I love this place! Their icy is delicious! My favorite snack is the spring rolls the service can be slow at times but I understand. They're very kind people and I enjoy coming here :)

Awesome place to go after or before classes for a cup of tea! I love the variety and the friendly atmosphere. I love their taro milk tea with tapioca. I can honestly say I've tried everything on the menu except the italian sodas which are up next!

Lovely atmosphere, besides having a friendly staff, the cafe has board games, a foosball table, and several comfy chairs to relax in. The staff always greets us when we come in, and is willing to work with you. Example: On Wednesday's they have a student discount, and if one of our friends forget their Student ID, they'll give them the discount by asking what highscool we go to or having another member, who has their ID, vouch for them. It's nice to have a company trust customers! The food is also wonderful, while I haven't tried their bubble milk tea, which is their main product, but their Icy's are so tasty! I have tried both the Mango Strawberry and Strawberry Lemonade Icy's, and they both rock! The Strawberry Lemonade Icy isn't on the menu, but they let you customize your drink, blending two flavours, at no extra charge. (No extra charge picking flavor, there is an extra charge for stuff such as Jellies and Tapioca Pearls.) Their Combo meals are great deals too, actually less expensive to get a combo then to get all the items seperate. I typically get the T-Pop Chicken combo; the chicken is good quality, no gross fatty bits, and the crunchy stuff has an almost sweet flavor. If you're nearby, I highly recommend you check them out. I come almost every week with my friends, specifically Wednesday's for the 20% student discount!

I've been going to T-cups for about two years. There's plenty of food places to enjoy in downtown Modesto, but I go here because the food is consistently good, the owners and staff are always friendly, and the prices are good. I also have a passion for tea, so if you are a tea drinker then definitely pick up a hot, cold or icy tea from them (and maybe a funnel cake too!).

Love the sandwiches, completely different to everywhere else! And the savory omelettes are excellent. Not tried too many sweet items but if they're anywhere near as good as the sandwiches it would be great

Place is always super nice and food is great. The staff are always kind and help you with any types of questions you have. Also wide range of food to enjoy and try. A definite place to try out if you're looking for a fun little cafe type place to hand out

There's a great atmosphere in this place and the workers are incredibly nice. There's a long selection of teas, milk teas, pearls, and jellies. (I will admit I'm not even sure if they sell anything else, because it's the only thing we ever get). I recommend the mango tea!

Went while visiting my girlfriend in Modesto. Very cute space, friendly staff and amazing bubble tea!! the cashier gave us a punch card to stamp every time we got tea. hope to come back again!

I had only tried a smoothie and tea from this place before so I finally decided to try the food. The food was really good, I got the cheesesteak and the strawberry & kiwi crepe. The people are very nice and the service was great. I also got the mango smoothie. I typically don’t eat lunch so I hadn’t tried the food before but I will definitely go back.

There was only one employee present to take orders and cook, yet she was very helpful, kind, and patient. The savory crepe (chicken) was excellent. In particular, I like the crunchy crepe wrap. I demolished it so fast the employee thought I was bringing my food back to get a to-go box. Boba tea was good a well.

From the time I arrived and greeted I had a good feeling about this place the food was overwhelmingly delicious using only the freshest ingredients available. The owners provide a safe and positive place where young people could hang out and enjoy themselves. What a priceless treasure. I’m very appreciative of the owners. If you're in a hurry, calling in your order is the best way to ensure your food is ready fast. Otherwise, enjoying the vibrant colors and the books and board games in the seating area is a great way to spend the time waiting for your food. Highly recommended!

Right next to Brenden Theaters. My favorite was always the Taro smoothie with Boba, my kids the funnel cake with Nutella and their different flavor Boba smoothies. I highly recommend this place!

The cafe itself is very fun to take friends to, and the people who work here are so sweet! They have a large menu, including a wide selection of flavors for tea as well as desserts, snacks, and lunches. The tea is not the greatest I've ever had, but it's such a great atmosphere, and the prices are so good that it's worth coming back to (again and again). P.S. My friend ordered some curly fries and they were delicious 😋

I got the black bubble milk tea and I can't say I was a huge fan of it. I also got teapot chicken and cream cheese wontons which were really good. The lemon tea is also really good. I would visit again👍🏿👍🏿

I can mix flavors and there is plenty of variety for boba, sweets, or a quick bite to eat. Price is reasonable, and staff is friendly. Although their assortment of teas isn't as traditional, there is still plenty of things to offer from this place. Vegetarian friendly.

Love the teas, my go to is Honeydew milk tea with mango jelly...yum. Fries are too crispy for me, sweet potato fries are just right. Tried a savory crepe (Hawaiian), it was good but for me the crepe itself was too sweet for the stuffing.

Thons Cream cheese it’s so good they make my mouth watery delicious way better than the Chinese restaurants crap these are right perfect and their ice cream the pecan so good cost six dollars just for eight of them except the worth it

Staff is friendly, the place is great. I think the food is good, only criticism is I wish the bread wasn't so hard for the sandwiches because the grilled beef is one of my favorites and I wish the egg rolls had more seasoning because it tastes bland to me. The drinks are pretty good.

The owners are always super friendly. The food is very affordable and they have a pretty wide selection of items. You do get a stamp card any time you order one of their boba or milk teas which is worth it. However, their boba has been repeatedly expired. Being a regular, I felt comfortable enough to ask the owner how good their boba was today. He said it was good and I walked out and took one sip and it was completely old and mushy. I had to throw the drink away.

This is a place I ultimately go to when I am in Downtown Modesto but not really one I would go out of my way to go to or my number one Boba place. Menu is overwhelming and most food there is pretty average. Food and drinks are fairly cheap though which is good. I like that it has a lot of space and is good place to chill and hang out when you have extra time. As long as the food and drink improve at some point, then this can easily be a five-star.

Cute nostalgic little spot. I had the funnel cake with green tea ice cream and some whipped cream. It was very tasty. I recommend everyone go at least once. For a tiny place they have a variety of food.

The tea was good and fresh tasting tea. I got lobster balls and cream cheese wontons. Both were good but the cream cheese wo tons were burnt to hell I had to take the edges off and it was hard because they were so hard.

I came here before and it was pretty great. 2nd time come around and got as worse and it can get. Honey dew tasted like soap. Found two pieces of hair in my popcorn chicken. Closest thing to lollicup… looks like I will continue to go Stockton for the popcorn
