I just went through this drive thru, ordered a combo taco and burrito supreme, no lettuce, extra meat and cheese. I got exactly what I wanted! I think it was the best taco and burrito I have ever had! The young woman at the window was so friendly! Give her a raise! KUDOS to u all! Wish u were in North Alabama bcuz ours sucks! And I love Taco bell over real Mexican food any day of the year! Good job!

This was the best experience I have ever had in a drive thru at a Taco Bell. Since I order my food vegan it is usually always wrong. The order was not only correct but the food was really good. The staff was very friendly.

We almost had given up on Taco Bell before coming here on a road trip, other Bell’s had always messed up our simple order requests like “half and half tea” Or “no spicy jalapeño on the quesadilla”. This sweet girl Nakhia took our order quickly and effectively, and we received it exactly as we asked for it in a very timely manner. This place, or this employee restored our faith! She should be in management training other places how to properly run a show!

Location had no tomatoes no chicken and no something else. Fast food is beginning to get lazy. Close to about to close, I don't think they even attempt to cook certain foods. Which is fine if you put on menu or say that. Everything on menu should be available to order, unless otherwise indicated.

Although I am quick to say service is not what it use to be, at this location it still is to me. Every time I go to the Taco Bell on Carmichael Road in Montgomery the service in the drive thru is excellent. From placing my order to the interaction at the window. Always very friendly, fast and accurate. Thank you!

Really nice people. I ordered a chalupa and she gave me a large cinnamon twists with it for free because the fryer broke down and it took a while to restart it. They’re very understaffed but still work really hard, even when crowded. Please be nice to them

I NEVER have a problem with this location. I live a block away from the Atl Hwy location and have so many problems there I drive 10x further to this one because I know they will actually still be serving breakfast during breakfast hours and never out of coffee. Also very friendly, never an attitude like the Atl Hwy location. Keep up the good work!

It's taco bell, you really can't go wrong. Employees are friendly, service is quick. Orders are sometimes wrong, but 95% of the menu is different combinations of the same five or six ingredients, so it doesn't really matter too much.

Best Taco Bell I have EVER eaten at. And I'm OLD. Literally, the food is perfectly prepared and hot, and the employees are nice and capable.

My favorite TB in the world—but yall got to stop getting my order wrong in the delivery apps! They charging me for the delivery fees now! 😭🤣😭🤣😭 The staff at this location has always been super cool. Been quite a few ladies I seen workin the counters for years at a time… I see you, & I appreciate yall!!! & all the nice staff to bless this TB in the future. We travel a lot and can verify that many Taco Bells do NOT have indoor service. Although it is not customer friendly, it just is a change since COVID. However, the drive thru ran smoothly and our large order was 100% accurate. No complaints here. Staff were friendly.

Taco Bell has always been a favorite and this location didn't let us down as it relates to the yummy food. The only reason I didn't give this location 5 stars is the employee taking our order was clearly not loving her job and proceeded to take it out on us. She wasn't terrible, but she rushed us through and interrupted every word we said almost. But I'm sure she was just having a bad day. The food was delicious as always.

Taco Bell (no matter it's location) is my favorite fast food joint of all time so anytime I do a TB review it's pretty high unless the Customer Service I poor. This place was average in wait time, dining room was clean, food fresh and Customer Service was decent. Nothing exciting, but not a bad place either.

Had to repeat my order 3 times before they could figure out that I wanted 2 tacos and a burrito. But the food is still good & cheap.

The food seemed like it was hastily put together and the cinnamon twists were a little stale. The sodas tasted really off. The staff was very friendly though

Drive thru line was very long. A male was harassing the customers in the line for change. Made it very uncomfortable for Me, because I had my 2 small sons in the car.

The cashier was nice but the dining room and drink dispenser was not clean. Although we were traveling and needed to rest, we opted not to dine in.

We come here every once in awhile. I order the same thing usually and no problems, tonight I added a cheese quesadilla and I got home opened it. SAUCE EVERYWHERE. I open the quesadilla there is NO CHEESE ! If there is it’s very very little. And ALL SAUCE. I couldn’t even eat it. I just waisted money on that because I took one bite and it was gross. Tortilla with sauce and no cheese.

I like Mexican food I know Mexican food this is not that close to Mexican food most times you have Mexican food at a Mexican restaurant you'll get 3 spoons of meat in a taco here if you get a half half of a teaspoon more like a piece of bread and a piece of meat and some cheese and definitely lettuce not not worth it if it was a quarter not worth it if it was free . But if you do like this food about $20 I be a good snack if that's cheap for you then that's fine.

