and service were great. The food was good but a little greasy (but I am not shocked). I would go back if I lived closer. Thanks! Vin

I come here everytime im coming from Mexico to the USA. Not bad service good burgers, fries and everything. I like the chicken strips. Clean for the most part and also so are the bathrooms. Clean bathrooms are very important to me. Good and energetic staff, definitely managed well. 👍

I used to work at Whataburger myself. With that being said: the burger was steaming fresh, cheese nicely melted, toasted bun was crunchy and the fries were fresh! The way it’s supposed to be made; Delicious! Need I mention the amazing customer service? Well done guys and girls! Whatever crew that was working on 7/8/2020 around 4:00pm, you all are great!
I have never been here at this location. Whoa!! I was so super impressed. I wished I remember the young man who took care of me. He was so courteous, professional, repeated my order to assure thatvwas what was ordered. I havw been to some other Whataburgers, sad to say no one really listened. The young man that day did. Very respectful and always smiling. Thank 😊 🙏 you so much. Will definitely return.

I was an Lyft heading back home from dropping off my car at the shop. The Lyft lady made sure to tell me the most she could wait was five minutes. My order was ready before then jampacked OK Service.

This Whataburger has great employees that are friendly and pay attention to what the customer orders. If you have read any other of my posts involving french fries, you know I love them cooked 2x...extra extra crunchy with no salt. At this location, they got it right the first time. Perfect. It was a pleasant surprise.

The burger combo was perfect for a quick and tasty meal. I was genuinely surprised by the flavor of the meat — it’s nothing like your typical fast food burger. It was delicious, juicy, and well-prepared. You can really taste the quality in every bite. It definitely surpassed many other fast food places I’ve tried. A great option if you’re looking for speed without compromising on flavor or freshness. Highly recommended!

If you're picking up food make sure you check your order before you leave. Every time I pickup, there's something missing from my order. Today was no different. I'm done with this place. Fed-up. I'm trying a different Whataburger from now on.
In my opinion and others, this particular Whataburger is the best. Always clean. Staff is always helpful & kind. Management is available and engaged. We often go out of our way to go to this specific location.
I wish there were more stars for the staff. Upon entering a gentleman greeted us. The young lady at the register was phenomenal. Very friendly and helpful. She even wished us a good day when we left and said " we will be here when you come back". Very impressive. The breakfast was delicious.

I am a big fan of Whataburger, and really enjoy the options of food they offer, but this rating is mostly to this location. Recently staff has become more inattentive, it multiple occasions have orders come out wrong... from wrong milkshakes, wrong drinks, not removing the asked ingredients to getting the whole meal wrong. Unfortunately their management is not the best... Sometimes I wait for food and receive it cold, like if my food was ready and they just left it sitting on the counter... I enjoy Whataburger but dealing with the same mistakes multiple times really ruins your meal and the image of such great food chain Edit1: I recently ordered once again and the lack of attention is no longer an accident but a description of the service. This whataburger has a horrible service and it seems there is no intention of fixing the service Edit 2: 5-5-21 Food service has gotten better and it must be recognized, I will change my rating to 4 (from 2)
It's great to see young workers working there!, however, orders weren't quite what were asked for. Ie., some cheeses not wanted were left in. Lettuce, onions & tomatoes requested forgotten. My sweet n spicy sauce was left out & fries weren't super fresh / hot!Otherwise, friendly service & food was good! Keep trying! Thanks!

