Service was amazing! Liam did an amazing job ensuring we were well taken care of. My daughter ordered an apple juice and unfortunately they didn’t have any, he offered a different option and even gave her a cookie for the Inconvenience. We were there during rush hour and all the management team was on it, seems like a great team!

Manager was great! We were traveling and had a breakdown with our travel trailer and were stranded in the Panera parking lot. Manager was so kind about it, gave us a free drink while we sorted out what to do and alerted security that we were stuck there and couldn't get a mechanic until morning. Great bagels as usual!

Excellent service and great food! The staff here were really friendly and one of the staff members was very enthusiastic and his energy was contagious. Definitely put a smile on my face. This guy loves working here and people definitely see that!

It's a Panera Bread. Even though it can get crowded during the rush hours but the staff does a good job handling it. I have always found the staff here really helpful and pleasant.

This place has very top notch customer service, very friendly and authentic smiles unlike T-Mobile next door. I went to Panera Bread because I was hangry and had to cool down from my second bad experience from T-Mobile in 3 days. As soon as I walked in Panera Bread on July 14, 2025 around 11:00 I was greeted by a young lady with the biggest smile ever. I forgot my glasses and I couldn't believe how patient she was with me. You took my order and was very kind. I even gave a tip for her authentic self and loving what she was doing. I was kind of disappointed when asked was the tip only for her. She told me it was for everyone and she said that was fine. It was 3 tables out on the patio, 2 of them tables were being occupied by other customers. She apologized for the 3rd tables umbrella being broken. I headed for the restroom and asked the young lady at the pick up counter for the restroom code. I was greeted with another big smile. I wasn't disappointed about my tip anymore. I came out of the restroom and my food was ready. I forgot about my bad experience with T-Mobile while I was sitting there and solved my own issue. I went back to T-Mobile and told them I figured out my own issue, it was like I was talking to a stone. LOL At least, I can laugh about it. Thanks Panera Bread for the smiles and making my day Beautiful again!!!

I've been coming here for years since it first opened. This latest visit was exceptional. The place was sooo much cleaner this time. The staff came around at least 4 times to ask us if the food was good and if we needed anything. Is this even panera? Lol. It was very nice and they gave us free samples of pastries. The half and half creamer was full and I must say again the place was so much cleaner this time it was nice. The staff seemed less stressed out too. I hope they keep it up and I will come back knowing they are making such a better change.

Mark took my order today, and lemme say. Bro saved money and told all the deals I have too. Truly appreciated Mark, you're awesome. There was a good amount of traffic inside, but nothing crazy. I would definitely come back and even eat there. And obviously the food was great. I got it to go and it took 10 minutes max, which was amazing considering there was a good amount of foot traffic.

This was my very first time trying Panara Bread. Let me tell you Ive been missing out! I had the chicken walnut sandwich and chicken soup it was so very delishious! This will be one of my weekly stops 😋 The staff here is so frienly and they all interact together full of love kindness and laughter it was so nice to see. The management, Marteen was so very nice as he took my order and made sure everything was just right. So very glad I stopped in.Thank you so very much for making me feel very welcomed. The Moreno Valley,CA location has a welcoming atmosphere. I go there often since I work in the area. Mark (I believe Assistant Manager) displays outstanding hospitality skills -consistently. Genuine hospitality; he is eager to please the customer, he makes eye contact when speaking to you, respectful, quick at problem solving, great time management. I don't know Mark in a personal level, I simply value when an employee leaves such positive lasting impression with a customer.

It felt like she was flirting when I was friendly and asking about the store bread creation plus my work, to make conversation at the register. She replied, in reference to my comment of ‘I don’t know what to do in Vegas because I stay clear of major vices’, quote: “well that depends on what you’re into…’ while staring me down. The prying happened again August 10th, asking if I was working in Vegas recently, and she seemed judgy and overly sure she wasn’t overstepping. Which she did twice. Still fortunate to meet the rest of the fantastic staff.

The service is great. They made changes to my order without making a fuzz about it. The food is good. I had a Turkey Bacon sandwich with chips and a drink. All tasted fresh and portioned well. The place itself has a hospital cafeteria vibe to it. But that's just a personal dislike. Everything else worthy of the 5 stars.