The food was great, don't get me wrong. However, having to go through the drive though twice because they couldn't find an online order is absurd. I placed the order at 12:01AM, and didn't get my food until 1:01AM. This was unacceptable. I'll most likely not be visiting this specific location again.

Food is consistently good at this location. Always fresh and accurate. Restaurant is usually clean and tidy. However, the staff that takes orders is extremely off putting. Today, the cashier walked to the register, stood there, and looked the other direction of me. I said hello. No response. I asked how she was today. She mumbled something. This is usually how I am treated at this location. The cashier's act like taking my order is a huge burden. This is extremely disrespectful. However, most of the people cooking in the back that hand you your order are consistently very friendly and genuine. So, not a horrible experience at this location. Food is good. Back of house staff is on point. But the kids they have at the cash register don't care about you in the least. They just want you out of their face as fast as possible. Also, they charge you for a water cup and the water dispenser on the machine always spits out red, fruit punch flavored water and has been doing this for months.

Ya know, when someone orders extra of something (cheese, onions, red sauce, etc), it would be nice if they actually got it!!!!! Employees were not at all friendly.

Food was cold and only one order was slightly correct. We'd waited so long and driven off so going back to deal with the rudeness was out of the question.

The service was terrible 4/15/2022 around 4:30 pm….. wouldn’t add my food on at the window first time a Taco Bell ever said that and then said they need to get their time down to a paying customer. The manager was terrible and didn’t even care. Bad management.

Very sorry service we made 2 orders of a 5 dollar box we got one that was correct in a fast time the next we waited and waited and when they gave it to us 10 mins later they had it wrong and waited anothe 5 mins to do it again so at a fast food restaurant and 15-20 mins for a complete order is terrible will never return here again. Don’t recommend to anyone they don’t worry about after he first time and the ticket time is closed we was told they forgot please beware this Taco Bell is a dump and food seemed old on first order to top things off

Went there today for lunch. Went through drive up, placed my order without any problem. Got to window and although I ordered a regular meal they rang up the supreme. When I questioned the order the lady with the eyelashes she could hardly see through or open her eyes because they were too long seemed to have an attitude as if I never should have asked. I just looked at her and decided I will not contribute to the next pair of ugly lashes she gets and drove off with my money in my pocket. If I visit the restaurant you work in I'm a customer and I help pay your salary. Be the best at whatever you do. Nobody wants your nasty attitude. PS, somebody needs to band those lashes!

Absolutely ridiculous!!!! They closed the dining room because this location is surrounded by hotels that house drug addicts and they don't want them just hanging out in the dining room. Why is that my problem and can't enjoy my meal inside the taco bell? Guess the management and workers don't know how to make them leave. Absolutely ridiculous.

Twice I've gotten black beans instead of regular beans in my chalupas. I order through the app so there should be no confusion regarding the ingredients chosen. Twice in this location only, someone doesn't have the reading comprehension to understand the difference between regular beans and black beans.

Kiosk only ordering and the staff ignore your presence. After waiting too long for food, inquired status to a confused employee. No explanation or apology of delay. Kiosk does not offer water only. Constant blaring alarm that probably is causing hearing damage or the very least headaches!

I have been going to this Taco Bell since 2003, and it has never been so bad! I wasn’t going to write a review but it is my forth wrong order. I’m nursing my baby and he is very allergic to milk products. Every time I asked for no cheese they still put cheese. Another time I asked for guacamole and they forgot. No sour cream, and they add it. Many times I waited over 20 minutes in the drive through with a baby and toddler in the car, hungry... to have the items be wrong to the point that I cannot eat it at all. Allergies are no joke. I am very disappointed, and right now, very hungry.

Went for breakfast at 7 minutes to 11. The breakfast menu was still up. When I tried to order breakfast, the manager gave me a line about breakfast ending at 10:50 rather than 11 to set up for lunch. Apparently she thinks we're too stupid to know that lunch starts before breakfast ends at Taco Bell. A good way to avoid future business is to treat your patrons as if they are idiots.

Extremely bad customer service and VERY rude. They cut me off and told me my total at the ordering station in the drive thru when I wasnt finished ordering. After that I went to the window and told the lady I wasn’t finished ordering she insisted on saying the total. I then asked for a complete refund. This experience has me pîssed off. I won’t go there again.

