absolutely delicious. xiao long bao were on point, sheng zhen bao were juicy and delicious, and the beef noodle soup was phenomenal!!!!

New place at time of writing. Seems pretty good. Staff are responsive and the food is pretty good. Good flavor and ingredients but make sure you eat your xiao long bao first!

This place is amazing. Im always on the prowl for legit Xiao long bao, and 1st Dumpling doesn't disappoint. The won ton soup is also amazing.. I was seated at opening and served my dishes within 5 minutes. The staff is friendly and attentive. I'll definitely be back!

Really good food just make sure you go emty stomack

Nice atmosphere and kind service. Pan fried pork bun and wonton soup was very good and fresh. The waitress and the owner was very nice and greeted everyone. Would recommend.

such an amazing dining experience, Customer service is top-tier, Not sure if it’s a father son duo but they are amazing!! The food phenomenal from the hot & spicy soup to the fried rice and chow mein!! Lots of food we had plenty of left overs!! 10/10 recommend this spot! We are from the San Fernando Valley about an hour drive from here, But I will be coming to Montclair just for the spot. Thanks again keep up the good work.

Soup dumplings were really good, Also enjoyed the huge the shrimp that came with the shrimp fried rice. We got our food fast too so all an all really great meal.

Interesting. Found a restaurant makes fresh handmade xiao long bao in Montclair. The xiao long bao is juicy and is a good starter if you haven't tried any before.

We’ve been coming here since their soft opening and it has quickly become a family staple. We are always greeted when we walk in, and the owner always manages to stop and say hello. The xiao long bao and chili oil wontons are a must try, but they have so many other dishes to offer. Not to mention, the portion sizes are enough to enjoy with your group. I love that my kids love it. If you’re ever wanting to try somewhere new, I definitely recommend going. They have a customer for life! 😊

I’m a dumpling connoisseur and this place has my heart! The beef noodle soup was so hearty and full of flavor with the perfect noodles and crunch boo choy. We went crazy with the dumplings, just heaven in a blanket. And they hook it up with their wine pours, dam near filled the whole glass! Walked out drunk and happy. I’ll be coming back.

wow. soo delicious. the vegetable rice cakes were the star of the show. cucumber salad was super refreshing and delicious. very reasonably priced for the quality and portions of food. you MUST try this place. cannot recommend it enough. will be back.

@traveling_kupo was looking for soup and bumped into this place in Montclair, California. It was a large menu of a variety of dumplings. Took home the shrimp/pork noodle dumpling soup. The whole soup with noodles was freshly made. With a see through kitchen to look at the cooks do their work.

I had a wonderful time at this restaurant. I got the House Special Beef Stew Noodle Soup and it was very good. The noodles were very good and had a great texture, and the soup was rich and flavorful and had a good amount of cilantro on top. The beef inside was very tender and flavorful as well The Orange Chicken Is also very good, it's crispy and saucy. Not soggy at all and it was very high quality I do recommend it. The Hot and Sour Soup is very good too it's filled with stuff. The Sesame balls were very fresh and crunchy, with a good amount of filling and wonderful texture. We loved them very much. The chili oil was tasty and on the side of the table. The Vinegar and Spicy Vinegar were along side the Chili Oil. And although I cannot speak for the regular Vinegar because I did not try it, the Spicy Vinegar is tasty.

What a surprise to find ourselves in this fine establishment me and my wife are looking for a dumpling restaurant with a tasteful menu, we happen to see them featured on a tiktok video and we decided to give them a chance, service is 100% a five star always attentive and quick with order taking . I ended getting the pan fried roll with fried rice and my wife got the pork long bao and white rice, everything was a very amazing taste freshly cooked everything down from the meat to the dumpling was a five-star Service as well I work commend anybody looking for a place like this to try it out over in Montclair we are def coming back.

delicious and authentic. highly recommended! we ordered xlb, beef noodles, chili oil wontons and beef rice cakes. xlb was perfectly cooked and structurally sound to make it from basket to mouth without breaking. every dish we ordered was well made and delicious. there's a window in the back to watch them make dumplings which is a lot of fun, especially for kids. the restaurant was clean and the staff was friendly and efficient. the prices are reasonable. can't wait to come back and try more dishes!

Dumplings were fresh made in front of you with quite a variety of stuffing, all were so delicious, either boiling, steam, or pan fried. Roast beef noodle soup was another highlight, other dishes were good too.

The food is good, the portions and price are about right. The only thing that bothers me is that not too many customers are inside this restaurant. . .I guess it is because they just opened for a couple of days? I posted the menu too. The variety on the menu is not too much though.

Do not order takeout over the phone or online. They will get your order wrong and not care. I ordered online they took 15 minutes after the pickup time to get my order wrong and had me wait another 15 minutes to give me the right food and only part of it was replaced so half of it was cold when I got home.

Beef noodle soup doesn’t taste good, it’s only soy sauce in it, Beef is very tough, beef roll is ok, Kung Pao Chicken it’s really bad , cucumber doesn’t taste same anymore, won’t go back

This may be biased as I didn’t try the dumplings so that could be much better. But not worth it for the noodles