I was optimistic about getting food from here. I ordered online with a scheduled pick up. I arrived on time. Finally after about 30 minutes waiting i walked in. And it still took about 5 minutes to figure my order situation out. Finally about 5 minutes later i got my order. They did compensate with a credit and free pastry and IOU. Overall they took too long, i had to complain, and i lost close to 30 minutes of my wait time. I guess the compensation earned them a 4 star rating. Otherwise, good luck.

It wasn't the fault of Panera but some jerk took my order so it took about 30 minutes before I could get it replaced. The employees were apologetic and made my order quickly once we sorted it out. I don't recommend ordering in advance anymore though. Food tasted good as usual.

Free wifi and great food. My only quibble with this location is that during lunch hours it can get quite packed, making it difficult to secure a seat.

Pretty good food- they had run out of romaine lettuce and avocado so my food didn't have either of those even though it was supposed to come with it. The manager was nice enough to comp us but we decided to get a free drink instead. The food took a while but i guess that's what we get for coming during lunch hour. I've been to this Panera Bread several times and have had mixed experiences but it's been good for the most part. Tonight, they forgot to put my flat bread in the bag so I'm glad I checked before I left. They were out of some of the pastries but that's to be expected later in the day so I wasn't too worried. The food was good and the facility was clean, so overall it was a good experience.

I had seen the Panera Bread sign from the road several times in the past but it never stopped. I always just figured it was nothing more than a bread store. However, it is much more. They have wonderful Artisan sandwiches salads and soups; just perfect for a cool evening like it was tonight. When you enter, as you make your way towards the counter to order your food, you pass by glass-fronted cases filled with a variety of breads and other assorted confections. If you arrive quite hungry as I did you may be tempted to stop there and go no further. But try to resist, beacause you would be missing out on a menu that includes delectable soups, salads and sandwiches that are made with a nice variety of fresh ingredients. For a reasonable price you can order a half portion of any two items with the result being a meal sure to satisfy any hunger. The drinks are self-serve, but a young man did deliver our plates when our order was ready. Both of the items I ordered (1/2 Green Goddess Cobb Salad, and 1/2 Turkey Breast and Avocado BLT) were wonderful. The only problem I found was that the soup was not hot enough. Other than that, the experience was great. I would definitely recommend Panera Bread for a reasonably priced meal whether you eat there or take it home.

We arrived around 7pm so there wasn’t much in the pastry department and we ordered on the kiosk. The bread bowl with soup I ordered wasn’t available and they offered me a soup bowl with some bread on the side but I asked for a refund instead. The brownie my daughter ordered wasn’t available either so she was able to replace it with something else. The manager ,Andrew, came to our table and accidentally knocked something into my cappuccino and replaced it; he also offered me my refund for the breads soup bowl and still gave me the soup and side of bread with extra bread for free! I appreciated that very much even though I couldn’t get what I actually wanted the food was delicious nonetheless.

The best bagels outside of New York. Beats the Supermarket one that are gummy and tatse less. They off a wide variety of bagels and sandwiches along all your coffee needs. Great WiFi free of service.

I love the cinnamon crunch scones and the cinnamon crunch bagels. Last couple times that I ordered online they made a mistake with my scone. The second time I caught it and they made up for it by letting me keep the wrong scone and gave me the one I actually wanted.

this panera bread is always super quick with orders. i just get off the freeway, make the order and by the time i’m there the food is ready !! which is about 5 minutes which is great especially when i’m super hungry and the food is always delicious and the bread is always fresh !! i enjoy everything about this location and little bit pricey but definitely worth it .

I waited 20 minutes this morning for them to refill the coffee carafe, even after several customers asked them to do so. As a matter of fact, nothing at the coffee station was filled. Everything was empty or almost empty.

Got the you pick 2 combos. Sandwich was good but the portion was for a baby! 2 combos for $30 I should be eating more for the money! Bring the Smokehouse Turkey Panini back and I'll gladly accept the rip off! Place was clean and.service was good however.

The store was steady with customers. I ordered my food and waited by the "rapid" foor pickup area. No one greeted me or said anything, even though it was the Manager working in that area. So I waited over 20 mins while they worked but never called my name. Finally I asked if my food was coming up, and they said they didn't receive my order. They took another 10 mins to complete my order. Even though they did apologize for the wait, the fact that no one greeted me, especially the Manager, the atmosphere is definitely not customer driven.

