What a lovely little restaurant! The food is amazing and very much home made Italian. Family run and honestly one of the best places to lunch at lake Como. Eren the cat will surely keep you entertained.
Amazing!! It is situated in a quiet area of lake como and has views of the lake from the tables outside. The food is the best authentic Italian food I have had. Felt nothing but home made and was soulful food. Definitely a must try restaurant.

A very nice quiet restaurant to enjoy your meal in lake Como. The atmosphere is absolutely stunning and delight, no doubt about that. The food is good but not great imo. The veal is very nice to try, the fish is good, the cake is bit too hard but the taste is good. Overall if you gonna go here for the atmosphere and the experience it is a good choice.

I was lucky to stumble upon this hidden gem—a family-run treasure nestled in the hills of Cernobbio—not long after I moved here. Words can hardly do justice to an experience of dining on the terrace in summer months, basking in the sunlight, with the awe-inspiring views of Lake Como as your backdrop. Pair that with a Negroni and an array of local fish dishes (think marinated smoked perch, risotto, and perfectly grilled fish), and you’re in for something truly special. In the colder months, the cozy table by the fireplace sets the scene for a different kind of magic. After a meal of exquisite meats—braised beef, homemade pasta, or roasted veal with polenta—a café corretto with grappa is the perfect way to end the evening. I absolutely love this place. It’s as authentic and local as it gets, yet the culinary delights are anything but simple. Don’t just take my word for it—skip the center of Como, take a quick 7-minute drive, and see for yourself.
Superb service - thank you for looking after us today Amazing food. Thank you for reminding me of great Italian dishes I used to eat as a child. The quality of the ingredients is the best you can get locally! What a view! The lake never lets you down. I recommend Casseouela… traditional Milanese dish… it comes with polenta (artisanal) … And if you’re a true foodie you got to try Tripoa con fagioli. I wished I had more room to try the lake fish….
A beautiful family run restaurant with stunning views and a romantic yet buzzy atmosphere. The food was authentic and very tasty and the staff were amazing. We actually rented a scooter, which ran out of battery (an emergency!) but the staff helped save us - thank you! A gem of a restaurant in Como that we highly recommend!
Great food and stunning patio views
A historic trattoria with a gorgeous fireplace, big terrace and beautiful view of the lake. It’s been in the same hands for generations, which the menu of local foods and warm service certainly shows. A great spot for a meal if you want a traditional laghee experience.
Wow, 140 years over 6 generations. The quality of the food and service speak for itself, Matteo and his brother always serve with happiness and smile. We will be back for sure!

Been here for a lunch with a colleague in November 23. Food is delicious and felt homemade. But what really stands out is the incredible atmosphere and the stunning lake view. Service was excellent too. Totally recommended and will definitely eat here again.
Very cosy place feeling like home: a chimney and sharing a table with another couple. The team recommended us typical dishes (sliced beef and polenta) which was not on the menu.
If you are looking for an authentic, family owned and managed traditional Italian restaurant this is the place for you. Here you can find great traditional dishes from northern Italy. Service is great and during the warm days it's possible to eat on their terrace with a beautiful view overlooking Lake Como.
Family of 4 with two small kids. We had a great experience. Very comfortable tables on the deck with a beautiful view. Kids got pasta with tomato, simple version of the ragu. The meat and cheese antipasto was fresh and great. The pasta was delicious and home made. We didn’t make it to the fish courses, too full.
Hidden gem. Went twice in as many days whilst staying down the road, and would happily eat there every day for the rest of my life. The staff are lovely, the food and house wine is incredible, real home-cooked dinner with a lovely view over como. Belissimo!
This evening was our second in a few days. This is not a restaurant, we felt privileged to be invited into the family home with an amazing view of Lake Como.