We drove 18 mins from wind creek casino because online it says you are open until 4am. Upon arrival no one responded when we pulled up to the speaker where the menu is. We then drove to the window and didn’t see anyone, then we see someone running from the back out the door in a taco bell uniform and we ask if they are open he said no, we said well it says online you are open until 4 and right now it’s 3:29 and he says nah they lyin, we close at 4, we said ya it’s not 4 yet and he said ya but we put the food up and we cleaned up! Worst experience at any fast food restaurant.

Paid money for a drink at another location only for them to be out of every soda. Drove to this location to get a soda but they expected me to buy a whole new drink even though it’s not my fault the mobile app lets you order drinks that aren’t even available.

Came to this location on 10/11/2020 they were close for some reason but didn't have the decency ti put a sign on the drive thru billboard to tell patrons. You didnt get rhe memo until you drove up ti window. Wont waste no more time at this location. I wiil go across town or even next time before i spend another dime here.

I just left and there is noone working at all. The board was on (and flashing on one side) a car was waiting at the window and noone was to be found inside the restaurant. I really hate to say this but my experience in Montgomery with Customer service has been horrible for the most part. I feel like I'm in the twilight zone most of the time. The car in front of my finally left the window waiting for someone so I could leave the drive through. I went to schlotzsky's where I always receive good service. This Toca Bell is hit and miss with customer service when a particular woman is there she never smiles and she treats you as if you are driving up to her home and asking for free food. Ugh 😩

It's hard to believe that a restaurant in Montgomery can't keep its dining room open due to safety concerns of its employees. Montgomery may not be the safest place in America, but it's still surprising that the restaurant management couldn't ensure a safe working environment for their staff. I hope the taco bell corporation reads this review and sees to the closing of this franchise location. #AmericaIsAfailedState

I hate this location these people had us waiting behind a car for 20 minutes and the night managers excuse was they have door dash orders and it’s only 2 of them .. Horrible absolutely horrible customer service

The doors were locked during dining room open hours. So take out it was. (I was about 700 miles into and 1200 mile drive) I ordered the breakfast crunch wrap with bacon meal. What I got was a crunch wrap with a hash brown, a handful of sausage, and at least a cup of chipotle sauce and shredded ?chicken. You cannot turn out of the drive through into the parking lot, so I crossed the street to the gas station. I drove back over immediately and told them that I had no idea what the hell they gave me but it definitely wasn’t even close to what I ordered. They did offer me any lunch item because they stopped making breakfast (30 minutes before the end of breakfast hours). Mexican Pizza it was.

I am highly upset.. I went to Taco Bell twice in one night. I am a very dissatisfied customer. I definitely don’t agree with the service they’ve provided me tonight. Both times my order was incorrect. The employee suggested that I leave my home AGAIN to come back up there so that they can replace my order AGAIN. Costumer service is terrible!!!! Order two steak queso llama, a taco 12 pack, and two cheesy rolls ups. We were asked us to pull around to parking lot. The wait wasn’t terrible they brought out the order after checking a few times and counting tacos, we realized we were missing the two cheesy roll up’s. Went inside and the woman who came to counter was clearly annoyed. She said the roll ups were in the taco box 12 pack, when she pulled out the roll ups, I pointed out there were only now 10 tacos in the pack instead of 12 - this is basic math, plus the promotion and receipt stated “12 beef soft tacos.” The woman who I believe had to be the manager in a grey polo just looked at me and walked off to the back. I stood there for a few minutes to see if she was going to come back or if someone else was going to handle it but the workers at the window and food line just smirked and laughed. I walked out and will never spend another penny at this location.

Once upon a time I gave a 5 star review. I regretfully can't leave lower than 1. Sat in line for an hour only to be told that they were only serving steak and rice because they closed in 10 minutes. That's by far the worst way to treat a customer. If you are too lazy to do your job then you need to find someone else to do it. This will be the last time I go to Taco Bell. There is a Waffle House across the street and a Whataburger down the road that is more than happy to take my money. FYI: My bill at Whataburger for myself and my friends was close to $200. Your loss is Whataburger's gain. I'll be stopping there from now on.

The service was horrible the drive through was backed up and order wasn't taken in a timely manner the cashier at the window was confused I have no idea whose running this place but they need additional training on how to run a shift I understand people call out or don't show up that's when you reevaluate and do what's need to be done to run a smooth shift customers was standing in the lobby waiting and food was thrown in the bag. It was a mess I wish people took more pride in their jobs because the customers pay their salary.