The food is always amazing! But tonight I left early as a group of customers arrived and let there baby run all over the place, cry and loudly talk/curse right next to me. I couldn't study even hearing them over my music earphones😒. So wish they had rules on behavior ..

Dear Panera management, I was at you location on day street in Moreno VAlley with two other guest on Black Friday 11/29/2024 1-3pm we placed our order. That process was fine, the problem was the the dinning room was extremely cold and it was very difficult to enjoy the meal when i was shaking ? The dinning rooms a/c should be adjusted to the paying guest? Who take the time to drive across town when their are many dinning options available? Especially Who want to eat at Panera Bread the a/c should not be set for the comfort of the manger or the working employees !! I will definitely consider other dining options that value the comfort of their paying guest , I hope that the restaurant manger sees this review and takes action to adjust he A/c accordingly it shouldn’t be set to freezing in a restaurant especially when its cold out side? It’s not very nice to be sitting on cold wooden chair and resting your arms on a cold table tops?? So irresponsible for management to not consider the dinning guest! Also the music should be playing holiday music or at least music ? And the fire place if that’s what that hole is above the front dinning tables is should be working and turned on ? And your front workers cashiers should be checking the hot water as it was empty? Thank you

I want to start off by saying I LOVE Panera Bread restaurants! But this one in Moreno Valley was awful. First it had broken glass everywhere around the front and side entrance and in the parking lot. When I walked into the entrance no one was there to greet the customers or take the orders. I stood there for too long then decided to shout out HELLO a few times. Then a young girl with dark hair came out looking perturbed. I asked her for an apple salad and she said we don't have any salads at all. Should I go on? I left without ordering. I won't go back to that location!!! Again, I love Panera Bread restaurants. I have never had a problem with any of their other locations that I have been too!!

Over priced manu for a smaller portion meal. Some tables weren't 😌 clean and scattered empty plates outside the patio.

The people that are very nice. I have to give them that, and the bread was way way good. but when I ordered, I swear it told me I would get a loaf of ciabatta bread. Well no.. there was a really small square. I was very disappointed. But then again the broccoli cheddar soup OMG to write home to Mom about.

First time visiting. Food was good but customer service of the pick up area was below par. We ordered 2 full salads to go & got the baguette that comes with a half salad. I spoke up about that & the lady still made my purchase more baguette that should have came with the full 2 salads that I ordered. I will not return to this particular location for that reason.

I’m not sure if they are understaffed or what. Out of large cups, found out after I ordered. I am part of the unlimited sip so not a big deal, but I had to hunt for a straw. Dinner room was a mess. Tables looked like they haven’t been cleaned for a while. Crumbs and/or trash left on the table. I found the disinfectant wipes and cleaned off my own table.

I ordered food to go and I got a soup with a bread bowl. The soup was in a separate container so the bread didn't get soggy but when I put the in the bowl it was only a little bit and wasn't even close to filling the bowl. When I eat there it's full. They gave me a half size soup when I ordered a bread bowl size.

From out of town. Ordered chicken ceaser salad with kettle chips to go, it was as expected. Customer service was good! The one thing that definitely needs to be addressed is the cleanliness of this place. It is disgusting, dirty and unkept, looks old and definitely needs to be updated. The bathroom was disgusting and the dust was so thick on the walls you can tell it hasn't been cleaned in forever!

This is the best I can do... So, during this visit, to a new Panera location for us; the food was dry, over toasted, and not to mention: completely wrong. The sandwich they made me had something I asked for it without, and the one they replaced it with was not even the right one either. This apparently is normal to them because within earshot of our booth, another TWO customers had the same issues. This gives me these two impressions. The kitchen staff... USELESS AND UNTRAINED. However the wait staff... AMAZING. Not only did they attempt the reorder and delivery, they even let my son choose a sweet treat for himself. If it wasn't for the wait staff, this review would have been a straight up ZERO stars. Thank you for helping out, even though ordering the food was practically useless.

Shrinkflation is here. Menu has changed to offer less impressive sandwiches. The tomato basil bread that was so good tastes like off the shelf plain bread with food coloring now. The turkey that was thick cut and had flavor is now swapped out for standard hiilshirefarms style deli meat. Yeah they have always been expensive but you got what you paid for. Now it's not worth it. That's now 3 or 4 restaurants no longer worth going to this year. Rather buy good ingredients and make a sandwich at home for a 1/4 the price now.

