Understaffed. There was no one to take the order for a good 11 minutes. And when the drink was ready, there was no announcement. That may be a policy for keeping the peace.

The reason I’m giving 3 is because no matter how much I smiled at everyone inside who works here I never got one back. The drive through yesterday she was super nice and friendly. And now that I came in today, everyone working looks pissed off. They don’t call anyone’s name like most other Starbucks do. When I said thank you, no one even looked at me or acknowledged me. The employees look like they’re all miserable

Bathrooms aren't a priority at this Starbucks, it was messy and stained. Overall it's a cookie cutter Starbucks. You're loitering, exotic coffee blends and bathrooms that are unfettered.

One of the worst Starbucks I've ever visited. The person at the counter really seemed phased out. Greeting and being pleasant was too much of an expectation. Did not take the order correctly. The barista who made the coffee was unpleasant. Did not even respond to the request to make the cappuccino extra hot.

For the past month when ordering my Latte from this Starbucks, located in the parking lot by target in Morgan Hill, it’s a little over 1/2 full. When you pay $6.00 plus for coffee you expect better. I understand the foam condenses but, NEVER by this much. Informed Starbucks and was told I probably let it sit too long. I have had other lattes foam condense about 3/4” down. Not to almost 1/2 cup. Sloppy barista work. 8/5/23 Update: Asked my husband not to go to this Starbucks however, the other Starbucks were out of blueberry scones. So he thought he was doing something nice by going back to this Starbucks and getting a blueberry scone. The sticker said blueberry scone, but it was a blueberry muffin. Just a train wreck of a Starbucks. Wish I could give them zero stars.

One of the worst Starbucks I have been too. Not only is there mobile extremely slow, when you walk in I saw a cockroach, Dirty floors(spills garage napkins), trash overflowing, and all of there surfaces were dirty and stuff everywhere. Customer service was not warm or welcoming. Will never come to this starbucks ever again.

they were so rude, the service was terrible and took about 30 minutes to get our drinks super disappointed because they messed up our sizes that we already paid for! we paid for big ones and got the tinyest size

It has become worse than bad. To take a coffee You gotta wait 20-30 mins and that too it’s not the same taste every time you order the same thing. Has become a disgusting experience getting a coffee here

i only gave it a 1 bc we did get our order but we ordered 29 minutes ahead 2 drinks were ready quickly then after 15 minutes and asking the food was ready the another 10 minutes the last drink was ready meanwhile everyone else who had ordered after us got drinks and food before us would rather drive way out of my way than stop here again
