Drive thru service. Ordered a plate, double kung pow & half white rice/half chow mein. Came home and was served barely any of the main entree. Was given fried rice instead of steamed. First time tgis ever hapoened. Disappointed.

I have come to this location a few times and seems like the same issue exist. I ordered a bowl with white rice and broccoli beef and the portions were ridiculously small. This is my last time going to this specific Panda Express location. I got 4 pieces of broccoli.

Horrible experience! DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION, go elsewhere!! My pictures speak for themselves. My plate has nothing but leftovers pretty much, there is NO (noodles) chow mein, only cabbage! And also I ordered broccoli beef and there's NO beef only served me broccoli! Also on my husbands plate there was a clear piece of plastic he almost swallowed that was between his food. I took the time to write this review, I attempted to contact their location and not once did they pickup the phone. I will be also reporting them to get a food inspection.

Terrible service always behind be prepared to wait 20 mins in line for your food or 30 mins in the drive thru and still be told after waiting in line or drive thru that u have to wait longer waiting on some fresh chicken smh DO BETTER

Placed a to-go order for pick up on the app and for some reason it always takes the longest to receive. Got to the restaurant after the estimated completion time and it STILL wasn’t ready. Awful service.

People here are terrible if I was the owner I would fire them all and actually get people who want to work staring with the manager Maria. They made my order wrong and waited 7 min and got my order wrong called them and Maria was no profesional for her being a manager is like they put anyone in that position don’t recommend doing business with them.

my recent order of 6 meals, and I’m extremely disappointed with the experience. The rice was completely unacceptable — it was stuck together, hard, and inedible, as shown in the picture. The vegetables were freezing cold, which made the meals even worse. In addition to the poor food quality, the customer service at the drive-thru was very rude. When I politely asked for a straw and silverware, I was told it was already in the bag, but it was not. Even after asking again, I still wasn’t given the items I needed. Overall, this was a very frustrating experience, and I expect better quality and service.

I f I could rate 0 stars I would,your workers need to be Retrained on customer service I should not be eating to order food when u have 7 employees standing behind the counter in the drive thru area do nothing the drive thru is packed all you do is put the.food in the container and move on its not that hard but apparently here it is I will never return here and don't even care for anyone to respond but this is absolutely ridiculous this is no apologizes or free food would even make me want to come back 10/30/×025 Valley hi ,7:45 pm management here check your cameras way too may people on shift Noone working save on payroll atleast...Worst PANDA EXPRESS EVER!!

You know so much for ordering in advance and being able to pick up your order. They lock the store right at 9pm before they even close?! I placed an online offer to be quick in and out not to wait in a longer LINE and wait on the drive thru.

Had two orders. Orange chicken bowl for my granddaughter. It was ok. I ordered for myself beef Broccoli bowl. Only three pcs of beef. If I lived near I would have gone back and thrown it back. Valley Hi location.i will not go back.

Drive thru taking too long, they will not acknowledge until less than 2 cars in front. Last time they blamed wait on shift change seems like it’s becoming a common thing around 4pm! I always order online ahead and my order is ready sitting and waiting until I get to window! Very disappointed!

This is my second time trying out Panda Express and I should've just stuck to my original decision. DO NOT buy Panda Express!!! I tried giving it a second chance, but never again!! I ordered the Honey Walnut shrimp, Beef and broccoli with fried rice. I even ordered an egg roll. Honey shrimp was the only thing that was delicious. The beef and broccoli had NO BEEF and the broccoli was not cooked. Fried rice was over powered with egg, and it had a strong egg smell. The egg roll I ordered was undercooked. My husband's beef and broccoli had beef in it but was waaaaay undercooked that the meat almost looked white. I'll never try Panda ever again.... Lesson learned...