Not really sure with what’s going on with this specific Panera lately but out of the 3 times I’ve come to this location in past month, my order always seems to come out wrong. They seem to get the sandwich right in my Pick 2 order , but when it comes to everything else such as my salad it’s usually wrong. This last occurrence I had ordered a Green Goddess Salad and instead of that I had received some sort of chicken sandwich of sorts. On a previous occurrence I had ordered a side of Mac and got some sort of BBQ soup instead. This naturally takes time away from my lunch break when I have to wait for them to remake my order so I’m kinda bummed out that this has been happening lately. The customer service is good, I’ll never blame an associate for receiving poor training. ( if that’s what’s really happening in this case) The service staff is always friendly and they always asked if I want a pastry or a drink for compensation, but after a third time it gets pretty old. I still very much appreciate everything you guys do, but management please do better.

This place is always dirty. I have never come in here and not found trash all over the floor and I almost always have to wipe off the table and seats myself. Food is acceptable. Staff are generally very nice. The tomatoes are the wrong color and have no flavor, the greens sometimes look pretty old. I don't see what the big deal is about this place.

This location has excellent customer service, but they are poorly stocked on supplies for the coffee. I love their iced coffee, but they haven’t had the simple syrup for weeks now! I have to cancel my Sips Club membership. I’ve walked out empty handed too many times.

I wanted to try a healthy alternative and got their Teriyaki Chicken Bowl for $14 and it looks like someone ate half of it, plus it’s watered down. Don’t Recommend this item. Too expensive and poor quality.

The cashier they had up front today during the lunch hour was terribly slow. I stood in line for 20 minutes before it was my turn to order. People with cash can just walk in off the street and bypass everyone else waiting in line. My order was simple 2 Turkey sandwiches, on French baguette, white cheddar cheese, no tomatoes. It took her 7 minutes to key the order, all the while a manager (I presume) had another register open for cash only. This was my worst experience ever and don’t really care to return to Panera again. 27 minutes to place the order no telling how long it will take to receive it.

There is a female staff member whose name isn’t visible and who doesn’t wear a name tag. She served only half portions of the soup, and when I mentioned that this is not how the menu usually is, she reacted with an attitude. If someone doesn’t want to do this job, they shouldn’t. They could work in a different area instead. I eat here almost every day, but experiences like this make me reconsider coming back. I believe she works weekends only, as I haven’t seen her before.

Wow this place is filthy!!!!!!!! How in the world is this acceptable!!!! The manager literally just walked past all the trash a few times didn't even bother to pick it up. The staff preparing the food is great but wow who is running this place????

I ordered from door dash twice and everything was terrible. I had the turkey sandwich and there was barely any turkey on it. It was made sloppy with no care at all! I always love the Caesar salad but it always comes with one little Caesar dressing even though I ask for extra. The soup was ok but the worst of all was the steak sandwich. Taste like horse radish is spoiled and the meat was dry. Never going back.

Went around 830pm spent 42 dollars just to get home and find out my chicken noodle soup was only broth with tiny bits of vegetables and it only had 4 noodles in the actual bowl with 1 half piece of chicken and it was cold!!! Like really!! And on top of that they don't pick up there phone 5 min after they close. The legendary trainer back there doesn't deserve his spot if he can't do his job as a shift lead and make sure the customers food is how it's supposed to be!!!

In the last 3 weeks this place has messed up my orders. By mess up I mean not placing a salad and signing off they did. Giving me the wrong orders. I pay extra for ingridents they “forget” to put it in. Manager is ruthless and acts like he has no control on anything. I’ve never been to such a horrible food place. As much as I enjoy their food it’s getting annoying having to drive all the way back by trusting the employees and manager that get paid to do their jobs. Check your own food people they clearly don’t do it nor seem to care.

Their customer service is a joke. Needed a refund for my drink (fountain completely empty of green tea) and when the cashier asked the manager Amanda to help with the refund, Amanda looked around a wall at the line of 5 guests and redirected her energy to refilling cup lids, cleaning the counter top and spoons and refilling cups. All in sight of the line. I stood there for a good 20 minutes before it was my turn in line again, and the cashier had to get another manager. Just garbage service.

