We ordered a takeout order. Half a chicken, rice, broth (we wanted more vegetables), and an order of buffalo wings. The chicken was delicious, golden brown. The rice was average. What surprised me were the wings and the broth (which is like chicken broth). They have a great flavor, and I recommend it most (aside from the chicken).

Decepcionada totalmente, hoy hable a la sucursal del blvd Díaz Ordaz y me dijeron que tenían una promoción de 2 pollos medianos con sus complementos, cuando llegaron los pollos literalmente el tamaño de la pierna era de mi meñique, al hablar para preguntar me dijeron que eran pollos chicos la promoción y nos colgaron. Creo que es una falta de respeto, estoy consciente y se que no me iban a dar un pollo grande tampoco iba a pedir eso pero ellos dijeron medianos y la verdad enviaron unos pichones y peor aún la atención al cliente pésima
Very very bad service First the person who answers you answers with terrible attention so much that they pass the phone to another person because their exact words It was that they don't hear well and that's why they were tired of answering the call, then another person comes to take the order after almost an hour I call to check on my order, they tell me that they didn't send it, they never sent it, because the delivery person didn't know how to get to the location, he didn't know where the location was 🤷🏽♀️ the location is on the same Blvd, the worst thing if I don't call them what happened to my order they never call me (they already have the phone number in their information) to notify me of the situation and I would still be waiting for my order 🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️🤷🏽♀️ seriously Justo I just read the previous reviews I just realized that you have terrible customer service on the phone, nor at home, what a bad experience 🙄
If you buy the meal for one person. I would not recommend it. The pieces of chicken you get are very small.