Too crowded no spare tables had to wait and my debit card w BBVA bank from Mexico was not accepted i see no reason why and no explanation given. Will call my bank monday. Thks
The food is okay; it's not that good. I would've given this place three stars, but the staff are kind, the restrooms are clean, and its fast service. I wouldn't go here daily, but that's my opinion. If you're a fan of Whataburger, then I’d recommend this Whataburger. The main reasons I come here (rarely), is because of my grandparents and my dad. So I'd recommend this Whataburger if you like Whataburger.
Whataburger!!! What's up!?!? First time at a Whataburger in years and it didn't disappoint. Got a patty melt and a classic Whataburger and order of fries. Everything tasted great. The store was clean and service was good. It took a little longer than what I would have liked to receive our food, but it was pretty busy. And this says a lot about it. Being busy is a great way to show that you can deliver a good product! Nice job everyone! There isn't a Whataburger where I live, so I may even go back for another round! Cheers!
Food took forever to receive after we placed the order through drive thru and that’s because there was only one vehicle ahead of us when we arrived. I ordered the honey butter chicken biscuit and the chicken inside the biscuit was a small chicken strip 🥹
It took more than 20 minutes to get my ready. It was just #13. I understand there was a huge line. But the young lady that charged and gave me my small order did not empathized with the long wait, not even an apology, or even a thank you for you order.
Ate the new mushroom swiss burger. It was way too big with two patties for me. They should have made it with a single patty. For me all the portion sizes are way too big and you overeat here. I came here because my wife dragged me but I'll eat healthier somewhere else. The place was very clean. I love the service. They brought my food to the table. The fries are some of the best around.
Ordered food on the mobile app for faster service, opted to go inside for pickup. It felt as if you need to know someone that works there to get good service as employees ordering food to go at the end of their shift and friends of employees got the fastest service and royal treatment. I sat there for half hour past the time the app said my food would be ready by. I asked one guy if he could check on my order and totally blew me off and continued to get orders out to his friends who were also waiting. I asked another guy and he went and grabbed my food that had been sitting at the drive-thru counter for half hour. So it was ready, the first guy just didn't bother to help me. I get home, and the order was wrong. You pay extra for items on your burger, and they don't add them. I've called in the past to let them know they got my order wrong and I guess, "we're sorry" fixes that. I will say that I get better service in the drive-thru line. Ditch the app, it claims skip the line, but you don't. You just end up eating cold food.
We ordered 2 milkshakes. We waited 10 minutes and nothing. Mind you, we were inside and were watching what they were doing. We saw a lady ordered a milkshake and they gave it to her right away! By then it had been 15 minutes, I told a lady I ordered 2 milkshakes and been waiting for 15 mts, the lady you gave her the milkshake just ordered it. She apologized and gave them to us, but somehow we both ended up being sick that night and the milkshakes were the only thing we had drank!
Half the time, part or all of the order is incorrect. Update: they're worse, especially if you order in app. Supposedly it's more beneficial to order in the app. Today and previously, 90% of the time it is not so (for me or other customers). I stood at the counter 12-15 minutes... with a manager knowing I was waiting for my order. Come to find out, they had finished it and put it to the side (by drive thru window) as if I had not arrived yet. Fries were cold and chewy, my honey barbecue chicken strip sandwich was soggy.
Used to be the best burgers in Texas, Not lately! At least not on this location, burgers were cold and this is not the first time it happened. On my last few visits on the last 6 months it's the same every time. It seems like they already have the burgers ready and all they do is add the extras and maybe that's why the meat and buns were cold. Pretty disappointed on the product.
First time trying whataburger and disappointed in my experience. Busy location dining area was dirty, trash on floor and dirty tables. Had to eat in my vehicle and the unsweetened tea was out only had sweet tea. Food was decent and good price for what you get! But won't be coming back to this location.
The worst , made me sick and the patty melt was squashed chicken sandwich felt and looked like they been sitting . Didn’t bother to reclaim anything because everyone looked irritated
I have never depended on fast food more than i have these last couple of months. I feel like these places know this fact and feel like the level of care has diminished. Missing items long wait times despite using their curbside service. I need them to know that they must do better.
You can never go wrong with whataburger, what dose go wrong at this place is when your being rushed to order and get you out of the way for the next client to just repeat the same additude, and its not the 1st time or 2nd or 3rd its been multiple time that iv had this issue at this whataburger location, and because of that, I end up getting something I didn't want at the end, and that's even after I tell them, "please give me a moment im looking at the menu to see what I would like to get", and theres been time there are others that are with me in the car that are also still deciding on there order, and not a min gone by and im being rushed to give out my order, and I repeat myself again, "give me just a few mins to decide please", with a with the sound of low ughh going though the speker from the employee, and like i said before the issue is repeated, ........from the time I got the speaker, to the time I was told that im going to order 3x back to back, that was a spanned of 2mins not even exaggerating, even after I nicely told the employee to please give me a few mins to choose what I want ,....... like i said the food is good but..... this whole, "choose your food now and go get out of here" is not a welcoming and a courteous place to ordered through the drive-thru, this is the only whataburger I have this issue with, and now I debate if i want to go there and get treated like this or go to a farther location where I know I dont have this issue or just go to a different restaurant in general, other than that when dinning-in, its a whole different story...... other than that please be courteous drive-thru, the pay is by the hour not by commission on how many cars you can get out the way as fast as you can
I have never had a bad experience here at this whataburger until last night. So I was at the drive thru and ordered a # 1 and a Kids meal which is free mind you, since they have a sign that says you can get one free if you buy a combo, anyways so I'm told to go to the outter lane and the employee comes out and says it's 25 something, I was like what 25 for one combo, That isn't right obviously in which I only ordered 1 combo, and she replies well I don't know I can't fix it, I wasn't the one who took your order, I then replied well I'm not paying for something I didn't order. She stormed off back inside making faces mind you like if it was my fault in the first place ?? She then comes back and tries to charge me now 18 for 1 combo, I was like mam that still isnt right, I only ordered 1 combo and the kids meal is free?? Shes like well I dont know, They messed up the order, looking upset. I then again asked her to go fix this error which was theirs obviously. She leaves again, and brings me 5 dollars and change and says well they charged you two kids meals, and I have to pay you out of my box for the error. Long story short , was charged incorrectly, twice and then they got my order wrong all together, When I got home it was completely opposite of what I ordered!! I was disappointed and upset, this has never happened here, and their service has never been this unpleasant. I'M not sure if I will return after this. To get treated this way after it was their error?? Not cool whataburger. Get it together please and train your staff some manners as well! Disappointed customer 😑
I waited in line for 40 minutes just to get my food cold just to get a bad luck from one of the servers. Had my food brought to me by this big guy that didn’t even want to stand next to my truck, like if I was gonna bite him or something. I had to stretch out my broken arm to get my food. Not even a “sorry for the wait” or “here’s a free coffee for the wait”. One of the packets was already open from the bottom so all the ketchup got on my khaki pants, when I tried reaching in for a napkin, nothing was in the bag. Look I get it you guys were in a rush, and there was a lot of people but at the same time why hasn’t management given you the resources to help out and make everything more seamlessly? I’m not blaming the workers. I’m blaming the management for poor leadership.
Curbside service is always great, but for some reason, sometimes orders are messed up when I asked for a simple plain and dry burger With only cheese, they never put napkins, pepper or ketchup pay for extra ranch and they always forget it. Today this was the dirtiest I see the restroom early morning.
Ok, I’ll cut them some slack because it is New Years Day BUT, I’ve been waiting a long while for my food. Ordered on the phone at home to skip the line and they told me that it would be ready in 15 mins. I gave them 17 mins just to be sure, but I get here and lo and behold, they haven’t even started making my order until after I paid. Even when another customer arrived after me, his order came out before mine. I understand that I hadn’t paid so they didn’t want to make it until I paid but I’ve been waiting officially more than 55 minutes since I placed my order on the phone. Very disappointed in their service today and even though it’s been fast other times, there isn’t many people here. I didn’t even get offered a discount or something to mitigate the time I spent waiting. Once again, I want to reiterate that this doesn’t happen often but I’m writing this review to voice how I got treated today.