Panera Bread located on 12510 Day St Suite A-1, Moreno Valley, CA 92553 At 10:40am 12/22/18 I placed an order for egg white raisin bagel no salt no pepper, an egg white chubata bread,and a raisin bagel toasted with plain cream cheese. At 11:25 I received an order of a toasted bagel, chubata bread, eggs in a cup. I saw the cashier who took my order go to the back and make sure they got my order correct. After 35 minutes my money was reimbursed with an apology. An apology is acceptable after five to ten minutes. I find it disrespectful and unacceptable after waiting 30 minutes. I find that customer service sucks especially after I tell the Manager that I have a business a few blocks away and customer service is our highest priority for her to only respond with a "Good for you" gave me a dirty look and turned and walked away from me. It does show the lack of skills and experience of that manager. What should have happened was reimbursed my money and after waiting she she should have made my order at no charge. Her body language and facial expression shows that she could care less. I have been going in there for 3 years and I have been hearing complaints from customers for over 3 years its time for the district mgr to put someone to reduce the amount of complaints on a daily basis. The Mgr. position does not give her the right to be rude to customers and especially long term customers. Needs more training not ready for that position.

Placed a to go order inside. They gave me a warm latte instead of iced. I apologized to the staff for asking them for a iced latte after they made it WRONG. the girl took it. Didn’t even say sorry to me for messing up my order. I waited 20 minutes for a new coffee. While 4 employees sat at the counter and did nothing but gossip. Never coming to this location again

Do not go to this one. Most are managed okay, but not this one. Always taking 20 minutes for the smallest order. Don't order more than 5 items or they will mess it up. They prioritize catering and will make your small order wait. They are out of items a lot. And management just says sorry and moves on. They simply do not care. Go to another one, please!

Made an online order for 9 people. It said it would take an hour for it to be ready. When I showed up an hour later, they didn’t even recognize my order, I showed them my confirmation number and order confirmation and 30 minutes later while I’m STILL waiting for my food, I have nothing better to do than write a scathing review. Managers resolution was to offer me a pastry for the inconvenience of my staff completely missing their lunch break due to their technical error with online ordering

Ordered through Uber, Panera checked off that everything was in bag, and omitted, two chips, 1/2 chicken cheddar sandwich and two baguettes were omitted! $52.71 today 11/2/2024, for 1/2 my food, Panera falsely marked items were complete and Uber would only give a $5.00 credit for inconvenience, am now submitting a complaint to Panera, geez everything so expensive yet restraunts care even less about customer service, Panera in Moreno Valley!

Broc soup was delicious but the first time I ordered inside bread it was practically 3 teaspoons. I had to reorder I was still hungry. I gave it a second chance order the same delicious soup in a regular bowl it seems that every time I go they serve less and less still hungry. Love the soup but not the poor quantity.

I placed an order yesterday for pick up in the morning for putlock, they canceled the order in the morning because they ran out of product. How you got the order in first place? I was very lucky to find another place to get my order but how can you just cancel an order without even trying to satisfy your customer?

This store is disgustingly dirty. The bathrooms were equivalent to a gas station bathroom at 3pm (it was SLOW at this time). Food was all over the dining room floor and ALL the tables were dirty. (The manager walked by the tables without care at all). This is by far the worse Panera I've been to. They seriously need new management here. I can't imagine what's going on in the back. YUCK.

I ordered a meal which includes a drink and dessert but I ordered it from the kiosk which does not print out a receipt. I informed the cashier about the order and they told me a receipt will be ready with the meal: It was never there. The food was good but it was without a drink and dessert, so I paid full price for three items only to dine-in with one. Next time if you want to tip a dining place do it after you get what you ordered. I'm sorry but I don't recommend this place.

This place is absolutely disgusting 🤢 the food the restaurant itself I won't complain about the employees because I didn't see them first hand. The food tho is especially the bread is rock solid the soup cold the chicken is unflavored the pizza is gross I have no idea what sauce they use. This place has trash all over the floors, there’s dishes stacked up everywhere and when I actually got my food they gave me a cup portion when I ordered a bowl. They served everyone’s food in the to go containers because they don’t have any clean dishes. They also don’t bring your food to your table any more. Instead you have to listen for your name to pick it up. This place is a joke. Will not be returning.

They are out of everything and terrible replacements offered. Food was cold and gross. Cheese on the grilled cheese was hard and cold. Broken furniture. Dirty. Even bathroom doors are broken. The only good thing are the people. Everyone was really nice and tried to be helpful. I have never been to a Panera that was this awful.

