Great Service and Friendly Staff

Great Customer Service. Usually very quick and accurate. I would avoid going around 12:00pm to 12:30pm if you don't have a lot of time as the College Lunch rush usually creates a decently sized line.

Elvia and her staff make the best sandwiches. They take their and time and really get it exactly how you want it. The service is always really fast, and they are all very kind.

Nice people! I barely got out of the door with my pastrami sub, which wasn’t on the app but which was advertised on the window. Odd.

A nice place to grab a bite and go. Clean, well staffed, and an appropriate amount of seating. Good for the price you pay.

It was ok, but the trays that hold the food had ice on half of it, and the lettuce and tomatoes didn't look good when I went

Subway in my opinion has fallen considerably over the last few years or maybe it's just that there are so many new sandwich places that make a better sandwich

One person working on a Monday at 7pm it's taken over 30 minutes to get my sandwich but it's the only Subway in Moorpark that actually has bread choices and that's why it's getting two stars. Honestly just hire some more people for the rushes at least.

One of the ladies is always rude when I come in as a delivery driver. Acting like I'm gonna steal a stupid sandwich, when I'm just trying to do a job & deliver to the customer. Smh

The ask you questions, then they ignore the answers you give them, then get mad at you when they need to ask again because they forgot what you just told them. They get the orders wrong because they don't listen, and then they act mad at the customers when things need to be corrected. It's kind of unbelievable.

I was trying to order me meatball sub with extra extra extra extra extra extra cheese and pickles on the phone. So I asked if she spoke Spanish she said no I asked if she speaked Chinese she said yes and I thought that was cool so I said that’s cool then she said I WILL GIVE THIS NUMBER TO Police