Good God, if you make the mistake of ordering drive thru plan to stay plus 30 minutes because you are stuck, If you order inside it is still another 30 minutes. It's not even busy its 9:00a.m. and it's an OK burger.
$50 Drive thru order: no ranch for my salad, not a single ketchup. Fries were stale. Check your order before you leave that way you don't find out at home that your missing things.
This pandemic era has affected businesses, I understand that. Burgers are not the same anymore, taste is just not the same, they were never picture perfecto but lately it looks like a Picasso painting. The service was terrible, on the drive threw, they sent me to the second line, and I was there for over 20 minutes waiting to get served. When I finally reached I asked if I he could hurry up cause of my lunch hour.. Right there I felt the push where he was taking alot more with my food. He forgot the catup and the mustard, so he went back for them one at a time.... unreal.. Terrible service.. please get better at your jobs.. or go work somewhere else..
This Whataburger needs to do better. Every time I come it’s a disappointment. David needs to train employees better. In drive thru it’s supposed to be first come first serve, been here over 20 mins and 3 cars that came after left first. I have been to other Whataburger franchise and I don’t get this kind of service. Maybe this restaurant supervisor needs to be changed; and to top it off I got very few fries and everything is cold.
I've picked up food several times from this location and my order is wrong every time or isn't cooked right. The employees generally look upset when I've dined in.
I ordered a 13# and asked to what a size the order. And make the fries “extra extra extra extra” fries. They nest up once and didn’t mark it down. I wait extra time. To have crispy large fries and the give me a medium. And then the bread was squished in like out of frustration. Plus I didn’t get my recipe back. Just to come home to a bad order when given a second chance. 😠 it was just one order, should have been that hard.
At 11:30 on Thursday night, me and my mom when to this whataburger to grab a late night bite and it was a total let down. We try to order a breakfast platter but they said that it was unavailable and switch to a small size of the cheap version of the McDonalds happy meal and then, We decide to order an Hamburger instead and it the order was not given to us properly. The drink was not serve right (They had to change it), the burger was cold and not warm and the fries was stale and crisped. This Whataburger location used to be worth coming to because everything used to be fresh but now because of the new babysitting generation the food is stale and cold. Please bring back the former glory taste of Whataburger that we use to enjoy.
Worst experience of my life. I had to wait 35 min for one chicken sandwich. The drive thru wasn’t moving so I assume people were waiting a long time as well. As I paid for my food, I saw a young lady poking her nose and rubbing it on her pants, other employees were texting on their phones, laughing, and not paying attention. After paying, I waited 19 min for my order only to find out I was missing items. I told them and they said they needed to inspect the bag and recheck the receipt. They did this in such a way as to make me uncomfortable as if I was lying to get a free meal. I waited another 16 min for one chicken sandwhich. This is the worst whataburger in all of the rio Grande valley! I am from Chicago and couldn’t wait to have me some whataburger only to have the worst experience of my life!! Keep away from here!
Bad customer service . Bad deal ! The guy at the window was on the phone having a conversation leaving all the work to the lady working. I had ordered a Whata size combo and the guy gave me the wrong zizes in drinks and fries. He even called the lady to talk to me . No team work at all. The lady did an excellent job and she had to get everything straight. The guy stayed on the phone having his conversation. Sad , but true
I’ve been to many Whataburger’s but this one had the worst customer service. The young man outside taking orders on a iPad type device just sounded rude didn’t sound like he was happy that he was outside. When I got to the to the first window, The young lady made no eye contact, kind of swipe the card out of my hand gave me back my card with my receipts and again never making eye contact and said “move up”. What happened to Whataburger with the friendly attitude and made you feel like family?
This location is not longer 24 hours? 10:50 and they said it was closed