I love Panera. But unfortunately this specific location has disappointed me many times. Cold coffee, forgetting drinks for curbside. Or simply not bringing the curbside out, when it says curbside on the receipt. I understand it gets busy and hectic. But to make the same mistakes multiple times. And manager, I’m assuming older Hispanic man... is not very helpful. Really need to work on customer service skills all around.

First the restroom was a mess, second my order came by episodes so we all ate at different times, third the manager never came back, my husband ordered a Baja bowl with extra meat, I show her my receipt she grabbed the bowl, roll her eyes and never came back, neither with the food or the receipt, never saw her again, I had to go to the pick up area and look for it, fourth the girl who was at the pick up area gave me the worst attitude ever and treated me as I was ignorant. Horrible service, I had never experienced this kind of service at a Panera, there is always good people offering good service, well not at this one, plus the attitude from the manager and employees is at another level, if they put a little of that attitude to do things right and make their customers feel welcomed this would be a the best place to eat, manager and staff are totally unprofessional. Plus I pay for the extra cheese and this is what they gave me.

The worst. Please don’t waste your time. This place reps MV to the fullest. Guy cleaning has a stereo attached to his hip blaring Spanish rap LOL. Had to go back in and ask for chicken in my chicken bowl (that was cold) and for my chips. Also this bbq chicken sandwich is the saddest thing I’ve ever seen. The bread is to hard to even bite. Horrible. Oh On top of it, no one called out order just left us sitting there waiting for an order that was already done.

I paid for extra Bacon on my turkey blt and this is what I got. Normally I get a little more bacon. I don’t pay extra for bacon and get this. Panera you drop the ball with Panera rewards member. Ughh.

i was sitting at the booth waiting for my food and i saw a employee saying "it won't get out" so i went to look where she was talking and there was a white mouse inside the dining area 🤢🤢 they didn't look surprised so clearly they have mice...

Probably the worst Panera I’ve been to. My husband and I went in for a hot drink since it’s getting colder and decided on the Madagascar vanilla latte. They had the option of iced or regular and because the picture on the screen showed the regular in a mug and because it wasn’t the iced option we assumed it was hot like I’m sure anyone else would think that too. They handed us an iced drink and because it doesn’t say “hot” there was no way we could refute it. Then my poor husband went to put it in our cup holder just excepting our loss on a hot drink and the lid broke and spilled everywhere! They gave him a dome lid and me a regular lid even though we ordered the same thing mine just had cinnamon on my whipped cream instead and anyone knows that dome lids and iced drink just don’t mix.

Unfortunately I just wrote a negative review for the Panera in menifee because they never have bread at Panera bread. Well, we went to this one because of that… and guess what??? Waiting inside for 20 mins and when we asked where the order is they said they are short on broccoli cheddar soup. WHAT!? So when were you going to tell us? Order after order came in after us who got the soup yet we just got stiffed. Makes no sense and isn’t right at all. I hope corporate is reading this. Panera sucks now completely overpriced and under delivered. Whoever reads this, save yourself the trouble… go somewhere else.

I'm a fan of this chain but this location is horrendous, run by kids that don't care about costumers. I was given a rock hard bread along with my order that was cold because I wasn't directed to pick up my order on the side and I was waiting near the cashier for 18 mins like an idiot. I won't complain to corporate but this location sucks man. It shouldn't be like that, we pay money. Staff is rude, I can be specific but will let management deal with the staff as a whole.

I ordered $150 worth of coffee, Ice tea, and bagels for a morning meeting to be delivered and they canceled it 45 minutes before my scheduled delivery time. I even called the afternoon before to let them know I scheduled an order. They told me to call in the morning just to give them a heads up again. When I tried to order it again the coffee carafes were now unavailable. What’s the point of scheduling an order several days in advance so that they cancel it 45 minutes before I needed it. Get your business operations in order Panera.

They forgot the egg on my breakfast sandwich. It’s basically a grilled cheese, which is not what I wanted :( This place is a hit or miss depending on the workers.

Showed up for an order on time. They had 3 orders ahead and said they would call me 15 minutes later they hadnt called me and the food was cold. No apology just a shrug.

