Service is quite slow during peak hours, be prepared to wait up to 30 minutes to have your order taken. Chicken is consistently good, well cooked, and crispy. Only two choices, regular and spicy. Parking is ok, located conveniently, albeit on a busy intersection. Still a good option for lunch/dinner.

Quite commercial and run of the mill chicken chain restaurant. Also this location is kind of old and in need of some maintenance, but the people working there try their best and are really nice. Plus, the food, although from a chain, is still good.

Server was great.. But the wait time and end product was horrid when looking at the serving size and price... Expectations weren't high to begin with... But this was just a lousy experience.. Food tasted decent..

They never have spicy tenders and always have a bad attitude when you ask for spicy sprinkles, even though I'm willing to pay for them.

The chicken flavor is great and loyal to the brand (who haven't tried this delicious fried chicken?). I was in line for an order to go, and to my surprise there was a homeless man (who wasn't able to speak for being high or drunk idk) disturbing the customers inside the restaurant. The employees were busy making the chicken that tried so little to convince him to leave until another customer was successful doing so. It was an unpleasant and awkward situation for everybody that took like 15min long. I think they could have made more to prevent it but they didn't. Once the lady handed my order, I walk out with it, and at home I got another surprise to find out that they didn't put the biscuits in. Half my mistake I know.

Good afternoon, I called to this establishment to order something to eat for lunch and the manager (I think) replied my call and left me on waiting for almost fifteen minutes and then hung me out. Why did he do that if they promise us a good quality of service? After that happened I tried to call another branch and they had hung me out too like 3 times I insisted to call. It is a disappointment that the service they gave me in that day was absolutely a DISASTER GOOD QUALITY OF FOOD POOR QUALITY OF SERVICE CHURCH FRIED CHICKEN MONTERREY

The worst place ever...they charge extra for everything and they offer ranch and jalapeno and they have not ranch....i ask for pepper and they have no pepper.....they served an original and one spicy piece cause they was out of chicken and was horrible taste...the place was dirty I really do not recommend this place