My friend and I stopped by after a movie, do not recommend going. It was around midnight dinning room was empty. My friend and I were surprised with how fast the food came out, but quickly we found out why. Food was old thats why it came out quick. I ordered a BOB and the cheese wasn’t even melted on it. The sausage was clearly over cooked and dry. On top of that the food wasn’t even hot!! My friends chicken was dry and just not even hot! I mean i would have rather waited a bit and have hot food!!
I had a terrible experience at Whataburger. When I got my order, the burger was completely thrown together — the bun was squashed, toppings were everywhere, and it looked like no care was taken at all. On top of that, it looked like someone had actually spit on the burger. I don’t know what went wrong, but this was unacceptable. Definitely won’t be coming back anytime soon.
horrible, took 50 MINUTES just to give me a burger and fries, that I had ordered ahead of time online. and still hey we’re chitchatting with people who weren’t working and giving everyone else their order that cause mine to back up. you don’t even deserve the 1 star
Writing this review in real time: I called in my order (taquito and a BOB... hat's it) 33 minutes ago, and the lady one the phone said: "It will be ready in 5-10 minutes." I'm still sitting in the drive through waiting for my food. 35 minutes now. Aaaaand I got PART of my order 38 minutes after calling it in.
My husband ordered my favorite, the avocado bacon burger and SPECIFICALLY asked for no onions. I am deathly allergic to onions. Cashier Alberto S and the lady with the headset on, still served my burger WITH onions. Order 559936, 10/30/24, 3:24pm. Unless you want to waste your money, because I ordered to go, CHECK IN STORE.
We were there after 11pm and were told they can’t serve taquitos bc they didn’t have enough staff to make the food. We were told to wait an extra 20 mins before they will begin to serve breakfast food.
Whataburger is no longer what it used to be. The burgers taste bland as if they have no seasoning at all and every single chicken item on the menu is either overcooked and dry or extremely greasy. I guess they longer care....
Literally terrible, they messed up all of our orders in some way. They forgot to give us gravy for our chicken strips, didn't take out the tomatoes and onions in one order, and didn't give us straws. One burger was squished and looked like it was terribly thrown together, and we requested just for a patty melt to be cut in half and they couldn't even do that.
The policy is no dogs in the restaurant, however, there were 3 loud dogs in there. The place is dirty. The experience as a whole was unpleasant.
It’s Ridiculous how long they take when you’re the only car here in the Drive thru I’ve been waiting for 12 minutes now. Y’all should fix this, it’s a Drive thru and people need to get to work. That’s why it’s called a fast food restaurant.