On this specific day I actually didn't order anything because of the disgust I witnessed! Around 8:45 pm I walked into Panera Bread located on Day St. In Moreno Valley. I was greeted with a female employee eating a salad at the register. I was appalled. You could literally see the dressing on her mouth! After starring at the menu trying to decide if I was still going to eat there. I noticed she clocked in and her manager let the other cashier know that she was done with her break and was going to take over. SHE WAS HAVING HER LUNCH AT THE CASH REGISTER! Not to mention when the manager came around the corner he was drinking a fancy drink in front of the guest. The female then asked me if I was ready to order, I told her no, so she walked around the corner and got what appeared to be a iced coffee took 3 sips in front of me sucked the remainding food off her finger and asked me once more if I was ready. At that point I had seen enough. If this Day St. Panera crew could be so oblivious and unprofessional I didn't want to order food and receive anymore surprises. I have worked in the food industry for over 20 years and never even seen this behavior at a McDonald's even. Maybe I'm over reacting but that salad dressing on that lady's lip and the sucking of her fingers made me want to vomit in my mouth. I hate leaving reviews but when I do it is because I feel it is definitely warranted! This location used to be one of the good ones, but It has definitely gone down hill. BEWARE!

I recently visited the Panera Bread location in Moreno Valley, and I must say that the service I received was utterly disappointing. I only ordered a simple bagel and coffee, which I had to serve myself, yet the wait time was inexplicably long. It was truly ridiculous. Over 20 minutes Upon entering, I assumed that a self-serve order should be quick and convenient. Unfortunately, this was not the case. The restaurant appeared to be understaffed, leading to a chaotic and disorganized atmosphere. I found myself waiting in line for an unacceptable amount of time, watching as the minutes ticked away. To make matters worse, even after finally placing my order, there was an extensive delay before my bagel and coffee were ready. It simply boggles my mind that it took so long to deliver items that I could have easily prepared myself. The lack of efficiency and attention to customer needs was painfully evident. In addition to the exasperating wait time, the overall quality of the food and beverages provided did not live up to my expectations. The bagel was stale, lacking the fresh and flavorful taste I associate with Panera Bread. As for the coffee, it was lukewarm and seemed like it had been sitting for far too long. The disappointing experience I had at Panera Bread in Moreno Valley has left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I believe that a restaurant chain of this caliber should prioritize prompt service and ensure that customer expectations are met. Unfortunately, my visit demonstrated a complete disregard for these crucial aspects. I strongly advise anyone seeking a quick and efficient dining experience to steer clear of this particular Panera Bread location. With subpar food quality, extensive wait times, and a general sense of disorganization, this visit has left me deeply disappointed.

Good food but the inattentive in service is shocking. my order was delayed 15 min because they did not have the bread I wanted. next when my order was ready my bag thumped. they threw the bag on the counter. i felt like an animal being thrown my food. and to top it all off they did not include the spoon. it was on the receipt. it said spoon. the service has always been bad at this location so it is definitely poor management in my comprehension

Manager reimbursed my order , but i still needed to post this picture so you all can be careful! I ordered the chipotle chicken sandwich and I’m disgusted ! This isn’t cooked !!

My co-workers and I ordered our lunches and supposedly come with chips. No chips, no utensils for the salad and soup! I ordered a Napa sandwich....only comes with lettuce, tomatoes, and 1/4 portion of the chicken. I called twice hoping to talk to a manager but got hung up both times. This is not the first time they didn't delivered what they supposed to.

Horrible they gave me a burnt sandwhich I went in today Jan 9 and when I picked up my food and opened it at home it was a burnt sandwhich with horrible burnt taste not eatable .

I went with my wife to buy hot chocolate. First it took much longer than ten minutes, then they never told us when it was ready, and when they finally gave it to us the cup of chocolate was half full when I asked them to fill it. Because a 16-ounce had about 8. The guy named Christopher told me I'll fill it with milk. and he did it in a very bad mood and the hot chocolate was ruined. The manager tried to fix the problem but we no longer wanted the product. and the place smells like garbage and is dirty. I won't come back again.

The food quality had left the building. The employees that clean the restaurant are more interested in talking to their friends that come in or the other workers than doing their jobs. The broccoli cheese soup tasted like cheese water if there is such thing. The Mediterranean vegetable sandwich had chocolate on it! What are these workers thinking about? Personal taste is just that person don’t think patrons are going to like it. Also please keep up with personal hygiene. This girl walking around looked like she showered weeks ago. If people don’t take pride in appearance how do managers expect customers to return or even refer their establishment to others. What a waste of reputation!!!
