We ordered the gluten-free piadina; I was afraid it would be thick and stringy, but it wasn't. It was thin, light, and delicious; it's hard to find like this. Thank you so much.

I went there on a Thursday for lunch and tried the "Menu of the Day" with piadina of the day, water, and coffee. The staff were friendly and helpful, and the service was excellent, with an electronic disc that beeps when it's time to pick up the piadina. The piadina was large (the photo doesn't do it justice), but today it was with sausage, cheddar, mayonnaise, and ketchup, and a generous and filling. I was very satisfied!

I tried this piadina shop for the first time... I'm completely satisfied and it's definitely a valid alternative to the other places on the 45th parallel... There are various types of piadinas, even for vegans and vegetarians.

Excellent piadina shop located on North 45th Street. It's often crowded at lunchtime thanks to the quality of the food and the service. The salads are also very tasty and plentiful (the chicken salad is pictured). As mentioned, the service is excellent thanks to the kindness and professionalism of the waitresses. Despite the small size and the high traffic at peak times, the staff demonstrates a command of the place. Recommended.

Tried it during my lunch break: despite the place being quite crowded, service was very quick. There are several piadinas to choose from, including vegetarian options. The ingredients are tasty and plentiful. The prices are reasonable, with an average piadina costing around €5.

The buzzer they give you after you book is a really ingenious idea, letting you know when it's ready, so you can wait outside. The service is fast, and the option to create your own piadina, including choosing the type of pastry, is excellent! Just a word of advice: don't bother with the squacquerone cheese, as it melts completely in the hot piadina and comes out everywhere.

The piadina was excellent, but the service was terrible. Besides adding tomatoes to the piadina (which aren't listed in the ingredients on the menu, and fortunately I'm not allergic), the girls behind the counter don't even say hello, and it really feels like they're doing you a favor by serving you. I don't expect restaurant-like service at a piadina shop, but I think a hello and a half-smile, especially in these situations, are the bare minimum. I've been here several times and decided to leave a review because the service has consistently been poor.

I ordered a Green piadina. The main ingredient was grilled eggplant. Too bad it was just eggplant skin! You know when you slice an eggplant and the first slice is just the peel? Inside, I had about 7 or 8 pieces like that, undercooked and extremely tough, so much so that I couldn't chew them. I mentioned this to the staff and was told that if I'd told them earlier, they'd remake the piadina. I explained that the point was different. I'd already eaten the piadina after removing all those pieces, and I finished thinking there wouldn't be all scraps. The point is, they can't afford to serve scraps to customers. Plus, the prices aren't cheap. The girl looked at me and couldn't even apologize. Terrible food and service.

Good morning everyone, It's rare for me to leave such negative reviews. I walked 2 km in the cold to get to this restaurant, with a 15-year-old dog, because there were 3 vegan piadinas on the menu. When I arrived, the person told me they no longer had vegan piadinas and suggested vegetarian ones. How can you suggest a vegetarian dish to a vegan?! Only the opposite is possible!!! I think an effort could have been made, or does it mean that all these dishes are already prepared and packaged in advance. So nothing is made on site? I returned to my hotel, 2 km away, it was even colder and the dog couldn't rest. There was nothing else nearby unless we walked another 2.8 km, and it was too late for delivery. I haven't eaten anything all day! It's inconceivable that I wasn't offered an alternative. Finally, if it's a pre-packaged bag, I avoided eating products we probably don't know much about...