Placed a large order, and they forgot an entire meal, a salad. This wasn't the first time they've forgotten something in my order. Its become a routine now that anytime i order i have to pull over and check to make sure i have everything i ordered. Edit:11/11/23: Just ordered a number 2, and they forgot a whole piece of bread 😅
I walked into the establishment this morning and got treated like dirt. It was clear from the get go that Melissa P did not appreciate my business. She walks up and says "yes" I responded "oh you must mean welcome to Whataburger and how may you help". Her nor the staff's demeanor never swayed from the unwelcomed vibes. I'm not sure if it's because I'm black but I have no other belief to go on. I remained cheerful and friendly the whole time but in the end I still felt unwelcomed like my money had dookie on it or something. Let's tighten up on that team. Thanks
Ordered a breakfast on a bun with bacon and sausage and a honey butter chicken biscuit sandwich and didn’t even receive the honey butter biscuit sandwich along with the salsa I asked for
fries and chicken were old and reheated. coke had no syrup, just soda water
Ordered with my rewards, also paid for extra strips and drink and got nothing but two chicken strips on meal with a half container of fries. Called location over 30x’s and spent about 1hr I asked employee if I could have it fresh and that I was willing to wait with no problem and still got it incorrect!!!! Team doesn’t seem to care about their location growth and customers. Be better. Or don’t do what u do at all. I will Nvr buy at this location ever
People in the kitchen should check the curbside orders correctly this is already my 5th time that I'm missing something. It's annoying. I understand you guys are busy but uou guys can't verify the orders before giving it to the customers.
Worst service ever!! Ordered through mobile app and didn’t receive our order till an hour later. Everything was cold and wrong.
In the early mornings the golfers think they run this restaurant 🙄 and to top it off they're so loud, obnoxious and annoying 😑 so therefore I give it 1 star
Every time we go though the drive though they always give us cold fries when not busy. And what ever fries they do give us sometimes less then the kids size. Would they give their DM his order the same way. Please let me know if you do, I would love to see that.
Not really a complainer but I asked for 3 things (mayo, points to be scanned, and extra sauce) today and they went 0/3. Very disappointing stop after class
Ordered a number 8 with a regular coffee. They came out and said they didn’t have any regular coffee ready, just decaf. I politely told them I would wait when the regular was available. Finished my combo, and still waited 15 minutes. It wasn’t even a busy afternoon. Worst Whataburger service ever in my life.
